This is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to. The bar tender Dylan was absolutely impeccable, he was dedicated to his art of drinks and absolutely lovely to speak to. The atmosphere was amazing and Joanne played a huge part in it with such a welcoming attitude. The food was absolutely delicious and wouldn’t change a thing of the dishes we had. I will definitely visit this restaurant every time we visit, thank you for such an amazing experience!

The drinks here are pretty good, I got the godiva chocolate martini. The ciders are pretty good and the cidertini was strong. The food was okay. We got the parmesian bread with dill pickle butter that my family loved. The chihuahua fried potatoes was not what we expected, wished it was cheesy as it stated. The gnocchi was okay. My partner enjoyed the risotto and the pork chops though

Phenomenal food! One of NH’s best restaurants. Top quality with large portion sizes that you don’t usually find at fine restaurants. Mixed greens salad with apples and cider vinaigrette served two, as did the cider donuts with ice cream and caramel dessert. Mains (salmon, chicken cacciatore) had superb flavor. We will be back anytime we’re in the region!

Wow….what a GEM! We were so fortunate to find this restaurant during our ski trip at Attitash. Ok, so 1st off…cozy and warming atmosphere, top notch service with such a personal touch, you can tell these people really care about what they do! We started with the Dan Dan brussel sprouts and calamari, both absolutely perfect and super flavorful, the smoked tomato aioli with the prosciutto good lord… yum. Our drinks, the cidertini and red wine from a tremendous selection was just perfect! Our entrees were to die for! We had the steak and swordfish special, perfectly cooked and both were tender and juicy with great portions. The swordfish was better than any dish I had in Italy on our stay last year! Absolutely phenomenal. The steak was thick and tender, the rub on it was so flavorful, mashed potatoes were light and buttery, I could have eaten a full bowl easily! Even our little one’s Alfredo was sooo good, I had it for leftovers the next day. We can’t wait to dine here again, such a top notch restaurant that rivals the big cities without the fuss!

While I loved everything about this restaurant, the hospitality of the staff here is unrivaled. Came here earlier on a Thursday evening with my wife and small infant. When we walked in I immediately felt incredibly welcomed by the host and server- they made us feel so at ease entering their establishment with a baby. The decor of this restaurant is quaint, the food is spectacular and the hospitality is unparalleled. Having a young baby means you never know when your little one is going to start screaming! This happened to us several times after we sat down, and we would run out front to calm our baby. The host and our server were so understanding and encouraging and made sure we continued to feel welcomed and supported while dealing with a challenging situation. I eventually suggested we move outside away from other patrons, which the staff quickly assisted us in doing. We ordered the Dan Dan noodles, Brussels sprouts, and cacciatore. The server offered to split up the cacciatore to share which I always appreciate, and the deal was delicious, as were the noodles and Brussels. The portions are large and you definitely get good value here. There’s a selection of local beers and house ciders, and the cider we tried was absolutely fantastic, and that’s coming from someone who generally avoids such ciders. We have such fine memories of the food and the hospitality from this establishment. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcomed. I recommend this restaurant unequivocally to anyone in the White Mountain region!

While staying in the Jackson area this was our favorite meal the entire trip. The gnocchi with scallops was delicious and the cider donuts with caramel and ice cream for dessert were unique and really tasty.

Absolutely delicious. Ricotta Gnocchi, the Steak, and the cider donuts with caramel and ice cream were phenomenal, the Tuscan Chicken Cacciatore and Parmesan Bread we're also delicious. Even the Kids Salmon and Kids Pasta were tasty.

I must’ve passed this unassuming spot a dozen times during my four-day stay in Bartlett and little did I know I was missing out on something truly special. On my final night, I finally gave in to curiosity, and I’m so glad I did. From the first bite, the food was exceptional. I started with the Dan Dan noodles, which honestly could’ve been a main course. The broth was deeply rich and perfectly spiced, layered with umami and heat, and loaded with veggies and noodles. It was hearty, comforting, and absolutely crave-worthy. I’d return just for that dish alone. 10/10. Despite already being full, I couldn’t resist the seafood bouillabaisse. The herby, aromatic broth was a beautiful contrast to the bold Dan Dan noodles, and it came overflowing with plump shrimp, lobster, scallops, and mussels, all generous portions that felt luxurious without being over the top. The service? Impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and make this a must-stop. And if you’re not nearby, go out of your way. This place is absolutely worth it. Cheers!

I've been there twice and each time was amazing. great staff and an amazingly comfortable setting. the owner and chef is great and the rotating menu never disappoints. its easy to give this place 5 stars!

Very cute store. The deli was delicious. I selected the Bhan Mi which had a perfectly toasted ciabatta bread, nice slab of pot roast, and pickles to brighten up meal. There was a little kick which was pleasant. My friend ordered the thanksgiving dinner sandwhich that had ample amounts of turkey with a nice layer of crandberry sauce and stuffing. His description was "this tastes like next day leftovers" which is the best type of left overs. The store was kind of small with limited selection. Lots of soup and dinners. Not much for raw ingredients. Staff was extremely friendly. Will go again.

Chicken sandwich is one of the best around. The fries are freshly made and excellent with good portions. Sometimes when they're busy, it takes a little bit longer, but it's worth the wait.

Excellent sandwiches. The Bahn Mi was huge (almost too), but very flavorful. I had to break the sandwich in two. I also got their soups from the fridge for takeout, and found them to be very tasty. This place is a quick, drive by winner. I want to try their restaurant next time.

Was the ambiance nice? Yes Was the food good? Yes Were the portions decent? Yes Was the server attentive? Yes Was it overpriced for what you actually receive? Yes For the general location, I didn't think the 5 entrees they offer warranted $32-$47 price tag. While it was a nice meal, not sure it's worth a second visit.

Sat at the beautiful bar and made a meal out of appetizers and hard cider. Beautiful restaurant. Rustic and inviting decor and very friendly staff. Loved the bartenders and the local patrons. Appetizers we enjoyed: burrata and plums, artichoke fritters, charcuterie board, and the evening special tuna skewer. All delicious and a wonderful balance of flavors. Would eat here again the next time I come to NH.

We've been coming to White Mountain Cider Co for years and never leave disappointed. The service is amazing (we had Jeremiah this time and he was awesome), the menu rotates and they seemingly always hit home runs with their dishes, and the cocktails are incredible. It's a cozy restaurant and we always make it a point to eat here once per trip. Always, always, always make a reservation beforehand as we've never had luck walking in and finding a table because it is so popular. Definitely recommend this place!

We were so looking forward to trying this restaurant after reading all the reviews so my experience was a bit let down from my high expectations. Here are the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: The Good- + Great atmosphere, rustic and cozy with a nice real wood fireplace in the middle of the restaurant for ambience. + Yummy cocktails and special drinks, reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our cidertini and Brandy Alexander. They also have a good selection of local beer and ciders on draft and bottles/can. + Prompt seating and tentative servers. + The Calamari appetizer was delicious, crispy fried with picked slaw and fresh greens and Sriracha mayonnaise sauce. + Kid friendly - they don't have an official children's menu but they offer pasta dishes that are better than your typical kid's menu. We ordered pasta Alfredo with sausage for my son, it was so delicious (maybe the best entree from our dinner experience... I'll get into that later). The Bad- - Pice... Yes, I was aware ahead of time that this would be an expensive experience, but $42 for 4 pieces of seared scallop with white beans was a bit much for me. Granted it was well seasoned and cooked, I would expect it to have bigger portion or came with garlic bread or something else. - I love Asian dishes, so when I saw that they had a ramen special AND a Thai noodle on the regular menu, I thought to myself that these people are confident with Asian cuisine so I can feel good about ordering... I WAS WRONG. My Thai curry pork noodle was mediocre at best. Yes, the pulled pork was tender and flavorful, but that's about it. The egg noodle in the dish was very one demensional, doesn't have great texture and didn't absorb the sauce well. The Thai sauce needed a kick or spice. The price wasn't bad but the dish was not good. I was disappointed for sure. The Ugly- - It's true I'm a ramen snob. I love my ramen and when I see ramen on the menu, you bet I will be ordering it! Unfortunately for this miso beef ramen dish with kimchi on the menu, it was a huge miss. I'm totally open to new flavor or interpretation of the classic if you can make it delicious, but to my dismay, this is not the case. First of all, there's not much of a soup base and it doesn't taste much like miso, a bit too sweet too. There wasn't much beef in the dish; it was good, but nothing to rave about. They used the same noodle in my Thai noodle dish as the "ramen". Clearly they did not understand what kind of noodles qualifies as ramen! Ramen noodles need to be thinner to be able to pickup the flavor of the soup base and have chewy texture to give that satisfying feeling of meal in a bowl... None of that here. - Perhaps the biggest offense here is the "kimchi" advertised on the dish. We asked for it on the side because the ramen was for my daughter and she doesn't do spicy. To call it "kimchi" was false advertising... It's more of pickle vegetables, without chilli flavor, no fish sauce, no napa cabbage. It was okay, but not kimchi. We may just got the 2 wrong things on the menu, given the popularity of this place, I'm sure they have other delicious food. Unfortunately for us, our experience were not the best. If you do come, I recommend staying away from their Asian fusion dishes.

Bartenders this evening were great! The service with them cannot be beat. Food was fantastic as usual as well. It's worth going just to watch the art of the bartenders working and having the most enjoyable conversations with them as well. We come every time we are in the area.

The most perfect breakfast sandwich I've ever had! The freshest ingredients and the eggs were prepared & seasoned absolutely perfectly. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Come hungry as the portions were large. Both the hot cider & coffee were excellent. Sad we are only passing through town as they also had lots of prepared meals, soups and desserts to take home. Service was efficient. The ambiance of the shop is both warm and sophisticated at the same time.

After a being terribly ignored at the Wentworth Lounge we ended up here for dinner. It was fate! Great experience all around. Food was fantastic. The stuffed dates (four so you could actually equally share it!) were very tasty. The charcuterie board was well stocked and yummy. Salads very very tasty as well with great dressings. We shared the RibEye special which was soooo good with a chimchurri sauce on top that should be jarred. Just a great meal at every turn. P.S. Food was so good I only got a shot of this salad lol. It was delicious.

It's too bad this place can't get a friendly, welcoming person at the front . Out of 6 tries here one of them has been good . No one needs a snotty attitude when they come to an establishment to do business. It's too bad because the food can be good

We ate there a few weeks ago on the terrace and while the view of the parking lot was not too great, the food was!! Our party ordered 3 of the seafood mix and 1 steak dinner. All were delicious and perfectly prepared. The service was impeccable and seamless. Highly recommended for great food and service!!

Food was outstanding. Never had fiddle head before. Charcuterie board was ample and flavorful. Entrees were hot and satisfying. Service was attentive and ambiance made me comfortable.

Outstanding. One of the best dining experiences I have had in awhile. They have a patio seating area with heaters which is where we sat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. If you are in the area do not miss this. To start we got the korma soup which had a nice velvety textures and fantastic flavor. Poutine with ramps and fiddleheads was great. For entrees we did the gnocchi and pastrami spiced duck.duck was tender and flavorful and the gnocchi pillowy. For dessert the deconstructed s'mores with a chocolate cake was outstanding. We happened to go,here on a whim but would definitely add this to the itinerary when we are back in the area.

Great place. We come here every year for my birthday. Always top notch and always a highlight of our trip to the White Mountains.

Incredible food, incredible service, ambiance and the drink list is top tier. Best restaurant in "The Valley."

This review is not based on the dinner restaurant but the lunch spot inside the barn-like establishment. The staff was very friendly. The Cubano was too strong with the mustard, the hand pies were all perfectly balanced and delicious (the size is deceiving in the warmer). We have yet to drink the Jonagold cider we bought. We sat outside on the "porch" to eat and it was quaint and beautiful.

Had a dinner there last night with the wife. Have been here a few times over the years and it continues to impress. Had the Ribeye and was cooked to perfection. Wife had she shrimp and scallops and said it was amazing and filling. The staff - Emma and Matt give you such a welcoming too. Highly recommend.

Gave this place a shot, limited breakfast menu but everything was fantastic. Highly reccomend

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at White Mountain Cider. We walked in - no reservations needed. We sat in front of the fireplace - what a treat. We had the pork ribs for appetizer, the salad, and the Brussels sprouts, and the baba ganoush. For the entrees we had the duck breast and the shrimp/scallop risotto. The food was delicious. The salad was a highlight - massive portion, fresh, crunchy, perfect mix of sweet and savory. The duck breast was extremely tender, and the risotto was made with medium grain rice and the texture was like a fine congee - so good! For dessert we had the doughnuts and ice cream - massive portion size - for sure can share. The staff were so welcoming and nice. Service was prompt, but not rushed - perfect for a tiring day after skiing. Would come again!!

We visit Jackson every summer. My husband loves this place. He thinks the cider donuts are just sweet enough. The donuts are good but bland, but I have a huge sweet tooth. Today we ordered 2 dozen cider donuts and two blueberry muffins. When we got home, we only had one blueberry muffin. The muffin itself was a good size, lots of blueberries, but no blueberry flavor, bland, not very sweet. My brother in law ordered a 2 iced coffees and another bakery item. Skim milk wasn't offered which was disappointing. We spent $50 dollars left a tip and realized the coffee orders were messed up. This isn't the first time they messed up an order but we usually stop on our way home from Jackson. I'm thinking today was our last visit.

Stopped by at their marketplace during lunch hours to grab some warm apple cider and donuts before hitting the road. The hot mulled apple cider was $4.50 for a 16 oz cup and each donut was $1.25 (or buy a dozen for $10). The cider was super fragrant and the donuts still had a crisp to them from being fried. The market is a mix of a bakery and store. They have fresh pastries and refrigerated goodies but also other items such as kitchen towels, honey, maple syrup, candles, lotion, etc. to purchase. There are stickers on the floor to indicate social distancing. You enter from the front and exit at the side of the building. There's no indoor seating inside the market, but there are 5 large tables outside.

Have passed by this place dozens of times and even stopped in once for the cider and donuts without even considering a dinner there. Our loss...until now. The restaurant has a cozy, neighborhood feel to it, though our preference was the bar area vs. one of the smallish dining rooms. We didn't eat on the patio, but it is covered, with heaters installed overhead, and would have definitely been an option on a warmer night. Service was extremely attentive and professional, yet casual - just our style. As for the food, there are plenty of options, from snackable bites to complex but approachable appetizers to a range of expertly prepared entrees for all diets. While we enjoyed our starters, my wife was blown away by the somewhat deconstructed braised lamb bolognese, which she is still raving about two days later. The noodles were delicate and the sauce uncharacteristically light for a bolognese while still packing all of the flavor you'd expect from that dish. My duck was outstanding as well. We usually order dessert at a new spot just to make sure we kick all four tires. Had to go with cider donuts at a cider place, and they were killer! Of course, the pairing with smooth, rich vanilla ice cream and warm caramel sauce didn't hurt. Definitely looking forward to kicking the tires here again soon.

This place was great! I started with the Cidertini and it was tasty. A little sweet for me but still good it just makes me drink it faster. Lol. My husband had Lawsons Sip of Sunshine on draft and being from CT he said it tasted like the original SOS much better than what we have in CT. We shared a large Cider Mill salad and the salad dressing was phenomenal. Then I ordered the raised Lamb Bolognese with Pappardelle pasta and arugula and Parmesan. It was really tasty. My husband ordered the Grilled New York strip steak with charred onion steak sauce. This also came with potatoes cheddar gratin and a root vegetable. He's a sauce guy and said the steak sauce was really good. We had to order dessert and the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream was also good.

Fairly small and a little rustic but top notch food and service with good variety. Lots of great appetizers, good entree options with some vegetarian options as well

Possibly the best dinner of my life, scallop and Jonah crab risotto with arugula and a ramp pesto. I have been a rampaphobe but it was the perfect balance to the rich dish. Emma and Rich took great care of us. Cider Co., we will return.

Wow, this was a recommendation for us while staying at the Mt Attatash Resort...and it's worth it. The bread, reminds me of the St John's momentary bread I'd get at the MN Renaissance Festival. Full of grain, hearty, a crisp crust that just begs for a bit of butter to compliment it. The soup: a butternut squash & apple cider purée with a mulling spice cream and crisped sage. The sweetness of the squash offset with the tart of the cider, a smooth bite from the cream and the sage adds a nice pop to all the flavors. Appetizer: phyllo (noodle) dough wrapped house made crab cake patty and fried lightly in hot oil to crisp it. Drizzled with an apple cider reduction. A beautiful taste and texture experience. The crab was light in flavor, soft and offset with the crunch of the noodles which kept the patty from being oily. The cider reduction adding a tart note...mmmm. Let me tell you this restaurant from the outside is nothing to write home about, but the food made up for it. This place is a hidden gem. I was referred here by a previous customer from another state. I wanted something a little more high end for my 61st birthday. You can't get in without a reservation, so make sure to do so. We Had dinner for the first time tonight at this restaurant, had the warm potato rolls, with honey butter, and amazing truffle fries. Cocktails were delicious, I usually have one password to lemon, drop, martinis. Absolutely amazing food, braised short ribs, fingerling potatoes, carrots. My husband had the boneless ribeye that was cooked perfect. Dessert was the cider doughnut with vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce. Definitely worth the money. Can't wait until next time.

I hate to give a small local place a bad review but based off of lunch and the market this spot is not worth the drive. I cannot rate based off of Dinner, perhaps that is not worth visiting for. We drove 40 minutes out of our way for stale pastries. Unfortunately upon arrival to this market for a late lunch we came to realize they were no longer serving any of their short list of sandwiches. Initially we thought "no problem" as there was sure to be some ready to go snacks and cider. After all, we had driven all this way for some great apple cider to bring home. Lunch was just going to be a conveniently timed perk. Unfortunately for us, there was no to go cider on the premises. The only cider option was a cup of hot cider. There were also no snack options. The market consisted of a random assortment of beer, frozen local food, Knickknacks, and branded gear. Our only option was a selection of pastries. Cider doughnuts were sold out so we landed on apple pastries. These were stale. If you're coming here planning on buying cider or cider related products... don't. There wasn't any.

My wife and I shared the Moroccan artichoke fritters and absolutely loved them! She had the Tuscan Chicken and I had the ribeye cooked medium rare. It was cooked perfect and my wife's dish was exquisite. For dessert we paired port wine with the panna cotta and the chef's s'mores. Great way to end the night. The staff was amazing and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.

At a time when everyone is talking about being short-staffed and having poor service, I wanted to take a minute to say what a wonderful experience we had at white mountain cider co yesterday!! We had a dinner res and we're seated promptly. Our server was so great.. always there when we needed him, knowledgeable, patient with us and accommodating with all of our allergies and two kids who are super picky. Food was fresh and delicious and it was a great experience and we highly recommend!!

Great food in a cozy atmosphere. The most refined restaurant in the area and the chef does a great job!

Referring to lunch only. The website advertises that they are open 9-5pm and serve lunch. We drove there only to learn that they decide to arbitrarily stop serving lunch earlier in the day. Hard to trust a place that is open whenever they feel like it.

The quality of the food has gone way down since new owner took over. The chef is new too and the menu has suffered. Serving sizes have decreased, while prices have increase. Tourism in the valley is booming and businesses are breaking sales records so there is no reason for this. Used to be a loyal customer. Not anymore.

From reservation to end of service, the restaurant has 5 star service. Not only does the staff have class but the decor does as well. Huge appreciation for the Chef, Miles for serving us such a elegant and delicious meal. Thai lettuce wrap appetizer is to die for... over and out. We will ALWAYS be back. Much love

Been there a few times and it's always been excellent. Great food and great service. Went Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and though my wife and I were the last 2 in the place the staff insisted we weren't and were very kind. The great waitress we had definitely enhanced the experience.

Food was decent and the atmosphere wasn't bad. Our waiter stunk of cigarettes and made me lose my appetite. I could see him on his cell phone quite a bit.

The highs of highs and the lows of lows My partner and I visited this restaurant while in NH for the weekend. We had high expectations. The atmosphere is cozy, cabin style. Tables are spread apart. The acoustics are favorable. The cocktails I tried were maybe the worst I've ever had. I tried one of their house cocktails which was far too Smokey and strong and ordered a Moscow mule which tasted like pure cheap vodka with ice. Disappointing. The food was very tasty for the most part. I can highly recommend the Brussels sprout appetizer and the Duck entree. My partner had the chicken/sausage Oriechette which was glorified Mac and cheese but still tasty. Dessert was small but rich. Our waitstaff was average however never asked why our cocktails remained full or whether we liked our meals. Also, to note, waitstaff were not wearing masks. They were wearing clear glasses with face shields attached however this doesn't protect their aerosolized particles from entering our food. This made me a bit uncomfortable. Will not be coming back for a meal anytime soon.

This is by far, one of my most favorite places in the valley. It's casual but elegant with an incredibly cool and knowledgeable staff- they craft really fun cocktails too. It's the only place where we order 5 courses because we just want to try everything on this unique menu- from the small bites (the blue cheese stuffed dates are to die for) to dessert. It's just a great place. And in the morning, we come down and buy their hot, homemade cider donuts
