Hawaiian Foodways Are Vanishing. Chef Brian Hirata Won't Let That Happen | Bon Appétit
"A lush, oceanside farm in the Pepeʻekeo area that serves as an alternate site for the monthly dinners; its seaside, agriculturally rich setting reinforces the events’ focus on foraged and locally sourced ingredients drawn from nearby microclimates." - ByRachel Ng
Attended the Na‘au pop up dinner and it was one of the best meals we had in the USA so far, a culinary highlight. Exceptional dishes, some nearing Michelin star quality, showcased local ingredients impeccably.
