Great food, but not a big fan of the self-checkout. With all the robots working, you’d think that the remaining staff would have time to be kind and considerate to customers, but this is not the case. Checkout staff are there to make sure the robots work properly. They couldn’t care less about the customer experience. I guess since the robots can speak kindly and thank us for visiting, the actual humans who work there don’t need to care.
