Always such rude customer service from the older blonde lady. I went to return a shirt and jeans I had purchased three days prior. The employee pointed out the shirt had a small makeup stain on it, I apologized not realizing my make up had transferred when trying on the shirt. She then took it to the back and huffed “that’s so annoying”. After 10 minutes she stormed to the front, clearly annoyed, and I apologized again and offered to keep the shirt. She said that would be great and then takes the jeans and accusatorially ask if I had worn them. I explained that I had not and they were too large on me. I have shopped at Whim numerous times and the other employees who work there are kind, but my few experiences with this one employee are always incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have friends who refuse to shop there because of their own personal experience with this employee.
Meanwhile, when I came home, it took me less than a minute to remove the makeup from the shirt with a makeup wipe. The unprofessionalism and exasperation on the older blonde employees part was completely unwarranted.
