Due & Proper and Whist Shutter at The District at Green Valley Ranch - Eater Vegas
"Whist Stove & Spirits has been confirmed to be closed at The District at Green Valley Ranch. The venue's parent company, Wendoh Media, has also faced other closures recently. The space will see a new project by Fine Entertainment." - Bradley Martin
Beautiful space and delicious food, smoked salmon salad. Dressing on the side it is a strong and would overpower the dish. Lobster bisque for only $6.25 and was excellent. Jenny provides excellent service as bartender however my partner ordered the Southwest wrap Woods does not include avocado as one of the ingredients and unfortunately she finds avocado despicable and it was loaded with avocado in fact had my mother been dining with us it would have been a real food allergy issue they really should update their menu list of ingredients

Cool decor and music. My only problem was that they charged me $14 for two mini bagels. I was under the impression that they would be full size. You should add he word "mini" to the menu item.

Very nice with eclectic decor and offerings. Went with family (all adults now) for a birthday celebration. All the food was very good. We enjoy the deviled eggs, bacon wrapped dates, and hummus for starters. The entrees were equally good. I had for my entree the baked brie appetizer along with the truffle tots. All very interesting and tasty. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very nice experience. Decor is very retro, and extremely cool. They offer a brunch menu until 4pm, and tons of unique offerings. Everyone at our table loved our selection. Service was friendly, but a bit slow. We had to ask another servier for our check, and we still never saw our original server again. Were it not for the slow service at the end (rest of service was fine), I would have done 5 stars. We will certainly return.

We went for Sunday Brunch. It was a very mixed experience. 5 stars for the food. 4 stars for our waitress. 1 star for for the front desk hostesses who were more interested in their phones than their guests. Lastly ZERO stars for the acoustics. They have brick walls, concave ceilings, and absolutely awful 'live' music. It was so bad I couldn't hear the other people sitting at our table. Definitely won't be back.

My wife and I are traveling for work and stopped to this great place for dinner. The server was fantastic. The food was spectacular. We sat outside while live music was playing outside in the courtyard. The server went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect.

It's quiet. Love, love the casual elegant decor, including surreal paintings! The chef comes out to chat about the food. Interesting twists on familiar drinks and platters. Not expensive. Grown-ups can have conversations. Our favorite place in Henderson.

Dinner for 5, Nov-9-2016.
Excellent, attentive Server(She's coming to Colorado for a visit).
We had Grilled Octopus, Seared Tuna, petite filet, Chilean sea bass.
All cooked and "temperatured" perfectly.
Drinks were reasonably priced and well portioned.
Nice ambiance as we sat outside.
Note to GM, time to fix the table. It is sloping down on one side.
