White Castle has been a part of my life for 40+ years. Haven't been to one in over 12 years. Was thrilled to learn that there was one in Orlando. The sliders were good. Brought back lots of memories. This store was extremely busy. Be prepared to have to wait a while to get your food. The parking lot was full, and we had to park somewhere else.

Good and friendly service in a very busy fast food setting. It was my first time in a White Castle and watching how many of those little sandwiches people were ordering was surprising. Can’t believe how expensive every order seems to be but it didn’t stop the steady flow of customers. My relatives seem to love the various sandwiches they ordered and tried. I know they’re always going to return for more.

This White Castle restaurant is by far the best location I’ve visited. The restaurant esthetics inside and out are very pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly and courteous. The inside is very clean. You can actually watch them make the burgers while you wait which is unique to the White Castle system. This place has an outside patio to enjoy if you prefer to eat outdoors. At night, there’s also string lights that adorn the ceiling above the patio. They also have a drive thru for your convenience. The FOOD is fresh and served hot always. I recommend the surf and turf slider….me later😉. When in Orlando, this is always on my itinerary.

I absolutely love White Castle and I love visiting their Orlando location whenever I visit this wonderful city. The food is always hot and delicious although sometime there can be a bit kf a wait.The store is always cleaned and the staff is courteous and a delight! They also habe kiosks you can use to get you in and out faster.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E...we waited for 35 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH after placing our order. Their new " A I" doesn't work. We ordered 8 sliders and 2 cokes.. people behind us ..3,4,5 cars were getting huge orders in their boxes. We asked twice why so long and the girl was soooo not into her job ...said we didn't put our order through the window..WHAT WINDOW? There are 2 lines and 2 boxes to order from and EVERYONE was pissed waiting. Idk how hard it is to get employees that smile,ask if it's ok instead of slowly walking an order to each car. Our ice was melted in our drinks, burgers all had soggy bread. You guys need to do better.. you DEFINITELY don't live up to your legacy anymore.

I am a White Castle junkie, having been to 67 others in my lifetime. Since I had to catch a flight out of orlando, I couldn't miss an opportunity to go to the only White Castle in florida! Very nice building with friendly employees and clean everything all around. Very impressed. The food come out hot and very tasty! Great job to everyone there!

Very good fries and the bbq tastes great, the double slider I had was a bit soggy. The mozzarella sticks were good and so was the onion chips.

The burgers are exactly how I remember them at the original locations around Chicago. They were delicious there and are delicious here. The employees were friendly and I enjoyed my visit.

Walking into White Castle it was pretty nice and clean, I'm use to the ones from New York and this inside was pristine. Staff were friendly when placing order and took our order pretty fast. There were a lot of staff members working fast in the kitchen and getting orders out. We waited a few minutes before getting our order and everything was really hot. We ordered 10 burgers, fries, and chicken rings and it was about $30 and we drank water. To me I find that overpriced for what it is, also the burgers tasted bland. We got our burgers with cheese, mustard, onions, ketchup, and pickles and all you could taste was just the mustard. Fries were average and the chicken rings were just ok. For $30 I feel like I could've went somewhere else and have gotten more bang for my buck. I'm not a big Krystal's fan but I rather have ordered from them than to come back to White Castle.

Absolutely worst experience in my life!!! Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes only to have our order refunded. Car line probably 20 cars deep and NO FOOD COMING OUT of the kitchen. Patrice was awesome! She was delivering drinks to everyone. Mrs. America! Manager came to my car to tell me he refunded my order to my credit card........I paid cash. Not sure who you refunded, but I'm sure they appreciate it.

I hadn't had fast food in a very long time let alone ate meat. I probably eat meat once every 12-16 months or less, but on a recent vacation I decided to splurge a tiny bit. So one night after not being able to order anything healthy for delivery because every place closed at 10 me and my gf decided to get some White Castle after I saw it located close to our hotel on Yelp. Damn it! lol. So upon entering the drive-thru we saw the line was backed up 15-20 cars deep and it wasn't moving either. It took a good 30 minutes just to get to the order screen and another 30 minutes to get get our food. We ended up going crazy because we never eat this kind of stuff so we got the 20 pack and 4 side meal. Yikes! lol. Listen, the service here isn't great, and the atmosphere is bonkers, but the sliders are what you're here for so you suck it up. I think we both ate 3 a piece before we got back to the hotel and damn were they good. Then once we got back to the hotel I think I ate 5 more and she ate 3. I might have ate one onion ring and a fry from the sides because I was so full and not used to eating meat let alone fast food, but I ain't mad at it! It's like I remembered, good, but not as good as the ones you get in the freezer section, weirdly enough. I doubt I'll be back here for a very long time, but I am kind of glad all of the places around us were closed and we had the chance to dive into slider heaven. Enjoy :)

We need a late night snack. Had the burger box with 20 little sliders with fries and had a great time. The sliders are pretty good the fries were good too. I was more impressed with how clean they kept the place with the volume of people they serve. Late at night they were still fast and friendly with clean bathrooms.

This is the slickest White Castle location I've ever seen. Their sliders served were a top notch quality. The place was busy as heck, but still did a good job of getting the orders out to folks. The place was clean and comfortable. A great White Castle experience. Kudos to the staff and mgmt.

This is the biggest White Castle in America and built on the 100 year anniversary of the company. The sliders were good quality, service was good and the interior was clean and modern. And the fries were extra crispy. The 1921 slider was my favorite because of the thicker patty. I definitely want to come back again. Even bought a T-shirt while I was there!

Enjoyed this restaurant! The restaurant was so clean, bright with spacious booths and a beautiful patio. We are originally from Ohio, and this brought back a lot of good memories. This was our first visit, although this place has open been a few years. The layout is effecient, and the kiosk is a nice touch to skip the line. They offer the main attraction of beef sliders, chicken, fish, impossible burgers, and belgian waffle sliders. The sides include fries, onion chips, and mozarella sticks. They also offer breakfast. Hubby bought 2 double cheese jalapeños burgers with onion chips and 30 burgers to go (half with cheese). I had a coffee and planned to eat my burgers later. It was pretty quiet, but we came before noon on a Thursday. The burgers are really good. We like the onions, pickles, and the flavor. We look forward to returning.

3.75 out of 5 I walked in around 10 a.m., and the only other customer inside was heading out. I did the self-service kiosk and ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit ($3) plus a waffle sausage with the same insides ($3.5) but different outside. The sausage one was nice, and the saltiness of the meat went great with the soft bread of the dough. The waffles had a bit of sweetness to them, which added a new flavor, but it did not overwhelm the sandwich. The waffle had a crispy exterior as well, which I liked. The seating area was well kept up, and since it was not busy, I was in and on my way.

Visited for a late lunch through the drive through. Noticed as we were on the road home that they got our order wrong. Drove back and went inside to get our missing item. The cheese burgers were soggy at the bottom and I didn't feel great after eating them. Disappointed in this experience and hope for better service and better quality next time.

No the Orlando place is bad! The food tastes frozen. It's plain yuck ! I think it's a shame coming from NYC where The castle rocks. This place is just bad. However I'll try it again to change my mind

First timer here! Drive thru was smooth and prices are affordable. We got the four-count slider and chicken rings, both combos. Food was not tasty at all, super bland. The chicken rings were pretty cold. The fries was the only thing that kept us going. I probably wouldn't come back. Giving it more than a 2-stars because the employees were nice and the outside seating area was clean.

Honestly I think the place is absolutely amazing. Aside from service being hit or miss with the speed of my order, I've always had my orders exactly as I wanted them to be. Parking is ample and you'll never have a problem finding a spot. They also have a drive thru, I've waited in it before, the line tends to be pretty long but the food is constantly being sent out and I've never waited more then 10 minutes (which is not much especially with how busy it always is). I usually go for the combo that comes with 3 or 4 burgers and I upgrade them to cheeseburgers. The burgers are the perfect size, cooked amazing and the bread always has the perfect crisp to it when I bite in. The fries are very standard, I always feel like they could use more salt but the sauces they have usually make up for it. For the price you get a nice filling meal and usually when I'm here, I enjoy the ambience because it's nicely decorated with multiple pieces of art and little facts around the walls, making it really cool to read about white castle while I wait for my food!

This is the fanciest White Castle I've seen in my life. Coming from NY where we have plenty of White Castle none of them even compare to the service or the cleanliness of this location. Food is the same at every White Castle typical sliders and greasy fries same authentic greasy taste which is perfect at 1am or whenever you are craving your usual White Castle order. Definitely recommend trying this one out.

They are extremely slow not sure if this is how it usually is but this definitely gives McDonald's vibes before they told people to pull up to wait for their food. I didn't really think this was great in my opinion the fries were on the harder side like it was fried with canola grease or a harder grease. The burgers I tried the regular which I was not a fan of but I also order the fully loaded burger which came with the lettuce cheese and tomato I believe and it was delicious I believe it had to be a different type of meat because they ate as definitely more tasty than the regular burgers. I would try them again not drive through but inside service to see if I have the same experience.

Something new, for those of us in Southern California. I know the hype and had to try. Steamed sliders...a 4-pack meal with really great crinkle-cut fries. Walked in and there were four kiosks to order. Restaurant space was really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful for a first-timer. Now I have experienced the hype. Do it too if you've never done so.

25 minute wait in the drive thru. You order through a robot but don't worry there's like twenty employees in there and still takes this long. Burgers were beyond disgusting. Fries were ok Never again

this is the most delicious disgusting food that I've ever eaten in my life. Not only is it unhealthy, it doubles as a laxative. This place is always packed with these nickel burgers now selling for $1.15 each and it's highway robbery but it's still cheaper than a box Ex-Lax. we had onion rings as a side this time and they were pretty decent. A word of caution, do not consume these before a long drive or you'll live to regret it. I recommend you run to this place and buy as many burgers as you can, I'd also recommend you plan on running a marathon for the rest of the day because she sure will be running once it takes effect.

The food was disgusting. Worst fast food ever. We waited in line over 20 min took two bites and threw it all away. Save yourself a bad experience do not eat here.

Whenever I'm in the Orlando area it's a nice treat to visit White Castle. If you've ever had one of these delicious little sliders before then you know what you're getting into when you walk through their doors. This location is relatively large with a decent chunk of space to dine inside & a nice sized patio for outdoor dining, as well. Every time I visit the workers are friendly, move with purpose & do their best at keeping the orders pumping out. The dining tables are usually kept clean also but it can get pretty crazy during the weekend/peak hours. The drive thru seems to stay moving, but just like inside, it might take a while during busy business hours. For the price, you really can't go wrong with scarfing down a few sliders & fries. It's consistent every time I visit no matter what I order. There's really not much else to be said about this location other than it's really solid. Since the restaurant is still on the newer side it's very clean which is always a great thing. If you're craving some sliders from WC I strongly urge you to give into those cravings.

White Castle is an iconic fast food restaurant chain that has a special place in the memories of my childhood. As a child, my grandfather would take me to a White Castle. I have fond memories of that and even when my mother was pregnant with me, her big pregnancy craving was White Castle. Fast forward to my teenage years and early to mid twenties, where White Castle would be a destination after a night out on the town. After the bars would close, we would head to either a diner or a White Castle. So, White Castle has been a part of my life and I was certainly excited when they opened a White Castle location here in Orlando, Florida. The lines were initially crazy, but I was at a tradeshow at the convention center and figured that White Castle would make a great dinner after a long day. There was a line at the drive-through, but it moved fast enough. The staff outside was friendly enough. However, I have to say that the burgers were a bit higher in price than not only back then (which would be understandable), but even more money than the White Castles in the Nashville, Tennessee locations that I am frequently at when up there on business. The reason for three stars is that the burgers were sloppily prepared. It had like zero onions on most of the burgers and it was apparent that they were thrown together in an effort to just get them out. White Castle is a fond memory, but this place is not a good representation of what I remember White Castle to be. Overall, three stars is even a kind score mainly because of my fond memories.

Drove 45 mins to get some Castles! It was a total disappointment! The tables were very dirty, Several of our cheese slider, had a only 1 pickle and barely any onions while other sliders were made with 3 pickles and bunches of onions. Why are the sliders inconsistently made? My biggest issue was my Onion Chips were cold and the sliders were barely warm!

The first time we visited this classic slider spot, we made the mistake of going through the drive-thru. By the time we got back to our hotel and settled in to chow down, the sliders were not at their best. However, we now know better. White Castle sliders must be enjoyed at White Castle! They were so tasty and perfect. Enjoying White Castle sliders has established itself as tradition for future Orlando trips.

If God is good, there will be more White Castles in Florida. This is the only location in the state. There are the classic beef sliders, plant-based sliders, sloppy joes, and all day breakfast. Get your slider with jalapeño cheddar. You'll thank me later. There's merchandise for sale here in addition to food. There's also a nice outdoor seating area. You don't see that

Great spot to pick up a late night snack. The real difficulty is choosing between this place or Portillos next door! Got a sackful combo #8 that came with 10 burgers, two small fries and two small drinks for $24! Awesome deal, sliders do what they're supposed to, slide right down the gullet! Service is a little slow but worth the wait!

4 stars for White Castle! I came because I was craving a White Castle burger and I went through the drive-thru, even with two ordering stations in the drive-thru, and maybe with 6 cars in front of me, it took a good 45 minutes just to get the food. The lady taking our order seemed annoyed and didn't wanna be there. I ordered two number 1s because when you download the app you can go BOGOs! I also got a extra order of the onion petals which were so good! The burgers were warm and good tasting!

C'mon. What's not to like about some delicious sliders hot and fresh off the grill? This is the only White Castle in Florida I believe and it has been super busy ever since it opened. Be prepared to wait a little while. I've been to this location twice in the past year. Never again will I go through the drive thru. It took almost 45 min to get a meal several months ago and the drive thru road rage was showing by the late night drunks looking for their fix. Last night we went inside and it took 20 min but it was a different experience watching the workers all diligently crafting their burgers. It was chaos but very controlled chaos. The workers were calm and very nice inside and the patrons were very patient. Totally worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and go inside to pick up.

This place needs to get their stuff together. I went to the drive thru and saw a "chicken bacon ranch" slider on the menu. I order said slider and the employee tells me they can make me something similar but they don't put ranch on the burgers.... WHY IS THERE A PICTURE OF IT ON THE MENU? How are employees so unaware of what's on the menu outside? I left without getting anything. This is the second time that I've asked for something on the menu and I've been told that they don't have it. If they don't have what's on the menu, I don't need to go to waste my time in White Castle. I'll go somewhere else that actually has what's on the menu available.

When to see what the hype was about. Service was ok but the burgers were blahhh. Fries were more seasoned than the burgers. Wasn't impressed at all, like Krystal's better.

Usually, there is a whole line inside, but when I visited this past weekend, the service was extremely quick. I ordered two Crave Cases (30 sliders each) of cheeseburger sliders, a Crave Clutch (20 sliders) of chicken sliders, and a small order of onion chips, and all of it came out within 7 minutes! I love the idea of having bulk options for their sliders, as I bought these for a party. Their sliders are reliable, like any other fast food spot. The menu is full of quick bites to eat, and it's the same White Castle taste that you would get up north.

The drive thru line was outrageous a little after midnight on a Saturday. The inside wasn't much better but we had about two people in front of us instead. The wait would have been about the same. If you tried Krystals then White Castle is no different. Although my stomach wasn't very happy with eating this the next day. Tried White Castle for the first time and I'm good if it's the last.

Last time I had White Castle was in New York over 10 years ago. To be honest, the food this time around was much better than I had remembered. After a long day at the theme parks, if you are hungry and need a late night meal, this place hits the spot.

My opera buddy reminisced about eating White Castle burgers when she was young. I decided this would be a fun outing for her birthday. I had White Castle 50 years ago & only once. She loved the burgers & the memories. I thought they were OK.

Just like the ones in New York! I grew up eating White Castle and these hit just the right spot! At $1.19 a Cheese Slider, you cannot go wrong with sliders here! I always order the Chicken Rings to share! Very good buy! No surprise to me, there was hardly any fries, but I'm used to this portion from White Castle! Service was quick and easy! I can definitely see this place getting packed on a weekend night given its cheaper and great options for deals! The restaurant looks very clean and the workers kept their areas neat! I loved the drive-thru entrance and it seemed very well-kept!

I've had White Castle from up north and ... the freezer section. You know this in every grocery store now right? But because it's Orlando...and Florida, this is now a tourist attraction. Get ready for 30-45 minute wait for sliders. Maybe longer during lunch hours. It would help if the self ordering kiosks worked, but all of them were broken. It would also help if there was more than 1 person to hand out the inside orders. This kid also had to make milkshakes. Meanwhile, there's probably 20 employees doing something else...drive thru might be faster. Also 1 person to take orders inside. The food? Ok. The sliders are better than the frozen ones at least. I still like Krystal honestly...Place is pretty dirty with overflowing garbage cans. I would come back for the simple hilarity of people watching. This is pure Florida here. Mix in hungry people, long waits, useless staff, locals...and northerners...tourists....I thought the police were going to show up from a verbal (almost physical) disagreement about a giant St. Bernard "service dog." Maybe 2 stars if they actually did. Happy to say the dog was the most chill being from this entire visit.

The Rundown: after several years of grand opening, still expect to wait an extended time to place your order, and even longer to receive it. The Review: I understand the hype, being first physical location and a big deal but unfortunately years after opening the location still struggles with handling orders from a fast food perspective. You're better off waiting in the drive thru than walking in (usually it's the opposite for many fast food locations). When I arrived there was a line of about 20 parties, I soon found out that the reason was they would handle drive thru orders before taking inside customers. It seemed that it was between 5-10 minutes an in-house order before the cashier would take the next person. The same goes for actual food service. The drive thru would be packaged prior to starting on dining room. There has to be a better system in place besides a single cashier station and juggling dining vs drive thru ordering. All kiosks were broken so you didn't have any option to place an order without the actual register. Unfortunately I finally had to call it quites because after 30 minutes and only 3 people having their orders taken, I was better off just grabbing a case from Aldi and microwaving at home. (the dining area was well kept and spacious though, so for those fortunate to get their orders you did have a nice space to enjoy!)

First experience at White Castle was as good as it gets! Delicious burgers (kinda like sliders), plenty of options like fish and chicken sandwiches... but you'll definitely need more than 1, or 2 or maybe even 3! So small and easy to eat, but packed with plenty of flavor. The restaurant is clean and the service is helpful! A couple pro tips: 1) if the to go line is long go inside and order. It's probably gonna be faster. 2) remember to get your sauces! There are so many to choose from. I don't find out until it was over and I'd already eaten everything but fries. The burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches would have been even better with these special sauces.

It's been about 25 years since I ate a White Castle burger inside a White Castle. It's been about 30 years since I've eaten a White Castle burger inside a White Castle restaurant before midnight. Kids do change you. You know what? They are still frigin' delicious. There is something magical about these little greesy onion covered burgers. The best part of this visit was seeing one of my sons eating a burger from White Castle and enjoying it as much as I did. I highly recommend this location. It's clean with very friendly employees. If you've never been to a White Castle, give it a try. It's similar to a Krystal burger only this is SO MUCH BETTER!!! They also sell t-shirts!

My husband and I decided to have a Harold and Kumar moment. (If you know you know), so we decided to track down our local White Castle since we had yet to be there and we were in the area. It was midnight on a Saturday and the lines were long. I guess everybody else has the same intention we did. The flavor isn't exactly what I remember But it hasn't changed either lol It's good to know that I can eat 5 cheeseburgers and not have heartburn lol. Chicken rings were glorious and hubby was in heaven with his chicken rings sandwich.

We were recently in Orlando and wanting a late night snack. Just by chance we discovered White Castle. We live in a region more known for Krystal so we had never actually visited a White Castle. There is a well-known debate about which is better. Personally, I think the sliders are a toss up. Both are very good. The fries at White Castle are the tipping point. They served Crinkle fries which is a preference for us. In short, we were definitely pleased on our first trip to White Castle. The debate between White Castle and Krystal however rages on.

They're still ridiculously slow. This is the second such time I've put in an order and driven off after waiting well beyond my fast food threshold. They're definitely not fast food. Sure, I love me some White Castles but I don't want to make a day of it.

Yes unlike Harold and Kumar we did make it to WC without hiccups lol We've been wanting to try WC and finally stayed at a timeshare property where we were close enough to go! Parking was easy and it wasn't that busy actually. Went in to order and despite the bit of line we got through fast. They call your order by number at the pickup station once ready. We ordered the 20 Crave Clutch with 10 cheese sliders and 10 chicken sliders. We also got a sack of fries to share. The crave clutch is so stinking cute coming in a retro looking box. The 20 crave clutch is the only one that you can mix and match what comes in it, which is why we opted for this one. There was PLENTY to feed us for lunch with some leftover. Beware that there is an upcharge to do this. The crave box is $19 but with the mix and match it costs $24.50 with how we ordered the box. I definitely like and prefer the chicken over the beef. Although the beef buns are so much more softer. The fries are good hot but get hard as they sit. I liked Mayo on my chicken slider but they have all sorts of sauces available. I'll definitely come back to try more things. Staff is really nice and the place is clean. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Also have a drive thru. More expensive than I thought it would be but was nice to try.

I just wanted to say I'm very pleasantly surprised that the food was enjoyable. Burger patty was a little soggy made the bread soggy but it was still good. The chicken sliders were also pretty good! Location is very nice and staff was friendly. If you're hesitant to try it out like me just do it. I would say it was worth the try!

My son loves this food. The restaurant is clean and very nice and clean. The employees are very nice and very approachable. We will be back soon.

Still a great spot for nostalgic food and/or first time White Castlers. Since the last time I've been here, service is still great. The restaurant was clean during my visit. I'm impressed due to the amount of customers that are in and out all day. I will continue to come back when I'm in the Orlando area. Thanks!

This is not my favorite place as it's always crowded (fans of these tiny wonders don't mind the lines) and it's not a classy restaurant (fans only have eyes for the burgers). But I come here when I'm in Orlando when I'm with Husband who is a HUGE fan. So in his eyes it's a 5 star place and it's only a 2 for me, so the average is 3 stars.
