A great place to meet up with a friend or two and have a drink. While I was taking pictures, someone gawked at me...I did my best to ignore them. I have read it is the oldest operating gay bar in the US. There's lots of space to hang out with friends. It is bigger than it looks from the oitside. They have a pool table, and a fireplace. It can be hard to find parking on the main street, but I was able to find parking on a side street. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Pretty consistent in service, stock can be hit or miss and they no longer sell the chicken.

showed up for my uhaul reservation and they didn't have the vehicle I reserved or ANY vehicle left to switch to which made me have to scramble last-minute

U-Haul rental is problematic at this leasor. Not your typical U-Haul service, phone is inaccessible, payment is down, trucks are shoddy

The person serving the chicken had gloves on, but he went from using the cash register touching the cigarets and then went on to help another customer with chicken without washing his hands and changing gloves.

The fried chicken here is really good. Slightly on the salty side but pretty good.

Pretty sure this store isn’t open until 2 am, or even 1 am. On at least two occasions, I made the trek to this store as it appeared to be the only one open. (I am a night owl, and the pandemic has already made it harder, besides most places close so early in this town.) And it was clearly closed. I now completely avoid it and wish I could remove it from the map entirely. Disappointing. It’s not that hard to update your hours online so you don’t waste chstomers’ time.
