Great people fast unload just need to back off street into their yard and they will unload from there. To much stuff in their yard to be able to swing into their dock. Dont want to hit anything.

Maybe they should update their warehouse procedures when it comes to unloading trucks because the older white gentleman has taken an hour and a half to unload 10 pallets of nails and trucks keep showing up and it’s about to be a cluster. And his excuse was I have to help the customers too so let’s count how many employees are on the inside helping customers

Very slow service, personal not friendly at all, delivery takes up to 3 times more of what the store in the north side does, same goes to the service, the people on the north side are very fast and makes you feel welcome... These guys have zero customer service. I arrived at 4pm, they had already locked the doors and refused to make eye contact. I will gladly buy from any and all competitors now.
