Whey gave me one of the best modern dining experiences I ever had in Hong Kong. From the very beginning, the hospitality felt warm but not too formal, and the team explained every dish with passion. The tasting menu shows creativity but also clear flavor balance. I could feel the chef’s personality in each plate. My favorite was the bread course and the final dessert, but honestly everything was memorable. The interior, the pacing, the plating, all felt very thoughtful. This is a restaurant I can recommend with full confidence. A must-visit in Hong Kong for anyone who loves culinary experience more than just eating.
