Best Salad Ever! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The salad was massive and delicious, exactly what I was hoping for. Keep in mind, this isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a vibrant bar and dining spot rolled into one. It’s perfect for any occasion, whether you’re taking someone out on a date, unwinding solo, or gathering with friends for a fun night out. The atmosphere was lively with TVs everywhere and music pumping through the speakers. When I was there, everyone was getting ready to watch the Pacers game and the energy was electric, drinks were flowing, and the vibe was just right. I give this place a solid 10 out of 10. My only regret? Not being able to dine in due to my condition. As for everyone else, I highly recommend you try it out.

Been there 4 times better with each visit tried a new main course each time and it keeps getting better. Pretzel nugs and Reubens roll appetizers are superb. Yes it's a bar first, but don't let that stop you. The eats are worth it. Not to mention live music weekends, trivia, karaoke, and billiards,

I am so glad owner Me Doran told me about this location. I was bragging about the Southport location. The cook at Pendleton Pike blew it out of the water. Everything was excellent. My boyfriend said his burger could have used a little more peanut butter. The pulled pork nachos were to die for. The waitress was the bomb! I can't wait to go again!! I went again and Kyle was the best!!

This was an order that was picked up and delivered to me, so I can't speak to the ambiance or atmosphere of the place. I was told that the clientele wasn't very versatile, that's okay, we're here for the food... to go. For the most part the reviews seemed to be decent, I think I found this place on TikTok and upon looking at the menu and a few photos of the menu items I decided that I wanted to try the pizza along with the wings. I got three different flavors of wings I can't remember which three but they all were similar in taste, they were not impressive, they were okay, just okay. The wings were just a companion to the star of the show which would have been the Pizza, it had onions, black olives and a mystery ground meat that I'm assuming was the ground beef that I ordered except this was ground meat ran through the grinder extra fine. Typically my experience with ground beef on pizza is that they are of smaller size than sausage of course but are large enough that it's textured. I probably could have excused the very fine ground meat if it was at least seasoned. It wasn't, it was bland, as for the vegetables and sauce. At least I can say I gave this place a try if someone asks. I have no desire to return after this lackluster experience.

Based on the food that was prepared for me tonight I edited my review. My co-worker was bragging about this place and their food so I decided to try it out here is my summary: Beef, onion, black olive pizza,xtra cheese, and extra sauce. Not the taste I was expecting. Hot honey, hot Asian and Jamaican jerk wings, these hot wings were not even hot, ok. In my opinion, this is great food to drink 🍻 and watch the game alongside. To me I've had food like this before at other places. Maybe I should have ordered something else, pizza and wings may not be their specialty. It says burgers and brews on their signage outside. Those pictures are how the food was prepared and presented, so, hey different strokes for different folks.

Used to be a fan of this place. Bar was full and I must have seated myself in the no help section. One of the servers that could have asked if things were okay simply ignored me and helped a table of gentlemen watching golf. I just wanted a couple beers. Asked for another beer and was never brought one. Was told it was shift change. But didn’t seem that way when 4 capable women walked by me not saying a word. My money is apparently not good enough here. Needless to say. I will just take my business elsewhere. 2025, prices through the roof in places. And they can’t even offer reasonable customer service.

Came here with the wife for a quick bite before the Pacers game. Bar was full, only a couple tables had people, so not overly busy. in and out, it took us about an hour and half, and I left thirstier than when I showed up. Won't be returning.

The phone number for this establishment (Lawrence location) is completely inactive, so there is no way to contact them regarding orders. There have been multiple instances where food was ordered for one location, and the order, in error, went to the lawrence location. Yet there is no way to get said order refunded, or sent to the proper location. Terrible system for serving customers.

1st time taco tuesday and was 2 tacos $2, had beef, chicken , and shrimp tacos which all were good. Service was great and tacos got out kitchen fast. Nice establishment with pool tables, darts, and touchtunes music too. Definitely will be back to try other menu items!

First off let me say I had grandkids with me so could not go inside for the full restaurant experience. I ordered online and order was ready way before the estimated time of 40 minutes. The server got the togo order for me and brought it to the door since I had the kids. I appreciate that. Now for the food, this was very limited sample so don't let it prevent you from trying the establishment. It looked fun inside and there was a patio outside for dining and hanging out. DYNAMITE CHICKEN ROLLS $12.65 Egg Rolls Stuffed With Grilled Chicken, Spicy Black Beans and Corn. Served with Southwest Ranch. These were dry and not spicy at all. There were about 3 beans and pieces of corn per half eggroll. If the ranch was inside the eggroll, I couldn't tell. Only the space I chose made it spicy at all. It came with a small pile of shredded lettuce and again several beans and pieces of corn. ISLANDER BURGER $17.25 Premium Ground Beef, Grilled Pineapple, Tropical Rum Glaze, Cheddar, Mayo on a Toasted Bun Good concept, plenty of pineapple and mayo but not much flavor. I don't know if the meat is seasoned but it sure didn't seem like it. Not much bourbon glaze or flavor there either. Cole slaw side was creamy and a good portion size.

This is a fun little bar with cheap drinks and decent bar food. We've had the breaded tenderloin and it was good. We've had their burgers and they were good. We've been here several times and the service has always been top-notch.

Whiskey Business has only recently come back on to our radar as a quick neighborhood-ish meet up spot with friends. Service has always been hit or miss, but for cheap drinks and happy hour food specials, you cannot beat it. Things get a little jumbled up check wise if your party is large and we have just rolled with it since we were with friends, but check your bill before handing over your card. Limited veggie options that aren't fried - but it's a bar so I am not counting this as a strike against them. Check out WB for the events (live music to Slingo nights) and daily food and drink specials. They can get busy and it's loud in there - but a good time.

Went to Whisky Business for lunch. I ordered a pizza and my wife the Fried Chicken Salad off the lunch menu. The lunch menu is offered daily and includes a selection of meal options and a soda for $10. The portions are large and it's a good deal. Our server was prompt and attentive but not extremely knowledgeable or helpful, initially. It was a Saturday and an IU game day so I asked for the mini Coors beer pitcher for $7.50. I was told that was the special on Thursdays. I pointed out there was a poster on their wall indicating it was Saturday IU game days. She said she was not told that was the special today but she'd ask. She came back and said the special was Thursdays. Again I pointed out the posted and again she said she had not been told that was the special. I did not get the mini pitcher of beer. The pizza was good ... more a traditional pizza and crust. The salad was good but it was all iceberg lettuce (and a few rib pieces). We will return. Just wish they'd more readily honor their advertising.

I did a pickup order from this establishment and my order was ready at the exact time they said it would be. The staff were very friendly and attentive when I came inside to grab my order which consisted of The Pickle Cruncher, BLT Supreme, and Yum Yum Shrimp. Everything was hot and delicious. I especially loved how big the Pickle Cruncher sandwich was. This place is right around the corner from my house, so I will definitely frequent there more often.

This food is surprisingly amazing!! We had the bone in wings with buffalo garlic sauce. Wowzers!! Then we had the smash burgers with fries and beer cheese. Again, wowzers!!! The only thing questionable was the ambience. It's dark and dingy. But we would be back (before darkness) LOL

Been going here for 5+ years. Five of us went yesterday. Never going back again. Food taste, texture was absolutely horrid!! 3 of us sent food back. I sent food back and did not reorder. Whiskey Business...I used to praise your place. it's now just the opposite. Be prepared for the backlash. No 2nd chances. You've made some seriously negative changes. Not worth my time to see if youve changed back to your former glory.​. GOOD LUCK. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT!

Oh my crunch wrap! I loved this menu item. I ordered it medium and it was cooked to perfection AND the fries were hot. I measure a restaurant's value based upon hot fries, and they have yet to disappoint!

I am so mad at myself for living next to WB for a decade and never going in! Live music Good food Pool tables Darts Bar This is a great place to hang out if you don't feel like venturing to Broad Ripple or Downtown. I ordered this cocktail colada that was really good! Not sure how much alcohol was in it, but I liked the sweetness and it was only $7. Then I got a side of loaded fries. They were seasoned and cheesy! And finally I ordered a cheesecake brownie. So good! I came just to talk with some girlfriends so I didn't order a full meal, but I definitely will next time!

Build your own pizza. The only options available? Crust and sauce. That's it! Build your own? Yeah okay. Build your own crust. Wow! I don't even know what toppings are on it, nor was I given a chance! Is it pepperoni? Sausage? Still waiting for this surprise. Just ordered and if they see this post they might spit on my food. Who knows.

First time ever eating there and ordered online. I ask about one of meals and she yes it's in there with the gravy in the side. Get back to where I am staying and the meal isn't in the bag. Tried calling there 4 times on my way back and no one answers. They remake the meal and it takes longer than it did the first time. No sorry or anything. She hands me my food and I take it and say thank and walk out and she talks back to me about me being annoyed. I get she didn't package it but it was still recalling annoying to have to go to a place 2 times to get my food and no one can answer the phone bc the music was too loud. Heck I couldn't even answer my own phone so I had to miss a call. So check your bag and treat them like you owe them for coming to their restaurant.

I love this place friendly people great service and a safe place for women the staff is the best great food always so so friendly

Staff is easy going and quick to grab you a drink. Haven't had the food but I've been told that it's decent for bar food. Bar is clean and has a good selection for darts and pool. Music is typically good and mainstream which makes it easy to keep stuff up beat.

It was not very good. I got the southwest chicken wrap. It was dry. I couldn't tell it had any sauce. I asked for two more and they charged me .75 for each without letting me know.

Their burgers are all that and more! I had the ALL American, and my husband had their Hawaiian. Perfect! It was so big that I had to cut mine in half so that I could eat it (and not wear it)

Their Burgers are good enough themselves to make it worth coming here. I don't know what they put in them but I need one a week or I'm feening.

Food is so good I ordered double burger. The entertainment was tops. Service is wonderful can't wait to go back!

We found this spot while on the East side and decided to give it a shot. It's a bar but had a nice ambiance. The noise SR level was low and we could comfortably talk. Our server was quick to wait on us and continued checking in throughout our stay, service was on spot. We are watching our weight and avoiding fried foods so we both ordered the chef salad, I was pleased that they were able to offer me a fat free raspberry vinaigrette. That was very tasty. We also tried some Reuben rolls, and they were very tasty as well. I will definitely go back when I'm on this side of town and try some other items.

It's a sports bar so I give it a solid 3 1/2 but I'm rounding up. Didn't know what to expect with a name Whiskey Business somehow I thought it was a more upscale place but it's actually a sports bar. So with that it gets a 4. They have a variety of whiskey, but no menu because they said their Whiskey rotates and they never know what they may have. They have about 15 TVs and we came during college football time so there were a variety of gaMes being shown including football and basketball. What I found interesting is the diverse crowd. Young, old, white, black, Asian, Hispanic and everyone seemed to be at home with no judgement. My kinda place. Drinks come with a nice pour and very nice bartenders. We ordered food, the boneless wings and fries. The sauce for the wings were great (hot garlic and jerk) and the fries were non-breaded which are my favorite. There are several pool tables and dart boards so there's something to do if you aren't into just sitting. They also have a touch tunes jukebox and an ATM. I imagine on Sundays this place is swamped because of all the TV's so come early!

Went back to Whiskey business for the second time in one week. When thinking of where to celebrate St. Pat's Day, I knew it had to be here. The vibes were great, between the basketball games and the holiday, it was a fun place to be. Service was pretty slow, but I know it was a busy holiday. I had the Turkey Avocado Wrap and my dad had the Breaded Tenderloin. Both were great and the fries were fresh and hot! We also got a great beer special (as usual) of green beer!

Everything was very clean for what I might call a dive bar. Absolute downside was the food runner who had so much perfume that she would have choked a strip club out. Serve food...no perfume/cologne. Everyone was friendly and the ordering and checkout process was very efficient. We were warned that the thin-and-crispy which is our choice was frozen and the toppings slid off so we chose the hand tossed pizza which was super soggy. Good sauce and topping taste. The exterior crust was crispy and tasty which is a shame it was not throughout. A bit of moisture reduction and this would be a really good pie. No reason not to return but we will be careful in what we order.

This is the quintessential bar that serves food good enough that people come in as much for that as to get their drink on. The menu is bar bites/pub grub a'plenty. Lots of wraps and wings and burgers and other assorted things that are grilled or deep fried. I had the Mother Clucker, which was a sandwich with two substantial sized chicken breasts, deep fried and covered in buffalo wing sauce, topped by pepper jack cheese and the usual burger toppings (i had mine with no onions). Regular fries and an unsweetened iced tea on the side. The sandwich was even better than I had hoped. The chicken tasted good, not cheap. The wing sauce was smooth and spicy without setting my face on fire, and it wasn't slathetered on there, in the spirit of 'If a little bit of wing sauce is good, a whole lot of wing sauce is great', which only serves to make the sandwich extremely messy to eat. It's not optimal when you're on your lunch hour from work to come back to the office with orange wing sauce stains on your clothes. I'd love to go back and try some other bits and pieces from the menu. My one caveat about this place is that it's a bar. In addition to not allowing anyone under 21 (which is hip hip hurray for me but probably not so much for those with families), there were only two people working the front, with no hostess. The bar seating was about 2/3 full, and it definitely seemed like getting to the people at tables was a secondary priority. I got what I needed and it was fine, but don't expect anyone to be lightning quick in doling out the refills. Probably easier to go up the bar and ask for it anyway.

Absolutely terrible service, I am a regular however the past few months the change in servers is absolutely just disappointing. It's taken 42 minutes for an appetizer to come out with only 4 tables. Anymore this is just a normal anymore. Southport location is much better

Always a good time at whiskey business. Thursday karaoke. Friday and Saturday live music after 9. TVs everywhere always playing the games! Get the sweet heat boneless wings!

I came to this place by incident, and let me tell you I don't regret it. It's a nice looking bar restaurant that doesn't look at all dumpy and with fantastic service. Plus, the burger I ate was delectable! You can bet I can see myself eating there again!

I do not know what has happened to The whiskey Business off of Pendleton Pike. My sister and I used to go and meet there for our time away from everyone else and we would just talk and talk food was perfect drinks were perfect and service was perfect. We went last night... May 9th and everything was terrible. The service was absolutely terrible the food was bad the burger was not cooked the way we wanted it to be cooked the onion rings were thick with breading that wasn't fully cooked through the fries were okay and the drinks weren't made the way we wanted him to be made. I don't know that we are going there any longer. Sad .. because it was our go-to place. I guess we have to find a new place.

We visited this place late one Saturday night. When we came in, we were ID'd then found our own table. They had a live band playing so it was really loud. Be aware this is very much local bar whole in the wall vibes but I liked it. The waiter came along and got our orders. The food came out surprisingly fast! It's not shown but we ordered some mozzarella sticks as well and was fighting for the last stick. The food was so good and I can't wait to go back!

Service was terrible. Security harassed me saying my ID was expired AFTER I entered the bar (it wasn't, security was either drunk or on a power trip). I was inside for 30+ minutes before he approached me to see my ID again. I had not even ordered an alcoholic drink, I only ordered a water because I was the designated driver. I feel because of my age (just turned 21) that I was unfairly targeted. I am disappointed and will never return and suggest this established to others.

This is a sports bar with really good bar food. I had the "Biz Mac" smashed burger and it fell apart as I ate it, but it was delicious. Also, you can upgrade to waffle fries or onion rings for free! My coworker had the Mexi Smash burger and onion rings and he said they were awesome, too.

2 burgers good except i asked for only lettuce and tomato on the side, GRILLED onions, one burger med rare, no cheese, no mayo to go. at home they followed NONE of the instructions. don't ask for service beyond the menu, it obviously does not exist. doubt i will hurry back to their mess.

I really want to like this place but my experiences have only been average to be honest. I've come on their trivia Tuesdays and had really slow service when the bar wasn't that crowded. I like the $0.75 taco Tuesday special! I loved having two tacos, fries, and a pop for $9! I've also had the wings that were pretty flavorful as well. I do think something upset my stomach while eating there both times however. My friends also really really enjoyed the breadsticks! Overall very average, but a pretty full entertainment schedule!

I am a member of an office that orders from your location at least 1-3 times a week and once again my order is WRONG!!! Every time I order with the group my order seems to always be screwed up. Obviously I/we don't have time to come back and make it right cause yep we are all working. DO BETTER get it together. How hard in a All American Burger with Lettuce, Onion & Mayo to make. What did I get? All American Burger with Onions & Extra Pickle....By the Way I FREAKING HATE PICKLES!!!!!! Also don't bother to ask how I liked it cooked cause it is NEVER RIGHT....always WELL DONE....I like my Burger Medium Well not dry and way over cooked. Guess I should be grateful for the pickle juice for some MOISTURE...accept did I say I HATE PICKLES! DONE ORDERING HERE.

The chicken is always cooked well and taste great! The French fries are always on point. My server don't know her name but she's always attentive and up beat. She's Very very nice. Live bands are pretty good.

So far so good . The place is clean and even late on Sunday there are a few people here . The waiter is attentive and efficient. It's a typical neighbor bar plus one . My husband had the cheese steak and said it was good no Pennsylvania but good . I ordered the pub it was enormous.I'll post pictures . We ordered nachos for an app , which was overkill we had so much food . Everything was well cooked and even late on a Sunday night the food was freshly cooked . ONE bad note the cheese they use . On the nachos it was that lumpy yucky "cheese sauce" which is just a waste . It's so easy to just use shredded cheese I don't know why they ruin perfectly good nachos with that garbage . Ditto the club they had Kraft American singles ( a taste from my childhood I'll never forget) instead of good cheese . I took it off and the sandwich was fine .

My go to bar. Staff is excellent. If you go, get the "Carlito's Way" wings. I would put these up against any wings in the city. Good size and the sauce is unreal.

Been coming here as our towny-bar for three years. We've never been disappointed with the food or it's presentation. We have been to both locations, but this one has more of a 'locals-vibe'. The drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is surprisingly great compared to other local options. Live entertainment is semi-regular. As long as you don't mind holding your breath at the entrance from the smokers, it's a decent place. Enjoy.

I like this place. The vibe here is cool. Went here last Saturday with the ladies from work for some drinks and appetizers and while listening to The 90's Band. The service and appetizers were great. Will definitely be returning soon.

Really good food and specials. I loved the wings and the steak special, altho unsure if they still have it.

I've been here a few times, but just to hang with some friends for a beverage or two. Alway seems to be fairly busy and those that frequent regularly seem to like the food as well. I've never had any issues and service has always been good when I've gone in.

This was my second time trying Whiskey Business and I've been really impressed both times. The food is delicious, both pickup and delivery), and it's close to my house. The sloppy tots are one of our favorite sides in Indy and the Biz Smash Burgers are some of the best in town as well.

Food is okay, but the music is entirely too loud. So if you like mediocre burgers and not talking to your date-this is the place for you!

Great place to watch baseball and football. Has the mlb pass and Sunday ticket. Solid menu and drinks!
