White Sparrow Coffee and Market

Google
White Sparrow is a charming little coffee shop. I ordered a hot lavender latte, but it was initially served iced. Once I pointed out the mistake, the barista quickly and graciously remade it without any hassle. The latte had a wonderful lavender flavor—flavorful but not overwhelming. I would definitely return to try another one of their specialty drinks.

Ordered a pumpkin horchata cold brew (no cold foam) and I stg it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had in my life. Even bought some horchata afterwards bc I NEEDED to recreate it somehow

White Sparrow Coffee is a delightful oasis nestled in the historic part of Tustin. The charming atmosphere perfectly complements its location among the vintage buildings and quaint streets of Old Town. What makes this place truly special is both the exceptional quality of their offerings and the wonderful story behind it. I was fascinated to learn that the owner started about 12 years ago simply pushing a coffee cart around town. That kind of grassroots passion and persistence has clearly paid off in the incredible experience they now provide. Joel, who helped us during our visit, was super friendly and engaging. His enthusiasm for the coffee and knowledge of their menu made our experience all the more enjoyable. It's clear the staff take genuine pride in what they serve. Speaking of which, the pistachio matcha croissant was absolutely exquisite - flaky, perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of sweetness. We also enjoyed a refreshing blueberry iced matcha and a wonderfully spiced chai latte that was the perfect blend of aromatic and comforting. White Sparrow Coffee manages to combine exceptional quality, heartwarming hospitality, and authentic local character. This place is a true Tustin treasure that exemplifies what a community coffee shop should be. If you're in the area, it's an absolute must-visit!

Wow! We stumbled upon White Sparrow and enjoyed a Shaken not Stirred iced latte. It was delicious and light. It was not too sweet at all and had the perfect amount of cinnamon and maple syrup instead of artificial sweetener. We appreciated how quick they were and the indoor and outdoor seating. Not too much room inside and I'm sure on weekend mornings it is packed! We would return. Unique drinks, welcoming vibe. Great suggestions and great pastries.

Google
Fives across the board! We had never been here and even showed up right before closing. I'm used to places saying they're closing early and sending us away but they were so patient and kind to us. After telling them it was our first time there they were very accommodating with their best sellers and what they recommend, based on our normal coffee shop orders. I got a tea with peppermint and lavender and now question whether I can settle with Starbucks. It was delicious! The space is quaint and very clean. We will be back.

Google
The S’mores Latte is the best I’ve ever had! The baristas and staff are so helpful and wonderful. Super hipster and I’m here for it. Such a good vibe!

Google
This place is small, but has great coffee and even better service. They serve Common Room beans, and the guy behind the counter is incredibly friendly and engaging. I came at 7 AM on a Saturday and by the time I had my coffee, there was already a line out the door so I would suggest coming early if you can. There is minimal seating inside because it’s a small place, but they’re also tables outside, don’t let that deter you from visiting. I will absolutely visit this place again because of the coffee and the service from the guy inside.

Google
Smooth, rich coffee. Amazing. Try their mocha without sugar. It's to die for. Their cappuccino reminds me of the ones in Europe done right. We also had their matcha latte and regular cappuccino. Thick foam, creamy and strong. This is way beyond Starbucks and totally worth the wait. There was a cute flower shop outside with affordable flowers for less than $5. It's a small place with limited seating outside. Wished they could have had more seating to the lot next to them. That would have been phenomenal.
google avatar

Yelp
Good enough. Small seating area indoors. A few outdoor tables but overall not a great place to hangout or WFH. Friendly and quick service tho

Yelp
Went to White Sparrow yesterday evening and the experience was... alright at best. I got a vanilla latte, a matcha for my wife, and a $5 cookie that was so bland I wouldn't pay 50 cents for it now that I've tried it. The drinks were also way too sugary my wife didn't even finish hers, which is very rare. That alone tells you everything. And the lattes? $7 each. For the service and quality I got, I could've gone to Starbucks, spent $15, and at least earned some loyalty points and a barista who pretends to care about my name. Honestly, I'm still trying to figure out where that extra $4 went. Maybe it's a "listening fee" since the barista was busy telling his coworker about his whole day instead of taking my order. On the positive side, the place was clean, and the drinks were okay aside from the sugar overload. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not worth the price or the drive. Won't be back.
google avatar

Jessica N.

Yelp
Nice staff and there's a cute mart next door. Pumpkin Horchata was pretty tasty and the shot of espresso was perfectly weak so it didn't overpower the horchata nor pumpkin. Similar to coffee candy where the coffee flavor isn't strong. The matcha was very weak though and quite disappointing. Plenty of street parking nearby.
google avatar

Yelp
I finally decided to visit this spot! It wasn't busy this time so my friend and I found a place to sit inside. Seating is a little limited. But there are more spots outside! We both got the everything croissants and tried their seasonal Gingerbread latte. It was gooood. I loved the food, the drinks and the vibes. Plus there was a cute little market connected to the cafe. We found parking down the street near the public parking area and just walked. It's such a lovely area to walk in anyway!
google avatar

Caitlin N.

Yelp
White Sparrow was highly recommended by a bunch of folks, so we gave it a try one weekend. It's in a really cute area, but parking was a bit difficult to find since they were setting up for an art festival. The interior of the coffee shop is clean and attached to a cute little storefront. We ordered their yuzu espresso tonic and the shaken not stirred latte. To us, they were just okay. My shaken not stirred latte tasted a bit watered down and was a little too sweet for my liking. My husband thought the espresso tonic just tasted okay, and that he's had better. Overall, super cute shop to hang out it, but their coffee is not for us.
google avatar

Maylinh S.

Yelp
This place is such a cute coffee shop that has a little store connected to it, so you can browse while you're waiting for your coffee. The service is so friendly and the drinks are so yummy!! We were able to find parking easily on the street, however it does not look like there's a lot so be mindful when coming on the weekends or during a busy time. I ordered their Matcha -o- jacks which is their fall seasonal drink. It was so yummy! I never had a drink with this combo before and it was delicious. It did have a subtle taste of apple jacks, which was a nice touch. I also got an iced flat brown it was simple and delicious! Would definitely come back again! Matcha-o-jacks: 5/5 so creative and complements well together. Flat Brown: 4/5 simple but delicious.

Yelp
Such a cute spot! Not a lot of space to sit so mostly a takeout spot. Street parking is available but during busy times, it's probably a little tough - the back lot is NOT available for customer parking. I tried the Love on The Weekend drink which they recommend to all first timers. Lovely latte drink with vanilla, cinnamon, and honey. I got a hot one today, perfect for a cool fall day. They have the cutest little market next door with all sorts of stuff - food/pantry items, soaps, flowers etc. Take a look while you wait for your coffee! I regret not getting that cute tote bag already.
google avatar

Nathaniel S.

Yelp
They've expanded and have a shop you can buy random things plus quick bites. Sort of a new menu and seasonal drinks. Friendly staff, outdoor seating and small inside.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a sweet little cafe in Old Town Tustin! The line is long and the space is small with very limited seating, but the drinks are delicious. We were lucky to grab a table outside, which was in the shade with a nice view of the street and the bookstore across the way. The staff here is also very kind and nice to chat with! I ordered an iced hojicha latte which was nutty and not overpoweringly sweet, and my friend got a drip black coffee which was comforting and rich. We also shared an almond croissant that was a bit expensive at $7, but it was a good size for two people to split. I do wish the croissant was warmed, but it was still very yummy. Overall, the vibe here is nice and very family friendly. I think this is a nice spot to spend a Sunday morning!
google avatar

Melody C.

Yelp
This place got really busy that we were waiting in the rain because there was no room inside. I got the house matcha and was happy about it being with oat milk. However, did not enjoy the drink. Couldn't taste the matcha and only tasted the oat milk. Was a bit disappointed. Wish it had a bit more matcha.
google avatar

Melody L.

Yelp
There was a long line when I arrived and was really excited to try the coffee! The inside and outside is really cute and they have a small little shop that you can buy other beverages and supplements at. The front of the shop where you order your coffee was a bit cramped since multiple people were waiting for their orders. Service was great! Drinks came out pretty fast with the amount of people waiting. Got the seasonal apple drink. It was ok, presentation was nice but the apple flavor was very subtle and it tasted more like spices, cream, but the coffee flavor didn't come through as much as I wanted. The got Hojicha was really good! It was my first time trying it and I enjoyed the roasted flavor and it was creamy. I would definitely get this again.
google avatar

Brittany T.

Yelp
Stopped in here on a Saturday morning for their seasonal apple latte. I have to say, the service was more impressive than the latte. It was good, but not great? The apple flavor wasn't super strong either. But, the staff were friendly and I liked the cute little market attached to it so I'll come back some time for another try. There's a few low tables here and some bench seating but definitely not the kind of spot it would be comfortable to sit at for a while. I also ordered the match pistachio and didn't care for the crunchy coating.
google avatar

Chloe L.

Yelp
Came here for morning coffee with a friend. Lots of free street parking outside. Ambiance is very peaceful with 3-4 tables inside and a couple outside. There's also a little market attached next door with grab and go bites. Aesthetic vibes and the drinks are good but not too special. I got an iced Americano: it was alright but nothing special. My friend got the seasonal blueberry matcha and she liked but again nothing mind blowing.

Yelp
I had heard about this place from a friend, and it did not disappoint! White Sparrow Coffee lives up to the hype. Located in Old Town Tustin, this coffee shop has a cozy, welcoming indoor space with a mini-market next door. I tried Love on the Weekend since it was recommended for first-timers, and I thought it was good! No complaints. There wasn't too much of a wait on a Saturday morning. Plenty of parking outside. I'll definitely return to try their other lattes.
google avatar

Chloe L.

Yelp
Always a hit! Tried out some of their seasonal drinks this time (Pumpkin Horchata) and it was just as amazing as it always is.
google avatar

Alexis T.

Yelp
Another great experience here! They own the space next door now so there's a cute little market with some goodies to pick up while you wait for your coffee. I noticed they offer more outdoor seating now too. Very friendly and quick service. Their hot vanilla latte is my go-to and is very good. Til next time!
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down, the best coffee I've had in the OC!!!!! White sparrow has been on my list for months but when I go there is always a line. I finally went with my partner on a Sunday afternoon and surprisingly there was no line. We both ordered from the fall lineup. My partner got the Apple autumn beans which was okay, he liked it but agreed mine was way better. I got the pumpkin horchata and holy cow, it was incredible. Tasted exactly like pumpkin and horchata. I want to go back before it's gone! The place itself is small but we were able to grab a seat outside. Go check it out yourself!
google avatar

Kristie H.

Yelp
Definitely enjoyed the coffee here more than the matcha, but it is such a cute space! I definitely would come here more but the parking situation is not ideal and there's minimal seating. For me, it's definitely a grab and go place because I find that it can get pretty crowded on weekends at anytime of day. However, I always appreciate the service here!
google avatar

Yelp
Small and busy coffee shop, located in downtown Tustin. Came here to try a few drinks; 1. Hojicha- it had a great pronounced matcha flavor without being watered or sugared down, and recommend it. 2. Shaken not stirred- flavorful, but too milky, would have loved more coffee flavor. 3. Cold brew horchata- they ran out of cold brew and substituted espresso, which worked out better, but wouldn't order again. Overall a trendy spot, but wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
google avatar

Yelp
What a cute little coffee shop in Old Town Tustin! The interior is clean and minimalistic with a few spots for seating. My friend and I ordered a bunch of drinks as we were grabbing coffee for a large group. Our server was kind to let us know which drink was which because there were so many LOL. My order was the Love on the Weekend Latte with oat milk and it was gooooooood. I love honey and this drink was perfectly creamy and sweet. I tried my friend's matcha latte and it was just okay. The matcha flavor wasn't as strong as we desired. Would still highly recommend their coffee, though!

Yelp
This is a small cafe that makes excellent coffee in Old Town Tustin. We arrived late afternoon so there were only a few pastries left and I was able to snag the Pistachio Matcha Croissant. There's a long booth against a side wall and other than that it is standing room inside the café. There is one small gender-neutral restroom for customers. Patio and sidewalk seating is also available. We ordered: - Love on the WEEKEND Latte - Rich Vanilla, Earthy Honey and Cinnamon with Espresso and Milk - Yum!! I loved it! Ordered hot with oat milk - HOUSE MATCHA latte - Madagascar Vanilla, Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Oatmilk - Pistachio Matcha Croissant - so good!

Yelp
Nice little coffee shop in a super cute little old town street! Has pastries and lots of different coffee options. I love the selection of teas, specialty drinks, and coffees. The shop is small but it's nice to grab a drink and walk around the old town. Service is quick and the employees are nice. Love to visit here when I can!

Yelp
Cute aesthetic coffee shop in Tustin. They have a mini store attached. There is some seating inside and outdoor tables available. They have a lot of unique seasonal flavors. What we ordered: - Blueberry lavender: The coffee taste was really rich and tasty. The lavender was really strong, and there was a hint of blueberry. The latte is more on the sweeter side. - House matcha: Matcha was decent, but not that strong in matcha flavor. The vanilla is strong.

Yelp
Stopped by White Sparrow for a morning pick-me-up on my way to the office. It was very busy around 8 AM with a line out the door, but the service was quick and efficient. I tried their seasonal Blueberry Matcha--it was tasty, though a bit sweet and light on the matcha flavor. On another visit, I had their Vanilla Latte. It was decent, but still enjoyable. The café itself is small and charming, with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are a bit high, but pretty average for coffee shops these days. I'd come back for the convenience and overall good drinks.
google avatar

Janet N.

Yelp
White Sparrow Coffee is still hands down my favorite place to grab a drink when I'm in the area. Was super excited to try their seasonal Blueberry Matcha and it did not miss ... Absolutely delicious matcha with blueberry puree and freeze dried blueberries scattered on the sweet cream top. I would have never expected this combination to be so good, it's too good. Service is always friendly, the staff is continuously pushing out amazing and unique drinks and are just a whole vibe. Love this stinking cute little place in Old Town Tustin!

Yelp
finally visited this lovely coffee shop in old town tustin! I got the matcha yuzu tonic half sweet and it was sooooo refreshing!! normally i stay away from matcha drinks that have fruity aspects to it bc i like to appreciate the matcha flavor on its own, but i got this one bc i was SO thirsty and desperately needed a refreshment~ and im so glad i ended up picking this bc it was reallllllly good it had a subtle matcha flavor that mixed well with the yuzu tonic! when mixed together, its like a sparkling yuzu lemonade with a hint of matcha my friend got the hojicha and i had a sip! it was also really good!! light and nutty and not heavy at all~ amazing drinks over here :) service was so good~ the worker who took my order was really sweet and nice! A+ for customer service bc that is honestly hard to come by nowadays inside has some seating though it is pretty limited but most people sit there while they wait for their drinks (at least when i visited) would come back again to try their other drinks! their seasonal menu looked really good but they were sold out when we got there so it means i have to go early next time ;)
google avatar

Yelp
I was in the area one Saturday and wanted an almond milk latte ahead of lunch. Finding parking wasn't too bad, but once at the front door, it was definitely crowded. The indoor area wasn't too big and had some seating, but given the crowds, we just grabbed our drink and left. Although it was crowded, the order line moved quick and the drinks came out relatively quickly. My latte was rich and creamy and satisfied my caffeine needs. But a drink that surprised us was their Yuzu matcha tonic. The tonic was bright and refreshing and the matcha's earthiness provided a nice balance to the lemonade. Just remember to fully mix the drink before diving in. Overall, a solid place.
google avatar

Tamara

Yelp
The latte flavors were balanced and didn't overpower the coffee. Decorations on our drinks as well as in the shop were gorgeous and simple, a calming and uplifting combo. Loved the outdoor seating. Tables are tucked into wall arches mimicking a booth-like seating area. Staff was really friendly and they patiently answered our questions.
google avatar

Gillian A.

Yelp
Eeek, the yuzu matcha tonic is quite cloyingly sweet. :( Good thing I took a sip of the matcha layer first before mixing it all in as the matcha itself has a nice smooth grassy taste to it. Such a bummer that all of the sugar masks almost all of the great matcha taste. The shaken not stirred drink is way better. Reminds me a lot of Cinnamon Toast Crunch leftover milk haha. Silky-milky drink; not much coffee taste though. Ultimately I'd say it's a crowd pleaser. Very friendly ladies holding the fort at the time (especially the lady with the glasses and blonde braids; super sociable!). I visited on a Wed afternoon. Steady flow of 6-7 people in the ordering line at the time. Street parking spaces were all taken; much easier to park in the dedicated Old Town Tustin lot (follow the street signs to get there as the lot is kinda hidden).

Yelp
It was my first time at White Sparrow and it did not disappoint. Their blueberry matcha was so delicious I could get one everyday and not be sick of it. The workers were super friendly and the drink came out fairly fast. The interior is pretty small with limited seating but it's located in downtown Tustin so you can walk around afterwards. I can't wait to try their other drinks!
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
My friend and I were wandering the area and were happy to stumble into this coffee shop! We've heard of White Sparrow from mutual friends, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it while we were exploring. Located in downtown Tustin, it's a small shop with limited indoor seating but some tables outside, too. There's street parking available but it does get busy on the weekends. They also sell their own beans. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. I was also impressed with just how quickly I received my order! I went with the iced vanilla latte. I wasn't expecting to be blown away but it truly was delicious! The coffee was smooth and the flavor was prominent but not overpowering. My friend got a decaf shaken not stirred and it was also delicious. I usually don't like any drinks with cinnamon but the subtle kick of it in her drink was perfect.
google avatar

Yelp
4++ Small coffee shop located in the downtown area of Tustin. A menu carries a lot of classic coffee drinks as well as some of their creative stuff as well. I was in the area wanted my caffeine fix so I found this place and decided to stop by. The service was friendly and efficient. It almost is like a coffee stand because the room is so tiny, but there are a few seats that you can sit at. Most people just grab their coffee and walk around the downtown area. I ended up getting a Horchata latte because it looked really fun. It even came with a tiny Santa hat because it was around the holidays. I thought the latte was very tasty. Because it is the downtown area and I wasn't too familiar. I did have to park about a block away. Not a big deal it's just that this area could get busy with all the different businesses and people on an early weekend morning.

Yelp
WHITE SPARROW COFFEE is found in this really charming area of Tustin where, I'm sure, you'll be able to find the perfect brunch spot with your girlfriends, grab coffee from here at WHITE SPARROW, and walk through one of the flea markets on a Saturday morning. On our visit, there was a line to get in and order. There are several tables inside and outside if you wanted to enjoy your coffee sitting down. But there is also a courtyard/parking lot behind the shop and a flea market is going on. This is not the flea market that I grew up with, FYI. There was a DJ blasting awesome music, a mid-century living room set up (for esthetics?) and several vendors. One of which was making custom hoodies. Their CORTADO is strong, creamy and delicious. Their LAVENDER MATCHA was surprisingly awesome. The lavender and the matcha were well balanced and didn't overpower each other, as I feared. The HOT LATTE is not milky. LEMONADE is delicious. The cashier was patient, the barista worked very fast -- and was still accurate.

Yelp
White Sparrow is located in old town Tustin. They were bustling on a cold and wet Monday morning. They have a compact menu with a nice line up of unique specialty drinks. Their lavender syrup is house made but on this occasion I tried the Madagascar vanilla bean latte + cinnamon. I essentially remade their specialty drink "Love on the Weekend" to a less sweet version. The coffee had a nice balance roast. They used my reusable cup, which I love since some places don't do that. Their pastries are from a bakery in Long Beach and they look tasty. I asked a lot of questions and they were very nice in answering. Casual. Limited indoor seating but I can see some potential for outdoor seating on a warm summer day. Please come and create your own experience.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm writing this review to just to tell you how good their seasonal pumpkin horchata drink is! It's one of my favorite drinks I've ever tried, which is saying a lot! Made with house made oat milk horchata & the flavors are perfectly balanced, rich warm fall spices with sweet cream horchata. It's delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Quick moving line, hospitable worker and a great selection of pastries. The baristas were genuinely enjoying their work. Props to them, waking up early and having enough stamina to provide great vibes for everyone is difficult. Salute to them.

Yelp
Very small, cute cafe. Mostly for grab and go coffee and pastries. Only street parking available. The staff here have been friendly, helpful and welcoming for most of my visits. I will say that there was one incident when it was quite busy, which was understandable, but my name wasn't called when my drink was made. I wanted to make sure I wasn't taking anyone else's drink so I asked if it was mine and the employee replied as if it should've been obvious. Other than that one incident, I've had pleasant experiences. I mostly enjoy their seasonal drinks, such as the stroop waffle, ho ho horchata and fireside. All were creamy and flavorful. However, their matcha can improve. I've tried their lavender matcha but the lavender and matcha were VERY light almost as if I was just drinking a light vanilla latte. I like my matcha strong and bold. Also, it can be quite misleading that they don't have their prices on the menu. So be prepared to spend a lot of money here. Otherwise, it's a nice place to visit if you want to indulge yourself in a nice coffee and pastry.

Yelp
Love love love this coffee spot. Came here on a weekday around 10 am and it here was a short line of 3 people ahead of me. Person at the register was very nice. The place is small so not a great place to hangout at unless you're ok with it being a little crowded inside, but there is a few outside dining tables. The parking was fairly easy across the street from the place but I can see signs that it may be an issue on busier days like weekends. I got a special summer drink of a mango matcha latte and it was SO GOOD. 10/10. I also got to try the summer special lavender latte coffee drink which was also DELISH!! I also tried a morning bun which a baker from LB supplies to the store and Omg I kid you not I went to cinnamon sugar heaven. I can't wait to come back here and try some other drinks and bakery items.

Yelp
Modern artisan coffee shop in downtown Tustin. We always have to try the Spanish Latte first, and both the hot and iced are perfection! I do however prefer the hot, even on a warm day. There's also a good selection of pastries. I will have to try the almond croissant next time. It's all street parking, but you might be able to find a spot right in front of the door. We will definitely be coming back here for our next cup of Joe.

Yelp
This cafe is located in downtown Tustin and was very packed on a Monday afternoon. All the indoor and outdoor seat was taken with a short line but everything moved pretty quickly. The place was clean and bright but since it's so small, I think it's better suited for grabbing drinks with a friend rather than studying/working. I ordered the House Matcha and I opted to add cold foam. The barista let me know they had both a strawberry and vanilla cold foam so I went with the strawberry. There are no prices posted on the menu I was looking at so I was surprised when the base drink came out to $7.50 and the cold foam ended up being an extra $2.00, bringing my total to a hefty $9.50 (without tip). Definitely a steep price for a standard 16 oz so please be aware. As for the drink itself, they put the vanilla cold foam instead of the strawberry but it's possible I ordered it wrong and I didn't mind sticking to the vanilla. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I spoke up because the baristas were super nice. I'm pretty picky with matcha and unfortunately, I found this one to be very underwhelming. The drink felt pretty watered down and didn't really taste like matcha to me. I was a bit disappointed because this place was busy and getting high reviews. Overall, not sure I'd come back, especially for the price and quality but I think every cafe is worth trying at least once so don't let this deter you!

Yelp
Was in the area and stopped by with my mom and dog. It has some outdoor seating but otherwise cozy. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat and it was delicious! Perfect amount of vanilla and not too sweet. The barista was very friendly despite being busy. I'd love to try the rest of the menu and bring friends here!

Yelp
My friend took me here on a Sunday afternoon to catch up over coffee and I could not stop gushing over how good my house matcha latte was! This is quite possibly one of the BEST matcha latte I've had in SoCal. The matcha was perfectly whisked and does not separate from the milk even after a half an hour walk around the area. I also had a sip of my friends hojicha latte and it was divine! I can't wait to come back to oc to try more drinks at this place. For parking, old town Tustin has a public parking structure in the back. There's also some limited street parking available. The place had a line out the door and the space is pretty small, but the line goes quick and service was fast. Our cashier was literally whisking the matcha as he took our order - love the dedication!
google avatar

Monica U.

Yelp
Needed a matcha pick me up after grabbing lunch around the Old Town Tustin area! I love walking around here and it's nice to see that there's a good cafe in the area. I'm not much of a coffee person so always happy to see matcha as on option so I went ahead and ordered here to try it out. First thoughts, it did satisfy my caffeine cravings. I didn't taste much of the vanilla but that's okay since I still enjoyed the matcha flavor! The person at the register was super friendly and helpful. I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla sweetener. They also mentioned having maple and honey.

Yelp
Every time I drive by White Sparrow it looks so crowded so when I finally decided to visit, I was surprised and not surprised to see how tiny the inside was and understood why everyone is always congregating outside (genius). My first visit convinced me that I have to come here a lot more because they have seasonal drinks and they look fantastic. Their croissant and scone pastries also look enticing. In a way I'm glad I do not work walking distance from here HA! During this visit I had the iced lilikoi matcha lemonade and it was delicious.

Yelp
White Sparrow is my top choice for a stellar! hot vanilla latte. It's my most favorite drink (let's be honest, for me, the only drink) from their menu, and my favorite shop so far for a solid vanilla latte. I believe the syrup is made in-house, and the drink has always been consistent! I have always walked away with perfection in a drink. I've recently been assisted by Kayla, one of the baristas, and I want to give kudos to her customer service skills by taking the time to remember my name, spelling my name correctly, and welcoming pleasant, brief conversations. Parking can definitely be an issue in the area, but I have braved this several times for good coffee, and actually go out of my way to come to White Sparrow because it takes me 20 min. to get here without traffic.

Yelp
Parking: 6/10. Parking is not my favorite and there are street parking and walkable parking lots within surrounding plazas. Drinks: 10/10. Their seasonal drinks are unique, refreshing, and well-thought out. I give them props to their creativity. Overalls, their drinks are consistently delicious that I'm willing to deal with parking. Ambiance: 8/10. It's very small inside and gets cramp very quickly due to the crowd. However, the baristas are generally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sometimes I do weird combinations with different seasonal drinks and toppings and they are super accommodating. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Yelp
White Sparrow Coffee is an awesome local coffee shop located in Old Town Tustin. To get here, there is street parking all around the area. The coffee shop is located right across the street from the Arvida bookstore. Once you get there, the shop is on the smaller side with about 3 tables for seating inside and about 3-4 other tables for seating outside. As for their menu, they have a great selection of different speciality, classic, seasonal, matcha, and tea drinks. Wifey and I stopped by for our weekend coffee run and opted to try the Hojicha Latte and the Lavender Matcha Latte. Both drinks had great flavor profiles with the right balance of sweetness. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee run here. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Come stop by to support and take advantage of being able to walk around and see all of the other cool little businesses within Old Town Tustin!

Yelp
A quality coffee shop that is small but mighty. Great drinks made with caring hands. Nice vibe and service. Moderate pricing. A few bakery items for sale to go with your drinks. Most seating is outside.

Yelp
Stopped by the other day with my friend and it's always a treat coming here when in the area. There were so many great-sounding menu options, but unfortunately two of the ones I wanted to try were sold out. I opted for the blueberry lavender latte, it was solid! The service was quick, despite the line, and I loved shopping around the attached shop on the side while waiting for our drinks. The aesthetic was cute and had a focus on artisanal and health-forward products. The shop seems new and definitely a highlight of coming by.
