Whole Foods Market

I live in the neighborhood, and although I have never bought any groceries at the Whole Foods Market, I have stopped by for the past several years for (frequent) Amazon returns. There is a self-serve station or a counter option with staff who can assist, and normally they are extremely eager to help. I've come on weekends, weeknights, and mid-day during the week, and it's rare to see a line - This evening I was in and out within 2 minutes, after returning multiple items. Love the efficiency and consistency at this location!

My neighborhood grocery store :) my partner and I live three blocks away and come here multiple times a week. The staff are so friendly and wonderful. I’ve gotten some amazing plants here. Prices are standard for Whole Foods but the quality is good. The steaks in particular are amazing and I love that they state on the tags where the produce is from. Happy to be close by!

Came here to drop off an Amazon return package. The person who helped me was having such a nice conversation with a previous customer, when it was my turn I felt her demeanor change. I was not greeted and even when I said to have a nice day she ignored me and turned away. Just felt like she did not want to deal with me 🤷

The consistency here is so weak. Don’t expect any actual hot food from the hot bar except crusted over mashed potatoes and macaroni, empty tins, and a picked over salad bar-but don’t worry there are olives…then walk over to the packaged food from the hot bar and looked at some chicken tenders filled with condensation packaged at 7:20 AM-yum... i left the store to walk across to 7/11 and milled around giving them time to maybe put out fresh food, when I returned 30 min later I saw them start to put out more food on the bar but it was literally two things and then left everything else empty. Disappointing you cannot get actual hot food at 2 pm, might as well not have it all.

Five stars. The Whole Foods around the corner is honestly a breath of fresh air compared to King Soopers. I can actually get in and out without being stopped at the door or made to feel like I’m on trial just for buying groceries. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and I never have to deal with armed guards or receipt checks. It’s just a normal, stress-free shopping experience, exactly how it should be.

Closest grocery store to me so I’m grateful it’s there for getting items I forgot elsewhere but that’s all I shop here for now. I work late nights so I wake up around 11/noon and would love to get a coffee here (closest to me) but their station closes at noon. On the days I manage to get up at 11, first thing I do is walk my dogs. I could stop in and get a quick coffee! No, I can’t. Customers are not allowed to leave their dogs outside. I understand it may be a liability. However, everyone has a dog in cap hill. You are cutting out a huge portion of clientele because you haven’t come up with a solution to dogs. If you have a policy people are already upset about, at least deliver it nicely. I understand it must be frustrating telling people every hour they can’t leave their dog outside but I might be less inclined to leave a 2 star review if it’s said nicely and I haven’t had caffeine. I hope this store sticks around but finds solutions for all the problems it clearly has.

Stopped by Whole Foods for a quick pickup. Store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff were helpful. Grabbed some produce and a cold brew — smooth and quick trip.

They must’ve redone this place recently because it’s absolutely brand-new, clean as could be, beautifully organized + One of the nicest stores I’ve ever seen. Plus when you walk and you can see beautiful tables outlined with flowers plants all around and a new bottle beer bar section!! Very pricey!!
