Great, Great food. The girls did great making our food and the gentleman at register was very informative and helpful and friendly. Wasn’t busy and was surprised because it’s draft weekend. Great job and my family loved it.

Mariah took my order and gave me exactly what I asked for. The side toppings are free so I loaded up my sandwich, it was super delicious.😋😋😋. The service was quick and accurate. I was given a coupon towards my next order. The restaurant was very clean. I'll be back again ****UPDATE: the location Downtown closed.

I recommend the Italian sub. We went during off-peak hours and enjoyed a quick meal.

Sandwich was good, ordered at the kiosk so I didn’t interact with staff much. Kiosk was missing many items from the menu, like the shakes. I ordered a cookie but never got it. Didn’t notice till I got home so I can’t get a refund. ):

Good sandwiches, questionable service. Cheese was added to my sandwich mistakenly (it was not ordered with cheese). Who I assume was the manager or shift leader was accommodating and friendly. They provided a refund, and offered to make a new sandwich. I appreciate that. However when I noticed muffin crumbs falling from a tall staff member's mouth as he was eating and talking with his mouth full over the cutting board/sandwich toppings, I made a comment and declined the replacement sandwich.

Only been here once. Good food. deli type food. Build your own sandwich. A little expensive for me but good restaurant

Ok sandwiches, I usually order from here when Jimmy Johns is closed. The last one was a little soggy. They have a lot of options, I've never had a problem with my order. Restaurant is always clean and staff is nice. If you're looking for a quick bite, I'd say check them out. I forgot to take a picture unfortunately but they're not bad. A lot of options to choose from also.

My visit was bad on several fronts. Online ordered then at the end of ordering process was notified that they were not taking online orders, even though in the beginning of the order it stated the online ordering hours, which i was within. When ordering i was not notified that they didn't do fries at this location or that they were out of tomatoes, both of which i found out 15/20 minutes after i paid. It was also very slow to get my order (~20 minutes.) The two stars are for the very good Wicked sandwich i had, though in general i feel that Which Wich's sandwiches are hit or miss.
