One of my favorite coffee shops. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Spacious with a variety of seating. Two floors. A great place to do work, read, or socialize. The staff is welcoming. It feels like entering a nice home.

Such a cute little coffee House. It does take a bit to get the drinks but they make each one fresh as it is being ordered. The view is perfect whether you are inside enjoying the hustle and music or outside on the patio -upstairs or down, you can’t go wrong. And I love the Bible verse on each cup holder.

Wonderful coffee shop with lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. The patio and Balcony seating was very nice. The coffee was very flavorful. I had a vanilla hazelnut iced latte with sugar free syrups and cold foam. It was perfect. My husband had a regular hot latte and he said that his coffee was not hot enough. But overall we highly recommend this place.

I’ve stopped in a few times during the Movies in the Park nights just to use the restroom and always noticed how nice this place is. It’s a chill, welcoming coffee shop with great vibes—clean, well-maintained, and busy even outside of the movie crowd. Most recently, I decided to actually hang out for a bit before the movie started, and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted and served by Elliott, and let me just say—Elliott was amazing! Their energy was so warm and positive, and they made a great impression right away. I ordered a drink and couple of waters and a chocolate chip cookie—10/10 all around. Unlike some coffee shops, this one genuinely felt inviting. Thank you, White Rhino, for the great customer service, awesome employees, and for being so gracious with us moviegoers just popping in.

I was visiting from out of state, and I stumbled upon this coffee shop since it was near my hotel! The cashier was super friendly. i didn't know what to order, and she recommended the Snickerdoodle! I also paired it with a chocolate chip cookie! I'm sorry I forgot your name, but thanks for the V-Day Card! I wish I knew my Valentine's address, but this will definitely put a smile on her face!

A coffee shop with a great scene. I've spent a lot of time studying here in the past. Vibe is lively but still chill, making it a great spot to hang out or get a little work done. Drink orders come out fast. The patio is one of my favorite parts — super relaxing and dog-friendly. Great location it's right on a street with a lot going on.

We had an incredible experience enjoying the delicious traditional breakfast and the French toast and coffee. We sat upstairs on the outdoor patio and had it almost to ourselves and our two doggies. It’s very dog friendly, very clean, super calm vibes on a quiet and nice street in Uptown. Also, considering other breakfast or brunch places in Uptown the quality of the food is very good for the prices in the area. We walked around the neighborhood and the Griggs park with our dogs afterwards and had a wonderful morning. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy your day. The sugar free snickerdoodle latte was amazing, can’t recommend it enough. The peach blossom tea was delightful, although served extremely hot so be cautious of that. The atmosphere is a whole vibe with LOTS of sitting areas both indoor and outdoor. Customer service was top notch as well.

Great coffee and the perfect spot for studying or WFH! The spacious two-floor interior offers a quiet top floor ideal for work, and the baristas are friendly, efficient, and craft excellent drinks! I tried the seasonal Love Notes Latte--it's deliciously sweet with distinct chocolate and strawberry notes. Get it before it's gone! TL;DR: Fantastic study/work spot with friendly and efficient baristas!

We came across White Rhino Coffee on the Yelp app after discovering that a different coffee place that we planned to go to was closing early for the evening. We weren't familiar with this chain prior to visiting, but they have 13 locations all around DFW. We parked on a neighborhood street and walked a couple of blocks. Luckily the weather was nice that day, so the walk was pleasant. The coffee shop is two stories and looks like it a house that was converted into a coffee shop. The vibe was very homey. It's the type of place where you meet up with an old friend and catch up over a cup of Joe. I ordered an Iced Toasted Coconut with coconut milk. The coconut and hazelnut flavors were really good and it was the perfect afternoon pick me up that I needed for the long drive back to Houston. We didn't order any food, but they have pastries and breakfast items like breakfast tacos and sandwiches as well as grab and go items like parfaits. White Rhino came through in the clutch for our drive back. I'm not in DFW that often, but I'll definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in town.

After seeing decent reviews and since they're in the neighborhood, my gf and I decided to walk over for brunch. When we arrived there were quite a few people waiting who appeared to have already ordered. We saw a lady at register and asked if we should order at the counter or kiosk. She was nice and said that we could order with her or at the kiosk. Since the kiosk seemed to be convenient, we started to place our order there. However, once we started to select our items, we noticed that the full food menu was not available; only quick bites. Ultimately, we ended up ordering at the register anyway. We ordered the traditional breakfast with bacon, two lattes and French toast with a side of bacon. We received a buzzer and went outside of the patio to grab a table while we waited. About 15 mins went by and I wondered if our coffee might be done prior to the food. My gf decided to go in and check to find that they were. We were eating in so I expected to get an actual mug (as I did see a few people with them inside) but instead we received paper cups but no biggie. We grabbed our lattes and sat outside to enjoy the sun. Sad to say, while the lattes had a great taste, they were luke warm. I didn't expect it to be piping hot but certainly hotter than lukewarm. After waiting another 15 mins or so, the buzzer rang and our food was ready. While presentation was beautiful and portions were great, the food was not hot which we couldn't understand because it literally had just come out of the kitchen. After waiting 30 mins, we dared not send it back so we attempted to eat the lukewarm food. I will say that the food was flavorful. However, since it was now cold we couldn't really enjoy it and ended up getting a to-go box and leaving. We figured heating it up at home would be better than sending it back, waiting another 30-40 mins for a remake. We had high expectations based on reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed and will not be back.

A lovely place with comfortable seating and cute decor. The upstairs is beautiful, be sure to visit up there. I had a lavender honey latte and it was delicious. I had a piece of Earl Grey cake which was nice too. I highly recommend stopping in this lovely coffee shop

Honestly, extremely mid coffee for its price and long wait times. I've been here twice- each time it's slightly watered down and hard to taste the espresso. The service is super friendly but very slow. We got a latte and had to wait 25 mins. The man besides me waited 20 mins for one shot of espresso. I got the ice snickerdoodle latte ($6.50) and the flavor was there, it just wasnt bold. We also got a muffin that was slightly stale- we came in the morning so maybe it was a leftover from the previous night. There is so much better quality coffees in the uptown area- I'd recommend found board over this. Inside seating was great however.

White Rhino Coffee is a chain of coffee shops in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. This particular location is located in Uptown and bonus points for being on the street named after me! On a little day trip to Dallas, we needed a little pick me up for the drive home. Our first option was closed for some reason and the trusty Yelp app led us here. It was a quick drive over but parking was not ideal in this area full of apartments and townhomes. We parked at the first spot we saw which also happened to be blocks away. It was a nice walk though. This location looks like a house turned coffee house. The place looked like the local favorite hangout spot as there were people hanging out inside and out, upstairs and downstairs. There was plenty of tabletop seating as well as comfy couches spread throughout. They do have a nice selection of grab and go options like juice, yogurt, salads, etc. They also have what looked like fresh baked good. Not sure if it was baked in house or elsewhere. You also have nice variety of hot, quick bites as well. Coffee was my objective and coffee is what I got. I went with The Sebastian which is one of their signature items. It wasn't my first choice as they were out of a few things we inquired about. It turned out to be an ok problem because The Sebastian was pretty tasty. It had flavors I love such caramel and white chocolate. They turned it up a notch with a little Irish Cream and not one, but two shots of espresso. This drink not only tasted great, but it also kept me nice and wired for the drive back to Houston. This location's is not the most convenient to get to, but I would stop in again if in the area. I would also seek them out again when I am in other parts of town as well.

Coffee is pretty good! Definitely one of the better coffee shops i've been to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating for ant requests I had. There were lots of people studying inside and plenty of seating with there being an upstairs.

This cafe is the perfect spot for studying or working remotely. I visited on a Friday around noon, and despite a few people already settled in with their laptops or on calls, there were still plenty of open seats. I appreciated how many of the seats had outlets nearby, and the music was at just the right volume. The service was excellent too. After placing my order, they brought the coffee directly to my table which was really nice. I ordered the Sebastian Iced Latte. While it was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the syrups had a slightly artificial flavor, the constant flow of people into the shop made me want to definitely give this place anotehr shot and try a different drink next time.

This is a cute shop with super nice workers but it took over 45 minutes (idk maybe an hour) to get 2 little breakfast sandwiches that were definitely frozen and just needed to be thrown in the microwave .... I would have left a long time ago but my boyfriend is too nice and so I'm waiting........ just don't order food from here it's literally stupid ridiculous but the coffee is good!

Beautifully appointed historic home with a delicious menu for coffee and food. The barista was friendly and the patio was clean. Really enjoyed the Cold War Latte.

Coffee was fresh, and the service was quick, cold brew was very good, syrup was even homemade which made a big difference

Drinks are amazing and the food is great. One negative thing I have to say is the egg breakfast sandwhich is SOAKED in hollandaise to the point is it sickening. Other than that item, all great things to say. It has a covered porch, downstairs area that is louder and a quieter upstairs.

Perfection. First of all of you want to feel like you are in the suburbs while being in the city, this is the place. Uptown is highly populated with so much going on, this place feels so calm and peaceful. It doesn't feel like you are in the busy city. The staff was so nice. The drink was perfect! I tried the rose lemon bread and it was such a perfect treat to end the day. Utterly perfection today!

This coffee shop is really nice inside they have two floors and an outdoor patio to sit. The environment is nice for getting some work done or chatting with a friend. I got their lavender haze London fog and I thought it was alright. It was really sweet for my preference unfortunately and not really what I was expecting. Overall my experience was good, I would want to try a different drink in the future and see if I like it any better.

Had the best experience online ordering here! I woke up craving a cinnamon roll and immediately searched Yelp and Google to find a good option. I got the cinnamon roll with a fun holiday latte. They were fast and it looked like a great place to meet with a friend for coffee or get some work done! The location was super cute. Not much parking but if you don't mind walking a block or two you'll be fine during the day!

Delightful and smooth coffee, the Sebastian was sweet (how I prefer my coffee) so I could see someone else preferring a half-sweet version. Service was quick and friendly and there was tons of cute seating, indoors and outdoors.

First, the staff's service was amazing. The drinks, both hot and iced were spot on. We ordered two different breakfast items and were happy with the food. The barista even made a suggestion as to doing a double toast which was very much appreciated on the breakfast sandwich We visited the location in Garland that hasn't been open just too long. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the store really needs to be addressed and was horrendous. Dead bugs on the floor, a THICK layer of dust and grime on all the shelves The floor were so incredibly dirty that piles of debris collected in all the corners. The store looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or longer. This was not the "missed a weekend cleaning kind of dirty. With the great service, friendly baristas and good food, it makes me sad that we have to question what the back food prep area is like. Hopefully, the owners will see this and can check on the upkeep of the store. If so, we're definitely willing to give it another try.

LOVE this location. The area is so cute and perfect to go alone with a good book, get in a study sesh or to have coffee with friends. They have a wide variety of drinks and snacks. The lavender iced latte never misses! I will say that it's always pretty packed so finding seating can sometimes be tricky. Service can be hit or miss depending on the day. Otherwise overall it's a great spot!

Great coffee and delicious food! Super cute place! Just be warned there are a ton of people that go there and work so finding a place to sit is sometimes challenging. My fav iced coffee is the mint one with an extra shot. Their in house made "pop tarts" are delicious! Breakfast tacos, breakfast sandwich, all delicious! Check them out!

Closest thing to coffee paradise in the city! White Rhino is revolutionizing coffee shops across the Dallas area. I've been to the Waxahachie location and enjoyed my visit there. My girlfriend and I decided to try out this new location in uptown and it's my new favorite! I was thoroughly impressed with absolutely everything going on at White Rhino. Stellar coffee, comfortable lounging, and a quality menu! They also allow dogs and provide doggie treats. We went in the morning (right before peak time). I recommend going in the morning since the parking gets a little tight due to the location being located in a residential area. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. We decided to build our own scramble with mushrooms, roasted red peppers, spinach and breakfast potato toes - YUM!! They give a variety of options so I highly recommend to build your own scramble. My girlfriend ordered a matcha drink and I got the Whole Latte Love with honey & lavender. They provide a small iron skillet for your scramble so it makes it easy to carry and keeps it a bit warm! The couches were also pretty comfortable and makes a great area for a study date or meet up area! Everything White Rhino offers you can tel they make it with a Whole Latte Love :) My girlfriend also has a few thoughts on this White Rhino location and our experience as a whole: "I have been to other White Rhino locations, but I had never been to this location in Dallas. I have to say, it is my favorite so far! I have always loved the coffee but have especially been impressed with the food menu. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu and the food is always great quality! It is rare to find that at a coffee shop. I ordered an iced matcha to drink, which was pre-sweetened (I usually prefer unsweetened matcha, but it was still a good quality so I went for it!) and then we shared the egg skillet dish with potatoes, spinach, red pepper, and mushrooms. It was delicious! We enjoyed the bountiful comfy seating on the second floor and had the best morning together. I highly recommend this spot if you want a nice place to meet a friend or have a study sesh!"

A little disappointed in this find :( To start, parking was a little difficult to find because it's all street or residential parking. The ordering process was smooth and I got my Cold Brew out within a minute. However, my friend ordered a Snickerdoodle Latte and although there were 6 people behind the counter and no line, it took a while to get the drink made. I also came here during November while the outside was very cold, and it seemed like the heater was barely on. The place was freezing inside. As for the atmosphere, it was really cute inside and there was 2 stories with a good amount of seating - we just came on a busy saturday. The surrounding area was also really nice and pretty! I ordered a Cold Brew with room for cream and sugar and it was great as always and good for the price! ($4.60 with tax/tip not included) They also have a wide selection of food and snacks - I really want to try the desserts if I come again!

This my favorite go-to spot for coffee. I'm making a vow that I will only drink coffee at this coffee shop only because I had the tastiest black coffee with a splash of milk. Never have I ever had a coffee so delicious and smooth. As far as the ambiance goes it's very tranquil and home-y which I enjoy. The staff are so kind to you when you come in and when you ask for something. And for that reason this is my new coffee home.

Here to visit my family back home, I needed the occasional space to work and get some alone time. This place has decent street parking, beautiful seating, Wi-Fi, tea, and "peace and quiet." Yes, peace and quiet. The staff is young and responsive; no half-ass service. Great place to have business meetings, catch-up with friends, or chat over tea on a nice first date.

Good coffee and teas. Way too overpriced. Clean bathroom. Good service. Lots of work space.

Such a cute, trendy little spot in downtown Dallas for the public to sip, eat, & enjoy at! We got two customized coffees - both were great with specialty brewing. Also ordered a quick bite (grilled cheese & avocado toast) and it was perfect to hold us over for the afternoon! Observed the sweetest occurrence while dining where a woman brought a sweet homeless man inside for a hearty breakfast sandwich, coffee, and water refill. Once she left the man to eat, he went and asked the barista a number of questions and to refill his water. This guy was absolutely wonderful, so accommodating and polite to him. I wish everyone would give back like these two awesome humans!

Tasty lattes, ample outlets, and lovely quiet working space. I can see myself becoming a regular. \\ french silk latte - chocolate and vanilla tones enrich the texture - the foam is so smooth and creamy, even with low fat milk There are so many outlets throughout the little house. The wifi was quick, even though it was packed with people on their laptops on a sunny weekday afternoon. This place is probably extra popular because of the tasty meal and snack offerings in addition to coffee--with that and the welcoming staff, you could truly stay all day if you were in a productive zone. Street parking in this gorgeous neighborhood isn't too hard to come by, either. Of the many White Rhino locations, this one's camouflaged itself well as a local State Thomas gem.

This is my first time going to work from a coffee shop and my experience sucked. The guy who took my order was super friendly, don't get me wrong. However I ordered a hot latte and it was not hot at all and I ordered a warmed up croissant that took 45min to get (mind you this was early it was not busy) and the croissant was extremely cold and hard in the middle as if it was not properly warmed up. The service to make up for this was not great, either reimburse me or give me a free muffin or something for waiting so long and having to go down twice to check up on it. I was nice and polite, I work in a service industry myself so I understand how to make up for poor service. Anywho safe to say I will not be coming back

Coffee was great! Service was attentive and pleasant. Employee training is needed; wiping the edge of an overfilled cup with your finger - not good. Food stuck on tables - not good Ordered a large coffee but was offered a free refill of a small - no large cups - would have preferred a large carry out cup instead. Food was good not great. Will definitely give it another try.

i'm a big fan of this place! I've been to the fort worth location, and through that was a nice place to hang out and get coffee, but this locations is 10x better. I always get either the mint condition or sebastian. However, out of the two, the mint condition is slightly better IMO. What i really like about this place is the upstairs section. It felt extremely homey and the tables / seats were situated far away enough from one another that it didn't seem crowded. I also like the fact that they had outdoor seating, both upstairs and downstairs. What i didn't like about this place is the lack of parking. Luckily we found something about a street away, but i can definitely see that during peak hours, finding a parking spot may be very difficult.

Everyone here is studying or working away! $7 coffee before tip. I got the Hug in a cup made with caramel and irish cream. Good cup of coffee. Nothing worldly for me just a good cup, a little expensive for myself but its location was excellent. There were tons and tons of space for maybe 60+ people inside, and another 30 on the balcony with a fantastic view, charging ports and chairs. The indoors chairs had a huge range of ones to try out. On a friday afternoon, they were fairly packed in the morning until 1pm. Around 3pm things started to die down. I was outside, was kinda hard to do any kinds of calls or meetings as different cars might be reving and causing the neighborhood to get disturbed every 20 minutes. Inside I enjoyed the rocking chairs a ton.

White Rhino is amazing. I love the atmosphere and it's my favorite coffee shop in Uptown. I love how there is two floors and their staff is all so friendly. And I love their snickerdoodle lattes. The only complaint I have is that some of the guys I've been on first dates with also come here. If White Rhino could ban them, that would be quite dandy. The guys didn't do anything wrong, I just don't like running the opposite way every time I see an old date from 3 months prior.... social anxiety, am I right? As I'm writing this review, I imagine the better solution might be to go on less dates moving forward just so I can comfortably go to my favorite coffee shop in town -- White Rhino.

Wow! What a great cup! Stopped in for a latte and it was delicious Place is nice and bright and very comfortable ---nice seating areas with window views, had a nice experience with the sun shining in on a cold Dallas morning. I requested my bagel truly toasted and for once someone got It right in the world. Also came with two cream cheeses so I could really enjoy! If I was a local, I'd be a regular !

Great cafe! There's 2 floors. Super cute inside. Got the French silk and it was good. Also got the build your own scrambler. It's pretty big. My sister got the snickerdoodle without caffeine and she got the chicken sandwich.

Espresso, coffee, lattes with hugs! This coffee shop on the corner of the dart has great espressos and baked goods. The Sebastian latte is a double shot espresso with white chocolate and caramel an you can get it iced or hot! The cinnamon rolls have all the sugar and cinnamon you dream of! Fluffy and gooey dough with a lump some of cinnamon sugar. They have breakfast tacos and other baked goods.

Young and Vibrant. Teal and white color scheme. High and low tables. Inside and outside seating. Fast WiFi. Delicious Lattes either hot or cold. Lovely mint flavor comes on through in "Hug In A Cup" & "Mint Condition". Wonderful Weekend Brunch. Amazed at my GF/V "Hash Brown Benedict". Oh so satisfying without being stuffed. With impeccable service and to learn that a portion of WRC's revenue is given back to the community; many visits I'll continue to make to this coffee shop. CHEERS!

The cutest little local coffee shop! While it is technically a chain, it gives off mom & pop vibes. Great coffee and bites to eat. They also have great seating areas both inside and outside to get some work/studying done, but be warned that it is popular and getting a table can sometimes be difficult!

This brew is so flavorful and you can tell it's going to get you pumped for your day! Very enjoyable coffee, but the atmosphere really makes this place stand out. The noise level is quiet enough to study, but loud enough to socialize without feeling like you're interrupting. There are multiple areas to sit in, including an entire upstairs space with large community tables and small living room setups to hang out in. The parking is street parking and we got lucky to find something right out front. Friendly staff, delicious coffee, and cool atmosphere. All around win!

Two story coffee shop with lots of indoor and outdoor seating! Patio is dog friendly and includes dog bowls/treats. Street parking only. They have a sizeable breakfast and lunch menu with some bakery items and grab and go options. Unfortunately this location doesn't compare to their other locations with food consistency or orders. (Food prepared differently each time, drink orders prepared wrong) Still a great spot if you're looking to meet up with people, study, or enjoy a patio. White Rhino has a rewards program just type in your phone number at the register to earn points!

We went to the Waxahachie location for their grand reopening and LOVED it! So cute on the inside, very friendly service, and the menu was incredible! Will definitely be back again

White Rhino in Uptown is such a lovely coffeeshop. It has two stories so it's very spacious. I've tried the iced snickerdoodle latte a few times but was slightly disappointed. Unfortunately the flavor was lacking so I do prefer the bishops arts location!

In town visiting and stopped by here. If I lived in the area I would be here ALL of the time. It's a nice mellow vibe that is great for hanging out with friends or working on your laptop. There are outlets both inside and outside, there's Wi-Fi, and delicious coffee and snacks! It wasn't overly crowded when I stopped in, but I could see it filling up quickly. Stop in...you won't regret it

My fave coffee shop in the area! Dog friendly patio, delicious coffee drinks and I love the skillet scrambles! The snickerdoodle iced coffee is an insanely good treat, I got lighter on the sweet. The build your own scramble is filling, fresh and flavorful. Can't go wrong!

LOVE LOVE THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH and the sauce on it. Comes with bacon, but the sausage is pretty good too. It's 9-10$, which is high for a brekkie... but super tasty and a nice treat. The coffee selection is great, but be mindful of the sweetness on the drinks. I usually get Mint Condition or Hug in a Cup 50% sweetened. I come here with some friends after a workout and it's always a reliable place for us to eat and catch up

Idea of coffee is very simple. Grind some beans, pour some hot water and finish it with touch of milk. Simple steps which are perfected at their location in each item they serve. While in Dallas for work, I stopped by their two location as it was tempting to keep going. I had their German chocolate latte and snickerdoodles latte. Both were delicious. Their interior was very viby and lots of sitting options. Parking was little hard as it was street parking but overall great vibe and friendly people. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

Woah there's a new coffee contender on the block! White Rhino, appears to be a direct competitor with Foxtrot in that it encompasses an artesian café with bites, to go items, and casual seating areas. I think what sets this apart from the others is the structure itself! Its a beautifully restored and converted State Thomas home that has 2 outdoor verandas/patios for seating, a loungey upstairs seating area and the main seating area at the bottom which has shared long hi top tables and a few smaller 2 top tables for studiers, the main area does get noisy so perhaps if you're working or studying the lounge or patios might be quieter. They too have a rewards program that definitely incentivizes frequent visits. You type in your phone number and your first cup is free, count me in. I am super eager to try their baked goodies (monkey bread, muffins, etc). I docked a star because the latte wasn't the best that I've had. It wasn't bad but didn't have as bold of a taste as I would've liked. It might just be a personal preference thing and, no, I'm not a coffee snob so I could be totally wrong haha! Be sure to check this place out! I didn't get to personally check out the parking lot in the back sorry guys, but it looks like it might help a bit since this IS uptown and parking being sucky is the norm!
