Whitt's Barbecue

Chicken sandwich can be inconsistent. A handful of times, the chicken is tough. Mostly great though. Always good service. I'm not sure atmosphere is what people look for here.

Very good smoked pulled pork. Your choice of BBQ sauce. Mustard potato salad is good. Baked beans are very good. Good service. I recommend the family meal.

Very quick and efficient service. Whitt's BBQ is tasty and with sides had enough to satisfy. Cookies are a pass other options there should be better. Tea was good also.

Always reliable, good quality fare. The workers were very helpful & kind as well.

Barbecue is so very subjective. That being said, I love this place. I really miss the Antioch location.

Food was dry, cashier was somehow drier. Not sure what's up with this location over the other ones.

For sure, I am a BBQ snob. * You can't spend years as a pit master and not be. The Pulled Pork here is OK, not terrible by any means, just not amazing. The Mac and Cheese was really good, and in my opinion, the star of the show. The vinegar based minimal ingredient slaw was also OK. In comparison to other local 'Q places, this is solidly middle of the road. Service was friendly and competent There was nothing not to like, just nothing that blows your socks off.

This was my first time trying Whitt's. I wanted something different for lunch. I went with the loaded turkey potato with the turkey on the side. The turkey was moist. The flavor was good. Not the best turkey ever, but certainly good. The potato was cooked perfectly. I would definitely try this again.
