Stopped off here after a gig at the stadium as queue to station was massive. I. Did. Not. Regret. It. Best Jerk Chicken I've EVER eaten (including in Jamaica) and the Rum Punch helped it down a treat!

Used to be good but after the fire and gentrification, the quality of the food hasn't come back. I had a long day and really needed some good food to cheer me up. Went a few days ago to get jerk chicken and rice for takeout and was shocked that the chicken was old and was so dry because of this. I'm not revisiting this restaurant again. Please do better, spent my hard earned money here

Proud supporter of my local jerk house. Food tastes fresh, smokey, juicy, flavoursome, delightfully spicy. Been coming here for a long time and dont intend to stop! Loves: Jerk chicken, jerk pork, fish, veggies, salad, rice and peas, apple crumble, rum cake, carrot cake, punches Mehs (its good just not my jam): Coconut cake, red bean soup These lamb ribs always sell out too fast!

The Best Jerk Chicken in London – A True Taste of Tradition If you’re searching for the best jerk chicken in London, look no further than Jerk Centre W.H.L. This spot has perfected the art of traditional Jamaican cooking, delivering flavors so authentic, you’d think they flew in straight from the island. The seasoning is the heart of great jerk chicken, and here, they don’t hold back. The meat is expertly marinated with a bold blend of Scotch bonnet peppers, allspice, thyme, and other secret ingredients that hit every note of sweet, spicy, and smoky. Grilled over pimento wood for that essential charred flavor, each bite is a perfect balance of tenderness and crispiness. The chicken falls off the bone yet retains a smoky crust that keeps you coming back for more. What sets this place apart is their dedication to tradition. The jerk preparation respects its Jamaican roots, avoiding shortcuts and maintaining the classic techniques that make the dish so special. You can taste the hours of care that go into every piece, from the vibrant marinade to the slow, smoky grilling. Pair the chicken with their homemade jerk sauce for an unforgettable meal. Whether you’re Jamaican by heritage or new to the cuisine, this spot captures the soul of what jerk chicken is meant to be. For anyone craving a true taste of Jamaica in London, this place is a must-visit. It’s not just a meal—it’s a celebration of tradition, flavor, and fire.

The experience I had with White Hart Lane Jerk Centre was nothing short of disgraceful. Their treatment of delivery drivers is awkward, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. There’s a cold indifference in the way they operate, as if basic respect is too much to ask for. The way they sabotage dignity and ego — intentionally or not — is appalling. It’s astonishing that a business thinks this kind of behavior builds loyalty or reputation. It doesn’t. In fact, it does the opposite. Word spreads, and what spreads about this place isn’t good. I sincerely hope that one day they face the same kind of apathy and disregard they so freely hand out to others. Perhaps then, they’ll understand the impact of such treatment. No best wishes from me — only the hope that they reflect on how they treat people and realize that success built on disrespect is never sustainable.

Really slow service today even though it wasn't busy before kickoff. I ordered curry goat and rice and peas but it was basically goat bones and rice, barely any meat and you would expect more for £15 compared to other west Indian restaurants that I've visited over the years. My sons jerk chicken was cremated too.Really disappointing experience.

I came to London for Jamaican food, cause in Amsterdam I just can't find anything acceptable and was not disappointed! Chicken and the sauces are very nice. They didn't have all my favourite things so I'll guess I'll have to come back again one of these days 😁

Google
Man, chicken was fresh or cooked on the day, it was bland and dry and almost crispy with a slight crunch Rice wasn't fresh either I wanted a jerk pork/ chicken mix but pork wasn't ready, think I'll skip next visit, leave it as first and last visit I came because I smelt jerk chicken cooking, expected fresh

Yelp
We ordered takeaway from here while staying nearby on holiday. All of our items were top notch, especially the goat curry with rice and peas that I greatly enjoyed. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area for some authentic Jamaican cooking.

Yelp
Been a few years since I've made it to this place so keep that in mind.. I've been to this place a handful of times over the last 7 or so years and every time left with a memory. Not only is the food here outstanding, with huge portions and huge flavour, but the owner is friendly and always has a good story. Regulars (which I am not one of) stop in and have a chat. A few times I've eaten here alone and had a great conversation with a group of strangers over a plate of rice and beans and jerk chicken. I can't recommend it enough, and I make WHL Jerk Centre a priority on any trip to North London.

Yelp
The decor in this place is not that good. The menu on the wall is all dodgy too, not like some slick chain restaurant like Nandos or Chiqutos. One thing this little place does have that is better than those places is the food....which is the most important thing in a restaurant. Jerk chicken and either rice and beans or chips for only a fiver. It took ages to eat as there is loads and the taste of barbeque is in your mouth for ages. Curried goat here is proper West Indian style too, not some fake out of packet stuff cooked by people who are reading instructions off a wall or shoving stuff in microwaves. Well worth traveling to North London to visit this place. Defiantly recommended
