It’s a rather good hotel with a great location. We had a little issue with the hotel, however they quickly settled it and sent a bottle of champagne 🍾 as an apology. Nice move! Stuff is friendly, guys at the ski service are real pros. Good 4+ overall

A beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located at the bottom of the slopes of Courchevel 1850. Whilst the location is perfectly situated next door to the slopes, shops and Le Tremplin apres bar the real asset the hotel has are the most friendly and helpful staff who simply cannot do enough for you. The welcome, the day to day service and ski service they provide is perfection. The staff in the boot room will help you put your boots on and off after a hard days skiing even though you may not need help, they just want to assist you as much as possible.||The rooms are cosy but perfectly formed, up to date, clean , and stylish. The shower is powerful, the towels are soft and tech is up to date. The breakfast is amazing. Once again great service and delicious food with a good range of food including cooked meats, fresh juice and breads. The spa is lovely consists of a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and is all you need after a hard days skiing. ||I would say the rooms can get a little hot but you can turn the heating down and open the window easily. However your wet clothes also dry very easily so nothing to complain about. I feel the hotel residents could benefit with a feather pillow or indeed take your own if it’s important to you. Apart from this I really couldn’t find a fault. We will be back for sure and congratulations to all the staff who made us feel so special over Christmas. They are a real asset to the hotel. The only positive aspect of White 1921 Hotel is its location. Beyond that, our experience was very disappointing—2/10 at best. The rooms are outdated, extremely cramped, and lacked cleanliness. Shockingly, we found leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests. Adding to our frustration, we had emailed the hotel three weeks prior to our arrival with detailed requests for restaurant and ski class reservations, including timings and dates. They assured us that everything would be taken care of. However, upon arrival, we found that nothing had been reserved except for the ski classes, which were booked at completely different times than we had requested. To make matters worse, we had high expectations for New Year’s Eve, having communicated our requests well in advance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be another disappointment, leaving us underwhelmed on what should have been a special occasion. Given the reputation of the LVMH group, we expected much better service and standards. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations.

My recent stay at White 1921 Courchevel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at the reception to the impeccable ski service, delightful breakfast experience, and the comfortable rooms, every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The outstanding service was a testament to the incredible team led by the remarkable manager, whose dedication shone through in every detail. Their collective efforts created a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. As winter enthusiasts, my heartfelt appreciation goes to the ski service team for their assistance. I extend my gratitude and best wishes to the entire staff, hoping they have a fantastic winter season ahead. I can't wait to return to White 1921 Courchevel for another unforgettable experience.

Our stay was brilliant! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy a true 1850 experience. Location is perfect and everything is accessible by walk. Ski service was lovely and both guys really helped everyone every day! Front staff was brilliant too and always helped us with anything we asked for. I seen some comments here saying that the staff was not accommodating, not sure what season these people went on but 2024 season everyone was accommodating but I must say people do need to be polite also and not treat them like their servants and be demanding, then maybe they will be more accommodating 😉 only thing I would suggest is to have a room service as on a day when you don’t feel like going out to a restaurant you will have to find a place with a takeaway 😑 The spa was lovely too! We will definitely be back next year!

From the moment of booking the hotel, all our additional requests for booking restaurants, ski equipment, coaches, transfers, the hotel has shown itself from a professional position. Madame Agnes Bouanani - Hotel Manager, Woman Boss :) good – friendly welcomed us at the hotel . Every day, she personally visits all the rooms and communicates with the guests , asking if they like everything , if the room is cleaned and if any help is needed. Professional Front office team and specifically Ivan- a professional manager who speaks several languages, who has repeatedly helped in solving various tasks of booking restaurants, transfers and different trips, Lara, Paul and Sandra Cros are always friendly and provided any support. Special thanks to the House Keeping Team - clean, cozy, polite. Thank you for the comfort of Isabel, Samy and Melanie. Team from breakfast - thank you for the good mornings. Ski Service team - Sam and Marco thank you for help in the selection of ski equipment and daily care .||My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 9 wonderful days during the Christmas holidays . Previously , we were in other hotelsin Courchevel , but now we will return to the White 1921 team surely again . The location of the hotel is the very center of Courchevel 1850 : 2 minutes from the ski lift, the best restaurants , Le Tremplin restaurant is almost next door, the best shops and other entertainment places are within walking distance. The hotel was very cozy and warm. A sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi and a small gym are available to guests every day. The hotel is boutique style and very cozy . A wonderful recreation saloon where you can sit and chat with friends. If you are traveling for skiing, outdoor activities, and not sitting in a hotel with pathos and want a convenient location, then I recommend staying at White 1921.||Once again, many thanks to the entire White 1921 team and Happy New Year 2023 !

We are just finishing up a 5-night stay at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot say enough about how excellent it is on every level. The service is superb — from the front desk to breakfast wait staff to ski concierge — absolutely exceeds expectations. The location is possibly the best for skiing in Courchevel 1850, just steps from three gondolas that reach the whole mountain. Our room was bright, clean and super comfortable, with every possible amenity. The staff go out of their way to ensure you’re always happy and looked after. And the breakfast is incredibly generous and delicious. I almost don’t want to post this review because I’d like to keep this place a secret, but it’s too good not to share. We will be back soon!

This hotel was the cherry on top of my courchevel experience! I can’t even think of something wrong or even a note to write. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful showed us the utmost respect. The rooms were very clean and we are extremely observant, we felt very comfortable in the room. The next time were coming definitely it will be our regular hotel. Yeah and the location is perfect.
