I'm going to give this place a lot of grace since I think they just had their grand opening in September and I'm hopeful for growth. The main thing is they are trying to be a hookah lounge/bar/pho spot all in one and it will attract different people who will see issues with each thing. My boyfriend and I came with my little sister and her girlfriend after my sister saw the name of the restaurant and loved the puns of the menu. It's definitely creative! We all like pho so were excited to try it out. Similar to other reviews, it doesn't give pho restaurant vibes. It gives late night, this place is best enjoyed after 10pm vibes. We came in around 5pm. We were allowed to seat ourselves. The server did her best and you can tell it's family owned by the service. She managed to get us everything and she was nice, but you can also tell they're a new restaurant still getting the hang of things. I've never seen a primarily Black owned pho spot so that was dope. But if you like and know quality pho then you wouldn't come here. ALSO be prepared for automatic 20% gratuity. My sister said that's normal for ATL. I'm from Cali, we only have that for 6+ groups of people and it's noted on the menu.
If I had to give recommendations to this restaurant, it would be to study service a little more. Service can make the difference in how people experience a restaurant. Clean tables, drinks, and taking orders promptly is 101.
Secondly, it's cool you want to be a lounge but get the pho part down first. You have the aesthetic, now match it in quality. The broth was good to me, I liked my chicken. But there's room for growth in the sauces provided, toppings/veggies, broth, seasoning etc.
