The store staff (Sonya and Daisy) were super friendly, helpful, and made my shopping experience really enjoyable. They offered great suggestions without being pushy and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Great service and great vibes—highly recommend!

I really like this store but it seems their hours are unpredictable… today (07/19) was the second time I came to the store in the last few weeks when the mall is open but WHBM store was closed. I came at 10:05am and it was closed. I did my other shopping and came back at 10:30 AM… Still closed, all lights turned off. I saw another customer try the doors but they were locked. I live about half an hour away so it is a special trip each time and it is disappointing to plan a trip but to not be able to actually go to the store.

Excellent customer service. And as a 30 year old women, I’d say I can always find suitable outfits and for a questionable but not price.

I ordered a blouse in the store for my wedding because the one in store had spots from a cheap make up. It didnt arrive by time as promised and i had to get another one for my wedding. It also was in sale two days after i buyed it and nobody in the store had the behavior to tell me this! The customer support never answered my request and im done now with this brand! Quality dropped since last year too, its time to leave i guess!

My mom has been a loyal customer for about 10 years. Her entire wardrobe is WHBM. She was at the register with a $1000 purchase...we had to walk out and leave all the clothing there due to how rude the manager was to us. For a silver member to be treated the way she was, was unexpected. Most of the staff at this location were not working, just hanging out and chatting. We have never had to start our own room and pull sizes ourselves. This may stop my mom's WHBM patronage...Avoid this location if you can.

Trendy clothes for people over 30 good for work. Good for casual. The staff is usually very helpful if they are not super busy. Prices are mid level to higher

I had such a great experience at Santana Row mall, and Alma the store manager helped me amazingly. She was so nice and helpful. I have never seen such a great service in any other branches.

I totally agree with Mr. Bauman's comments on store employees' rudeness. I've been a loyal customer to this brand almost 10 years, can't believe today I had to experience the the rude and insulting customer service at this store. I want the company know the store manager Julie Sunna is extremely rude and mean to me. I was trying to either return or exchange one piece garment which is too large for the size S, the way she treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the store, and when she said she was the store manager, the look on her face was like she was superior to everybody. FYI for other shoppers, she is the white tall woman in that store. Julie Sunna was the worst sales associate I've ever met. Cap letter MEAN. No more shopping with this brand anymore because of this Julie Sunna rude female!!

UPDATE-- That comment at bottom from WHBM is not sincere, as i DID reach out to CS already....as i clearly stated in my original review, their answer attached in photo. 3/27/23 update-- Still no package I don't live in a rural/hard to get to location I live in The City of San Francisco Via CS email i have requested my full rufund, as it has been 22 days since ship date. Will update here if i were to get a refund Thank you Yelp for giving us all this platform. This review for on-line order -Placed order March 5, 2023 - $300 for 2 items, bit pricey -Received email that my order shipped march 6 -tracking link attached says DHL -check the link after a few days, says my order will arrive around March 14 That dates comes n goes, no package, DHL still says "en route" Email "cutomer service" at WHBM, they are anything BUT customer service.... tell me they can look into it if I haven't got my package by March 27!!!!!!! WHAT???!!!! So i try DHL, they say they can't help me, because I am not their customer, WHBM is Its now March 22--- no package. Is this a third world nation they attempted to ship in? I am confused as to how a seemingly nice store can find 17 days and counting acceptable as a ship time In the mean time, i get an email to review the items i purchased-- i have no kind words

I had visited the store on October 7 th to return few items which was not a good fit/ material concerns, but was treated with such hostility and terrible customer service. There was an issue with the system and it was not taking returns luckily I had the return label which stated it wasn't past return date, but the associate stated that system is not processing returns could not care less and asked me to step aside without even bothering to look at what's going on. I stood there for half hr trying to explain it's not past the date and could she reach out to customer service. Again met with a cold attitude and said I can talk with them. I decided to start an online chat with the agent who was super helpful who mentioned that store associates have direct call numbers they can reach to fix such issues. Finally I showed the chat to the associate and if she could atleast call them to check if this can be fixed over a call. When asked what is her name she refused to say and kept joking is it to get me fired. For someone to be aware of their subpar interaction and not do something about is definitely grounds for retraining. Finally the manager Zach was able to process the return and he was very good. I have never had any issues with store associates at whbm before they were all super helpful and knowledgeable. As I stepped out of the store a customer who was in the store when this played out mentioned she was so sorry to see how they treated a returns and I should put a review/ or reach out to customer relations. So if you read this, please retrain your associates to be helpful and resourceful.

Zach is incredible, Zach has kind of long colored hair and is extremely knowledgeable of types of clothing, sizes, what cut looks best, kind and warm hearted, highly helpful, goes above and beyond in customer service. It was a pleasure getting Zach's 10000/10 service, trying to find clothes for work, I had gain some weight over the years and needed new pants and Zach created a safe place and made me feel very comfortable and really helped me. Zach is THE GEM of this store and the biggest reason I'd come back to shop here, knowing I'd be in the best hands. Thank you Zach! Truly wish you amazing success and happiness. :)

Not only did this store have terrible customer service but one of two ladies there seemed upset that we were there. No one greeted us when we came inside. I had to literally go through the folded tops to find my size right at the bottom. Still no help. However, once I found my size, one lady came over to the folded tops bundle and started making frustrated sounds in front of me as she started re folding the tops. Not once was I asked if I needed help finding a particular item or size. This happened yesterday late evening. Needless to say I walked out without purchasing anything. You sell higher end apparel for women at a high end mall. We do not visit your store to be patronized. Please match your customer service to maintain your brand image. Very disappointed and won't be coming back here.

A big shout out to the store manager Basilia and the rep Yolanda for their amazing service and attentiveness, and going out of their way. I came in to do a size exchange on my online order, and Yolanda went out of her way to call a Brentwood store to see if they had the size. Since it wasn't available I asked if I could do a return and I was 2 days past the return date, yet they went out of their way in giving me a store credit. Anyone else could have gotten easily upset with all my requests and questions (including my own 8 year old daughter :-) You've got one super happy customer who will keep returning to this store. I used to shop at WHBM years ago and then stopped since there was no store nearby but now I discovered this location at Valley Fair.

Some of the negative reviews here are very disturbing, as I have ALWAYS had exemplary service at WHBM. I used to go to the location in Los Gatos, however they closed and this is the only store anywhere close to me. I dreaded going to this store as it is located in a very busy mall, but it was SO worth the trip!!! Basilia and Sherry were very attentive, and I had an enjoyable shopping trip. Love your clothes, and your associates that make it such a wonderful experience. Kudos to WHBM!!!

I love the styles and the staff is above perfection. They are so helpful and friendly.

This review is only for the complete lack of customer service. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help or even asked if I wanted a dressing room as I carried a few items around the store. It's a small shop and the woman awkwardly looked at me when we'd cross paths but she didn't say a word to me. At checkout, she didn't seem to know at all what she was doing and she made it seem as though it was my fault that she was doing the transaction incorrectly and had to start over. The individual working there needs to take a course in customer service.

I don't usually shop in White House Black Market, but my friend suggested I try the store on a recent trip to find an outfit for a wedding. By the time my friend and I walked into WHBM, I was frustrated that I hadn't found anything yet (we had already spent a couple of hours without finding THE item to make my outfit). White House Black Market is not filled exclusively with black and white clothes. It has pops of color to accentuate the classics. In fact, I found a few tops that I really loved the look of. While we were looking around, a couple of different women asked to take my items to a dressing room. The employees were very friendly with my friend's 3-year old daughter, playing with her while I was trying on the clothes. Paying for my beautiful top was painless, and I was thrilled I finally had the perfect bustier for my wedding outfit. Thanks White House Black Market!

I wasted my gas, time, and safety (due to covid) to come here. I called ahead to make sure they were open and the lady in charge said they were open until 7. So I came at 6, and they would not let me in, they said they are closed when ALL the other stores were open! Due to governor newsom shutting down the state again, I wanted to make sure that I could return my items! This was inconsiderate after the fact that I called to see if they were open. I'm very upset at the lack of management at this location. So to be clear they have no clue what's going on or how to run a business well!

Very rude employee saying I had to use their hand sanitizer or couldn't enter. I explained to the employee that I had just used some and it irritates my skin when I over use. But she seemed to have a problem with that so I suggested I would just leave. She said it was required by the CDC and I immediately said that wasn't true. But to avoid any problems, happily left. I follow all suggested guidelines: wear my mask, wash my hands, socially distant to others. But don't tell lies. That's all.

Every time that I come here I get excellent customer service. I'm greeted when I enter the store, the associates are eager to help me pick out an outfit (and even start a room for me), and if my size isn't on the floor, someone is always available to go look in back for me. Almost everything at this store is cute and you can often find some good deals in the sale section. I only wish that they carried more items in XXS and had a petite section (many tops are too long to fit my frame).

WHBM has lost me as a customer and will no longer shop here so no longer care about WHBM sales. Went to return some items yesterday and yes granted I was beyond the return dates to return items. The associate was rude and had an attitude of unwilling to help me. She did however suggest I call the 800 number to see what customer service could do. I asked if she would call for me since I was already at the store. Her response was very hesitant to help and repeated that I should call. I asked why she couldn't call...her response 'I would normally call but we are very busy'. I looked around the store...there were 3 sales associates and 3 customers (myself included). No customer waiting in line after me. My response...after I looked around the store...busy? She then says...I'll call. Customer Service allowed for a store credit. I gave my daughter the store credit as I do not and will not shop here again with the unwillingness and type of service I received from the associate.

Jackie is incredible and an model of the best customer service available! She created an amazing experience for me and helped me find some amazing, flattering clothes! Thank you, Jackie for valuing customers! I'd recommend this store and the service you get! Better than Nordstorm!

For a long time i really loved this brand. I like their unique design, colors, and find lovely dresses and shoes. Recently I purchased a jean from this shop, and for some reason I did not wear it for 3 month and after that I gained some weight (lol I am getting shy!) then it didnt fit me so I wanted to return it. It still have all tags on it. but this shop (where i had purchased it from) they said they will only refund $30 while I purchased it for 100 something which i cant remember now. This might be due to their policies which I am unhappy about the policy but the biggest problem I faced with them was with the attitude of their sellers and the shop manager, they were so aggresive and were talking in a bad way just to get rid of me. I tried to contact to their HQ by email and received no reply. Finally I stopped buying from them from now forever even still I love their designs!

When it comes to La Novia, there are certain little things she says to annoy me. And of course, I do my best to annoy her back. La Novia: Can you please stop playing Madden and help me with the dishes? Archie G: No. I am about to set a franchise record for completions in a game. Don't you understand that while no one will witness this amazing achievement, it is sort of a big deal? Why don't you sit down and cheer me on? Plus, the dishes will be there tomorrow. I can totally cheer you on while you do them. La Novia: Can you please get off the computer and come to bed? Archie G: No. I am doing some research. I am on Wikipedia reading and learning about the sales figures and critical reception of each New Kids on the Block album. I might need this information in the future. You never know, right? La Novia: Can't you watch football tomorrow? Archie G: This game is super important. Even though they are out of the playoffs, the more I see the 49ers lose, the more it builds character in me. Plus, if you force me to give up football, I will be losing my "Man Card." I will be forced to slit my wrists with this Dorito. And wouldn't that make you feel sort of bad? La Novia: I am about to go to the salon. What should I do with my hair? Archie G: Uh. Do what you always do. It's always the same color and style right? If you want to try something new, you could always shave it like Britney Spears. That would be hot. La Novia: I have absolutely nothing in my closet. What should I wear for the New Year's Eve party? Before I could some wisecrack about starving kids in Africa, I told her she would figure it out and headed to the mall to buy her a Christmas present. Thanks to a patient and helpful staff, I was able to put together a classy outfit consisting of a little black dress, black satin shoes covered in black and silver sequins, and some black, white, and silver costume jewelry to go with the dress and shoes. In the end, I put together a gift that looked good at the store, great on her, and would look even better off of her. Bow-Wow-Chicka-Bow-Wow! But I wasn't able to enjoy that view until I finished the dishes.

White/Black is reliable. Like a grown-up version of Forever 21, I can count on finding a cute top or dress here - but they may fit strangely. (It's not one of those places where you're consistently one size, so trying things on is a must.) Highly recommended for holiday or vacation attire on a budget. Not recommended for one-of-a-kind pieces or WOW pieces. If I've failed to plan ahead for an event or getaway, I'll stop in here and can usually find something decent. Tip: Lots of times the regular racks include slashed price items that have not been moved to the sale area. Check the tags. They're better quality and include same-season looks.

Can I give no stars? I love this brand. The dress designs are amazing but the people who work at this store are very snotty. I went in there and no one offered to help me. When I asked a sales lady for help, she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. This one particular lady was talking about customers who entered to store, very unprofessional. I was almost tempted not to buy the dress I wanted just based on the sales clerks' attitude. This place really needs to work on their customer service.

It's true, the customer service here isn't that great compared to the Los Gatos one. It's okay if you just want to be left alone until you pay. The dresses are so chic, I lavvvv it. There's always great basics to add to your wardrobe. And the sale section usually has some nice items too.

This is one of my new favourite stores! I went in for the first time a few months ago with my other half. We ended up leaving with 1 jacket, 1 skirt and 2 dresses. A month after that, I bought another jacket and dress. A month after that I bought a top. I can't help myself. The dresses are made very well and fits amazingly. Great quality and very "clean" looking. The service is great as well. I am usually greeted the moment I walk in and have some "space" when I didn't need help. When I did try on outfits, their suggestions are always very helpful without being too pushy. They have awesome sales as well, with dresses over 50% off once the new season of dresses come in. =) Even at full price, the dresses are worth it for what you get.

Not my favorite local of WHBM..smaller compared to other stores BUT the woman yesterday was super helpful and friendly....

If I am ever in need of a dress for a special occasion, I know immediately where to go for that one-stop shop. I have shopped here for so many dresses.. i can't even count. The latest being today, when I found out last minute that I will be attending a wedding tomorrow. The sales ladies are SUPER nice, they greet you when you come in, and continuously cater to your needs. Whether it is sizing needs, or accessories to go with your outfit, or a pair of shoes to try so you can "see" what your entire look would be, the service here is superb. I some how always end up walking out of here with a bag full of complete outfits. That usually includes shoes and accessories and other unnecesary buys. Minus 1 star for the high price. However, the clothing has high quality. TIP: If you are on the mailing list, they send you $25-$50 coupon every season, with their catalog.

The sales people at this location are phenomenal! They are friendly, helpful, and quick. All of the ladies have great fashion sense and are helpful in pulling together pieces for an outfit. I definitely recommend coming to this store! Prices are a bit high, but you get quality clothing that will not fall apart. It's worth the investment for staple wardrobe pieces from this store.

So what is a girl to do when she's got THREE weddings two weeks apart from each other? Go to White House | Black Market, of course! I absolutely love this store. I love black and white colors and all the designs they have. And I adore their dresses! The salesgirls were all super helpful and not pushy. They gave a lot of great suggestions and help me narrow down my choices. They also gave me accessories and other looks to play with for times I would wear the dress outside of a wedding. And I'm very grateful for their advice on paring down my choices. Because if I was totally ballin', I would have bought all the dresses I tried on without blinkin' an eye. I stayed there for about an hour and a half and wasn't pressured to buy anything but I walked out feeling completely happy with my choices because I am going to look FAB-U-LOUS at the wedding this Saturday.

Ally was super friendly and helpful once I stepped foot into the store. When I told her I was looking for an outfit for my engagement session, she went right to work, looking for the perfect outfit for me. She was very enthusiastic, bringing me cute tops and some killer red shoes. Every time I came out of the fitting room, she was there to tell me the goods and bads. All the girls who work here were great. I LOVED the service! They were phenomenal! I only wish they have more colors because the clothes are all cute and of really good material. I don't think I found THE outfit here but I'll definitely come back to shop.

Another one of my favorite stores!! Simple. Elegant. Classic. Chic. I go here when I'm looking for a pretty and sexy cocktail dress or cute white summer dress. The quality of the silk is good and the prices are moderate ($150 or so a dress). Funny how they also carry beige sometimes!

It has been such a long time since I have gone into a clothing store and just received the greatest service. I went into WHBM like I normally do and take a stroll around and wait for something really to catch my eye. A lot of their clothes look a little better on the older crowd but I have found some things that I absolutely love. My experience yesterday was amazing. I had plenty of help after I chose two items to try on. The staff picked out some outfits, shoes, and even accessories for me that I would never have thought to try on. They were really helpful in getting different sizes, colors, and styles depending on what I liked. They never made me feel like I was being a burden. I would love to go back here sometime when I have a few hours to spare because I think they can come up with some great outfits. I wish I could remember all their names but each and every single person that I encountered was amazing.

I love this place and I love the girls who work there too. I've come to the point in my life where I've ultimately decided that dressing cute isn't such a bad thing. Granted I used to be roughly 55 pounds heavier going from a size 15-16 to now a size 4, shopping's become a very feel good experience for me. Now, I've mentioned in other reviews for other places that cause I typically dress down, the customer service I receive is kinda blah. However, White House/Black Market has always given great customer service, the girls are funny, know their job and they seem to enjoy their job too. I mean, when you're having fun shopping, why not have fun with the people who are helping you too right? It's hard to resist many of these items. I bought a really cute cuff that's actually too big for me. My coworker got a good laugh when it came off my wrist and I was chasing it as it rolled away from me :(. This place has an awesome selection of really cute and elegant things. I actually have to limit my visits here cause I want at least one dress, one shirt, one piece of jewelry, etc.

White House Black Market is one of my all time favorite stores, and my wardrobe totally shows it too, because I have a ton of black and white clothes....hey black and white is classic! Anyway, the girls that work here are super nice and friendly. Joey helped me today and she found me clothes to try on, and got me different sizes, she rang me up, and even waited for me when I had to go back to my car because I left my wallet. I love their clothes, and I love them! so 5 stars to WHBM for making my shopping experience superb. =)

Went in earlier today searching for an interview outfit, saw some items online that I really liked and figured I'd stop in. Genesis helped me and was very helpful, she picked out some outfits for me which I loved, brought some shoes to pair with them as well since I was in flip flops. Ended up purchasing a beautiful trench coat and very sexy and flattering pencil skirt (which I wouldn't have tried on if Genesis hadn't suggested it) Quality service and clothing, definitely will be back.

This used to be my favorite shop to buy my clothes from. I have tons of clothes from them that I purchased there and online. Today for the first time ever I got a horrible service, no customer attention, just extremely rude. Very disappointed and sad to say that I will find a different location and my advice is ... Find a different location if you like to shop from WhiteHouseBlackMarket.

Visited this store for the first time on WED, December 12 with a friend and what a fun experience we had! The young women (Jackie and others) were so personable, helpful and FUN! Lots of personalized attention, product recommendations and GREAT customer service.

Went into this White House Black Market location looking for an outfit to wear for a job fair. I had no idea where to start! Jackie (hope I spelled that right) was absolutely amazing!! She made it such a wonderful experience. I picked a couple things I liked and told her my sizes and before I knew it she had a bunch of outfits picked out and set up in my dressing room. She really helped me pick something that I was comfortable in and looked professional. I ended up landing 4 job interviews at the job fair the next day! I felt like a million bucks in the outfit she helped me pick out!! Thank you so much for your help Jackie!!

I echo other people's reviews about terrible customer service and ridiculously lousy return policy. I only give one star because their clothes are cute, but way overpriced. My experience was: 1. no salesperson around to answer question about fit and how much their pants loosen after wearing; 2. tried to return pants after wearing for a few hours at home after noticing how much they stretch after wearing; 3. denied the right to return pants because they've been worn and "it's a health issue," making me feel as if I have STDs, lice or don't bathe--which of course none is true but that's how they make you feel when they repeat it over and over again. I said they get worn when people try them on in the dressing room, that's about as long as I wore them for. UGHHH, they're never getting my business again when other stores treat you with more respect and have more normal return policies.

Firstly, this brand of clothing is amazing. Fits well, well made, comfortable. Pricey yes, but you can find lots of good deals online. The problem with this store--and not just this location, but pretty much all of them, is that they are really super nice when you are going to buy something, but the moment you need to return something, everyone turns evil. I have to say the exception to the rule is Greta at the Los Gatos store, she is very sweet and helpful. But, this Valley Fair location is horrible. Back in May I bought a shirt at the store in Milwaukee. It was too big, so I went to exchange it at this store for a small. They couldn't find the shirt on my receipt, so they told me, "the Milwaukee store forgot to charge you for it, we're going to send it back" and they TOOK the shirt from me! It was absurd. I was so shocked, I didn't do anything at the moment. They literally took it and did not give it back and then I had to re-purchase the size that fit. I called a manager and spoke to her, but am still waiting for a resolution. It just did not seem right for them to take it from me! If I were in charge, I would've done it as an exchange without a receipt!

I love this brand and the quality of the clothes, so it's a little difficult to write this. I would have given a great review if the sales people weren't so pushy. I went to the boutique at Miromar Outlets in Estero, FL over the weekend and in the first five minutes I was there, I was asked ten times if I needed anything. I am not exaggerating. There were five staff members in the store that day and every few seconds I was being asked if I needed anything. I finally got so irritated that I left without buying anything. I appreciate good customer service, but this was just as bad if not worse than bad customer service because they would not leave you alone for more than a few seconds. I hope they change their pushy sales techniques, because I do like the clothes.

I rarely shop in this store but today I stepped in and definitely noticed the great customer service ALL of their sales reps offer. I was asked several times if I needed any help by genuinely nice ladies. They have very cute items in here. I am so happy they decided to start selling both black and white colored clothes years ago. Good call!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. Clothes are cute. Jewelry is cute. Shoes are cute. It is a little pricey but such good clothes. Had to dock them one star though because their customer service is AWFUL.

i am not a mall rat, so i was not even aware that this store existed until recently. i had to buy a dress for a wedding that i am in and was pleasantly surprised by the number of CUTE dresses this store has! okay, so all the clothes in this place are either black, white, or somewhere in between. I would have given this store its 5th star, BUT i received almost NO customer service at this location.

I came in without makeup and in jeans. The women didn't even greet me or aknowlege my presence. They were in a group at the register snickering about something. Extremely rude. When I wanted to try something on, one of them just yelled from the other side of the store for me to just go in. When I needed another size, I waited St the fitting room door for a few minutes as I made eye contact with one of the store associates and she ignored me. I ended up just going through the store and getting my own size. They asked me if I needed help AFTER they saw I got what I needed. And it didn't end there, I went to the register to buy what I had tried on and the cashier just looked at me and continued to fill out her papers. I had to say I'M READY for her to finally check me out. I'm used to high quality treatment at stores, this was worse than teenagers managing the store. I won't be going inside this store ever again.

Again, I've just gotta say that the service at WH/BM is top of the line. I came in and within a minute was greeted by Jackie who asked what I was looking for (black pants) and instantly pulled out several options. The store is pricey of course, but they have sales (I was lucky to come in for a 20% off sale) and the quality is really worth it. Just a really great store. :)

The women working there are very judgmental about appearance. I didn't even get asked if I wanted help looking for something, disrespectful. They acted like you have dress, and act like you have money.

I had to add that my husband got me a dress from here for Christmas. I have never heard him praise a store like he did this one. He is one of the most clueless people I know when it comes to fashion, but the girls working there helped him pick out a stunning dress and necklace for me. I love it! Best service ever!

I've only been once but was inclined to give five stars and will shop again soon! The two young ladies on the floor were so helpful and created looks with the pieces I picked out. She had everything arranged so nicely when I got to the fitting room. So much more personable than my experience a moment ago at Macys. They made me feel pampered. Thanks!

Been WHBM customer for a long time. This store makes me cringe... Cramped, dark, nonexistent sales racks. Oh how I loved to peruse the endless sales racks at a store in another state... No such luck here. I've made a private remark to a friend that this looks like a downsized version of their "real" stores - sales person overheard it and got defensive/argumentative over it advising me that they carry everything that any other store does. Yeah, they might have EVERY model of everything, but not in all sizes. Will try out another store, not coming back to this one.

A week ago I walk into this store looking for some casual clothes to take to Vegas. It had been a couple of years since I had really seriously shopped. Since I work in the medical field, my sense of dressing myself had gone down drastically (except for my awesome sense of scrub styles) I LOVE this place because they are like personal shoppers, which I desperately need. Anyway, Jackie (hope I spelled her name right) asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to fill my room with lots of choices. I've noticed other not so great reviews about this, but I love it myself. I'm not a size 2 and could use a little gym work myself, but Jackie was awesome at finding adorable outfits. FYI: Since the first time I shopped here, I have learned that things they put in your room may look like something you would never wear on the hanger, but I try them on anyway. I have bought many things I would have never would thought look good on me but looked great on. Anyway, I came out with some great pieces that were perfect for my mini vacay. Today I went back, looking for a pair of pants to match a blouse I got the week prior to wear for Easter. I run into Jackie again, who by the way, I just adore. She is funny, helpful, and never pushy, yet I always seem to buy way more than I intended but not through pressure. She's just great at what she does. We were struggling a bit because I waited until the last minute and my sizes were limited. However, she brought the shirt I had already bought and a pair of the colored slacks I have at home to put on so we could get an idea of what to add to get the look I was trying to achieve. She found a beautiful spring sweater to brighten up the look and these killer pink pumps (not too high) but classy along with some jewelry that put the look all together. Winner, winner, chicken dinner! I was a happy camper. Service above and beyond. She also found me the most adorable, comfy jeans and slipped me a pair of shoes (how dare she!) I turned down the shoes, but they have been on my mind ever since, and I will most likely go in tomorrow to buy them. Jackie....You are awesome. Have completely enjoyed the two times you have helped me out. I will most likely see you again soon to see if there are any of those cute strappy pumps left that will look killer with those jeans you sold me. This place is awesome. Even when I go in and don't find anything I like, the styles change frequently. The service is spot on and I for one appreciate the extra help in making me look presentable. Thanks!
