I stopped by Whole Foods Market on 3rd Street in Brooklyn to pick up some essentials for Thanksgiving, and the experience was seamless. I scored a great deal on an apple pie, originally priced at $13.99, but discounted to $6.99 saving me $7! I also grabbed a carton of low-fat milk for just $3.99, which was reasonably priced. The store was well-organized and had plenty of seasonal options, making holiday shopping a breeze. The staff was courteous, and checkout was quick, even with the pre-holiday rush. Overall, Whole Foods delivered a convenient and pleasant shopping experience. I appreciate the discounts and look forward to returning for more holiday essentials.

I like this Whole Foods, it's clean, well-lit, and has a great selection of products and produce. I always buy some sushi and prepared meal from them, it's very convenient so not need to worry about cooking at least for a day. Their bakery is another thing that I love, it's very attempting to buy something sweet.

Google
Good food and produce selection. Prices are often reasonable. I like that you can pick up and return Amazon packages. Also like that the customer counter accepts plastic bags for recycling. The store can be crowded, even during what should be off-peak hours. And that’s not just because of other customers, but also the staff, who frequently act like customers are in their way. I once saw two staff members laugh at a disabled man who accidentally knocked over some items with his motorized scooter. I also wish management would enforce their own “no smoking” signs outside. See lots of people smoking on the benches right next to the signage, including sometimes store employees. These would otherwise be nice public spaces for the community.

This Whole Foods it’s probably one of the better ones that I’ve seen in my lifetime chuck full of good stuff. I love the hot bar with hot food and soups. The soups are delicious. I like to get my bread and dip it in soup I get the NaNas chicken noodle soup it’s delicious. You can also return your Amazon returns here as well so simple I’m funny. The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. There are some stairs to climb up, but do you do have the option of using the elevator to get the second floor, ample amount of parking this whole food is one of the better ones.

Lots of diverse food items. Traffic in store is a little chaotic, but checkout was a breeze. High quality meats, fish and poultry. Service was excellent and associates were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I always goes to this Whole Foods. I just like the management the higher-ups to know how great their employees are my wife and I always look for the lady Porsche. She works on your register. She is such a pleasure to go to. Please recognize her and another employee. He’s a manager in the bakery. His Name is Craig, it could be spelt with a K I believe he is one of the managers in the bakery. He is such a pleasure and a great guy. I want people to realize in the bakery when you walk up there and if something isn’t there and they’re trying to prepare it it doesn’t come prepared. They work hard back. They are putting it together so be patient and smile because this guy is fantastic so please recognize these two individuals along with a lot of others in your staff but mainly these two this is the whole reason why my wife keeps coming back to this Whole Foods because of people like these two thank you Porsche thank you Kraig Keep up your good work.

Been coming here for the past 8 years & it has changed/improved since. 1.parking is always nice to have but during peak hours is not fun. 2.produce section is always stocked & great quality! 3.meat/fish have great varieties & good prices! 4.grocery is somewhat fully stocked but aisles are cramped especially bc of the Amazon shoppers. 5.bakery has a good selection but I’ve noticed they minimized their department & no longer sells items I used to buy. 6.self checkout was added & is v convenient 7.second floor is Amazon returns & seating area. 8.undercover security are always lurking watching you. Yes ik it’s their job but I was told to take my child out the basket cart & followed me until I did, Horrible interaction & experience. 9.customer service can improve especially when answering questions over the phone. One time I called & I was told to call back in 5min… I was so confused. Overall a lovely store :)

The ultimate grocery store ever built in the city to care for your favourite taste. Amazing and delicious foodstuffs in common not to compare.

Yelp
Never seen this item in this store before-- Har Gow shrimp dumplings at Whole Foods Market. I found them in a small box near the end of the fresh produce section. Also found a box of white strawberries (they tasted just like red strawberries, maybe a bit less sweet). The Har Gow were very fresh and tasty. A small container of sauce was included. I returned for more but they were gone / sold out. I wish they carried more items like this.

Yelp
I haven't shopped at this location in over a year. It's a bit out of the way for me. My husband and I happen to be driving in the area this past week and stopped by for a quick shopping trip with a purpose. Bitchin' sauce was on sale, 2 for $10 and if you have prime you get an additional $1.00 off. The sale is only good till Feb.14th. I wasn't about to pass that up. This 8oz sauce usually goes for $6-7 each. I also spotted purple sweet potatoes. They were pricey at $2.69/pd but I still picked them up because I couldn't find them anywhere. These purple sweet potatoes are so good when you steam or bake them. Once in a while, I shop here for those hard to find goods. The service is awesome. The store staff really knows their stuff. They helped me locate the Bitchin sauce and other items. This location has a parking lot and the store seems really big. The ambiance is nice. I'm looking forward to shopping here again... for Bitchin sauce deals.

Yelp
Starting 2025 Whole Foods ( on 3rd & 3rd in Brooklyn ) increased the prices of vegetables at the hot food counter (where an employee serves meals not the hot buffet) by 20% !!! until now the vegetable price used to be $9.99 / lib and today the price jumped to $11.99 / lib Btw the yoy (year over year ) headline CPI increased by 2.7 % (November 2024 reading) - in other words the Whole Foods jumped the vegetable prices more than 6 times the CPI

Yelp
Probably the best WF you'll find in NYC...such a weird market here in NYC, where WF is essentially the "discount" grocery store. This is like a full, suburban sized WF. No bumping into people in the aisle, and no navigating multiple stories trying to find stuff. There's also a huge parking lot (!!). Great seafood section, produce is great as always, and you can find stuff here that I can't normally get at TJoe's (e.g. serrano peppers, golden beets). Tomatoes are also more fresh/ripe here. There's a large greenhouse on the roof run by Gotham Greens - and you can purchase their produce/herbs in the grocery store. The second floor also has a wonderful bar/simple restaurant with pretty decent views, especially at sunset - they have outdoor seating and picnic tables too.

M M.

Yelp
The parking lot situation at this Whole Foods has gotten so bad. The weekends in particular. It took me 20 minutes of horrible grid lock traffic to get out of the parking lot on a recent Sunday. How is that possible, you ask? All of the cars are trying to turn into the various parking lanes, blocking the only exit. Cars are also trying to pull into the parking lot, but can't go anywhere since there is grid lock, further making it impossible to leave the parking lot since the exit is now also blocked. It's awful, and not worth it.

Estee A.

Yelp
Omg this Whole Foods is fantastic. Stopped by Sunday around 12:30pm to get some things. So many free samples, the salmon one was especially delicious. Also, they have a ton of parking for bikes and cars. As well as a bike fix it station. Great selection, great prices, store was busy but not too uncomfortably so. Self Checkout line went quick.

Daniel M.

Yelp
We needed a quick dessert withiut having to go to far to get it. I walked in to get chocolate strawberry shortcake, nice presentation, good size cake for $39,99. However, i noticed there was an after taste in the cake itself from the food shortening they use for baking. The after taste is not very strong but just because a few people noticed it, i would not get it again. Was a good last minute save though, the cake does have a good amount of strawberries, good looking side profile, it looks the part, definitely looks impressive. They have a an all vanilla flavor but it didnt look as nice as the chocolate version. Had it once, will not get it again. Is a shame they use too much shortening with the cake flour, specially when they are already at the $40 price point.

Yelp
This review is specifically for Maurice working at the seafood counter. He took the time to help me with my oyster selection and prepared them so nicely for me. I can tell he values great customer service and I will be returning based on my experience with him. Thank you so much! I hope I see him again.

Yelp
Yes I return to this Whole Foods Market a few years later on a friends recommendation I'm happy to state its was much better and my shopping experience was very positive. My goal was to purchase some fruit and cheese for the family. Yes this is a theme as you will note in my other reviews. One of the high lights of my purchase. Was some aged french Gouda cheese which was amazing a flavor that was delish perfect with Rosemary crackers. In addition I bought some other soft Cheeses which were quite nice. The produce section which I forgot to take some pictures was excellent with a large range of items to choose from. I bought some blueberries from Peru, domestic apples, domestic grapes, domestic tangerines all very fresh and perfect for the pallet. All family members were very happy with these awesome with cheese's and fruits.

BK Wizard S.

Yelp
This 3rd and 3rd location notoriously sells produce that is already spoiled. yesterday I bought an avocado and this morning only an eighth of it was edible and this afternoon I saw that the sweet potatoes have dark bad spots on them. What's with selling produce at super high prices that are already only good for the compost bin?? Last month I bought cherries and had to throw out 1/3 of them and at $6.99 pound that's a big loss. I will no longer go to this store for any fresh produce. My neighbor told me to bring back items that have gone bad as he does. It's just not convenient to hold onto bad produce. That was the last time I'll ever buy fresh food from Whole Foods. BEWARE!

Oliver T.

Yelp
Janeesa is a very rude cashier. She seems to be selective with whom she's polite to. She was nice to the family ahead of me, but to me she was incredibly nasty for absolutely no reason at all. I did nothing to her--was incredibly kind. It's just wrong and unprofessional. Makes me not wanna come here.

Veggie T.

Yelp
This place needs competition or the neighborhood needs another Whole Foods because walking through here feels like walking through a crowded train station. There's shoppers, professional grocery buyers & staff covering every square foot of ground here. It's a stressful environment to shop in

Carol W.

Yelp
always wonderful of course... eat in is pricy without service but worth it... like the roominess and not being on top of strangers...if you can catch a sale its worth the effort and sometimes FResh is very discounted WIsh the delivery was less expcensive but this week Freshis free delivery and discounts--great I great improvement over the overrated and horrible customer serviceof Instacart!

Yuk L.

Yelp
Great location for those living in the Gowanus area. Gotham Greens greenhouses are located on the roof. plenty of seating upstairs and you can dine al fresco. Amazon hub for pickup and returns (notes hours are different from Wholefoods hours). Plenty of parking. Citibikes nearby for those who need it.

Yakov S.

Yelp
Poor food quality, hugely overpriced; some items bioengineered, ther covered with mold...

Dechhen S.

Yelp
This is the best Whole Foods I have ever been to. For starters it's very big and spacious. There's a pretty big parking lot and a citi bike station right across the street. There is also both an area on the street level with benches by the canal and an upstairs dining area indoors and rooftop. This Whole Foods is also pretty cool in particular since it has a greenhouse and also has wind turbines outside. For how big this location is I would expect more variety of items but sometimes I can't seem to find my favorite drinks and food items that I usually buy at Whole Foods. Their bakery section and cookie/baked goods selection also doesn't have as much as a much smaller Whole Foods in the city would. They do have a pretty good sized hot food section. One thing I really love about this Whole Foods is the general manner of the people inside of it and the workers. Everyone's super relaxed and there's usually not a long line for self checkout or normal check out and the workers are super nice. One day when I was having a particularly rough day one of the workers in the prepared foods section was really nice to me and it made my day. I would say overall this Whole Foods is honestly a good place to stop by for a quick snack or meal which I wouldn't say about a lot of grocery stores. It is also a pretty good shopping experience all around with quick lines, good service, nice accessibility and a pretty big store.

Veronika G.

Yelp
Be careful of the fish you purchase I had worms in flounder/ Salmon I reported this to department of health this is not only disgusting but you can clearly see there is no quality check and the workers behind the counter act like they are doing you a favour when you order and you get worms absolutely disgusting

Mike M.

Yelp
I'm a fan! Look for the most part Whole Foods Markets are usually the same give or take some items that are only sold in certain stores or stores that have certain departments that others don't. In this location you'll find everything you need and then some. I say I'm only going in for a few things and wind up spending and easy $50. What I like about this location is their massive parking lot which is a godsend in Brooklyn. The store is always neat and clean despite it being always so busy. Employees tend to be somewhat upbeat or miserable but that's normal in these types of places. My latest find here was their fresh baked Pane Di Casa. Italian house bread is typically only found in an Italian bakery but thy have it here freshly bagged and sliced for an even $6. Look at the size of this thing! Give them a try!

Lili T.

Yelp
Excellent options and clean environment. They have a fresh orange juice stand that we love!

Nga C.

Yelp
I come to this location from time to time and if I just focus on buying only things that are on sale then I find shopping at WholeFood is not a bad deal. With that said, I came here yesterday and brought quite a few goodies at a reasonable price. I got a whole bell air chilled chicken for roughly $8 and organic kale for about $1.50, organic celery for about $1.79 and organic pink lady apples for $1.60/lbs and healthy lush non-organic romaine for $1.79. How did I managed to get them at these princes you might wonder?!? Well it's because it was their sale price and I got an extra 10% discount as an amazon prime user. What I also like is that they encourage people to bring their own bags and will give an additional 10 cents off for each bag that they think you'll use. Kudos to WholeFood for offering this incentive. As for quality, I always do enjoy and trust the items that they carry. Visually, this location is spacious and colorful and their employees are friendly and helpful. I also love their parking lot. Yes, I understand coming here might not be convenience through public transportation but amazing if you have a car. Plus they have a public bathroom. Hail to that as well. The only reason why they lost a star is when I brought my non-organic romaine, the cashier didn't even know they carried non-organic romaine and said during her training, they never mentioned to her to check the difference so she has just been charging everyone at the organic price. Also what I found puzzling was that the non-organic romaine price was not listed at the produce section. I think if I didn't ask customer service what the price was, I surely would have been charged a lot more. Regardless, I'll still shop here but when I do, I always make sure to check all their prices before I get myself ring up and head home.

Leah S.

Yelp
Still using this location once in a while but not the same as used to be. The price increase percentage on some items like fish is quite unreasonable because I remember the prices and a jump from 10$ a pound to 16 or more in a matter of a few months is a bit too much. Also they stopped carrying some popular items. Some vegetables do not look fresh, like green onions etc. Still it is a relatively good store for those who do not like processed food.

Anika F.

Yelp
Every time I come here the security from the front of the store ends up on the other side of the store monitoring me, it feels racist and stressful and I won't be coming back.

Melissa N.

Yelp
This really is such a nice store. Everything is laid out nicely and the staff have always been super helpful. It's an experience to come here whether for groceries, fresh foods, hot foods, the bakery or more. I love that they collaborate and have so many local items. We enjoy that they have a great selection of fruits and vegetables and organic options. I would come here more often, but some items are just more expensive because it's Whole Foods and it's not very convenient to get to. Even so, I'm looking forward to our next splurge :)

Christina M.

Yelp
I'm sorry, it was clean and spacious and well laid out. The workers were attentive and well informed. But when I left and looked at my receipt i was POSITIVE that I am striking lucky that I can shop at Whole Foods on Long Island where I live bc the prices there are different. This one location didn't have as many affordable options. I took someone who recently moved to the area and yeah next week we are going somewhere else lol. If you're looking for charcuterie go here they have like a whole custom section and lots of hot food and sushi ready to eat right now.

Scott D.

Yelp
I was in town yesterday, and stopped in this Whole Foods for the first time. I normally shop at the WF where I live, and was VERY impressed with the Brooklyn 3rd St. location. The store was HUGE, very clean, organized, and well-stocked. I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in town.

Amy N.

Yelp
Found out last minute that I needed flowers for an occasion. Whole Foods has a nice selection of premade bouquets along with a variety of potted plants available. Paid and the staff wrapped it up beautifully at no extra charge!

Ryan L.

Yelp
This store is like a rock star concert so be careful if you don't have a list of items cause it gets relatively busy if you're in a rush. Great people just avoid rachel king in the specialty dept she's discreet human poison . Otherwise the seafood dept at the brooklyn location is pretty spot on and actually pretty great actually, as a shareholder I feel decent but also proud

Steven K.

Yelp
I would not buy any cold cuts at this place unless the meat that is going to be sliced is displayed. When the cold cut that you want is taken from a chill draw that are under the slicers make sure you see the meat. Otherwise you could get stuck with the grislier smaller end slices or slices taken from meat that is overly fatty. Usually I am happy with the experience I have with this store. Not so much today.

Carrie C.

Yelp
Love Whole Foods for their fresh produce, pre-marinated meat and seafood, baked goods, a freshly squeezed orange juice machine, natural/organic beauty products etc. I used to adore this Whole Foods location, adequate amount of parking spots, wide selection of merchandise. The staff here are quick to offer their assistance, and patiently explain your Prime benefits to you. Now, the entire place is so crowded with delivery services, it's harder to navigate and browse the aisles comfortably. I need to find out when to visit to beat the rush hours.

Amienyc L.

Yelp
Great Parking. It is huge inside. I love that no matter how crowded it gets it doesn't feel I am suffocated with the crowd. It is clean and creatively arranged. Hot bar are another section to visit. Also, they have rooftop that you can enjoy your food with the view of their greehouse. I noticed their big table to eat in which I totally love, even if im sharing the table with stranger at least their far away and not breathing on my food. I recommend this location.

Patrick S.

Yelp
Not really a bad place, overall. But I paid $33 for one of those warm lunches that you can put together. That seemed a bit much (not that it was that good)! Then I was forced to use plastic silverware. I admit, I should have brought my own, but come on, Whole Foods, all of your pretenses are flying out the window if you cannot even be bothered to provide regular silverware. It would seem, all you need to do is sell a few more $33 lunches and you should be able to afford a dishwasher and some real silverware. Whole Foods, do not trash our planet, please.

Carol S.

Yelp
This Whole Foods doesn't have the same high tech features as the one in Williamsburg. But the convenience of location and parking supersedes the glitz. Located in Gowanus, the store has easy access in and out of the large parking lot. If one has a handicap tag there are numerous parking spots right next to the door. I'm especially impressed with the renewable energy solar panels and windmills located in the parking area. As you walk in, notice the elevator to the left. It will take you to the upper level where you can eat goodies you have purchased. The bar is also located on this level. There is awesome uncovered seating where you can watch the subway come in high above the ground, then turn and go underground in its final approach to the Carroll Street Station. If you have a Grandson who is obsessed with subways, its really fun to watch while you eat. The main store is all on the lower level. It's large and well stocked. Employees are friendly and always helpful. Don't forget to bring your reusable bags. Save the forests. And scan your Whole Foods App at checkout if you are eligible for a Prime Discount. It took me some time to come to love this store because of my familiarity and love of the Williamsburg store. But it's convenience can't be beat.

Nash W.

Yelp
I don't regularly visit these types of stores but today I was with some Whole Food, Bark Eating people so they insisted. I see due to Clovis-19 most of the prepared foods and bars (salad) are still closed. I chose a chipotle beef burrito (of course I did), some hot Mac and cheese along with 2 sushi rolls. My Mac and cheese rocked!! I should have just gotten a large container and been done with it. The sushi was fresh and flavorful... leading us to the burrito which for $9 sucked. It was saw dust dry with hardly any beef. Mostly rice, beans and fillers. It was about 2" round and it was so bad I feel cheated. Never again with that. It doesn't matter because we all laughed and had a great time eating out on the water. I wrote to Whole Foods as asked and received an automated thank you for the input. 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back...

Tiramisuzy F.

Yelp
Whole Foods consistently hires security guards who racially profile, like this Latino guard here. They are usually completely useless, standing in their post paralyzed until they see a black or brown person. This guy here actually moved from his post to stare down two minority women who were at self check out. I noticed once they were done, he went right back to his post, not moving once to go watch any white customers. Whole Foods has already had more than one lawsuit due to racial profiling, but it looks like they haven't learned anything. The next time I see it I will make sure to record. SHAME ON YOU WHOLE FOODS.

Hannah M.

Yelp
I like this Whole Foods a lot. The layout is a little confusing IMO - I always find myself a little lost no matter how many times I come here. With that said, the little rooftop bar is awesome. While the drinks may be expensive for it being a grocery store, if you can block the fact that you're boozing at Whole Foods out of your mind it's a really cheap 'bar'. Some really great deals too here. The other day, pork sausages from the butcher were on sale for $5 a pound (normally $8). Sometimes I'll find NY strip steaks on sale for like $10-$11 a pound as well. If you're not super picky about your cut you can usually find a good deal. The cheese section seems to be unusually big at this location, and they frequently have samples. Fresh produce has some great sales too. I frequently find asparagus significantly cheaper than I'm even able to find it outside of NYC. Beer selection is good. Employees are generally very friendly. I wish they funneled the lines the same way that other Whole Foods locations do (ie everyone enters the same line and then gets divided from there). I hate having to determine what the fastest will be. Had a particularly nasty experience with the cashier last time I went when I couldn't find the Whole Foods code on my amazon prime and I politely asked for help and she snapped at me, but this is an anomaly. Plenty of parking for the folks with cars. All in all a solid grocery option in the area.

Briana P.

Yelp
The tall blonde guy with the long hair in the seafood section is very nasty. There was NO line and i wanted 12 oysters shucked and he said they dont shucked them; which was a lie because i had them shucked last week and put on ice at this same exact whole foods. He refused to shuck them because he was "alone." He was not alone, there were people in the back and there were no customers that needed to be helped. He claimed other customers needed to be helped but i think this guy needs to be a in a psychiatric ward because I'm not sure who he was seeing? There was nobody that needed to be helped. He had time to teach us how to shuck the oyster though which took him about 30 seconds. All the time he took to argue with us he could have shucked the 12 oysters. After arguing with me and my mom for 5 minutes he agreed to shuck them. We just said forget it, took the oysters and left. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

Gajtana S.

Yelp
They have parking:-) Sizeable, full service Whole Goods with rooftop for dining. They have all your organic delights. Another Whole Foods I can drive to from Queens when Long Island traffic is too much. I'll be back

Camille W.

Yelp
Is this the most amazing Whole Foods there is? I've been to so many in cities across the country, usually just to shop but this one has so many amenities to actually hang out, relax, and enjoy a meal (or a drink). We are visiting the area and needed to kill time before heading to the airport. This Whole Foods was the perfect place with lots of seating, free Wi-Fi, and fresh food of course. There's a very spacious common area upstairs with a rooftop. Both indoor and outdoor spaces have many tables. There is also a bar and restrooms upstairs. I was also impressed by the variety of food at the hot bar which included regular and sweet potato fries. I was also shocked to see a large parking lot. All around, very accessible and convenient.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
I love Whole Foods . I just wish this location wasn't as crammed and crowded. There's always unpacking and stocking and shelving going on with the crazy cart people going 199 miles per hour. The microwave meals are good. I love the 365 brand , and is much cheaper than balduccis. Wish they had a better water selection but Whole Foods isn't European. Definitely love their meat counter and wish the buffet was closed and they packaged everything individually after the pandemic

Adel M.

Yelp
My 2nd visit to this store location. I love that they have their own greenhouse free from pesticides and that they use sustainable and natural resources (I'm not sure if you can personally see the greenhouse).Store can be really packed on weekends but shelves are constantly well stocked if you can't find fresh produce on their display staff are helpful and eager to check if they have fresh option. Just ask. (At least on my experience they are helpful). Bring your own recycle bag and get 10c per bag every time you shop. They have seating area on the second floor and they have some alcoholic beverages ROOF rated A. Also, nice spacious customer parking.

Val S.

Yelp
Today for dinner, I decided I want a shrimp, clams and crab meat pasta. I first went to one of my favorite stores for things like this, Wegman's. They were closed due to a fire so, I drove to Whole Foods. This location is on 3rd Street & 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. I purchased what I needed and proceeded home. When I started unpacking the ingredients I opened the package of Blue Lump Crab meat. I immediately smelled ammonia. I then see the crab was yellow. I immediately closed it and searched for the used by date. To my DISGUST, the date said Use By 03/2020. I was faboglasted. I cannot believe what I'm reading. Whole Foods has this product since before the pandemic. Clearly someone in management of this store dropped the ball BIG TIME. The smell was so bad I immediately got sick to my stomach and began to vomit (TMI, please excuse me). I could've been dead or in the hospital right now. returned to speak to the manager and the manager was not interested in having a discussion and, told security to tell him to come back another time, he was busy. I am not finished, I stick feel sick and can't get that smell out of my nose. Shame on you Whole Foods. I have emailed customer service. Tomorrow we will be contacting their corporate office and returning to the store. This one container costs $36. Before anyone ask, this was not canned shelf seafood like tuna. It was in the fresh seafood section. I will also be contacting the Department of Health and consumer affairs. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is not the end.

Donna S.

Yelp
Great food, Service and very clean. I love their frozen all natural fish items and fresh fruit and vegetables!!

Mally S.

Yelp
My sisters went to Whole Foods to pick up a birthday cake for our mom. They selected the strawberry shortcake, had them write the message on it, bought a nice candle, and headed out to the birthday party. Well when it came time to sing and have cake, we fed a tiny piece of the whipped cream to my baby, and to my surprise she made this face like she wanted to throw up. I said "oh that's weird, maybe she doesn't like the flavor?" I go ahead and have a piece for myself and as soon as I tasted the whipped cream frosting (which I actually thought was cheesecake because of its color which was a pale yellow), I immediately got this gross bitter and sour taste. I still have the aftertaste in my mouth while writing this. The strawberries looked like they've seen better days, idk maybe 2 weeks before today. They looked so wilted, pale, and not fresh at all. How embarrassing is it to buy a cake for a birthday party for your mother and have to throw the entire cake right in the garbage?? I called whole foods and the woman on the phone just said I'm sorry a few times and said the only way we can get our money back is if we drive back there with our receipt. It was far for us to drive there and we wouldn't be going back anytime soon because it's out of the way and I explained that to her 3 times. She just kept saying the only way is "when we finally do come out here to this location, bring your receipt and we can refund you". I asked if they can just mail me a refund and she said no. Honestly? This isn't even the first time I had stale pastries from Whole Foods. Their stuff just isn't fresh the way you would think it is. Very disappointing and also embarrassing for us today.

Yelp
This location has banned bikes and customer carts inside the store. I contacted customer support to confirm, and they offered no apology. There are only 2 bike racks that are often full. This bike ban directly conflicts with their environmentally friendly marketing. Unless you have a car to transport your groceries I would suggest avoiding this location.

Yelp
I love this place. Great self serve style food. The soups are good and pre packaged salads are good as well. I would advise against the pre packaged sandwiches though. They will only upset you once you spend 6.99 for something like this

Yelp
Went in store shopping after having delivery for the past 6 months and every single time something in my order was wrong, or out of stock, or very close to the expiration date. I thought shopping in person would be better. Shopping in person was no better than having someone shop for you and having your order delivered. It's sad if the pandemic lessened the quality of the food at Whole Foods or maybe it was when Amazon bought Whole Foods that the quality declined. All I can say is I bought about $150 worth of food on this visit. Half of this food molded in 2 days or expired in less than 7. How is that possible? Also, because I don't believe in returning food, there was a big waste of money and I guess it was my fault for not checking dates while I was shopping can't always assume that products are getting rotated.

Yelp
Whole Foods offers variety of high quality organic products. Yes, it's more expensive than a regular grocery, but for that price you get top quality and taste. I've started cooking a lot more during the quarantine and I've noticed a huge difference when I use top rated products. The more organic are the products, the better the meals comes out. That's why I highly recommend Whole Foods.

Yelp
Do not work here yall, let alone shop here! Store leader Gina Kim is cold and disconnected. Doesn't really listen to team members concerns until she hears it from the store gossip, Amanda in produce. I've never experienced a supermarket like this where the manager has such low respect for its customers and especially their employees. Seriously do not shop here

Yelp
Spacious, good quality, pricey. There's a large variety of cheeses, a small cold cut section, a bakery, some cold cooked food, a fresh seafood section, a fresh meat section, a bunch of fruits & veggies, a vitamin & supplement isle, some healthier than the norm snacks, and a bunch of stuff in between. If you're an Amazon Prime member, you get a small discount at the register, and there are some foods on sale Only for Prime members. I come here when we're in the mood for King Salmon cuz there are no spots by me to get it.
