Places very nice and neat clean they have all registers open to help customer. They were pretty quick and getting me in and out of the store with what I needed. I would gladly invite any of my friends or family to come to the store any time.

Great place to come to when u need tools etc for construction

Grab a Snickers because even if you call in your order days before, it will still take at least an hour for them to load it on your trailer. Whitecap moves at a glacial pace. As you walk in, you are greeted by the sales staff 5-10 minutes after you been standing in front of the counter. The staff works with a computer software that requires them to blankly stare at the computer screen and randomly announce to everyone, "I don't why its running so slow today." Once they finally find your order, its kicked over to the warehouse, no longer their concern. This is where the inefficiency really shines! A mouth breathing forklift operator with no sense of urgency loads up the the trailer without supervison or any concern to the welfare of your truck or trailer. I truly hate this place. I keep begging my boss to switch suppliers. i fear the only way that will happen is if he experiences this customer service for himself.

We have been buying materials in this place for more than four years and sadly I think this is the last time. , I have realized that each time the material is more expensive, almost double that other places.. Even Home Depot prices are better.. Don’t give your money away at this place.

Great setup they got to help contractors go in and get the tools they need to get the job done. The team is very knowledgeable and some go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

This place is a complete joke. If you drive a 18 wheeler and deliver here make sure you pack a lunch. This place says you have to wait until they have time to unload you even though they are constantly recieving will call loads that are showing up after you have been sitting there waiting to get unloaded. I do not advise anyone to deliver to this company.
