They delayed my order, so I repeated it to another staff member.
The waiter asked if everything was okay. I said, “I’ve ordered twice, but it still hasn’t arrived. Should I place the order for a third time?”
He replied, “I’m taking care of it, sorry.” They bring two glass of wine at the same time.
Then he said, “It’s Friday, we’re busy. You told different staff members, I wasn’t aware,” and walked away while I was still speaking. He didn’t come back to our table again. I have to pay both of them, made underpressure.
The drinks and the venue are very nice, but they definitely need training when it comes to service.
