Amazing pizza. I went with the artichoke, olive, and spinach pizza. I don't normally like artichokes so it was a risk but it paid off massively. The garlic and oil was a deep, satisfying flavor as the base and the artichoke and olives added a lighter flavor. My pizza was my favorite, but the table-favorite was the Bay Ridge that had a vodka sauce base. The drinks were unique and not-too-sweet. The pineapple cardamom drink was a successful flavor profile. Highly recommend. Service was excellent. We got a visit from an owner and Michael helped us box our pizzas. Great people helped make it a great experience! Thanks!

Google
Really good pie. Cocktails were excellent as was the service. Got there at 5pm opening on a Saturday and our part of 4 was seated immediately. They had a nice cocktail special before 6pm -$4 off their $14 cocktails. We were finished by 6:15pm. Pizzas were authentic Brooklyn style - as much as any I have had and I've had many. Highly recommended.

Wheated is further evidence that NY style pizza really is top dog. Beautiful restaurant with a reputation that precedes it in all the best ways. Service was top notch and fast. Splitting a pizza and salad was perfect for 2 people, with slices leftover for a midnight snack. Definitely recommend going early if you want a seat inside. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Delicious New York inspired pizza filled with fresh and tasty ingredients. Good draft and bourbon options, not so sure on the wine.

Google
Astonishingly good pizza. Certainly my favorite in Louisville. Up there among the very best any I've had anywhere. The pies I've had (with the exception of the grandma pie special) have a good amount of char and the crust has a very crisp bottom. The pizza feels so incredibly well crafted. The staff is engaged and works hard, and it's easy to tell a lot of love and effort goes into this place.

Google
Good Pizza Weird Service Bad Vibes Don’t expect to get anything Togo they look at you as if you were a zebra ordering food even thought it’s a pizza place. The pizza is overpriced and they couldn’t even slice my pizza properly. I won’t be going back unless there’s a date night I’d want at a New York style pizza place?? Which makes zero sense if you know how New York pizza goes and how pizza places typically handle themselves. It’s a pizza place for gods sake not Ruth’s Chris lol.. if you get to go try calling maybe because they did everything they could to add on stuff we kept saying we didn’t need. (Drinks, etc)

Best Pizza in Louisville, in Kentucky, and maybe anywhere! As for the pizza. It’s DELICIOUS! There’s a reason the One Bite Pizza Review called co-owner David Sheridan a Pizza Genius. The New York Style makes you feel like you are sitting in Brooklyn having a slice. An off the menu request I can’t recommend enough is to order a New Haven Pizza. Within a two week period we went to The Big 3 in New Haven (Pepe’s, Modern, and Sally’s) and The Wheated New Haven Pizza is even better than New Haven! And as a reminder for the New Haven pizza, it’s not burnt, it’s charred. The flavors in that are delicious. As for the restaurant itself, you are welcomed by a really nice outdoor patio to dine on or as you go inside you see the incredible remodel job that was done with very cool interior with nice handmade furniture, an open concept kitchen, a super clean dining room and upstairs, and one amazing and friendly staff serving what is amazing pizza. It will be a highlight of your night. Run don’t walk to Wheated ASAP! We drive two hours to get there, so if you’re anywhere near it, then it’s a must go!

Google
I’ve finally found my pizza heaven in Louisville. I truly don’t like most pizza (I know, I’m weird) but this was delicious. High quality toppings, wonderfully crispy crust, just right sauce. But the bonus was the delightful salad and tender meatballs. We’d already had cocktails at Darling’s so only had the rose’, but will try the cocktails next time. Absolutely thrilled they branched out of Brooklyn to open this charming spot.

Yelp
Is it real NY style? As someone who lived in NY for a year, no, but it is floppy and delicious and thats alright by me. Ordered two pizzas, one for here and one to go. The for here was the NY Slice Style Pizza: tomato sauce, low moisture mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano, oregano. This was my favorite of the two, it had a great balance of flavors and the crust is super delicious. The one we took home for the next nights dinner was the Sunset Park: hot sopressetta, tomato sauce, fresh and aged mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano. This was also very good but the sopressetta was a bit too salty for my liking so I dont know if I would get that one again. Service was top notch and attentive, love the interior and the covered patio - I will come back when it isnt 5 billion degrees out to take advantage of that!

Yelp
Went back again for another visit and Wheatedmis still as good as it gets for NY or New Haven style in Louisville. 8.5 on my version of the Portnoy scale. Meatballs with marinara and freshly grated Parmesan on top are fantastic. Fresh parm is delicate and melts in your mouth. Great service, nice spot for a few beers or cocktails along with tremendous pizza. Must try for Louisville pizza. One last addition. My wife ordered the tiramisu as a dessert and ranks it an 8.5 out of 10 on the Kathy tiramisu scale.

Yelp
Perfection. I don't have another word for it. This pizza was crispy yet had great flop, was hot but not sizzling and above all was the perfect cheese ratio. Loved how fresh the basil was (and that it was added after coming out of the oven). The pepperoni was not too greasy. Everything about this pizza made my mouth water. The caesar salad was good - I'm personally just not much of a cheese head! That being said I think 8/10 people are, and therefore would love it! Service was fast! I mean really fast! We were checked on consistently and with care. Also thought the ambience of the space was just what it should be. Lovely first date spot! Can't wait to try and eat outdoors next time we come!
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant exceeded my expectations. We tried the Caesar salad, meatballs, NY slice pizza, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious! Loved the crust. Don't leave without getting the tiramisu. The vibe and the people were great also. One of the best pizzas in Louisville. We'll be back!

Yelp
Delicious food and cute ambiance!! We did a bottle of rosé, Cesar salad, and the prospect park south pizza. One size pizza and quite large for 2. Happy to have left overs! Small table area but made it work. The space is a bit loud with kitchen right there it echos in the space. Good service!

Yelp
Inside is very intimate. Closed space on the inside and kitchen in sight. Service was very nice, our waitress did a great job. We got a New York pie and a New Haven style pie, each with half pepperoni and half cheese. Each pizza was made very very well! Thoroughly enjoyed the well-done flavors of the pies. Ppl I was hanging out with were not in favor of the drinks they ordered, but the pizza is definitely cravable. Definitely recommend going New Haven style in the future, and hope to come back here next time I'm in Louisville.

Yelp
Met a friend here for dinner on a Friday night. Thankfully we came early & were seated on arrival. When we left there was quiet the line & waitlist for seating. I loved that Wheated kept some of the original home detail when renovating the space. My husband and I enjoyed the old fashioned cocktail. We ordered the Caesar salad & a pizza to split. The Caesar salad was the star of the show with all that cheese! Our pizza came hot out of the oven. The crust was cooked to perfection & the taste did not disappoint. Our service was excellent. Clean bathroom. Thank you Wheated staff for a great dinner! Can not wait to return

Yelp
A top-quality entry into the rather robust Louisville pizza scene...with some quality cocktails that easily hold their own as a lure alongside some tasty pizza. Good variety of pizzas, quality toppings, nice charred and chewy crust. Some tasty sides too (loved the meatballs). Cocktails are amazing...and there are some especially unique entries, such as the espresso martini topped with Parmesan. Yes, that's real. I'll admit...I'm glad I tried it, but am not sure the salty-sweet-chocolatey combo is one I'll add to my regular list...others disagreed and seemed more in the "I'll have another" mentality. Worth a try at the least! Service is friendly and helpful, but it gets really crowded, and they can get stretched a little thin. Not a critique at all, but I know some are needier than others, so I note that this is not a place you're likely to be checked on every two minutes...but you will also be able to order a round or two, it's not slow. Good space. Relaxed. I really like the small bar area, but there are tables too of course. It will get crowded, and you will likely have a wait (and unless there's room in the bar, there's not much standing room to wait). So, just time your visit or be willing to enjoy a nice drink by the front door while you await your table.

Yelp
Had an incredible time when we came to Wheated. The pizza was fantastic and we can't wait to come back and try more. We arrived just as they opened and just barely got a table with no wait so definitely come early! We tried the meatballs which were incredible and we also tried some cocktails! The espresso martini was very sweet but getting Parmesan cheese on top was the perfect salty sweet combo!

Yelp
Yes...yes...and another yes if you are wanting to check this place out. The moment the espresso martini and the Ceaser salad hit my lips I was doing my impression of Philip Rosenthal's happy dance! Pricey? Yes, but worth it! Come before 6 for happy hour and get a drink half off. Pizza was super delicious, we even got one to go. Thank you Wheated for being part of Louisville.

Yelp
What drew us in to try Wheated is probably what gets most people in the door, and is by itself a good enough reason. It's an authentic Brooklyn pie that does not disappoint. On our first visit here, we were seated next to a table of 6 grey-haired women, and every one of them ordered their own pie, so they would not have to share and they would all have something to take home. They were licking their own fingers and taking photos -- it was a delight. But I want to hype the salads and our meatball appetizer. We ordered a simple mixed green salad with green apple and walnuts, and it was beautifully done, and large enough to split. The meatball was wonderful too. We saw others getting different salads, and all of them looked equally good. The salad, of course, is a nice counterbalance for the pizza, while the meatball is egregious (especially at a table of two people), but some days are occasions, right? I will say, however, that I don't quite buy into the cocktail push here. I know that Louisville is a cocktail town, and generally I'm on board. But I don't think I'm alone in the thought that pizza calls for beer or maybe a Coke. Michael did order a cocktail, and it was good. But I noticed that while we were eating, that cocktail was sitting on the sidelines waiting for its turn. I would have enjoyed seeing some better beer options, but honestly, it didn't matter -- I was here for the food.

Yelp
Decided to try Wheated a second time, very glad I did. We were initially going to go to the pizza place next door, but it was jam packed with loud children. Wheated was a much more peaceful dining experience. They have expanded their bourbon offerings since my first visit months ago. Decent pricing for a one ounce pour, if you want to give a new bourbon a try. We decided to sit at the bar again, so cannot comment on the dining area. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Salads were really, really good. I loved that there was no dressing in the bowl when I finished. I personally dislike it when my salads are drowning in dressing. The mixed greens salad had the perfect amount of dressing for me. Very delicious. I would suggest, though, that you may want to share a salad if you are also getting a pizza. I was too full after my salad to eat a whole slice. (Luckily, the leftover pizza heated up well the next day.) Pizza was really delicious. The price point is a bit higher than neighboring businesses, but it's good quality food in a really nice atmosphere. I believe you get what you pay for at Wheated. We will be back!
google avatar

Cary M.

Yelp
I will try this place again. Next time I will ask for extra cheese. I will also not ask it to be extra well done. The salads were pretty good but ask for extra dressing. Will try again.

Yelp
Several friends recommended Wheated, so we decided to try it. We sat on the patio, which was nice, and were quickly greeted with menus and water. I was disappointed that they do not offer iced tea and only have a few canned drink options. (Coke/Diet Coke) We ordered the Caesar salad and Bensonhurst Pizza to split. Everything we had was solid and the portion sizes were big.
google avatar

Yelp
The food and drinks were great! It was packed on a Friday night. A great old fashion and several fun specialities will just need to figure out getting the drinks out quicker. The salads- excellent Caesar with plenty of cheese! And the watermelon mint- a MUST!!! The pizza - perfect crust and the vodka sauce . While there are several great pizza places- these are a new favorite!!!

Yelp
Decent, but overpriced and a floppy mess. The presentation is good. The pizza comes out and you're thinking "This is about to be incredible" and it's......not. It's fine. It tastes fine, but $43 for a NY pizza with sausage, pepperoni and meatball added is just absurd. Also.....total flop. No firmness. If you hold the slice up with one hand, the entire contents will fall onto the table leaving you with a blank, wet piece of dough. The whole "this one is cooked well done" is cap. It's cooked hot as HELL and will burn the roof of your mouth, but it is a mediocre excuse for NY pizza and nowhere near a New Haven. One and done. Won't be returning, mainly because of the price. This is a $25 pie at best with the added toppings.
google avatar

Yelp
Holy hell! Louisville are FINALLY has legit NYC pizza. This stuff is incredible and is exactly like all the best pies I've ever encountered in the Big Apple. The pizza is *perfectly* charred (not burnt, charred) and the sauce is so deliciously sweet. The toppings we had (8 year old with us - picky) were great quality as well. The salad was a last second add on and glad we did that. Was great to share between the three of us. We were in and out quickly with some great service. I don't think the table next to us was as fortunate unless they were being very casual and taking a while to order, BUT - growing pains. The food was great and we had the server and a manager both check in to make sure everything was good. In addition to the tremendous pizza, the Manhattan was the best one of those that I've ever had as well. Can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
Went on a Friday night at 545 and didn't have a wait. (When we left around 7 there were a lot of folks waiting for a table.) Spacer is smaller but they fit quite a few tables within the building (and they have seating upstairs). Friendly and efficient staff throughout the night. Ordered the Caesar salad and Sunset Pizza. Enjoyed both. Salad was $14 and pizzas around $24-31.
google avatar

Jack S.

Yelp
Love this pizza place! One pizza is perfect for two people. They have a great cocktail menu, and the manager was testing out some very unique and innovated cocktails when we were there. A perfect, central location for a date night or dinner with friends.

Yelp
One of my friends lives right by Wheated, and has been asking me to go there since it opened. After staring at enough Instagram posts from the restaurant, we finally found time to meet at the bar this week. And it did not disappoint! I got there first, so I sat down and ordered a cocktail. The heavy rain had given way to a steamy early evening outside, so I needed something refreshing. The bartender steered me into the right direction with the My Safe Word is Pineapple. It was refreshing and went down very smooth. That was great, but the pizza is the main event. We ordered ours to go. After seeing the size of the crust and the pizza itself, we opted to split one 16". We got the Sunset Park, which had different meats and cheeses on it. We carried it to his house to watch the Olympics and eat there, and even with a walk...the pizza was incredible! The cheese blended in perfectly with the meat, and the crust was delicious. If you've been craving NY style pizza, go to this place. The mid-20's price for pizza and $14 cocktails are pricy at first glance, but honestly, pretty on par with what you see at cocktail bars and higher-level pizza places. Plus, if you don't have someone to split it with, you can probably save the other half for a second meal. The bar service was great, the atmosphere was very inviting, and the patio is above Bardstown Road, providing a great view. I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Pizza overrated for the price. ($40) posted on their website and Mgr was very offended with my comment. Staff was friendly

Yelp
Finally a great pizza place has arrived. This is thinner crust with a perfect blend of crispy and chewy. I'm so glad they just opened after years of looking for this style to no avail locally. Tried the meatball app, which was awesome - two large ones with ample sauce and hidden under a mound of grated cheese and fresh ricotta. So good I could make a meal out of those alone. Also tried the NY Slice pie with added pepperoni and sausage. These are my favorite pepperoni - little guys blasted in the oven so they curl, crips on the edges. A classic pie done right. Also tried the Prospect Park, which was a white pie that had ample garlicky and artichoke, olive flavors. Also great. Our server was handy with recommendations especially cocktails and drinks. Rare around here to find a pizza place with a full bar that is respectable. This is a very good selection and the server helped brainstorm some options given the mood, hot temps, and what we ordered. The patio is a pleasant surprise on Bardstown. Great to be outside but essentially 1-story off the road and sunken into the lot. That offers great natural light at sunset and a bit of a buffer from the noise on Bardstown. The vibe is casual but classy. We will be back - welcome to Louisville!!

Yelp
Cute place and the cocktails sounded good, but we didn't order any. I think they're unique because of the mountain of parm on their food, but it doesn't add much. Pizza is decently priced but overly greasy. Left us with upset stomachs after eating at the restaurant and the leftovers. Service was also not friendly and off putting.
google avatar

Lauren D.

Yelp
The best crust in Louisville. End of story. The. Best. Quality toppings. It's really good.
google avatar

Macauley N.

Yelp
New York style pizza and cocktails! They do have two beer options (IPA & Pilsner) but mainly cocktails. They pile the fresh parm HIGH on the meatballs and Caesar salad. The meatballs were juicy and flavorful. The dough was really good--light, airy, and crispy. Indoor seating with an open-ish kitchen concept so you can see the chefs slinging dough. It was pretty loud inside--outside might be better for a date.

Yelp
Searching for good pizza in Louisville seems like an impossible quest. Most places are average at best and often the more hype they have the less likely they are to justify it. Wheated flies under the radar but still only fairs middle of the road in this reviewer's opinion. Atmosphere is interesting as a converted house on Bardstown Rd, but decisions to place tables in awkward positions around a large open and high ceilinged room, along with two large windows opening onto the kitchen, create a loud and somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere to dine in. The pizza is generically described as "New York style" which is as desirable as saying it comes burnt on the edges of the "sourdough" crust. The toppings are a typical assortment of pseudo gourmet tavern-style pizzas and again you're left with that charred crust which is not as flavorful as it might sound to to the hipster pallet who was enticed by reading Williamsburg as the name of one prepared pie. At a price point of $31 dollars I wished it was better. Meh x's 1.5.

Yelp
My Husband has been dying to try this place so I suggested it on Friday when we decided we didn't want to do anything crazy for Valentine's Day this year. When we arrived we were only quoted a 30-40 minute wait which was surprising for how busy it was so we walked over to the bar to get a drink. After standing there for a few minutes we got lucky and 2 seats opened up so we grabbed them. Considering how busy it was we weren't greeted immediately but once we were we received exceptional service. I started with the espresso martini, which was hands down the best cocktail I've EVER had!! Before you say, "Okay, yeah right", you have to understand it's not your normal espresso martini, yes there is your traditional vodka and cold brew liquor but what sets this one apart is the cacao Carajillo whip and black truffle saline. It's like sipping sophistication, through a cloud of marshmallow fluff. I have dreamed about it ever since. My husband just grabbed a beer on tap. The menu is small, but has a lot of unique options. There were several pizzas that intrigued us but we opted to stay safe for our first visit and got the Ny Slice Style Pie and added pepperoni and fennel sausage which was packed full of flavor. The pepperonis were small and curled up which I love bc it's makes the edges crispy and the sausage was a little spicy. I will say their style of pizza is a little more well done than I prefer however my husband absolutely loved it. One of the bartenders noticed I wasn't eating the crust and asked if everything was OK and I explained what I mentioned above. She asked if I would like a new pizza and I said absolutely not. I explained I had seen multiple reviews as well as videos of the pizza and knew what to expect. She did mention that you can ask do you have the pizza less well done so I will do that next time and my husband can just get his own pizza lol I definitely can't wait to go back and give this place another try as well as try something different on the menu.

Yelp
Unbelievable pizza period! Great crisp, undercarriage firm, beautiful sauce, perfect amount of cheese. Every pizza coming out of the kitchen looks picture perfect. Best pizza in louisville without question.

Yelp
Fast becoming my new favorite pizza place in Louisville. Right up there with Pizza Lupo!!
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
Hands down the best pizza within a five hour drive. Watermelon salad was excellent too. Will be back. Best new restaurant in Louisville this decade.
google avatar

Rob D.

Yelp
First of all, let's get this out of the way. 5 stars for the food, including the pizza, meatballs, and Caesar salad. 3 stars for the service. Drinks took an eternity to receive after ordering. It also seemed like a handful of the employees were younger folks who were fish out of water in the industry. For a new restaurant, you really should have a top notch crew with restaurant experience under their belt. The location itself is pretty neat. I love what they have done to adapt it to a pizzeria. Like most places these days, the inside has a real noise problem. To make things worse, folks apparently really love to bring young children who love to vocalize themselves quite loudly. Please consider installing sound deadening pads. Suspend them from the ceiling. Put them on walls. Please! To those who love pizza but can't handle the noise, I strongly urge you to order your pizza as a carryout. The pizza really is that good, but the noise and spotty service issues could taint your opinion.
google avatar

Yelp
My husband and I came here one evening per recommendation of our friends and really enjoyed it! We came early so it wasn't too busy and had the option of sitting on the patio or inside. Since it was pretty warm outside we opted for indoors but otherwise probably would have opted for patio seating. We didn't get any cocktails but the cocktail menu looked like it had some good options! For dinner we started with the meatball, and it came LOADED with Parmesan cheese which was amazing. Then we split the bay ridge pizza which I thought was great. My husband wished we had added some sort of meat to it though. It has been my favorite pizza place in Louisville so far. We had plenty of leftovers to bring home and eat the next night for dinner as well. The service was good! Nothing that really good out as above average but they were very friendly and attentive. Personally the only downfall was that ranch was not an option to get on the side, but that's just us!

Yelp
Been to every quality pizza spot in Louisville. This is by far the best pizza in Louisville. The owner is absolutely fantastic and very nice and has the amazing food to back. I ordered the NY style pizza that tasted so good it makes you wanna slap yo momma. The old fashion was amazing and perfectly balanced. The restaurant was clean and you can tell they take absolute pride in what they do. Their Caesar salad was absolutely amazing with fresh lettuce and house made dressing with fresh cheese.
google avatar

Emma G.

Yelp
Very good food! It seemed to be a bit overpriced in my opinion, but the quality in the food and drinks was great. The service was awesome and very quick! A great neighborhood spot to go to for a relaxed weeknight dinner.
google avatar

Phillip W.

Yelp
I get it's "fancy pizza" but what's you're going to do is pay $30 for some dry & greasy pizza to come out and have a crust that's completely burnt black. Folks who glaze this place will tell you it's the "right way to make pizza". Only thing I can do is tell you that I am no longer friends with those people.

Sara E.

Yelp
best pizza i've ever had all around from salads to drinks place is amazing . Expresso Martini highly recommend
google avatar

Brynn W.

Yelp
Very expensive for pizza, but it's very good pizza. It tastes fresh and elevated. The soft drinks are cans, not fountain which is always a bummer; I'd love to see that change! That's the reason for the lost star. The playlist playing was full of great songs and the patio is gorgeous for a great catch up dinner with friends on a fall evening. The waitstaff were so so nice and accommodating without hovering too much. They're doing so many things right!

Joyce L.

Yelp
My summer love affair with Wheated might be altered with our experience we 6 had last night. Sadly, many new restaurants once a hit, can compromise when biz gets too busy. It's a special offering for sure. folks are sweet, pizzas very good. But what was initially a super crusty bottom when I first went, was pretty flaccid on our all pizzas last night. So consistency is compromised. It was a Friday night and likely just too busy to keep them in the oven longer as needed. But the real issue now that eating weather outside is over, are the inside acoustics w music on top of the loud buzz. We couldn't hear or speak without yelling. It was unpleasant. I wish that the music is turned off and the pizzas are crispy again.

Hannah H.

Yelp
open concept is cool, you can watch the kitchen. decor isn't giving too millennial, chill vibes pizza was fire, def wanna go back
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
The guy came over to check on our pizza and I told him, you guys are making it rough on all the other pizza places in the city of Louisville. Absolutely legitimate New York pizza, and some of the best I've ever had. Today, on our second visit I tried the New Haven pizza, and while I've actually never been to New Haven and tried pizza there, I've gotta say this was spectacular!
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Good food not as allergy friendly as some! Good service. Tight seating. Great drinks.

John R.

Yelp
I will absolutely throw hands defending Wheated as the best pizza in Louisville. If you disagree you're an NPC. Now don't get me wrong there are a few decent pizza spots in the city but nothing even comes close to Wheated. It's a blessing and a curse to live within walking distance. A soothsayer once told me that pizza would be the reason for my demise one day, and you know what? If I died with a slice of Wheated pizza in my hand/mouth I would die a happy man. The service was spectacular (I think our server's name was Karissa?) She made my partner and i's anniversary one to remember - not sure if it's even on the menu yet but she brought us a huge slice of Tiramisu on.the.house. Top tier. Tips: - Get the meatballs. - Get the extras (Sauce, Ricotta, and Parmesan) - If it's on the menu get the Tiramisu.

Sarah P.

Yelp
Wow..very serious pizza. Drinks and vibes were also great. Service was slower as far as drinks were concerned but food made up for it. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Yelp
I swear I used to think I knew where to find the best places for pizza in Louisville. This place outranks my top 3 now (Emmy squared, lupo, bar vetti). Their pizza is crispy and flavorful along with quality topping ingredients. Their cocktails are also very good and their service was timely despite a large crowd. Can't recommend highly enough

Jon A.

Yelp
Dropped in after seeing the Brooklyn review on the One Bite app. Got the NY cheese and pepperoni on half. Ridiculous in all metrics. 8.4. We also tried the New Haven cheese pizza. All very good, but not as good as the NY: 8.1. Meatballs were a winner as well. This place is legit. You honestly won't find a better pepperoni pizza in this city. Staff was great and very friendly. This place will smash. Oh and great atmosphere as well.

Michael K.

Yelp
This pizza had a great crust which was very well done on the bottom and the edge. It was sourdough and was more like bread than pizza crust but in a good way. Their ovens are electric and said to have no moisture where as gas ovens do and that's why it was so crisp but Crisp like a sourdough boule not like a cracker. The sauce had good flavor and so did the Parmesan Romano but there was so little aged mozzarella which was supposedly under the sauce in a sheet that at first we thought there was no cheese on the pizza and I thought maybe I ordered the wrong pizza without cheese. They do have one that just has sauce. It seems like this is their style which really highlights the crust and I respect that but for me I like a lot of cheese on my pizza. If there were five times the amount of cheese on the pizza I would've rated it excellent. Five times the cheese would not have been a lot of cheese cause we debated if there is any cheese on the pizza.

Yelp
Some of the best pizza in the city! The menu is simple but fantastic. Could use the addition of a carb based app-- breadsticks or cheese bread or something of the like. The cocktails were phenomenal. We have been twice and found the hostess staff to be a little off putting. No greet at the door or acknowledgement until they are done seating anyone in front of you and it's your turn to be seated. They could definitely fine tune and expedite their seating process! All in all, solid food, drinks, and ambience!
