Friendly stuff specifically forklift drivers !! Only thing is for truck drivers is little tight to back up .

I love the White Castle. I love their hamburgers, french fries and there service. The location is easy to find on Fremont experience.

Great people fast unload just need to back off street into their yard and they will unload from there. To much stuff in their yard to be able to swing into their dock. Dont want to hit anything.

WOW! Items I needed were in stock., GREAT Customer Service: even carried items to my car & loaded. Needed a 4.0' Smart Level & a 10' Straightedge and they had both. Pleased!

Maybe they should update their warehouse procedures when it comes to unloading trucks because the older white gentleman has taken an hour and a half to unload 10 pallets of nails and trucks keep showing up and it’s about to be a cluster. And his excuse was I have to help the customers too so let’s count how many employees are on the inside helping customers

A very large selection of construction tools and supplies on hand, plus they can order many more. The employees truly know what they are talking about. Prefer White Cap over Lowes or Home Depot.

Very slow service, personal not friendly at all, delivery takes up to 3 times more of what the store in the north side does, same goes to the service, the people on the north side are very fast and makes you feel welcome... I'm not trying to be rude or anything but this is a review and I use both stores a lot, I know the difference between this two ...

These guys have zero customer service. I arrived at 4pm, they had already locked the doors and refused to make eye contact. I will gladly buy from any and all competitors now.

Wish I would've caught the gentleman's name who helped me today. The invoice says created by Gary A but the sales person says J. Fisher so not sure who it was. I am heavily pregnant at the moment and dreaded going to pick supplies up. He not only had someone take all the stuff I ordered to my car for me but also offered me a water bottle while I waited. I mentioned how hot it was in there and he let me wait in my car while they gathered everything. And because I'm pregnant germs are a big no right now so I really appreciated him offering me hand sanitizer after I signed for our supplies. It's the little things. The customer service was top notch! Thank you again.
