Whoa Nelly Catering

We hired Woah Nelly for our backyard wedding, and they were a highlight of the night. Having excellent food was really important to us, and the Woah Nelly team was able to craft a delicious and entirely vegan menu that had our omnivore guests raving. The food was so good that we actually ate on our wedding night! We loved everyone on the team from the tasting to the big night, and we are so grateful for the care and attention to detail they provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them over and over again if I could. Thank you thank you!

Whoa Nelly catered our small wedding and we were absolutely thrilled with them! All of the food was incredible and as good on the day as what we enjoyed during our tasting. They also make amazing cakes. They were communicative and helpful throughout the process and the staff on that day were all wonderful and professional- everything ran so smoothly. Whoa Nelly catered our wedding and they were AMAAZING!!!! There's always worry that food on the actual day will never taste as good as the tasting, but they did not disappoint. Everything tasted great and our guests loved the food (especially the pasta and salad). The Whoa Nelly team was also great with communication through email. We used Little Nelly for our wedding at The Lautner Compound in May 2019. From start to finish they were so wonderful to work with! We did a group tasting with them that was fun and really the perfect way to get to try everything they had to offer! The food was incredible and the cost was very fair and fit in our budget. The Little Nelly team was responsive, enthusiastic and professional through the whole planning process! They helped us through everything we needed to rent all the kitchen equipment they needed (our venue didn't have a kitchen!) and made sure we stayed as economical as possible. The day of, the whole team was on time and provided impeccable family style dinner service! All our guests raved about how delicious the food was and how wonderful the staff! We could not have asked for more. We also ordered our cake through Little Nelly and it was perfection. Simple, chic and SO SO GOOD. We are so please with our entire experience with Little Nelly, they really are the best of the best!

We had initially booked Little Nelly for our wedding this past October, however my planner told me they shifted gears to focus on smaller gatherings and technically were no longer catering weddings. The good news was our contract basically just got moved over to Whoa Nelly and they honored the pricing and all menu items, so the transition was completely seamless! Naomi was very professional and prompt in responding to my emails during the inquiry process and Corinna made our tasting experience very enjoyable. We did family style service which also included passed appetizers and table-side wine service, and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Guests raved about the food, some mentioning they took multiple servings--even one of my friends who got the silent vegan option said she had two plates! On top of that, their staff always made sure my husband and I were taken care of and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Especially on a day as hectic as your wedding day, it was a lovely touch and just goes to show how much their staff pays attention to the small details. I'm so happy that we booked Whoa Nelly for our special day--highly recommend getting them to cater your event!

Every time I go to a dinner or event catered by Whoa Nelly Catering I think, "that name is appropriate!" Absolutely delicate, tantalizing, and unique flavors. The management is also among some of the nicest and most professional I have come across. Wish there were more than five stars I could give.

Delicious food, stunning artistic presentation and fantastic knowledgeable staff. I’ve attended three functions that have been catered by Whoa Nelly (including my best friends wedding) and promise myself I will leave a review each time.

They catered for us for 3 days and it was some of the best meals I've ever had. Everything was fresh and local and the flavor combos were 🔥🔥🔥. 11/10 would suggest
