Whit's End

Really solid experience here at Whit’s End. Love love the happy hour deals - it’s a great local spot that’s is certainly worth going to during happy hour. The pastas are nothing to write home about, but solid and economical paired with said happy hour options. Atmosphere is cozy and fun. Outside area is great - but traffic can be a little loud. I would recommend coming here, but don’t need to go out of your way to come here. Excellent happy hour options if you are local and can make it. 3.5/5.

Fantastic restaurant with great menu options. Went in during Denver Restaurant week and they surely impressed. The restaurant week options were so flavorful. Particularly enjoyed the tomato soup with a fried Bree as well as the salmon dish. Great service and a quaint atmosphere. Love the vault as a hostess stand. May stop in again!

We have eaten at this restaurant many times. Never had a bad meal. The service is exceptional and the staff is incredibly friendly. Just took a group of 10 there tonight and they went out of their way to make sure that we had a fabulous experience. We eat there at least once every week or two. Now I will recommend it to people of bigger groups, as well. Way to go Whits End! We love you!

Excellent food and unique offering. Had a great brunch - party of 6 so had 5 different meals and food was high quality on all. Service was on top of it. Atmosphere is so cute. Feels a bit English pub but more chic/ sleek. Bar is really pretty. Excited to come back and to have a great neighborhood spot!!

Had a delicious meal here with friends so we could try a lot of the starters and we were not disappointed. Everything tasted good and the entree portions were not shy. Would definitely go back for the European comfort food dishes.

Decor was cute, server was nice, food was terrible. Had a group of 7 and only one persons food was ok. My food had to be taken back because the meat was bad. For one pasta and two drinks my total was $84. Not to mention I had to stop for food afterwards since mine wasn’t good. Two other people also picked up something else to eat as they just didn’t enjoy their food. The vodka pasta and pesto pasta weren’t very good.

This place recently opened around the corner from our house and I am so excited that it did!! We’ve been for both dinner and brunch and enjoyed both meals so much. The service was fantastic, ambience is great and food was excellent. Definitely check it out!!

Cool little neighborhood bar with a great set of windows and an interesting ceiling. Service was great, perfect for a neighborhood joint. They had two TVs nestled into the corners of the bar, so they can put the game on but it isn't the main focus. They're still figuring things out, so have a little grace. I expect things will improve as they get into their groove. The burger was decent, but the cooks haven't quite nailed the shaping yet. The patty was more football shaped than it should have been, requiring a bit of smashing. The bacon was cooked to a nice chewy consistency and the flavors blended well. The fries were fine, though they could have used a bit more time in the fryer to darken them up a bit. French Onion soup was very onion forward with a full, rich flavor. The bread was well toasted, but bafflingly topped with a huge dollop of aioli that would have overwhelmed the dish had we not removed it. Mac and cheese had a long curly cavatappi noodle and a properly cheesy sauce. The bread crumbs topping added a nice crunch. Beer selection was a solid mix styles, all local. Cocktails were varied with some unusual liquor options. I'm excited to see something in that space, and will check back in again soon.

Whit's End is such a great addition to the neighborhood. We go frequently and the team there is so friendly and attentive. The food is delicious comfort food and I can't get enough of the Caesar salad and pierogis. It's clear everything is scratch cooked. Highly recommend and hope to see more people discover this hidden treasure.

What a gem! Such an intimate spot for dining with amazing food! Staff was really friendly. Will be going back soon!

Visited here for happy hour with a friend! We arrived to the location and they were closed, they had changed their hours. The employees still let us in, which was very kind of them. We appreciated that since we had walked there. The place is cutely decorated, seemed like a perfect place for happy hour. The drinks were okay - there wasn't anything seasonal, or like a "speciality" Whit's End drink. It was unfortunately a bit disappointing. The happy hour menu overall didn't really have anything that stood out. I really wanted something to grab my attention or just really make me want to come back for it and nothing did. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd return - it was okay and we appreciated how nice the staff were, but nothing on the happy hour menu left me wanting to come back and try full dishes. I really liked the potatoes though.

This place is fun! We came here for dinner with friends, and I thought it was so cute and delicious. I however was so surprised it was not more crowded - we were one of 2 or 3 groups when we arrived around 6, and although more did show up throughout the evening, it didn't get much more crowded! The food is creative, yet classic, and the drinks are delicious. I tried a couple of their mocktails & was impressed by the spread and the creativity. For food, we tried the crispy brussel sprouts (sooooo good) and patatas bravas to start, and fish and chips and burger for mains. Everything was delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and guided us through the menu. They gave us space to chat and take our time, but were attentive as well. Would definitely go back!

I was excited to try a neighborhood restaurant, so we decided to get brunch. Misstep 1: no price on the mimosa and when i asked - $8 a glass. Ended up being $12 on my check. Then, after sitting for an uncomfortable amount of time, i asked the host if someone was going to come around to take our order. We ordered as we had enough time to look over the menu and decide while we waited. Apparently, the restaurant was not prepared for the holiday weekend. The food: cold, burnt and under cooked. I was hungry so i ate my cold breakfast sandwich which should've been hot and one of the pieces of bread was burnt. However, the accompanying roasted potatoes were really tasty! My partner's food was undercooked: rare when requested well done and cold. How long did our food sit at the window? I sent back her food and ordered another breakfast sandwich in its place. It came out at the right temperature, but i had already finished. The restaurant realized how badly our experience was going so we were only charged for my drink and the doughnuts. The doughnuts were warm and tasty! Definitely order that dish. Missed the mark on service and food. We'll revisit eventually and hope for a better experience.

It's was alright! I went for Dining Week and tried the salmon with orzo. The menu is simple and the place is a clean, open style design. I can see myself going back again and trying more. It's hard to rate, I probably need more visits, but I'll round up to a 4 for now as I think others should check it out. The regular menu is pretty basic but hit's all the basic categories: fish, chicken, pork, beef, veggie. I do hope the keep evolving it regularly, though. If someone were to frequent here often, they'd quickly run out of new options otherwise. The starters have quite a variety. They have brunch on Sundays and their website says a happy hour, but don't share what the happy is drinks/eats. Never understood why so many places hide that menu. It's in an area that doesn't have a whole lot else around walking distance, but maybe that will change in the future.

Great dining experience! Great service, cozy ambiance, and delicious food and drinks. We ordered a few plates and ate them family style and it was great. Our server had great energy. Restaurant decor is modern but homey.

Had a really good experience this week at Whit's End. We went specifically for the fish and chips and it did not disappoint. So glad this is now part of their permanent menu.

We had a group of 10 and easily got seated for brunch! Great drinks and the food was really good. I got the brunch burger and it was perfectly cooked with the fried egg. The Bloody Mary hit the spot! We were celebrating an engagement and they brought out a celebratory dessert on the house. Overall great experience.

The food here is amazing! My partner and I live in the neighborhood and have been curious to give it a shot, and I was blown away at how delicious everything was. The pierogis are insanely good, the salmon with orzo was creamy and perfectly cooked. The chefs are killing it in back of house. Everything came out quickly too, which was great. The staff was polite and attentive, Kate took great care of us. Will definitely be back soon!

It's just ok. We went for brunch and got a uova diavola, which was very bland/tasted like jarred tomato sauce, and a Dutch baby that was very small and also rather uninteresting. The coffee was fine and the ambiance was nice enough. Just overall not a place we would go back to.

Wow brand new restaurant I was not expecting this restaurant to be what it is. Taste delicious has a very unique taste. Cooked fresh and cool that you can see them cooking. How people have been in here and not shown pictures wow I'm happy to post pictures and tell people to try this new restaurant.

Brunch was excellent. All the flavors worked well, with amazing house-made fruit jams. The space is lovely and the service was spot on.

The food the ambience and the service are all amazing. Cannot recommend enough. I had brunch today the pork belly bene was spectacular.

Whit's End opened 2 days ago. I usually don't like to go to new openings as they are working through things still, but amazingly things went off without a hitch. This is my new neighborhood restaurant. It is just a few blocks from my home. They did an amazing job on aesthetics. The place is beautiful. The food is a bit pricey. The burger is $18 and the other entrees are $27+, starters are $6 (bread + EVOO) -$14 (shrimp scampi) Cocktails are $14, beers $6-$8. I won't be able to make this a weekly drop in bc of prices, but this is a nice addition to the neighborhood and a good renovation of the old Scott's Market that used to stand in it's location.

So an eclectic euro menu had me worried but this place held up. SOLID kitchen with some great service. Pierogies were so good.. a mushroom risotto take on it was fantastic. Kate killed it as our server too. Given we're a few blocks down the road, we'll be here often.

Great neighborhood restaurant! Good food & vibes. Always great service, and a nice addition to the area.
