White's Mercantile Belle Meade

I was searching for unique party favors and found a small inscribed plate at White’s Mercantile at the Belle Meade location. I needed 7 but they only had one in the store. To my amazement Molly called the other two locations and found the rest of the plates I needed. She told me they would have them delivered to their location by the next day. I had been home for a couple of hours (the same day!) and she called to let me know they were there. In a world where customer service is lacking in several spots these days, this was an above and beyond effort to take care of me as a customer. The entire staff was helpful, pleasant and professional. The store has beautiful things that are well presented. I would highly recommend White’s Mercantile and the west side location in particular. My favorite Whites’ location by far! Inventory is great but mostly because the staff goes above and beyond. They’re always so friendly and helpful when me and my toddler visit! So glad to have this gem on the west side.

The staff at WM could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful! What a pleasant visit for us out of town ladies. The store was merchandised like a dream. We literally wanted it all!
