While visiting and working on the island for the week The Distillery was a no-brainer to go visit. I understand they are under new ownership and the "young" lady that was doing the tasting for me was not only extremely professional but very knowledgeable and seemed excited and eager to educate me on what I would be tasting. With the two whiskeys that I tried choosing the Aged bottle was easy for me. Even though both of them were spectacular. And the liqueurs are over the top. Nothing like you would imagine. The Blackberry was phenomenal and my favorite hands down. I bought the gift box Trio set which comes with two Whidbey Island Distillery glasses. Just a very short drive off the main Highway leaving the ferry. The signs are easy to follow and there is plenty of parking. There are a few buildings on site and the main building is not extremely clearly marked. As you pull in the lot it is the forward building you will park in front of. Just take the small set of stairs down on the right hand side and go in the door that is also on the side of the building.

Google
Amazing distillery! Highly recommend the lavender loganberry liqueur. Tastings are free (they don't do flights) and everything you try tastes amazing. Outside they have a fantastic place to sit in the sun and drink a cocktail. Enjoy! 5 stars!

Google
Thoughtfully made high quality spirits, fun guided tastings… plus delicious cocktails! You will want to take several bottles home. Looking forward to visiting again next time on the Island. Cheers!

Google
On our day trip to Whidbey Island, we followed the road signs that read “distillery, next left” and discovered this gem tucked behind the trees that did not disappoint. The co-owner, Mike, who purchased the distillery from the founders, offered us a complimentary tasting and told us about their offerings. The facilities are simple and quaint, and we left with the Rye Whiskey (on the rocks, please) and a raspberry liquor (for mixing in gin or vodka cocktails).

Oh boy! What a peaceful and charming spot to unwind while exploring the island. I was on a day trip and happened to discover this cute little place for wine tasting. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the relaxing atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and took their time explaining the different wines and liqueurs they had on offer. One standout for me was the Blackberry Liqueur—it was truly out of this world. The rich, deep flavor was unlike anything I’ve tasted before, and I couldn’t resist buying a bottle to take home. Since I was traveling by motorcycle, they thoughtfully asked if I needed bubble wrap to protect the bottle, which was such a considerate touch. This place is perfect for a laid-back break during your island adventures. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a quiet spot to relax, it’s definitely worth stopping by. The combination of beautiful surroundings, delicious drinks, and attentive service makes it a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area!

Google
When you get wined-out at the vineyards, this is a great change of pace. This is a small distillery that puts out some big flavorful berry liquors.........so yummy! And for the whiskey lover, they have two excellent ryes. This place is worth the time to take for a tasting.

Google
Their primary focus is their house Rye, but they have also faithfully recreated the wonderful Whidbey Island Loganberry liquor originally found back in the 1990's. They additionally have raspberry, blackberry and boysenberry liquors as well as an aged version of the Loganberry. All are delicious and they have a friendly tasting room to find your favorites!

Google
Great distillery. Only one I know that lets you do free tasting. Great friendly people. There whiskey is great. You have to try the Loganberry Liqueur. Not what I expected. Tasted amazing. My first thought was to put it on pancakes or make ice cream out of it. So unique, possibilities are endless. Don’t take my word for it. Go there and have a free taste and you too will be taking a bottle home with you.

Yelp
Very friendly welcome right when we walked in! We tried the complimentary tasting of their 90 proof whiskey along with the berry liqueurs - blackberry, raspberry, loganberry, and boysenberry. All were smooth and flavorful, and the boysenberry orange peel, and blackberry ones especially stood out. We ended up taking home a mini bottle of the blackberry liqueur and enjoyed a boysenberry old fashioned outside. Such a fun stop, highly recommend trying their delicious offerings if you're in the area!

Yelp
The proprietor was very helpful! Tasted several liqueurs ands a whiskey. Purchased a couple of liqueurs and the whiskey. Looking forward to enjoying this at home.

Yelp
Kids friendly, great tasting liqueurs and rye. We left with bottles!!! Great enthusiasm and knowledge from Jonathan

Yelp
Little hidden gem seriously buried in a bunker. Easy to blow right past it as we did for 5 years. Great whiskeys and liqueurs. Colton was great and knows the products and methods well. Bought a couple bottles and a liqueur sampler. Recommended!
google avatar

Savannah R.

Yelp
The best distillery tasting ever. The fruits and liquors were smooth and well balanced. They offered 5 kinds. We were so impressed with the tasting! They also had local chocolate samples, which were creamy and delicious. The place is family friendly, our kid was offered a juice box (honest) and chocolate hearts. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and friendly-

Yelp
Check them out! Free tasting and you will go home with one of their liqueurs without a doubt, they taste amazing and are overall pretty natural, no added sugar! My husband and I stopped in and we are so glad we did. We enjoyed the free tasting and the gentleman we worked with was so knowledgeable about the island, he helped us plan our full day there and we loved every spot we went to! Thank you so much!

Yelp
A wonderful experience at Whidbey Island Distillery. Showed up with a baby and a dog for a tasting. Sat at a lovely little table outside where we treated phenomenal rye whiskey and some berry liquors. The general manager who led our tasting was kind, knowledgeable, and suggested a few other good spots to check out. The other folks that wandered in were friendly as well. Walked away with several bottles - it was just that good!

Yelp
Who doesn't love complimentary tastings?! We visited February 2022 and they had 5 offerings: - Bunker Rye Whiskey $63.01 after taxes - Double-Oak Aged Bunker Rye $87.12 after taxes (Limited Release) - Blackberry Liqueur $37.50 after taxes - Loganberry Liqueur $37.50 after taxes - Oak-Aged Boysenberry Liqueur $49.55 (Limited Release) I'm not a whiskey drinker but I don't say no to free samples. My boyfriend does like whiskey and his current collection includes Lagavulin, Ardbeg, Bowmore, Kilchoman, Balvenie, and Lapgroaig. He bought a bottle of Whidbey Distillery's Double-Oak Aged Bunker Rye after trying it here, so I guess it's good! I did enjoy the liqueurs though, my favorite to least being Oak-Aged Boysenberry, Blackberry, and Loganberry. We ended up bringing the first 2 home, and are currently enjoying the Boysenberry in a Moscow Mule and Cupid's Arrow (recipe on their website). I also want to try it with ice cream and sparkling apple juice. The possibilities are endless! They do sell the little tasting cups for $4.50 each if you want one as a souvenir. I didn't get the name of the gentleman helping us, but he was super nice and had great recommendations for other places to visit on the island. We can't wait to come back! ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

Yelp
Oh WOW where to begin!!!! Greater by a most big grizzle mountain of a man, who was so kind and soft when interacting with our 5 year old daughter. If only that it was enough for a 5-star! Then the pours of what can only be described as the very essence of ripe berries.... Seldom does an experience of tests provoke such strong childhood emotions and memories of picking berries with a long lost love one. Somehow the magician behind these beautiful berry liquors has captured perfection in a bottle with fresh berries, emotionally charged memories and heartfelt love. If there was an option for more than 5-stars this would be the only one I'd ever award so highly.

Yelp
Check this place out! Went on Saturday of President's Day Weekend. Had a tasting of two types of Rye and three Berry Liqueurs. All delicious especially the Bunker Rye Limited Edition, and Oak Aged Loganberry. They also had Whidbey Pie samples that paired well with all. Came home with a Logan Berry Pie, and the Rye Limited Edition, and Oak Aged Loganberry. Had both with our pie last night, and the Oak Aged Loganberry in our Mimosas this morning! These folks are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions. Not to mention too, they are all really really nice! Be sure to check this place out. You'll be glad you did!

Yelp
I can't speak well enough of this distillery. We went for the free tasting, and ended up buying a bottle of the deliciously sweet Bunker rye! They even made us tiny cocktails at the end because it was my birthday. The host was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she didn't pressure us to buy anything. We wanted to taste outdoors (because we had our dog) and she made it very easy for us by bringing a bottle outside for each tasting. Our favorite was the rye, but the liqueurs were unique and tasty (though they were a bit too sweet for us to drink neat). Even their water was great ;) Thanks Whidbey Island Distillery for treating us and our pup so well. Very dog-friendly!

Yelp
Mike was amazing!! He was great about recommending how to utilize the liquor and the distilling processes. I didn't go for the whiskey but the fruit liquor is beyond amazing. We all bought a bottle of the raspberry liquor, SO AMAZING. I want to put it on everything. You need to stop!

Yelp
I couldn't give this place more stars. From the punchy but warming whiskey to the 4 local fruit liqueurs, you can't go wrong. The liqueurs are sweet but balanced and complex. My personal favorites are the blackberry and the loganberry. Not only do they have a special product, but the lady serving us was helpful and friendly. She offered excellent suggestions on recipes to enjoy the liqueurs as well as helpful local tips. She really was a highlight. One of the distillers was there (both times) and he was also very friendly. No snobbery here. They just want you to love their product. Here's my recipe for a boozed up bramble using loganberry liquor. For two cocktails: 1 ounce lemon juice 3 ounces gin 1 ounce limoncello 1 ounce Whidbey Island Distillery loganberry liqueur Garnish: lemon peel and a Luxardo cherry (or a berry) In a cocktail shaker with ice, add first three ingredients. Pour into rocks glass with crushed ice (crushed is best as it helps with the dilution). Drizzle 1/2 ounce loganberry into each glass. Garnish. Enjoy!

Yelp
Complimentary tastings of whiskey, 3 berry liqueurs and a mix of two awaited me after a ferry delay and I was not disappointed. In fact I was quickly greeted, seated and served with a smile and hospitality, even though I walked in close to closing. Patio seating had a handful of tables, service kept my water filled, and everything was delicious. The rye whiskey was one of the smoothest I've ever tasted and the Berry liquors were phenomenal. I could see how they would be good on desserts or added to cocktails. Can't wait to drop by again and bring others. So good!

Julia B.

Yelp
I've been to a Whidbey Island Distillery a couple of times now and it's been a treat each time. It's tiny -- just a small tasting room -- but the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the tasting experience is a lot of fun. The berry liqueurs are obviously the star of the show, but their newish rye whiskey is definitely worth a sampling. I recommend getting lunch elsewhere on the island and stopping here afterwards.

Yelp
Great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great stop during our tour around Whidbey Island
google avatar

Yelp
This small distillery is just a little way off of 525 and so worth the stop. Their tasting (one rye whiskey and four berry liqueurs) is free and our guide, Mike, was very informative and helpful. We like a good rye and this one has a nice honey/citrus front to it so we bought a bottle and also got the loganberry liqueur which has a good complex flavor. Check out their website for some fun recipes.
google avatar

Sandra B.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing liqueurs, well worth their high point accolades and more. We are on Whidbey several times every year and stock up with each visit. Our particular favorite is blackberry, which makes a wickedly delicious Blackberry Whiskey Sour or, for a lighter touch, pour some with a sparkling wine for a Whidbey Royale!
google avatar

Ciara W.

Yelp
What a cute distillery and unique process/set up of making the liquor in store! Everyone should try and get the groupon for the tour and tasting. It was a good time! Tasting the berry liquors were my absolute favorite! What a great spot on whidbey island!

Donald B.

Yelp
If you are looking for a locally owned, world class, top rated distillery that is committed to exceeding customer expectations, Whidbey Island Distillery should be at or near the top of your stops while on Whidbey. Want to learn about how distilling works? How their unique Still was made? How they got into making amazing award winning fruit liquors and stellar rye whiskey? Yup...this is the place. BTW, the tastings are free, the location (an old bunker) is quaint, cool and fun. Indoors or outdoors, the weather is never an issue. The team is great and are not pretentious and before you even know it, you are all friends looking forward to your next visit. Add some more fun to your trip to Whidbey and let your taste buds smile. Enjoy. I know that our friends and family sure do.

Yelp
First time came here, and very surprised they provided free wine taste while still allowing customers refill any wines, which they would like to try again. Bottle wines are pretty costly that it is ranged from $39-$60 (after taxes). However, I will still recommended this place after visiting here and doing some researches online. I guess their wine are pretty limited in the locations? And they are really good compared to other farms I have visited before. If you are coming from Seattle area during weekend, make sure you depart earlier since there usually a very long ferry line and this place closes at 5pm.
google avatar

Dave T.

Yelp
This is the place to stop by. They are better than every distillery and winery on the island due to the staff! They make you feel welcome! They are very knowledgeable and of course their liquor is fantastic. Seriously, they are all about customer service. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I saw the sign!!! And it opened up my eyes- just kidding, but I did see the sign and off we went to explore! We landed in a tasting room with free samples (yes!) of rye whiskey and several liqueurs! Blackberry, raspberry, loganberry, boysenberry (oh my!). The whiskey has a delicious smooth flavor up front and that rye bite on the backend and I seriously wanted to take a bottle home! Weight limits on my checked bag had me saying next time. But- I still got the loganberry and boysenberry liqueurs! Why liqueurs over whiskey? Because boysenberry is a blast from my childhood and I had never had anything like these! I was imagining all the different things I could do with it, laughingly- pour a shot on pancakes! But seriously, I am conjuring a recipe in my head right now- since I am home and TSA checked my luggage and unwrapped one of my bottles from the bubble wrap and somehow it still survived the trip!!! Those liqueurs have a wonderful complexity of flavors! My middle son- he thought it tasted like cough syrup-- but he didn't waste a drop! Good parenting, I know. My youngest will be on Whidbey Island now- and he will be back! I will be back for that whiskey next time I visit! And cheers to the older woman who made it up the stairs and had to rest before buying one of everything! You are my future self!!! Our bartender was delightful too- I regret not getting the young man's name, but we had a great time in the tasting room!
google avatar

Ayse S.

Yelp
The tasting was great and everything was delicious. We bought a bottle or rye and logan berry liquor, as they were our favorites! The host was extremely friendly and enjoyable to chat with. We brought our little dog and while he wasn't allowed inside, we were able to sit outside with a heater under a covered area with him.
google avatar

Jess C.

Yelp
Smaller tasting room with a more intimate setting. They find out if your interested in a tasting and a little tour of the distillery. The distillery tour is actually just on the other side of the tasting room separated by a wall. They give you a run down of the operation, why it was start and how they distill their whiskey and liqueurs. With the tasting you get to try the whisky, blackberry, raspberry, loganberry and the boysenberry. I believe in that order. The liqueurs are on the sweet side and the whisky is smooth. The tasting was free today. The guide was fun and witty with a lot of greats ideas for uses of the liqueurs. If you're on Whidbey for the day stop by, we will for sure be back. The cocktail I got with the loganberry liqueur! Super tasty and I'll be making it at home with the bottle we purchased!
google avatar

Barry K.

Yelp
I really enjoy the bunker tasting room and outside area. A large meadow is right at the tasting area. The staff is great- knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They don't charge for the tasting which always puts me in a good mood and their wares are really tasty and interesting. Neither my wife and I are whiskey drinkers but we buy a bottle (of whiskey) every time we're here- that's how much we like it! We like going here just because... and we enjoy talking with the great people who work and own here.
google avatar

Marcie W.

Yelp
This was our second visit to the tasting room and we enjoyed it again just as much - maybe more? The rye is excellent and I particularly enjoyed comparing the liquors. The staff was skilled, friendly, and efficient - even managing the social distancing so that more than one group could taste safely at a time. Well done!
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
Stopped in for some whiskey and got some raspberry liqueur for my wife. Really good booze for the reasonable price. The tasting room seems like a good environment for groups. Friendly staff/owners(?) as expected on Whidbey. Thanks for doing what you do.
google avatar

Chi D.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday afternoon with a group of friends. The parking lot had plenty of room for everyone, but I could see how the tasting area might get crowded if there were more than 10-15 people. We did the free tasting, which included their rye/barley whiskey, blackberry liquer, raspberry liquer, loganberry liquer, and boysenberry liquer. My absolute favorite was the blackberry liquer because of its fruit forward flavor and sweetness, but my boyfriend (who actually drinks alcohol, unlike me) really enjoyed their rye. A bottle of any of these costs about $30. The staff were great and it was interesting to learn about the process of distilling alcohol and creating their whiskey and liquers. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, but we enjoyed what we tasted enough to purchase a bottle.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
The tasting was free and everything was tasty. I ended up with the Raspberry Liquor. Our guide through the tasting was very personable and knowledgeable. Seriously check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Laura T.

Yelp
It was such a friendly and enjoyable experience. Our group enjoyed the tastings and was so pleasantly surprised that they were complimentary. Their whiskey and liquors are fantastic. If you mix the liquor with a hint of citrus with some of the rye whiskey it tastes like and old fashioned. It's worth the stop!
google avatar

Denise S.

Yelp
The crew at the distillery was a lot of fun and very nice! We were really surprised to find out that they only have one whiskey and the rest of their product is sweet liquers. They were delicious and we had the flavored lemonade with the boysenberry and raspberry liquers. The ambiance was great but was a bit disappointed they did not have more than one whiskey!
google avatar

Steve O.

Yelp
This is an awesome business enterprise, their Whiskey is delicious, their customer service will far exceed your highest expectations, and they deliver within the State of Washington. I mangled an online order last week and with a couple of phone calls to the distillery, Mike was able to straighten the whole thing out and I got the order I wanted. Had a similar incident last year and the outcome after chatting with Bev in the office was exactly the same, good cheer and the order was delivered with the items I wanted. Hurry up and order a bottle of their double oaked Special Edition Whiskey for 2020, it is unbelievable, the price point for this years gem is below what a really good top shelf whiskey would be from one of the big conglomerates. If you like Rye this is the one to taste. They create berry Liquers with taste profiles beyond imagining, my wife's favorite is Loganberry, mine is blackberry.
google avatar

Erica D.

Yelp
Overall excellent experience. Max is a great and knowledgeable host. Tho I am not a whiskey drinker, I bought both a bottle of whiskey (for a friend) and a liqueur. If you are in whidbey, definitely worth checking out!
google avatar

Robbin S.

Yelp
You can't visit Whidbey Island without visiting Whidbey Island Distillery! We LOVE the owners and masters who create their **delicious** berry liqueurs (Loganberry, BlackBerry, raspberry, boysenberry). Their concoctions are so delicious! Our relatives from Greece came to the Island to visit us and were amazed at how delicious the Blackberry liqueur was. (Believe me....it is near impossible to impress a Greek when talking about food and spirits!) In addition to sipping as a liqueur, use them over vanilla ice cream or in desserts, too. In addition to their wonderful berry liqueurs, they also have some very tasty rye whiskey.
google avatar

Sondra T.

Yelp
Totally worth the stop if you are on island. They are making beautiful berry liquors and a proper whiskey. They distill in batches so small they had to innovate their own stills. An hour very well spent! It is a great place to pick up a unique gift for a beverage-forward friend.
google avatar

Sara A.

Yelp
We popped in after day 1 of Mystery Weekend in nearby Langley. The tasting was free which was a total surprise! The staff were super friendly and learning about their process was fun. The owner is literally a rocket scientist who developed his own distillation process to fit in a small space. The liquors are SO delicious! I had a hard time deciding which to add to my collection at home as they're all award winners! Happy to have a bottle for my guests to see and try.
google avatar

Stacey P.

Yelp
I'm a fan of raspberry liqueurs and after discovering that one of my favorite was only a ferry ride away I resolved to see it. I must admit I've been influenced too heavily on the wine tasting scene and as my friend and I followed signs a small uncertainty set in. The gravel road that led to a small gravel lot surrounded by red buildings that reminded me more of a farm than a distillery made me question if this was the right place. But I saw the sign that was their logo and another that said free tasting so my skeptical company and I headed down the stairs and inside a room that instantly relaxed both of us. This was more than I expected - warm ambiance with a counter for tastings, merchandise displayed on walls and on cute racks, and classy display of their liqueurs and whiskey. The lady at the counter immediately greeted us and offered us a brief tour of their distillery. A gentleman brought us to the back room where he gave a perfect presentation of the history and method of their distillery process. I was incredibly impressed with the technology and my friend loved the methodology. It was absolutely incredible! Afterwards we had our tasting, bought a couple bottles, and left the aptly named Bunker. Before we left we ran into the owner and my friend asked him a variety of questions which he kindly answered despite being in the middle of a task. As they talked I looked around and marveled at how tranquil it was enjoying the swallows flitting between bird houses. It was marvelous. Our initial skepticism turned into wonder and then embarrassment that we could be so quick to judge. It was lovely and a place I would certainly recommend!
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the complimentary tour and tastings. The space was quaint and our guide's recommendations for how to pair the liqueurs were very creative. We ended up purchasing two bottles of the award-winning blackberry liqueur as well as the loganberry liqueur which we're looking forward to adding to lemonade etc.
google avatar

Jonelle T.

Yelp
Whidbey Island Distillery is located in a cool little bunker space, with a small tasting room, and a variety of liqueurs for sale. We popped in one afternoon and sampled the rye whiskey, along with four berry liqueurs. The rye was spectacular, but they were actually sold out, and we were directed to a few local stores on the island. The staff was friendly and we even got a tour of the custom made stills. It was an unexpected chemistry lesson, and they did a fabulous job explaining their distilling process.
google avatar

Yuri B.

Yelp
Honestly I like distilleries, so I was already happy when I got a chance to visit. But holy smokes! The liquor is absolutely mind blowing, and so is Bunker Rye! By far the best Manhattan I've ever made at home. Local washington ingredients, and if you're an aerospace nerd like me you will love their unique distillation and aging process Blew my mind. Blew my wife's mind. Absolutely awesome in every way! Whidbey Island is definitely a gem in our state, and this is just a delicious cherry on top that everyone must allow their taste buds to experience
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Just stopped in to see what's up here and had a really pleasant experience with Beverly and her whiskey and liquors. Definitely stop by and say hi for a tasting.
google avatar

Adrienne A.

Yelp
Excellent service. We love to listen and learn from people who love their craft. Rye whiskey was really good. Liquor's were also really good! I took one home for the road. I love how this is off the beaten path. Whisky made by a rocket scientist....
google avatar

Christine H.

Yelp
We went for the Whiskey, and came home with that plus 2 bottles of liquor. Cute little place. Friendly, knowledge staff. Now every time we go over there we stop for another bottle.
google avatar

Romeo G.

Yelp
What a treat. Came here in the afternoon on a Friday during a COVID staycation. Excellent stop for a tasting. They're friendly, health conscious, and have amazing spirits. I honestly thought I would only get one bottle... got four. Looking forward to coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a *MUST* if you're on the Island! Whidbey has a lot of wineries to visit, but this is their only distillery. We've been to almost all of the wineries and I can say that they are all lovely, but Whidbey Island Distillery is one we go back to again and again. This is a small operation where you get a very up close look at the distilling process. It's got a great family vibe and you can feel the enthusiasm from everyone. Their blackberry liquor has been our favorite since we first visited over a year ago and it recently beat their own Loganberry for marks by Beverage Tasting Institute. It's great to support a very local business and I beam with pride when I see their liqueur on shelves in Seattle shops. I recommend this as a 'go out of your way' place to visit if you're on Whidbey. And if you're not in the area, you can buy your own bottle at Total Wines. An absolute must try!
google avatar

Katherine C.

Yelp
Gotta love a place that gives you free samples. As much as I am not a whiskey fan, I can't review that accurately. However, they do cordials. I found those tasty. They have nice glasses and can do a gift box for you. They provide a tour in the back. They have great customer service!
google avatar

Nicholas S.

Yelp
Amazing distillery! Went here for the final schlitzkrieg. Well hoprfully it's not the final one. Each liqueur was like drinking a bottle of jam with alcohol. We had samples of each flavor and at the end I bought a lemonade with the Logan berry on top.
google avatar

James t.

Yelp
When I was growing up, the first alcohol I ever tasted was the old Whidbey's loganberry liqueur, which my parents would have after Christmas dinner. I was so happy to find that Whidbey Island Distillery had started producing it once more. The loganberry liqueur tastes just like I remember. My wife and I liked it so much that we served it at our wedding in a Manhattan cocktail. The blackberry liqueur is excellent as well.
