I recently visited Whipped Bakery & Café on Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Leander, and it was a truly delightful experience 🍰✨. After a long time, I finally had cupcakes that genuinely impressed me in both taste and freshness. I tried the Strawberry Tres Leches cupcake 🍓 and the Dubai Chocolate Chip cupcake 🍫, and both were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were rich yet perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, which I really appreciated 👍. Each bite tasted fresh, moist, and juicy, with ingredients that clearly felt high quality. The Strawberry Tres Leches cupcake was light and flavorful, with a beautiful strawberry note that didn’t overpower the dessert. The Dubai Chocolate Chip cupcake was equally impressive, with a deep chocolate flavor and a satisfying texture that felt indulgent without being heavy 😍. What stood out most was how fresh everything tasted 🌟. You can tell these cupcakes are made with care and attention to detail. It’s rare to find desserts that strike such a great balance between sweetness, texture, and flavor. This visit reminded me how amazing a well-made cupcake can be 🧁. Whipped Bakery & Café truly delivered. I’m definitely looking forward to trying more varieties on my next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality desserts in the Leander area.

Such a great bakery with delicious pastries, lots of drink choices, and charming atmosphere! I ordered a tres leches cupcake and raspberry fatcaron to go for my daughter and her boyfriend, and I got a slice of quiche and an unsweetened hot matcha latte with a little strawberry flavor added. I will definitely be back!

I can’t believe Whipped Bakery pulled this off! I placed a last-minute order on Tuesday for a Saturday pickup, and they delivered perfection. The vintage-style decor was exactly what my daughter wanted. The chocolate cake was light, airy, and delicious. Highly recommend for both their skill and their amazing customer service!

I'm not a huge fan of cupcakes. To me the majority are dry and just filled with tons of pretty and colorful sugar on top. But NOT HERE! I'm so happy I stopped by to get 2 delicious lattes and ordered the Black Forest and Tres Leches cupcakes. They were moist, flavorful and they had fresh fruit on top and cream, not sugar. All was perfectly balanced, spices, freshness, size, not too sweet or to plain, so it makes you wanting another one! I found myself scraping inside the paper with my teeth to get everything little left over. It was that good! Lol I'm definitely coming back to try more. I'm very impressed.

I would just like to ask one question. What do you get by being rude to customers? I will give minute by minute breakdown of my experience at this business. Date is Feb 14, 2026, which is Valentine’s Day. 1st minute: I enter this business as a first time customer. Explore the menu placed by the register. I start reading it. 2nd minute: Realized that the place had to offer more than the items listed in the menu. Non listed items were visible on display to in the chilled display to the right. 3rd minute: Wait for the gentle lady (another customer) to complete her transaction and then move over to take a glance to explore all the available items to purchase to buy for my Valentine. 4th minute: Male owner who was behind the display says “Can I help you here?”, with an attitude I almost never get. The one where someone passively suggests a person of color is trying to shop at a wrong establishment. I respectfully respond “I am trying look at what’s available for purchase here”. Within 10 seconds the owners business partner lady (I’ll not assume their relationship) further asks me “Are you Uber Eats?”, “Can I help you with something?”, with the same attitude while giving a look up to down. Again, I respectfully respond “I am trying look at what’s available for purchase here”. 5th minute: I head over to register to make the purchase and grab my items and left. This is the entirely of the interaction with the two lines I spoke. To the owners, please take a moment to retrospect. Would you want to do business at a place that treats you like this? You see, I left respectfully after doing business at your establishment even after this and not confronting you. As being Valentine’s Day, I had to get back to spending time with my love. I’ll not be coming back to this business again. Business or not, we Texans pride ourselves on placing respect to the highest regard. In the end, what do you get by being rude to customers? The cupcakes are delicious and full of flavor. However, when they first opened the prices were affordable, and they’ve steadily increased since then. Other bakeries in the area offer more reasonable pricing.

Best place for bakery products. Freshly baked daily, their products are rich, tasty and flavorful. The flavors are subtle but rich enough. The cakes, cupcakes are so delicious, moist. Never failed to excite everytime I eat here. Little on the pricey side but worth it. Highly recommended.

Violet greeted my wife and I as we came to this store. What a treat in more ways than one. Desserts were limited at 7pm but the cupcakes along with an iced and hot coffee were absolutely DELISH!! We shall return!! Kudos to the entire team as they were pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Keep it up!!

Hidden gem alert in Cedar Park! We stopped by Whipped Bakery & Cafe and were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, you wouldn't guess how beautifully decorated and cozy it is inside -- such a charming vibe! We tried the Mango and Tiramisu cupcakes -- both were moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. They are a little on the sweeter side, but we really liked them. The whipped cream frosting was a standout -- light, not overly buttery, and it didn't bother my throat like most whipped toppings usually do. If you're into cute interiors and tasty treats, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

Absolutely loved this adorable bakery. The staff were friendly and the baked goods were amazing. I'm a sucker for anything chocolate so I had to grab the Oreo pudding and chocolate cake. They were both delicious and not overly sweet where your teeth could fall out. I will be back soon!

Cute girly cafe! But reminder to myself- the iced latte is too milky and not as good as their warm coffees. The black forest cupcake is super good. the macaron characters or shapes etc aren't there daily- only special events or holidays. The one lady with the short hair is super nice but another worker was not- the other worker one was kind of rude! The decor is cute but they need to wipe down the tables cus they were so dirty. The tables were also annoying bc they slide around. I think they could really fix this place up a bit. The side seating is way nicer than the larger marble tables. And the lamps by the large table was not very pleasing to sit by- it's missing a lamp shade so too bright. I guess overall, there are some issues that made it average. But it has sooo much potential.

Stopped by to grab a quick dessert. Their cupcakes are really good. It wasn't dry and even the frosting wasn't too sweet. Also tried their macaroons which were. Their flavors aren't too strong but quite subtle. The place by itself has a really nice decor. Very lovely and spring kind setting. A good place to sit and relax and have a nice conversation while you enjoy your dessert. They also had banana pudding which I would like to try next and the people were very patient answered all my questions and were honest about it. As I was just visiting and considering taking a cake home. But some of their cakes or pastries are milk based and they said they might not last long if you are travelling.

Place was clean and quiet (not a lot foot traffic at the time I went which I appreciated). Customer service was fine nothing negative or anything to rave about. I settled and got a tres leches cupcake for $5.75 ( a lil pricey for a cupcake but totally worth it!). Super light and moist not soggy and has just the right amount of milk. :)

Cute cafe with pretty in pink decor and lots of seating inside. This is located in a shopping plaza with free parking and a spot directly in front of the store for to go orders parking. I was helped by an employee who appeared friendly and welcomed me inside. I ordered two cupcakes, and they were packaged well. In addition to cupcakes, the dessert case also had cookies, pies, pudding, and macarons. They also sell coffee and other drinks. I was in and out within 8 minutes. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, very moist, and not too sweet. The icing on the strawberry cupcake was heavenly, very creamy. The cream cheese icing on the carrot cake cupcake was slightly sweet. I enjoyed both items and would return to try additional flavors.

The interior design is really cute. The staff were really nice. The cupcakes were a little soggy and dense. And the frosting was super thick and didn't have too much sweetness. Also didn't have too much of a flavor.

Amazing gluten free goodies! My favorite was the honey lavender "fatcaron" and my daughter loved the GF carrot cake cupcake and tres leches cupcake. Everything was so good! The lavender matcha latte was also really tasty.

I really enjoyed this cafe! Great place to study with comfortable seats, outlets are a little lacking however. The dubai chocolate latte was great - chocolatey mocha with a very pistachio forward cream! The sprinkled chocolate pieces add a nice crunch as well. They have great looking cupcakes and cakes that I look forward to trying in the future

Beautiful cute coffee shop but lacks variety. Not enough pastry selection to pick from. Doesn't have enough French pastries, more cup cakes than anything else. Servers are kind. Coffee was ok. They serve on paper cups and plastics and paper plates so it's very basic

I adore this super cute café and have been here way too many times to count. Whipped offers the most delicious cupcakes in Austin with their triple chocolate and raspberry pistachio flavors being my favorites. Their banana pudding is also amazing. Their drinks are also delectable. I love ordering a sweetened matcha latte made with oat milk or the dalgona latte. Above all, I appreciate how warm and calming the environment is. It's a perfect spot for studying or catching up with a friend. Their entire staff is welcoming every time I visit.

So mad at myself that it took me this long to visit this place! Have heard about them for a while. The pistachio cream coffee was to d*e for! So creamy, perfect amount of sweetness with the right flavor of pistachio. The cupcake could be a bit sweeter for my taste. It didn't taste much like pistachio. The place was super cute inside! I loved the flowers and pink theme. Staff was friendly.

What a cute great place. It was busy when we came in, a lot of to go customers ordering pastries, thinned out after a while, but had plenty of seating for dine-in. Pistachio latte was definitely strong on the pistachio flavor, lavender fatcaron was delicately delicious. Appreciated that they had a gluten-free cupcake, also delectable. I would visit again here.

I first tried Whipped when my sister brought it to me. An hour drive and it was still delicious. Even my husband who isn't a sweets fan loves their fatcron & red velvet cupcake. On one of the storm/snow day, I finally got a chance to go to Leander and try it myself. Even then, they were sold out of a lot already. I got the last red velvet cupcake and a carrot. Their cupcakes are perfect. Not overly sweet. I wasn't a huge fan of the pistachio or tres leche so stick with flavors you like. I have not had a fatcron I haven't liked. So good! They are more pricey but they're big. Sometimes they have a layered strawberry cake, if they do, grab it. Most of the time, it's sold out but it's so delicious! One star off only because they sell out so quick and you never know what they'll have until you get there and see yourself. I wish I lived closer because I really enjoy their sweets. Definitely plan on ordering one of their cakes for my kids birthday in the future.

Such a cute cafe! The interior decorations are very fun and I can imagine it being a great spot to catch up with friends. I really liked the tres lèche cupcake but it has a bit of a soggy bottom problem. The carrot cake cupcake was far too sweet and inedible for me unfortunately. My boyfriend loves their pastries though so we will be back!

Such a cute spot for a drink and tasty treat! The inside is decorated nicely and it's quite relaxing. They had plenty of options to choose from for both baked goods and drinks. I love that they had milk substitutes for their beverages. The woman who helped us was very sweet and chatted with us while we made our selection. At first we chose a fatcaron, lemon cupcake, and the earl gray creme brûlée to go with our drinks. There wasn't a single bad bite or sip! The fatcaron (macarons) was so well made I went back for more flavors! The shell is light, crisp yet soft, and had good legs. The filling was silky smooth and well set. The cupcake was light, moist, and refreshing. And my creme brûlée was gone in mere minutes. 10/10 recommend and we absolutely intend to return again!

Wow! How have I never been to Whipped before? While looking for places that had gluten free cupcake options for my boyfriend's bday, I stumbled upon their website. While prices are fairly steep ($5+ per cupcake) in my opinion it was well worth it! We are both very intolerant of super sweet cake/ cupcake frosting and the frosting that Whipped makes is perfect! Not too sweet and very rich in flavor. I tried the GF Strawberry cupcake in store to see how it tasted before buying and was very impressed. The cake itself was fairly moist and the frosting does a good job of complimenting the GF undertones from the GF cake. I also purchased the fatcarons (all of which are GF except for the Oreo and biscoff flavors). Still haven't tried those out but they look super cute with their overly stuffed fillings! All in all, I spent a little under $40 for 4 GF cupcakes and 4 macarons and while pretty expensive (docking one star because of that), but I think it's well worth it based on the quality of their offerings. The people at the counter were friendly and helped explain which GF options they had- which was perfect for me as I'm fairly new to this world. Will definitely visit again!

I ordered 2 cupcakes ( mango and cherry jubilee ) by phone and made payment through the link sent by phone today 4 pm. My husband came to pick up on the way home from work. It is turn out horrible cupcake . cherry jubilee is old . whipped cream is hard and color turn dark. $5.95 per cupcake. Customer be aware to order by phone then pick up . Need to check the cupcake when u pick them up.

I've been going to Whipped since they first open and love their cupcakes and mocha rolls. Today, we got some cupcakes and feel that the taste of cupcakes had changed so much from before. We got a red velvet, a carrot, a mango, and a coconut. All the cupcakes were not as good as back in the old days when they first opened. The red velvet cupcake was really dense. The mango cupcake was so soaked with the syrup that it was so wet. I tried to pick up the mango cupcake, and the whole cupcake crumbled from all the syrup. This was really bad. The carrot cupcake was ok. The coconut cupcake was again overly wet. I used to love the cream they use on the cupcakes, but now it has a very weird taste....more artificial and not light and yummy. I hope the owner will take note and reassess what has changed. I feel like the bakers she hired to help her are the cause of the change in taste. Please maintain the old taste. Whipped used to be our favorite Korean bakery.

OMG MY FAV. This place is so good it had my grapefruit loving self showing up every morning before classes in high school. The grapefruit ade is perfect and the dark chocolate almond pound cake. Staff is super duper nice and friendly! Fatcarons are BOMB! they need at UT location for real. Also they have a great story and very much deserve the hype.

We used to love this place but now the Service is very bad. The staff is very rude and not ready to answer any questions I had for the birthday cake I wanted to order. Very sad to see this.

Gluten free cupcakes are amazing. Love the variety. Service varies - it happens. Earl grey iced tea is really good - heavy ice with certain employees. Great bakery - best in CP/RR area.

The cafe is so cute and the owners are lovely. The cakes are the best thing and we order them for every family members birthday and holiday like Mother's Day. The cakes are like clouds so soft and spongy and we especially love the mango cake with fresh fruit. The fatcarons and cupcakes are so cute. The coffee is alright but you come to this place for dessert. They always put the customer first. I went in to pick up the Mother's Day cake on Friday and it was the wrong color. They refunded me the color cost and made sure it was fixed and also gave me a tea while I waited, truly going above and beyond! I love whipped!

Good chai latte. The fatcaroons had too much icing. The macaroon cookie was nice but would be much better ratio with smaller amount of icing.

The cutest Asian owned bakery. Pistachio latte had this amazing pistachio foam on top that I loved but was very sweet. The pistachio raspberry cupcake wasn't too sweet and the frosting was very light.

Oh my goodness! Beautiful decor and scrumptious food! The barista carefully crafted my Americano coffee-- not making it fast made it more wonderful And my banana pudding was delicious Another location will soon open in Austin.

Such a cute little bakery!!! They have the cutest chairs and this stunning cherry blossom tree that makes the place so enchanting. I got 3 of their "fatcarons": cotton candy, lavender, creme brulee. My son thoroughly enjoyed the cotton candy flavor. I preferred the creme brulee over the honey lavender. It was the right amount of sweetness. I felt the lavender couldn't been a bit more subtle as it was quite perfumey. Didn't get a chance to enjoy a drink, but will definitely try the next time I'm in the area

Very cute Parisian themed bakery! I love the chic and cozy vibe. Their seasonal and regular cupcakes are phenomenal. My mom got a cake from here for a party and it was an absolute hit. You can't go wrong with their sweets! Docking a star for their coffee. I've been here a few times and have never had a good coffee experience. I most recently ordered the London Fog latte which tasted like 90% sugar.

I stumbled upon this neighborhood bakery on yelp and decided to get a cake for a birthday celebration from here. The staff went above and beyond by making us a fresh cake in our flavor of choice & offered a pick up in 1 hr, as they didn't have the flavor we wanted in their pre-baked, ready to sell section. We got a (smaller size) triple chocolate cake - it was delicious! Not extra sweet, yet chocolatey enough and fluffy with just the right amount of fresh chocolate cream. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this bakery! Definitely found our go to place :) The staff was friendly and knowledgeable (about ingredients & flavors) Can't wait to try out more flavors here.

I got the cutest macaroon gift box from my work and they were sooo delicious. Literally the best macaroons I've ever had. I have to make a trip to this place to experience it for myself so I can experience their highly touted service and ambiance.

This last visit was awful. The people at the check out were snickering and being disrespectful. We stood there as we were being judged and laughed at. All for asking for a box to separate the cupcakes. They made us feel awful for something so small and I still don't understand why. I used to love going here and enjoyed the cupcakes so much, after this visit I never want to return.

Cookies, fatcarons, cupcakes, coffee drinks were subtly sweet and delicious! We've been back multiple times already and will continue to return for treats. Such adorable aesthetic with bits of soft white and pink. A must if you're into baked goods that aren't overly sweet!

Ok, where do I start? Everything about this bakery is super cute! Their interior is very cute and sends out good vibes. It's decorated with an Eifel tower wallpaper and a fake cherry blossom tree. In addition to that, they have a wide variety of drinks and treats to choose from. Even their treats are super cute. My friend and I ordered their strawberry cream cupcake and mint chocolate chip cupcake. We were surprised to find that the strawberry cupcake tasted sweeter than the mint chocolate chip cupcake. However, both flavors tasted very good. The cake is nice and moist. As someone who doesn't like super sweet desserts, I was happy that the desserts matched my preferred sweetness level. They also sell macarons that taste great! Lastly, we ordered the dalgona iced coffee. Also not as sweet and paired very well with our desserts!

The macaroons were absolutely delicious! The Chocolate cupcakes was good as well it's just so expensive. Went for a first time and probably won't be back, mostly because it was a long drive to visit but the coffee was not it for me. I asked for a marshmallow coffee extra sweet and it tasted like raisins. Idk, I just thought it was a waste of a $5 coffee but the service was good.

Vibe : 5/5 Pastries and coffee: 4.5/5 A must visit cafe if you're in the area. Will recommend Mocha and macarons. Everyone working at this place is friendly and accommodating. They'll suggest you drink and pastries based on your liking. They take birthday cake orders as well.

Whipped is one of those special places you wish could be replicated in your home town. I was brought here by a friend when visiting Austin and this place did not disappoint. The "Fatcaroons" were perfectly baked and stuffed with filling. The cakes... man the cakes, PERFECTION. The cupcakes are frosted with a light whipped cream and man or man the flavors! My friends and I also got a variety of their drinks, each carefully crafted. Our fan favorite was the dalgona honeycomb one, they top the drink with tons of topping so you can enjoy it with each sip. Def worth it you're in the area or out of the way!

I love this place! I was recommended by a friend to try this place out earlier this year. I've been taking family and friends here because of how friendly and picture-esque this place is. I pre-ordered the Christmas fatcarons set and it's super cute!! I wish there was a note saying which flavors were which without going on Instagram to see it but other than that, would recommend!!

Honestly one of my favorite cafes! Not only is the interior super aesthetic and a great place to get work done, but the treats are delicious! The cupcakes are so fluffy with a really refreshing and light cream. And the same goes for their cakes. The basque cheesecake is super creamy and the perfect serving size. And to top it all of, all of the desserts are really cute to look at. They also have a selection of savory dishes that I can't wait to try.

I love this place and think the fatcaroons are delicious. Along with the blueberry yoghurt cupcake. However, I ordered a breve latte less ice and I got a latte that is half filled with ice and an inch of no coffee. Sorry, I won't be back because of this.

Cute spot with nice ambiance. Cakes, pastries & other goodies to enjoy. My Expresso was really & I appreciated the non dairy options that are available. This spot was busy but I was here on a Saturday afternoon. The special order cakes look amazing and prices seem reasonable.

I have ordered custom cakes from here for 3 yrs now on my toddlers birthday but their service and management of custom orders hasn't improved a bit. It's always confusing and all over the place. I also find some of their staff rude. They keep repeating the instructions without really listening to what am trying to ask or tell them. They have mentioned all these policies on their website that they won't accept phone orders on a Saturday, won't respond to custom order inquiries via email on the weekend etc. however when we as customers ensure to follow these policies and put in the request in a timely manner, you don't hear back from them unless you follow up via a call. Even then we have to explain the whole order again so am not sure what's the purpose of making us fill a custom order form if you are never really going to read it? Yes agreed the cakes are tasty but customer service also plays an important role. I feel like I have given them enough chances and am ready to move on cause even this year I experienced the same mismanagement and confusion & rude behavior. It's also not exactly a cheap cake so I do expect a higher level of servic

The cakes are beautiful and delicious, and the mini cupcakes are sized just right for 6 year olds. Staff are friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend the canales.

I don't normally leave a review but the Lemon Madeleines here are Devine! I crave them daily!!! Unfortunate part is the supply is inconsistent and the staff isnt much help! When I asked when they would be making a new batch I was told that they cant predict when they will be made.

Delicious cake but took 30 minutes for pick up. The cake was preordered too. The decoration was pretty simple- icing colors didn't really match though.
