I stopped in late last week looking for a gift, I’m not the best at shopping for others so I found the task to be overwhelming, but Naya and Johanna were quick to lend a hand and put my mind at ease. I found some awesome items and I will definitely be returning for future gifts. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality items and even higher quality customer service.

She has the best style advice and she knows every single item in the store. She will find things for you that you never thought for a minute would work! She has a great eye. I brought my mom in today and Gwen hooked her up with the best outfits for her vacation-and of course she found some amazing items for me too:)

I was accused of theft at this store by the older blonde saleswoman. She made me a room of my items and apparently didn’t count correctly. When I left the room she claimed two items were missing. I paid for my items (paid, like someone who doesn’t steal does when they want something) and left. She hounded me down on my way to the car and said she “wasn’t calling me a thief but maybe I forgot to take off a shirt underneath my own shirt”? This was very clearly an accusation of theft so I literally pulled up my shirt to show her I was wearing just undergarments underneath because she wouldn’t leave me alone. Her inability to count is not justification for harassment to the point of me having to strip in public to be left alone. She did not apologize.

Always such rude customer service from the older blonde lady. I went to return a shirt and jeans I had purchased three days prior. The employee pointed out the shirt had a small makeup stain on it, I apologized not realizing my make up had transferred when trying on the shirt. She then took it to the back and huffed “that’s so annoying”. After 10 minutes she stormed to the front, clearly annoyed, and I apologized again and offered to keep the shirt. She said that would be great and then takes the jeans and accusatorially ask if I had worn them. I explained that I had not and they were too large on me. I have shopped at Whim numerous times and the other employees who work there are kind, but my few experiences with this one employee are always incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have friends who refuse to shop there because of their own personal experience with this employee. Meanwhile, when I came home, it took me less than a minute to remove the makeup from the shirt with a makeup wipe. The unprofessionalism and exasperation on the older blonde employees part was completely unwarranted.

Trailblazer finds and trendsetter clothing! Many sizes and styles available makes for a nice Mother daughter shopping run! The owner is very nice, and she offers genuine styling info if you want assistance. And yes, the Bronxville Whim is great!

I moved to Bronxville in 2018, Whim has been my new favorite place to shop. I must thank Gwen for this. Not only is she an amazing manager, she is extremely helpful and by now she know my sizes and my taste. Gwen has become my stylist, and she listens to my needs and also understand fashion. I m in this store at least twice a week shopping. "I OBSESSED" Gwen you have become an important part of my wardrobe, thank you I am so happy I met you. To the co owner who responded to my earlier review: Your employees are never aware of what kinds of sales are going on in store, never get a clear answer about final sale/ return policies. Not cleanly in fitting rooms, floors are always dusty. This is not a one time thing it is every time I've been to your store.

I am LOVING this boutique! Staff is always super helpful and attentive. Love that everything is neatly displayed and organized. Love the brands, but most of all top customer service with lots of smiles :) Will definitely continue to shop here!

Prices are reasonable, selection is fun, and staff is always friendly. The girls are always quick to greet you and happy to start a fitting room for you etc. Store is always neat and organized too which is always appreciated!

What a cute boutique in Bronxville !! I absolutely love the clothes and jewelry. This store carries one of my favorite brands Daydreamer LA. I wish they carried more brands like madeworn, wildfox and junk food.
