White's Bakery & Cafe

White's Bakery is new to Wellesley. They offer a large range of bread, bakery, pastry, and breakfast items. Everything we have tried so far is great and we look forward to trying more of their products.

Really amazing cake! So moist and not overly sweet, even with a preserve filling. I ordered much more than I needed and ended up without leftovers. Our guests loved it. Ordering was very easy. Will be back for more!

I love this place! I needed to stop and do a little bit of work before heading into the city and stopped off in Wellesley. I happened upon White's Bakery & Cafe. The turkey burger is amazing and the coffee is great! The staff is friendly and the cafe itself is clean and peaceful. I wish I had more time/room to try their other food!

Amazing Spot For Pastry And Dessert As Well As Lunch Dishes. A dear friend of mine and myself met at Whites for a relaxing time to share conversation and have a bite, well, a sugar fix with monumental taste. I purchased the salted apple cake which is a work of art, and the taste is hypnotic, in immense flavor, texture and presentation. Had a tea with it. My buddy ordered the chocolate moose cake which had an aroma to die for, of a chocolate mountain of anticipation of the first bite. There are cases, of every imaginable dessert delicacy, that would present well in the museum of modern art, in design, presentation, and sheer art form in structure. Everything is so well laid out and the choices are numerous to keep you returning to try new taste sensations. Also there are also many lunch entrees and so many things to take out or eat there. Seating is a small area which allows looking out the great windows from the old days of the theater that was there. The staff is friendly, urbane, aim to please and made suggestions to meet my desire for a sweet tooth pleasure and boy did they deliver. My buddy was so impressed that he called his wife to inform her of what a find there is in the old Theater location, or where the old Bertucci was. You will be able to come back many times to try all the wonderful treats on display and experience the intense taste of delicacy. Also the Bakery is very cute inside and modern as well as nice and bright, to see your work of art as you much on it. I will return many times for the experience.

I have had the benefit of having extended family on the South Shore that gave me the opportunity to have White's pies and cakes on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now that they are in the heart of metro west, on Washington St. in Wellesley, I am enjoying their morning baked goods, pastries, and coffee. Too delicious and accessible!!

The staff was very nice, and, considering they just opened, they were very organized. Everything in the display cases looked beautiful. I have a bit of a problem with items that are traditionally non-chocolate items having chocolate (blondies, for example). It really bugs me. That's why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Call me petty, but there you have it. I wish them well.

Would be great if they had more coffee options as they only have poorly brewed now. My friend enjoyed her muffin, my mini cannoli was good. I would not bother getting coffee again.

I bought cup cakes here. They were really good and sitting in a case so no wait. The staff was very friendly. I will be back very soon.
