National City Food Hall Adds Filipino Pancit From Chef Phil Esteban | Eater San Diego
"I read that Phil Esteban is turning his corner of the market into another outpost of his White Rice brand by closing Weapon Ramen and reopening on June 1 as White Rice Panciteria; still noodle-focused, it will cook dishes like pancit bihon, pancit canton, pancit palabok, Filipino spaghetti, and crispy noodles with oyster sauce (the latter available exclusively in National City), include some bestselling silog rice bowls from White Rice’s Liberty Station and Normal Heights locations, offer side dishes such as inasal manok and grilled sunchokes with chili coconut sauce, salsa verde, and pepitas, and — thanks to a new beer and wine license — carry San Miguel beers and natural wine cans." - Candice Woo
Ordered the pork adobo. Took about 10 mins to come out. It tasted good, however, It was super oily and leaking through the cardboard container they use. Lost my appetite eventually.

My new favorite silog (fried rice and egg) spot. Great flavors and good portion sizes for the price. I've had the sisilog, lechon kawali silog, and the longanisa silog. Love them all. Perfect food for nursing a hangover.
