Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the place is spotless. If you’re ever in Alabama and craving a tasty burger, you have to check this out! I highly recommend it! I got the Avocado Burger, and I highly recommend it if you love avocados! My Mom got the Mushroom Swiss Burger they offer, and she loved it!

Employees were professional and polite.. our order to go for three was ready in about 10 minutes.. we ordered two Whataburger's with cheese and fries and one Jalapeno Cheese Whataburger with Onion Rings.. the burger was fresh and tasty but the jalapenos were too mild.. I couldn't really taste them.. onion rings were really good..

Everything was great. The service , the best of it. Really friendly and helpful. Tried the avocado sandwich, was really good. Also, the banana pudding shake was good

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to Whataburger before recently in Atalla, Alabama and it wasn’t the best so I was iffy about going here, but the kids really wanted to go here so I figured I’d give it a shot. I will say I am very pleased with how I was treated they guided me through the order and helped me understand the menu workers were coming out and checking on us. Some of the key people was brandy she was on top of everything from taking trays for us making sure we had plenty of sauces and napkins there was also this very friendly gentleman. I forgot his name, but he was absolutely amazing when taking my order I think his name was Vincent, but he was very nice and very understanding that I did not understand the menu. The food was absolutely amazing with a very friendly and positive vibe. I will be coming back when I’m in town. 10/10 recommend!

Took almost 30 minutes for a junior burger and fries on a Sunday at noon.. wouldn’t call it “fast” food, but the burger came out correctly. Fries tasted like old oil. Manager briefly came out at the 25 minute mark and apologized to the diners for the delay.

Dear Mrs. Brandy, or the supposed manager I spoke with today on the phone, please note that door dashers only get a $3-$5 tip on average. Whataburger employees make triple that. Do not tell a customer that it's a door dasher's responsibility to put a company straw inside a to-go sack when you're fully aware there's a milkshake on the order. The dashers duty is a simple point A to point B responsibility. Everything else falls on the merchant. I cannot enjoy a milkshake with my fingers. If I wanted ice cream I wouldn't order a milkshake and I still at least would need a spoon. Common sense would go a long way in today's world. Being unprofessional and unconcerned when I call, you'll learn first impressions can't be corrected later. This is my first and last time ordering Whataburger.

Ordered sweet tea and root beer with our meal, and both tasted like carbonated water. So, the tea isn't brewed and they don't have their carbonation in check. That, or every box of fountain syrup is out. I have a feeling it's bc they're cheap. All that after having to wait for them to figure out if it was our drinks without ever bothering to ask. They're burgers all come with mustard, it's a pretty big signature of the restaurant... and my burger had NONE. What is really going on here? Portions are laughable, half filled fries and onion rings. The ordering process was unnecessarily difficult with the Lady not paying attention and rushing us through even though they weren't busy. I should have read the reviews before wasting my money. Don't bother. Nothing about this trip was good, not a thing. Stale food, bad service, and root beer flavored carbonated water. Lovely.

Early morning after gym food run. Dinning room was open and super clean. Food took a little longer than expected to come out but everything was hot and fresh made. This is currently the only restaurant in Scottsboro thats open 24 hrs so that's a huge plus.

The food was somewhat quick and was all prepared excellently! It wasn't the fastest service and that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. My daughter loved her boneless wings. We all enjoyed our fries and the offered sauces and dips. My wife said her burger was "good for fast food" but I'm nearly a chef so she's comparing to that. My burger was good but the sweet and spicy sauce needs to be better spread throughout the burger because it makes a major difference in the moisture of the burger. Overall, this place is overpriced but this location is above average.

Very mid. Made my husband sick. Food came out semi fast, however my sandwich was made wrong. After telling them I had to wait 10 minutes for a new sandwich (that only needed meat and cheese on it). Restaurant was a little messy. Fries were a little soggy.

I used to love whataburger but I don't like what they've become. Stick to what makes you, not what breaks you and in this case they were built on good food, fairly priced, served hot and fast. Fast forward to today and it's literally become a poser of its former self. I was goaded into trying the spicy chicken sandwich and I will just say it's probably the worst version you could ever have. Is it spicy - yes, is it good - not in any universe that i know of. The spice that they use is just earthy and uninspiring. They need to go back to focusing on burgers. Leave the chicken sandwich to people that know something about chicken. Get back to basics.

HORRIBLE Service. Waited 45mins for 1 burger only for them to not give me the correct order.

Milkshake was yummy. Burger tasted like your standard fast food drive thru, which I don't typically eat it enjoy.

OMG! The BEST burgers! And so many options! And I definitely recommend the spicy ketchup...yum! The staff is always friendly. Service is fast.

Food was forgotten on 2 orders we had . French fries were cold when we asked if they had anymore the manager walked away with out saying anything . We also sat here and watched customer after customer come back for wrong orders and missing food items from the drive through .

This is a new location . That is the only thing that was good about it. 20 workers behind the counter The wait was long for 2 hamburgers and fries. ( I understand learning and being overwhelmed by the crowd , but come on 30 min for hamburgers! The food was disgusting and there was a hair on the burger . I would not waste my money.
