White Castle

I had a really disappointing experience at this fast food place. The service was extremely slow — I had to wait way too long for my order. Definitely not coming back.

Picked up a #8 10 sliders....every other time I've been here, nice and fresh. This visit not so much. Got home with the 10 sliders and the meat was dry, as it had sat under a warmer before being sent out. Its white castle...these sliders were designed to be cooked and served in 5 minutes. To get dry sliders on a Friday afternoon is sad. I could've purchased frozen burgers from a grocery store that tasted more fresh.

Hard to beat a trip to White Castle! The food and drinks were perfect. Burgers were hot and we had pickles on them this time. We don't dine in because the dining rooms are typically not terribly clean.

This is by far the WORST White Castle, especially after dark. You’ll be waiting forever just to place an order. They pretend they don’t have flavors when you can clearly see the Freestyle machine. They are SLOW as all get out and you’ll be lucky if you get what you order. But it’s the only one around so.. we keep coming back.. shameful.

This location (Hwy 50 in Kenosha) had some of the fastest service and they had a fair amount of customers. Food, as expected, was good. Recommend to get the mustard on your sliders. (Must ask for it - but definitely worth it) Due to the quantity of customers, the staff didn't make it to the tables fast enough. Plus, the customers were a bit messy.

We went through the drive-through, and it was an incredibly long wait to order and for our food (like 15-20 minutes). The food was good, fresh and hot. When we got to the window, I felt bad for the girl working because it appeared that she was the only person working, doing the cooking, working the counter, and drive-through. If there was someone else cooking, I didn't see them.

Sunday, went through drive- thru. The lady at the window had a terrible demeanor. She mumbled the cost of my food, l politely asked if she could repeat it because I didn't hear her, she glared at me for a moment, and repeated it. Took my card slammed the window shut. Gave me back my card, mumbled pull forward and slammed the window shut again. The young lady at the second window was polite and friendly. If it wasn't for that young lady, I'd give that place 1 star.

Slow as can be, as usual! Close your doors, if you can’t keep up on the huge demand of making small burgers. i could go to gurnee location and get me food faster. Get better, get out!
