Pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of this well oiled machine. We came during 75 cent Whataburger day (happy 75th birthday Whataburger!) and we even customized our burgers and they were correct, came out within 5 minutes even with a giant line

Went at 1am. Love Whataburger at 1am - taquitos and biscuits and gravy. I guess I’ve spent several thousand dollars there over the years. But NOT tonight. Horrible service from employee John Wick. I’ve NEVER had bad service at Whataburger until tonight. ZERO personality. Acted like he hated having to serve people (I cannot express how much I hate giving money to someone who treats me with a loathsome attitude). This horrible attitude was demonstrated in the order. Got home with taquitos. NO PICANTE. He didn’t offer any. So bc I, the customer, didn’t think to ask for the appropriate condiments, I had a crappy meal (the Whataburger picante is known to be excellent and awesome). No utensils. No napkins. It’s up to me! This Whataburger, you are on your own you better know exactly what you wanna get and ask for everything bc the employees don’t care. And - I had to go and ASK for my order bc they never bothered to yell it out or bring it (I was sitting in front of the register). When I asked, the guy laughed and brought it to me and said it had been sitting back there a while. Which explains why the eggs were dry as sand when I got home. I am a lifelong Whataburger fan (60 + years). This was my first bad experience. I will hit Taco Pelenque or Taco Bell for late nights at the Rim. Which is sad bc whataburger is my go to. Seriously if it wasn’t 1:30am when I got home I would have gone back for a refund.

Whataburger at I10 & DeZavala is always amazing. It’s clean the staff are friendly and your food always comes out fresh and hot. Emily who worked the register and delivered the food was so kind, making sure I got everything I needed. Not all Whataburgers are managed this well. Great service!

The manager and the workers were awesome. They were so helpful and got my big order out quickly. If the situation arises, I will definitely be back her again.

Art and his team are amazing I had placed a mobile order a couple days ago that unfortunately did not arrive as paid and ordered. Rather than push me off to the customer service line and deal with corporate to resolve my issue art stepped up and provided me with a fresh meal And this is why we love, Whataburger !

We came here on July 8th. They were not very busy. The food was good and they only messed up one order by not adding mustard. The Coke was very week. I asked them about it and they checked and said the Coke syrup level is where it is supposed to be. One of the workers refilled my cup from behind the counter and it was just as bad. The manager said they use a concentrated Coke syrup and there is nothing wrong. He then walked away. Obviously he does not drink Coke or care about customers. I think since they switched to the concentrated syrup the mix ratio was not correctly set. There were also several disgusting tables with food crumbs and pieces all over.

Lady at the drive thru at night constantly has the worst attitude ever; From her nasty faces to her dead tone. She either can’t physically speak or just doesn’t know english because she refuses to respond to a simple “thank you”. Disgusting. But the curbside crew is amazing.

I went through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised at first. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I was staying at a nearby hotel just a few minutes away, so I didn't check the food until I got to my room. That's when the disappointment started. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only, large combo with a Coke. The order was repeated back to me, and it was correct on the receipt. But when I opened the bag, my burger had ketchup plus lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions -- the one ingredient I really can't stand. While I'm not allergic and could technically pick everything off, the onion flavor had already soaked into the burger. Every bite had that lingering taste, and it honestly made me want to toss the whole thing. I only kept eating because I was hungry. Order issues aside, the food itself was underwhelming. The burger was a thin smash-style patty with zero seasoning -- bland and forgettable. The fries were thin-cut and very salty, which I actually enjoyed since I'm a salt fan, but they were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal. If this is what Whataburger typically delivers, I won't be coming back. Definitely not worth the hype.

First time here and I got to say their burgers are delicious especially with that spicy ketchup. It was good with the fries and the cheese burger I had. My friend told me about this place so I had to give it a try and I got to say it was good. Especially with that spicy ketchup. The one we went to wasn't that busy so we had some good service. They brought our food to us because we ate in so that was nice. The place was like a McDonald's so nothing that special. Definitely will go back to try other burgers.

Best whataburger in san Antonio!! Order is always made to perfection. Food is hot unlike other fast food places where is cold. Taste is delicious! Wait time is not crazy! Service is great! Love this whata!

My husband and I used to love Whataburger food but recently we ate at the location on hwy 79 in Round Rock Tx. The food was so bad. The fries tasted stale and the burgers buns were hard and crunchy and the ingredients did not seem to be fresh. From now on we will be going to Dairy Queen down the road in Hutto Tx. We have always gotten good burgers from them.

Before checking into our Hotel we grabbed a bite to eat for Lunch at "Whataburger" #1008 - Stopped here because it was the only place around and we needed some food for a late lunch - Most of these I refer to as "Notaburger" because I have not had a good one anywhere around where we used to live (Spring-Woodlands area) - but a really good one in El Paso that we stopped in Twice and was not disappointed. Here is what we ordered - with Two Drinks; My Wife went with the Kids Menu, "2-Extra Chicken Strips" with Ranch. I went with the "Avocado Bacon Burger" on Texas Toast. Service was pretty good and they called our number quick. My Wife Loved her Chicken Strips, said they were served Hot with a nice Slight Crunch and pretty Tasty. My Avocado Bacon Burger is actually really good - just like the Whataburger in El Paso, they loaded it up inside with Large Tomato Slices, a lot of Toppings and Lots of Avocado sauce. This made the Burger taste really good - it was Slopped Up Just Right - just how I like'em. This makes me want to try a Whataburger in San Angelo - hopefully it will be like this one and the one in El Paso - all Slopped-Up and Delicious - the only way to enjoy a Burger.

I've been living in the surrounding greater Randolph AFB/ Universal City/Schertz/Cibolo area since 1977. Never had any problems with the service or staff and the food has always been great. As a former restaurant owner and managing chef I have never done anything else but rage about the WB vanilla shakes and the BlueBell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream as being nothing but the best in the country. The WB shakes "were" the best at any level of the industry, and I mean the best! But as of late, these products are no longer the leader in anything! I also know they gave into and sold the company to corporate buzzards. They now have a bitter taste that has never been present before. So great job guys! You/WB sold out and then changed the recipe. That strategic move has plummeted WB out of any of my stops at least until it's fixed, or for the duration. Thery are remarkable marksmen. They have successfully shot theirselves in the foot! And just about anyone I have talked to agrees wholeheartily. Enter the new leader and local propriotership, "P. Terrys Burgers". You pay less for a much better product except for their shakes, they stink too! WB used to be the best, but they have now slipped into a choice of the lessor evil of any two establishments. But I'm not worried as WB will no longer be one of any choice options for me. Once again, greed wins out! Congratulations! You suck!

The food is good, consistent, tasty. The wait was a bit long but it did seem like everyone was trying their best to keep the line moving. Service is always friendly.

We visit anytime we can since we don't have one in northern CA. The staff was welcoming, personable and attentive. The establishment was clean and the staff continually keeps up on maintaining the cleanliness. The food is hot and fresh and the salads come with the right amount of toppings and pieces of chicken. The onion rings are light and not greasy at all. So yummy. The service that comes with bringing your food is awesome. We really enjoy they offer all different sauces, napkins etc. I would highly recommend

In again for lunch a little early this time at 11:30 AM. The reward system has changed to a point system which I actually like quite a bit better. You used to have to get five orders and then you receive a small reward. Now it is based on dollar amount spent, and it seems like you get more for your money this way. This Whataburger is a good one in that service is fast. Staff is friendly, courteous, and the store is clean inside as well as out with plenty of parking. I will definitely use this Whataburger in the future.

Place an order on the website that doesn't get delivered and told you will be refunded in 3-5 days. I need the money now you trash ass company.

Another ketchupless trip to Whataburger after asking at the window. Tbh this is my fault at this point. Even if you specifically ask for ketchup at this location, if you don't check the bag 75% of the time you ain't getting ketchup

Shout out to Sean and Dustin for their incredible customer service. I came in earlier to redeem an app offer for a free chicken entree with the purchase of a drink and side. I ordered the chicken strip meal and didn't receive the toast that I thought it came with so I called the store and Sean answered. He informed me that the offer did not in fact come with a toast but he still told me that he'd make it up to me as long as I kept the receipt and wrote down his name I came later that day to get the new meal and as expected he wasn't there probably due to his shift being done, nonetheless the manager on duty Dustin still honored the request and I received my chicken strip meal, thank you!

First time at Whataburger, and i really enjoyed the food. The service was good and the employees were on approachable and friendly. I visited Whataburger several times after that while in Texas and was good everytime...

Came hear to see what this place was all about and I must say it Really good. Had to check it out twice to taste a few things. The whattsburger was really good almost had a soft buttery taste to the bread which was a nice thing. Came back for the patty melt and that was even more delicious. Fries was similar to jack in the box and a Wendy's. Still those fries were fresh and crispy.

I'm a Whataburger fanatic. The quality of this one is solid! Good good good service. There's another location same distance to me but this one's better.

There was a very sweet lady who took our order 4:30 pm CST on Halloween. We repeated our order 3 times and she still got the order wrong. You may want to put her in a different job function than taking orders. It was a language barrier problem. But a very sweet person

Someone' at 2 am just took my order saying we don't have sh*%. They took 20 mins on my order and 2 ppl behind me got their order before me. All I ordered was the number 6, very disappointed. And idk who to let know besides the manager who I already let know who said " do you want to talk to the employee?" Like what is that gonna do besides put us in a arguement. Very unprofessional. Fire the manager and employees who work the 2 am shift on a monday may 13.

I don't come here all the time. But I would think this place has it down. But it ceases to surprise me, with this... I asked for gravy. It's legit liquid. Not even thick, beyond disgusting. I dipped one of the bites and it DRIPPED off it. How do go about making this crap and putting that into someone's order. Do better! You wouldn't want your food to come out that way, so why would you do it?

Love that they opened a spot here close to the house! It's open late night and the drive through is quick. The food was hot and fries were fresh. Everyone was friendly and they keep the location clean.

Food is always consistent and delicious. The burgers, the fries,shakes and chicken strips, It's all great. I love coming here and so does the whole family. We are never disappointed with service or our order when coming here. They know what their doing!

I'm 7 months pregnant and we stopped here because I wasn't feeling well. These employees honestly handle themselves very well. I was getting frustrated seeing how rude and disrespectful people were being towards them (pretty sure a lot of these people are from out of town). Travis H just finished dealing with some seriously idiotic people in front of us who don't know how a coupon works and he still greeted us with a smile. I asked him if he could give me my Apple slices right away because I was feeling dizzy and he did it without hesitation and with a good attitude. The food did take a little long but I'm sure it's because it's thanksgiving and these rude people are making their jobs a lot more difficult than needed. When the food came out the very thin young lady with a blue hair cover under her hat was very polite as well. Thanks for staying awesome!

I went through drive thu. My food was COLD. AND I had tomatoes (I am allergic) this establishment doesn't does not care. They do what they want and do not listen. Do not go here.

Dr.pepper is just the best. I don't even got to say anything else. Like it's always a hit.

This place is located at the Rim Location between 281 n Lowes. Amazingly the place get pretty busy during lunch hour and after its over and done with it around 2pm it get pretty laid back. Customer service has always been good and your meal is delivered to your table within five mins more or less after you place your order even when it's busy. Men's restroom is clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. Tons of of shopping is ready for you after your done eating with so many different stores or maybe in the mood for a movie at the cool Palladium Theater which has a bar,arcade room ,small cafe with Starbucks and a cool patio that over looks the Elian Resort and all the cool places the Rim has to offer while having that cold beer or that tasty Cocktail.

No good service, cashier would not accept my coupon even though I work at a Whataburguer!

This is one of two locations near me. I'm always up for whataburger . Today I came in because Raising canes let me down with their store being closed. I've ordered whataburger chicken fingers in the past and been given cold ones that had been sitting a long time. I had to ask for a refund and it was kind of a hassle trying to ask for something else that was of equal value. Anyway , today I asked them to give me some fresh chicken fingers and they did put it in as a special request to make sure it was dropped in the fryer when I ordered. I had to wait a few minutes but it was worth having it hot. I love having their burgers but whether it's the bacon cheese whataburger or jalapeño cheese, I ALWAYS substitute for CHEDDAR! I also love when they have the A1 thick and hearty. Wow I've already had my food and just thinking of all the stuff I Love is making my mouth water again.

I have to say I was impressed by this place. I came here while visiting friends who just moved to San Antonio and was expecting a typical fast food joint with the typical burgers, fries, chicken strips, and soda. First off, I was surprised at their level of service. They not only serve your food to you at a table, but bring napkins and a variety of tasty sauces for you to pick from. I was not expecting this type of good service at what I thought was a fast food restaurant. I chose the jalapeño and cheese whataburger with fries and a raspberry iced tea. The burger was nice and hot with just the right kick of spice from the jalapeño. The fries were also hot and fresh which was a major plus. I must admit, I get a little annoyed with cold fries. Their spicy ketchup is an awesome condiment. I even brought some back home with me in my luggage .

Stopped by after the big ball game! The team found great success with the sport! The friends enjoyed the festivities yet I found it slow as molasses. After a quick attempt to the overly coveted Chicfila, we found haven in the slightly outdated but time capsule of American cuisine, whataburger. Snatched us up some Raspberry shakes! Not enough raspberry! What a shame. And Union rings. FLIP THEM BURGERS!

Strike Three! I give up on giving an order to this location, your wrapped up little to go bag always has what they want you to have! Want a Patty Melt with Onion Rings? No problem, they got you... you will have a Patty Melt with pickles and bacon! And poor onion rings, you will be fries! I love surprises as much as the next, but not "grab bags" when it comes to food. The area is congested as chic-a-filet is next door, now I see why people rather wait that line! No matter how busy they are, their people get it right! Also, the Whataburger apps is a crock unless it's a manager at the register... because "they ain't got time, to be pushing all dem buttons!" "Complicated order!!! I think as I ask them to redeem! I'll wait In the line next door.... or find another location... Rude!

How can you beat a whataburger? Just add bacon & cheese! Huge drinks and great fries. I think the big crowds indicate the way most people feel about Whataburger. I've only found 1 person that doesn't like Whataburger, but he's from Florida.

This place is very dirty. The floors are slippery and the restroom are dirty. It took while to order. The staff is nice. However, we won't return to this whataburger.

There is a lady that works there named, Rebecca, who is simply amazing! Every time I see her in the drive thru her attitude is amazing and infectious!!! More businesses need someone like her working at them!

Worst WB ever! Always an issue. Today was my last visit to this location. Went in to order two burgers & fries to go. While standing there two customers brought their burgers back and said "there cold". After I got home mine were also cold... the cheese wasn't even melted. WB you have one job to do....prepare and serve warm burgers & fries. I hope all the WB aren't going down hill since the buy out!?!?! Done!!

I've had whataburger my entire life and have never received stale food from them - this location provided chicken strips that looked days old along with the most oldest stale fries and fries do not degrade as they are loaded with preservatives. While I called and was told I could replace the items this doesn't erase the fact that at this time I had it picked up and delivered due to not feeling all that well to do it myself. So now to have it replaced I have to go to the store physically. The order sh have been refunded. I tried eating one of the less gray looking chicken strips without the fried breading and it still seemed very off.

This location is absolute horrible, definitely needs new management, can't even get the orders correct, not coming back.

Waiting for 40 mins now for our food so my boyfriend went back up to ask why it's been so long and the manager without even asking what our order was says it's coming right up. We still sit here with no food and no apology

One of the "nicer" and well ran whataburger's in Texas. Just like any other Whataburger but better quality staff and management. Also the store/regional manager keep close reins on any complaints and work diligently to resolve any issues they've had within 24 hours or less which is exceptional. The only critique I have is that they staff should really remember to ask for my whataburger app to scan instead of asking if I've heard about it. Would cut out the "yes I have it and I'll have it ready" part. Also some of the staff forget to ask and then I sit there after swiping my card kicking myself for not remembering myself.

Hands down the best Whataburger ever, got my order right the first time and the burger and onion rings were amazing I would travel from where I stay in San Antonio just to have this meal again, I hate having to settle for the always getting my order wrong at all the other locations in San Antonio

The line here is insane waited 25 minutes at 12am they need more staff people literally drive off because it's too long they can be making more money but more then likely this whataburger will be know too take long and nobody will come literally ridiculous if your in this area go to the one more down i10 way faster and no line

Moved from Ohio to Texas I can say easily and honestly that my favorite part about Texas is Whataburger. It's so filling I love a patty melt large chocolate shake fries and spicy ketchup.

So we bought dinner from this location and my chicken bites were good but my husbands burger was really cold and my biggest complaint and it may seem silly but their sweet tea taste like it was made with faucet water... unless it's old tea but I just get a funny after taste. Going to have to start giving other locations a try unfortunately.

Whataburger at La Canterra. Rude employees. Slow service. Tried to pay with my app. Wouldn't load so I paid with my card. App worked by the time I got to the window. Asked the girl if she could scan my phone to get credit on the app. "Oh we can't do that". Literally every other Whataburger can but this one can't? Ridiculous!
