Buck is the absolute best! He brings insane vibes with high energy to match. Robby is awesome too! Got a mysterious mixologist vibe going on. Yall got to check this place out!

My friend Jared Blake hosted an event there. His organization Gifted my son an awesome guitar For Christmas. They had people like Lee Brice, Jared neiman, James Otto, Jessica Andrews, And Jimmy Wayne! They did a phenomenal show and even had an auction is an auction to raise money for children! Hands down one of the greatest group of guys you'll ever meet!

Very excited they are bringing in great new upcoming Talent Like Chelekis. Exposing great new talent there is exciting for the music lover. Can’t wait for Chelekis band Friday night!

Typically a great place to watch an NFL game, but came in to watch my team and was told the manager says they only show 4 games at a time. Never heard of that. I was among 10-15 patrons in the bar. Thankfully the place across the street doesn't go by that rule. Disappointing.

We expected a whiskey room but it was more of a sports bar/bowling alley. They told us there was a little room but that all the drinks were the same. The server was great. Nothing was bad we were just expecting more of craft cocktails rather than a sports bar.

Had the good pleasure of meeting Craig the bartender who made me a classic whiskey sour with the care and attention I've rarely witnessed. Seriously one of the best drinks I've had in Tennessee... only to be outdone by the following creation of a smoky old fashion. Holy crap, not sure if watching it being made was more fun than drinking his libation of love.

As much as I don't like The Draft Room at Kings Bowl, I LOVE the whiskey room. Every time I have come here in the evenings I've had a blast. Especially on the weekends when they are doing karaoke. I've been several times, and each time the vibe is different, but it's still a good time. The hosts are super fun and interactive and there is never too long of a wait to go up and sing. And honestly a lot of times it's so empty that it feels like my friends and I have the place to ourselves. So if you're looking for a low key chill karaoke place in the Cool Springs area, then I would totally recommend the Whiskey Room.

Went to sing karaoke tonight, my first time here, and it was a greatexperience. All in the place were into it, mostly because of the KJ/host Jaclyn who kept it moving perfectly all night. I've seen a.lot of karaoke hosts work, she's great and it was a pleasure to sing there. Also a terrific sound system. I'll be back again!

The KINGS Whiskey Room Live is a great room! I've produced several shows there. The room has great sound, a nice-sized stage, great ambience and lighting, plenty of tables and a room long bar. And it has great food. Not just good. Great! Its a new venue that is part of a larger KINGS entertainment complex and sports bar. If you haven't checked it out, you should. It's right off the I-65, literally 15 min away from downtown.

I didn't expect much sitting on that parking lot/terrace. But I was amazed at how good my rose sangria was. My french fries were tasty and done great. My friend ordered a simple margherita pizza and it was super good! Thin, well cooked, tasty. We were both pleasantly suprised at the quality of what we got here! Plus the service was super friendly and our server was checking on us just enough but not too often either. Real good! It's also a lot of fun inside at night!

Not a great experience. The live music was wonderful. Service was super slow...had to get up two or three times just to try and find the server. Management wasn't much better. We were freezing on the patio and he wouldn't turn the heaters on. Said the musicians might get hot. Right. As if they were on stage jumping around!! You've got to be kidding. We might have listened longer if we hadn't had to leave to thaw out. Food was OK. Also I guess it's our fault but we didn't really know this was in a mall type setting. I'll be more careful when I'm out of town.

Karaoke night with my wife was a blast here! Pete and the staff were fantastic! My wife and I came here to celebrate a late Valentine's Day. It was a ton of fun!

This place turned out much better than what my friends were telling me!! Great live music with comfortable seating to enjoy the entertainment. They have a decent drink menu and an amazing food menu. Whether you want to party and celebrate something with your friends or just enjoy some wings and live music who can actually put on a show, this place is where to go!! Will return and will be spreading the word on this hot spot.

This place keeps getting better and better!!! My mind was blown by the talent that performs here nightly. The crowd is really cool too. I like to hang here with my girls after work. Nothing like a few shots and music to make the daily hassle of paperwork a distant memory. There's plenty of eye candy working the bar too. I've been hinting to HR that this would be the perfect place for our company holiday party.

Live music = fantastic. Atmosphere = fantastic. These are the 2 stars I gave, because our overall experience made me never want to return. This was not (by ANY means) a packed night. And yet it somehow took 30 minutes to get drinks (every time), we had to go track down our own napkins/to-fo box (etc), and my husband ordered a drink towards the end of the evening that was never made (after well past 20-25 minutes). We were actually sitting at the bar, so we could clearly see what was happening. This was not a case of being super swamped or understaffed, it was purely horrible customer service. We are not high maintenance people and are former service industry workers, so we are very patient and understanding. We would not recommend that you go here with any expectations of service, but the music and venue themselves were great.

Music was good, took over an hour to get appetizers, drinks no where to be found,only two servers in the whole room. Walked out to the other bar at the bowling alley, no mugs and not my problem attitude, walked to the third bar in the tap room, quickly got served. Hour and a half later sitting in the whiskey room unable to even order another drink. Enjoying the music but if i where the bussiness owner i would be wondering why i am paying for a band if i am not selling anything to cover the band. My fourth time to Kings Bowl, first time in thw Whiskey Room. Nice concept but won't last unless they figure it out.

Empty, no bartender behind the bar they were in a different part of the restaurant. Staff did not know the beers on tap. Cool setup though.

Had the most awesome time at karaoke tonight. Can't wait to come back! Ordered food that was offered throughout the entire venue. Also enjoyed the amazing cocktails that were offered as whiskey room specials.

Great atmosphere , great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience . Pete ( the owner ) was very nice and helpful while we were there. Our waitress Rocked too. If you are in the area , make this part of your time ( we'll spent ) .

This is a wonderful venue. We went to see a great band - The Bicho Brothers - and they were so good! Tickets were mostly purchased in advance, so management knew how many people would be there...it was full. The 2 bartenders who were handling ALL of the app 85 people in the room, did the best they could. So now for the bad part. The show started at 7 pm. Doors opened at 6:30 pm. Everyone is in line and once they got in, wanted a drink and food right now. It was chaos and awful. This is a management issue for not properly staffing for a pre-sold event and creating this chaos. Our group was a party of 12...only 1 person ever received the food they ordered. You had to go to the bar to order both food and drink. We had a good time in spite of them being unprepared because the band was so darn good. Suggestion would be to open the doors 1 1/2 hours prior to event so not everyone arrives at the same time and get their orders going, get another bartender and assign stations so that there is more than 1 place to order. Would be nice to have table service but if that isn't possible, then the earlier suggestions could work. This is too good of a venue for people to leave with this bad impression of the service level.
