Pretty much the same Wholefoods experience as everywhere else, maybe more crowded and less careful with presentation/displays and general appearance (likely because of the high foot traffic). Bakery and sandwich to-go selection pretty sparse. It felt crammed and confined but most NYC grocery stores do to someone from California.

This Whole Foods is an amazing addition to FiDi. Today I picked up La Fermiere Yogurt which always hits that sweet spot, perfect for munchies 🍃🌱🥬 after a gardening session or a late night snack. The lavender infusion puts me right to sleep at night. The staff is welcoming and friendly, when I pick up the Chefs dinner the Chef really hooks it up. I’m on a high protein diet and appreciate the generous portions. The salad bar is always well stocked and organized & the coffee shop is awsome. The almond croissants are addictive ‼️ Cool experience today. The butchers are samurai, at this location. Meal prep by Jeff Bezos

I visited Whole Foods Market at 66 Broadway, New York, NY 10005 on January 2, 2026, and had a very disappointing experience at the seafood counter. While looking at the flounder fillets, I noticed what appears to be a roundworm (parasite) clearly visible in the fish. This was extremely unsettling to see in a store that positions itself as a high-quality and trusted food retailer. I have attached a video showing exactly what I observed. I understand that wild-caught fish can sometimes contain parasites, but seeing something like this openly on display without being removed raises serious concerns about quality control and inspection standards at this location. I expect much better oversight from Whole Foods and hope this issue is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Whole Foods Market at 66 Broadway is a sleek addition to the Financial District. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The prepared foods section offers a variety of options, though some items can be hit or miss. Checkout lines move efficiently, even during busy hours. It’s a convenient spot for quality groceries and a quick bite in the area.

This newly opened market, at 1 Wall Street, is a truly iconic building on Broadway. Minutes away from NYSE, the trinity gothic church and the famous Wall Street Bull. This location offers a variety of quality fresh vegetables, meats, pastries, plants, sea food and all the is known at most Whole Foods. The layout is well designed with a seating area to eat, relax and refresh. The 2 level location also offers a well stacked food courts. The location can busy, especially during lunch hour. Be patient, or take a walk and enjoy the sites nearby.

This is my go-to spot for a quick meal or items to snack on during my 90-minute commute home. Food is fresh, and deals are overall good. They have daily specials. I usually replenish bottled drinks, snack bars, chips, and even snack kits to hold me over. There are two floors, and to me, it feels separate because I usually forget there is another floor since 90% of the grocery items are on the lower level.

HORRIBLE for Amazon pick up orders. Items constantly show as being available online only be out of stock and not be informed if this until I'm on my way to pick up the order, wasting time walking here. Items are constantly out of stock and when I call to confirm if something is in stock, I'm told that "if it says it's available online; we have it" which is absolutely false. Please, get in control of your inventory!

This Whole Foods brings a much-needed grocery option to this area. It has everything you would expect from Whole Foods, including an Amazon return area, easily accessible grab-and-go section, and a full grocery selection. The bulk of the shopping area is downstairs, and while they make the most of the space, it does feel like a little bit of a maze. I personally like the Tribeca store better, as it feels more spacious and bright, but the location here is sometimes a bit more convenient.

I've been in this Whole foods more than any other Whole foods, since they've started operating in NYC. Good "hot bar" food options upstairs with ample seating downstairs and in the back. The store is not "overwhelming" in size but offers a wide variety of everything I shop for. This store has helped me better understand how Amazon is integrating it's tech and app with their company. I can pay with the QR code linked in my Amazon account. I can easily return or pick up items from Amazon in their delivery spot. Easy check out, both upstairs and downstairs. They've just made it easy. I'd take this store over most other location and specifically any other chain.

Wow today I ran into Steven and Shawn who were representing Seven Teas. I ended up trying all four flavors and buying peach tea! It was so yummy. I also bought some noodles and fettuccini ingredients including heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Also bought my favorite sourdough garlic bread! All in all very good shopping experience!

This is a review of the sweet chilli sauces I got at Whole Foods today. I promised the nice sales associate I would post my review so here goes: Mae Ploy: wonderfully thick and good. This is a product of Thailand so it is authentic. I thought this is the best, but after cooking with it, I realized it has a lot of garlic and might not be the best one for me. I need less garlic. Sky Valley Sweet Chili sauce: I was a bit hesitant about this due to the dark color and the tomato in this sauce, but a good flavor. I would even combine it with the Mae Ploy for an additional depth of flavor. Grandmas Sweet Chilli Sauce: pretty good and light flavor. 365 Whole Foods Market Organic Sweet Chili Sauce: HELL NO. Disgusting, smells and tastes like arm pits. Might have cumin in it. Soooo nooooo. I want my money back. Very watery too. Ew. I am obsessed with sweet chili sauce because I made the most delicious firecracker chicken using a recipe from Marley Spoon and Molly Krueger. Make a sauce with gochugaru pepper flakes, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

So happy to see another Whole Foods opened up by where I work. A great place to buy natural or organic food at a low price. Their 365 brand is an affordable brand that people should go for if they want to go natural in their diet. They also have a great selection of supplements and natural beauty care selection for people who have health issues and want to be clean. So now I can either go to the Whole Foods at Tribeca or financial district!!!

Welcome to the neighborhood, Whole Foods! I have been waiting for this store to open for years (so that I can stop lugging heavy groceries all the way from Tribeca) and was so excited to be able to take part in its Grand Opening today! Being one of the first customers in the store at opening, everything was still lined up in tip-top fashion. The store is a bit of a maze, so I'll probably need to do some more exploring to get used to how it's set up but there seems to be a good selection of items. The top level is primarily the hot food bar (kitchen) and coffee shop while the lower level houses the main market as well as seating. Everyone was super friendly (not sure if it's because of first day vibes - hopefully not!) so I definitely look forward to exploring this market more and will update my review as I do so!

Like a dog kennel: I have yet to go into the store and not see someone violate the NYS laws on having personal (non-service) dogs - one time the dog was even off leash. The store personnel is useless. The dog shown in the photo (with sunglasses) was known to Sam in Customer Service, who told me that he had questioned the owner when he saw them in the seafood department. Sam told me that he did not feel it was within his authority to question the owner re: what service the dog provided and was under the mistaken understanding that "comfort" animals were permitted. I only hope that when a customer is attacked by one of these non-service animals, it is known that Whole Foods knew that their personnel allowed the owners to violate state law with impunity.

A nice addition to the FiDi area. I like the convenience of this WF to the J train at Broad Street. Also, a normal selection of WF basics. However I wish the bakery section was laid out a bit differently.

Beware of weight scam. Deceptive weights of food. Weighed food at the produce section at the direction of a customer service Scale read .50 lbs. but at checkout it suddenly weighed 1.5 lbs. went back to customer service to ask about the issue. They tried to charge me 3X" price for the food I chose. Their response "management knows but has said to leave things as they are". I shuttered to think what's happening in the protein section. You have been warned.

A convenient Whole Foods in the middle of FiDi, they are well stocked with plenty of inventory from fresh produce, baked goods, meats and seafood, deli, dairy, frozen foods, drinks and alcoholic beverages (though not wine/liquor), dried foods, canned goods, home and cleaning supplies, flowers, pet supplies and more, including a ready-made food buffet area and to-go drinks area on the entrance/street level. Most of the groceries are downstairs. This location feels pretty new and seems both larger and arranged more spaciously than most other locations in the city. Seems to be more breadth of product too.

New Whole Foods close by Wall Street. It's strategically located next to the subway station if you want to do your food shopping and jump on the train. Street floor is with cafe and food court downstairs is produce. I found the lay out a bit different but I'm use to the. Tribeca Whole Foods as I navigate through it quickly. It is clean , service is very friendly. I will probably stop by again to do my shopping.

This wf is new and clean. I guess because it is newly opened. Nice food section. The staffs are nice.

Hours! 7-10n Staying outside for 40 mins now, after 7 am. Nobody has explained anything so far. Employees inside just passing by. At least say the reason or hours changes etc. so rude, so ridiculous. Overall nice store, but this is very poor customer service.

Since they opened in January, everything I have consumed from this Whole Foods location, I've definitely not been disappointed with! Plus they only have my Castelvetrano olives in a bag and not in their Olive bar, but at least they have them!

One Wall Street Whole Foods is a welcome addition to FIDI. This location is brand new and features advanced refrigeration technology. It's two leveled with its main entrance on Broadway. Tables for dining are located on the lower level.

There hasn't been any Kosher chicken or meat lately. The new Meat Department Manager says Kosher chicken is no longer her priority

Nice to see this location finally open up. Not sure if it's calm because not many people know about it yet or just because of the neighborhood. I like that they have separate registers upstairs and downstairs which should make the prepared food section fly fairly quickly. I also like that they have a separate amazon station downstairs but the location of that station is a bit close to the register which could cause a problem if this place is busy.

If you're a Fidi resident - you know what a game changer this is for our neighborhood. Massive produce section and amazing selection. The seafood counter is awesome - and as other WF they do $1 oysters on Friday's. I will say we tried skirt steak and it didn't hit for us. I'd prefer eatalys meat counter instead. All in all - amazing addition to the neighborhood!

I'm so glad this Whole Foods opened up in FiDi. We needed a nice grocery store in the neighborhood. Amazing selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood. I love their fresh baked pastries. It does get busy sometimes and the checkout lines do get long, but I'd rather wait in line here then take the train uptown to Trader Joe's!

Everyone that works here has the worst attitude. They clearly don't want to be working there. I have never had a pleasant experience here the cashiers don't even say hi to you when you say hi to them when you walk up constantly rolling their eyes even when you ask for things, they literally drag their feet like they're annoyed with helping you I've never walked into the grocery store with everyone so miserable I can't be the only one that notices this and the meats are spoiled I've had a return meat that has gone bad three times to realize that the expiration date was overdue when I finally looked at the back of packaging and went back to the shelf and saw that they had a bunch of expired meats with the dates just sitting there Please step it up and hire all new people because this would be just a waste of space with poor service and quality.

This WFM is very convenient for me as it's within walking distance. I was there on Saturday and I bought organic and regular cherries, mangoes, sweet peppers and a pitaya. I was leaving the store when I heard someone shouting at me. I had left all the groceries at the checkout and one of the cashiers followed me to let me know about it. Crystal was extremely helpful and kind! When I got home, I washed all the fruits and all of them were fresh, sweet and delicious!

0 stars. Worst whole food markets I've been to around the country. Staff is absolutely incompetent, ghetto, and rude. I've been wanting to review this place horribly for a while but keep putting it off. Yesterday I picked up some groceries and at checkout the cashier was being so unnecessarily rough with bagging my items and I thought I should say something but decided not to because it's thanksgiving eve. Anyway, got home only to find my single servicing yoghurt packs were burst open and splattered everywhere. You know how rough you have to be to do that to a grocery item? To be fair, there have been 1 or 2 instances where I asked staff questions around the store and they were really nice and helpful. Sadly they make up less than 5% of my experience. This store needs entirely new management. And management should encourage staff who are in a bad mood and who cannot be the best customer service rep to just stay home!

This is the best location in the city !! Plenty of fresh produce, great bakery, amazing prepared food section. Can't go wrong.

Whole Foods is just not worth it I don't get the hype sure it's better than shopping at Gristedes but their selections are just overpriced and gentrified (white-washed). Their flower section is limited and most were not even fresh all wilted and bad. Trader Joe's should open up a location in FiDi cuz WF sucks

Had such high hopes, alas... The ground level entry is very nice. High ceilings, bright, lots of natural light. To be honest, didn't spend much time in this area. Seems to be mostly coffee, grab and go foods and serve yourself/buffet style. Frankly, I'm anti buffet style given what I've seen with my own two eyes (ewwwwww), not to mention what we've been through these past two years. Took the escalator to the lower level to hit the weekly shopping list. Starting with the positive, selections are fresh and in good shape; however, the whole shopping experience was like traveling through a mouse maze. Ceilings are low and aisles are narrow. I'm not sure who designed the checkout, but it's like a bowling alley lane. Assisted checkout on the right, self checkout on the left. The self checkout stalls are blocked by portions of wall, so nobody can see the blinking light to know what's available. There are carts, bags, adults, children, strollers all in this super narrow (chaotic) space. Happy to have the addition to the neighborhood, but if you want to stay sane, have space to shop and have a wider selection of goods, stick with WF Tribeca.
