White Castle

Every time I'm driving by this white castle I have to make a pit stop. I love this place simply because Every time I stop by I am greeted like family. Plus they are fast and the food always comes out hot. Great job Whote Castle on such a great location.

Good drive thru experience with a good variety of choices. All food was fresh when handed to us and did not disappoint. Nothing like q fresh Coke with fresh fries and white castle burgers.

Their double cheeseburger sliders are delicious and soft. I recently had all my teeth pulled out and it's one of the few places I can eat and enjoy. Update: Went through their drive thru today on 07/06/24 Sat and got X2 slider's but had to wait 10 plus minutes. It wasn't busy or I would have understood. The young girl at the check out just handed me my food, no apologies, nothing.. I don't know if I'll return!!

First time at this location and it did not disappoint. Stopped in on our way back to Western NC from Kentucky. It was super, super late & we were super hungry. Our food was DELICIOUS! Was BEYOND glad to see that White Castle sign on the side of the interstate!!! I recommend this location to ANYONE & EVERYONE 👌🙌🥰❤️🔥💯👏

This White Castle is located right off i-75 we go to this one sometimes when when the area or you need a quick meal before hitting the highway or going further south during this trip the food was fresh they have plenty of help are fries were hot the onion rings were good and the burgers were just off the grill I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again obviously the best time is during busy time

I hadn't had White Castle for many years. Growing up in the Bronx, NY, it was great! I had it in Orlando FL, and it was lacking...no longer do they put ketchup on the burgers. In Kentucky, also no ketchup on the burgers, the onions were overcooked and non existent and it seems that you only get one pickle (and a small one at that). It just was okay, but if you are expecting NY style (properly sauteed onions, pickleS, and ketchup), you will be disappointed.

Growing up in New Jersey, but not a lot of extra money to eat out, white castles became one of the reliable go to spots when I was a kid. So when I started venturing to Kentucky for work, it was no way that I cannot stop and have white castle. I have been to Kentucky 5 to 6 times, and I have eaten at a location every time. This location was busy, but it was not a long wait and it was a really friendly staff.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashier, Chey, didn’t even take our order right. We paid $32 for a shareable and drinks. We didn’t even receive the drinks. I stood up there for 10 minutes until someone finally came in front of me. She then gave a me 6 piece of something and I told her I needed our six drinks. She then ran all around the kitchen saying that we didn’t get charged for them. Our shareable was only $20 so where does the 32 come in? She was rude and the food was cold. 3 managers on shift and no one was helping anyone. Chey then proceeded to yell at the woman in front of me due to HER giving the wrong change. I would not recommend coming here while she is working

We are heading north from Florida when Rectum Rockets don't exist so some sliders were a nice treat the counter staff are very friendly.

First time to try White Castle burgers. On a pit stop along the I75 corridor, we ordered 4 cheese sliders for $4.56. They came in little paper boxes and were hot and tasty. Each one had melted cheese and a pickle and a thin piece of sautéed-onion-infused burger inside a fresh bun. Service was quick and efficient, and the parking lot was full, which says something!

We was on our way home an wanted something quick We went in to order we always get xtra onions on burgers and axtra pickles on the side An the lady was very helpful in getting what we wanted I highly recommend here if u want white castles or as I like to call them wolf cookies

Drinks were out in the lobby and a new cashier slowed things down but the line was moving. Order was not quite right and had to get a redo. But hey, since there is no WC in my area, I can't complain!

What can I say? It's a White Castle. I grew up around them, but my husband didn't so we always end up here when I go to visit family. This location is either the first or last chance to get White Castle depending how you travel on 75. The food is pretty consistent. They are most famous for their burger sliders. Husband likes them with cheese. I don't. The bread is always soft and the thin patty tastes like it's cooked in onions. I like the chicken rings and onion chips Nothing special about it besides the shape. They have added things to their menu like breakfast and impossible burgers. The inside is hit or miss. The floor was sticky near the drink machine and tables could have been wiped down a little more. And customer service is just okay.

Well, I did it again! COVID-19 blues had me craving White Castle so I drove hours and spent the night to satisfy my craving. Came on a Sunday night for dinner and the following Monday afternoon for lunch. Day and night difference in food quality. There should be no reason time of day should affect the quality and temperature of food. The first night the buns were not steamed so the buns were hard and the cheese wouldn't melt. The fries were cold, soggy, and unsalted. The following day the food was spot-on, probably due to it being the lunch rush. No excuses! Food should be fresh each time! Because of the night and day difference, I have to adjust my rating to average. Thankfully my craving was satisfied or I would have been very, very disappointed.

This location is using only a token amount of onions on the sliders. This completely ruins the taste of the burger. I have experienced this in two visits to the store, separated by a couple of months. You will also notice that you don't smell onion in the store. Enjoy that 10th of a cent you steal from each customer.

This is a hoppin' spot. Staff is do friendly even when crazy busy! Very clean too. Staff also very COVID aware and trying to keep everyone safe. That's really great too. If you're In the area and you love White Castle, stop in. These folks will treat you right!

Outstanding it has been many years since I have had a fresh White Castle Burger. I was born and raised in the Bronx used to have White Castle a lot more often and watch them make them on the grill. Was able to introduce my two grandsons to their first ever White Castle burgers. They loved them and thought they were great burgers. They are converts to the White Castle Burgers for sure. I had to find these wonderful burgers in London, KY.

Stopped for White Castle sliders off the interstate. The food was hot and good. Only drive through available and was efficient and correct. Tim got a free healthcare worker meal. Thanks White Castle!

AGAIN the best burger sliders there are! Still my favorite. This is one of the closest spot to Florida so we make a point to spot here whenever we are driving through. GREAT service. Placed my order online with the WC application, which allowed for me to enter my pickup time. When I arrived, my crave box was ready and the servers were fantastic and friendly. Huge parking, convenient right off exit of I-75 and spotless dining room. Great food, wish it was closer to me.

Always a treat when my wife and I drive from CLT to Louisville. Sometimes we stop going in each direction.

Its My favorite fast food ever! I lived on White Castle when I lived in Chi-town, but I live where it ain't. So every trip, I HAVE to stop at the very first one. They now have breakfast sliders, chicken rings, jalapeño cheeseburgers, but I'll go by my standard classic burgers.

This is located just off i75. Stopped for sliders and fries. Although we payed extra for cheese the burgers were not warm enough to melt the cheese. The fries were hot and fresh.

I just love these little burgers, I don't know what it is about them, they are just so yummy!

This has helped me through my darkest days. I door-dashed two huge strawberry hi-c's and some mozzarella sticks and cried for an hour. Anyways was perfect.

Although I stay away from gluten and do mostly aip paleo, I fell in love with White Castle long ago and they had me at Beastie Boys! Because when you don't have White Castle in town, the wee sliders are exotic souvenirs, we always stop here on the way home to get a bunch for friends and family. The service is super fast and they are super courteous.

Right off the interstate. Fresh, hot and delicious! Quick and easy to get to. I tried the chicken rings for the first st time. Absolutely Amazing!

Locale is very clean and the food is prepared just right. Nothing to complain about here. White Castle is the ol faithful of London, Ky.

FEED THE CRAVE! Overall good experience here. I used the drive thru so I cannot comment in the inside. Order was accurate and employees were pleasant. Got several White Castles that were smoking hot. They took care if the craving I get it a couple of times a year. Eat them before they get cold and soggy. This is key. A good side here is the cheese stix with marinara.

I had written off White Castle more than a decade before due to its confused menu and lack of quality. It appears they have gotten back to their roots and streamlined the menu to be more like the original White Caste fare. This particular castle served up hot tasty sliders, superior fish sandwiches and decent fries. Service was friendly.

Drove all the way to this location from Asheville once. Food was what I expected. The girl at the register was polite, even after we asked for some odd requests (such as a unused hamburger box as a souvenir). Overall if you know what White Castle is, you'll get what you expect. Also order what you can eat, White castle food doesn't travel well. I don't think I'll ever understand the fascination with bubble gum soda.

It's been years since I've had White Castle, it was nice to have it again. Also have updated their menu from the last time I have been to one. Have been at this local before and they have updated the building as well. I would give them four stars but they had the ac blasting making it colder inside than it was outside.

They have Big Red and the onion rings are amazing. The cost to add cheese is ridiculous.

we saw the sign on I-75 and pulled in. We had been looking for a White Castle on our trip north from Tampa. We picked a good one. The service was fast and friendly. Again, we made a good choice.

I have been going to W.C. for 58 years always great the inside of the store at Somerset KY. Is dirty the lamp shades have not been cleaned for years the high chairs are dirty the base of the booth housing are nasty White castle CLEAN IT UP THANKS

What's not to love, where they serve hot WC sliders all day and night?! We had steaming hot hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and even the new jalepeno cheeseburger, and they did not disappoint. These are probably my favorite Onion Rings of any restaurant, they are crunchy and crispy on the outside with a nice thick sliced onion on the inside. Its worth the drive to a White Castle!

Stopped here for lunch on our way from Cincinnati to Gatlinburg TN and the place was spot on for cleanliness, polite n courteous employees and food that was hot n tasty. Great meal on the fly.

Stopped on our way home to MI. Food was ok, but the cashier and manager (I guess) had a poor attitude. No customer serve training at all. Need to greet customers politely, hi and thank you. I don't care if you might of had a bad day or not, NO excuse! I won't be stopping again.

My colon was raped over and over again after eating here. Don't do it !!!! The manager was looking under the booths in the dinning area with a flash light, and I don't know why? The guy making the burgers had at least 40 on the grill and the place was dead. If your traveling and want to get back on the road asap after eating don't eat here because you will spend the next 3 days in the bathroom. There was no customer service but then No one was over the age of 18 including the manager.
