Pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of this well oiled machine. We came during 75 cent Whataburger day (happy 75th birthday Whataburger!) and we even customized our burgers and they were correct, came out within 5 minutes even with a giant line

Went at 1am. Love Whataburger at 1am - taquitos and biscuits and gravy. I guess I’ve spent several thousand dollars there over the years. But NOT tonight. Horrible service from employee John Wick. I’ve NEVER had bad service at Whataburger until tonight. ZERO personality. Acted like he hated having to serve people (I cannot express how much I hate giving money to someone who treats me with a loathsome attitude). This horrible attitude was demonstrated in the order. Got home with taquitos. NO PICANTE. He didn’t offer any. So bc I, the customer, didn’t think to ask for the appropriate condiments, I had a crappy meal (the Whataburger picante is known to be excellent and awesome). No utensils. No napkins. It’s up to me! This Whataburger, you are on your own you better know exactly what you wanna get and ask for everything bc the employees don’t care. And - I had to go and ASK for my order bc they never bothered to yell it out or bring it (I was sitting in front of the register). When I asked, the guy laughed and brought it to me and said it had been sitting back there a while. Which explains why the eggs were dry as sand when I got home. I am a lifelong Whataburger fan (60 + years). This was my first bad experience. I will hit Taco Pelenque or Taco Bell for late nights at the Rim. Which is sad bc whataburger is my go to. Seriously if it wasn’t 1:30am when I got home I would have gone back for a refund.

Whataburger at I10 & DeZavala is always amazing. It’s clean the staff are friendly and your food always comes out fresh and hot. Emily who worked the register and delivered the food was so kind, making sure I got everything I needed. Not all Whataburgers are managed this well. Great service!

Art and his team are amazing I had placed a mobile order a couple days ago that unfortunately did not arrive as paid and ordered. Rather than push me off to the customer service line and deal with corporate to resolve my issue art stepped up and provided me with a fresh meal And this is why we love, Whataburger !

We came here on July 8th. They were not very busy. The food was good and they only messed up one order by not adding mustard. The Coke was very week. I asked them about it and they checked and said the Coke syrup level is where it is supposed to be. One of the workers refilled my cup from behind the counter and it was just as bad. The manager said they use a concentrated Coke syrup and there is nothing wrong. He then walked away. Obviously he does not drink Coke or care about customers. I think since they switched to the concentrated syrup the mix ratio was not correctly set. There were also several disgusting tables with food crumbs and pieces all over.

Lady at the drive thru at night constantly has the worst attitude ever; From her nasty faces to her dead tone. She either can’t physically speak or just doesn’t know english because she refuses to respond to a simple “thank you”. Disgusting. But the curbside crew is amazing.
