This Whole Foods location is a gem! The store is massive and always has everything I need. Their coffee bar is a standout, serving up amazing, strong coffee that's better than any other I've had. The fresh produce section is huge and offers fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is a solid option to get caffeinated before, during, or after your Whole Foods shopping. The espresso is good, and is actually brewed on a good machine. You can even grab a cookie/pastry from the bulk section a few steps away to accompany your drink, even though it’s not the most elegant way of getting that. The area to sit and drink is more reminiscent of an astroturf patio (because that’s literally what it is), so you wont get a cool coffee shop vibe here; but at least there is a place to sit. Barista was cool when I visited.

It's a relatively big store, 2-storey high. It's not quite obvious what's upstairs and what's downstairs. There is a sald bar, hot bar, olive bae etc upstairs, but also most of snacks and groceries except for produce, fish or meat. Cosmetics downstairs. Why does whole foods sell homeopathic products, I don't know. Maybe because anything as long as it makes profit. I feel that the "pro-health" marketing is overused, in general.

Google
The worst shop ever!!! They don’t stand by any of their original principles of offering healthy food. Now you’re paying your whole paycheck for GM products, fillers and additives. Wholefoods was vibrant 11 years ago. They had a fresh salad bar, grilled fish bar and stocked many independent health foods. Now they got rid of all that and just push Amazon rubbish. They don’t even update their app when they have discontinued products. I can’t understand why anyone shops there anymore when Erewhon is just around the corner which offers genuine healthy and nutritious food. I will never go there again!

Google
Hands down the best Whole Foods I have ever been to. Friendly and generous employees. Multiple levels to the store. Multiple levels of parking. Multiple EV charging stations. Immense food selection, something for whatever the craving. Many TVs. This place is certainly setting the bar for all Whole Foods around. Location built right.

Google
This is a great Whole Foods in terms of scope and size. They have an amazing variety of products, and it's much more accessible than the one I usually go to in West Hollywood. However, it is SO vast, that I can hardly ever find someone to help me. I often go to the sandwich station for lunch and no one is there. I have to routinely ask other staff for help. The first time I went there, the station was a total mess and the young girl working it acknowledged it, and said "it wasn't her." The last time, an older lady made me a sandwich that wound up being a soaking wet mess. It was so soggy just moments after having it prepared, I had to throw it out. Wasted $13! On top of this, there are hardly ever rotisserie chickens available... in the middle of the day. My other Whole Foods doesn't have them at the end of the day, and this location doesn't have them on my lunch break. What is going on?

Google
Vast, in square feet, laid across two floors. Escalators move you and your cart up and down. Good stuff to be bought here, if you can find it; the space is, as one might expect from greater LA in stereotypes, visually stylish & polished in its initial presentation, but pretty much terrible in its lack of simple prominent signage to guide a newcomer through. The vastness doesn't help. Coming in for the first time with a shopping list of 7 items, we had to ask 4 times for help. The parking garage was even worse, re signage. I have never spent so much time circling around, wishing I could find one ding-danged sign for an exit. I eventually escaped by noting the abundant signage toward "additional parking" and turning away from whatever guidance it gave. Seriously, their parking lot is a spectacular instance of obtuse -- nah, let's just call it what it is -- utterly incompetent design of a user experience. Just a full-on fail. This store gets a full five stars from me based solely on the quality of product and on the fact that the parking, while nightmarish to escape from, was free.

Michelle at the Juice Bar is amazing. This Whole Foods is further away from my home, but I will be returning here because of the customer service. It’s SO HARD finding exceptional service these days but Michelle really went above and beyond. Great WORK!!!! WOW!

Yelp
I like Whole Foods because it's more than just a grocery store--they've got a hot food section, high-end items you won't always find elsewhere, and they even take Amazon returns.. It's definitely not the cheapest place, but you're paying for quality. Pro tip: They do $1 oysters on Fridays, and they can shuck them for you, but sometimes it takes a while, they refuse, or they just do a bad job. Honestly, you're better off watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself. Also, if you haven't tried their Dark Chocolate Almond Lace Cookies, grab some from the cookie console thingy you won't regret it.

Yelp
This is my 4th year ordering Thanksgiving dinner from Whole Foods. Ordering on their website is always easy. Although you'd think it might be expensive, with the cost of goods nowadays, ordering a premade meal is probably more economical - or at least comparable. We ordered a traditional dinner for 4. If cake with a med. sized turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It wasn't the canned slop cranberry sauce. It was a cran orange and it's so good! The turkey comes shrink wrapped and cooked. Everything is vacuum sealed. The quality of the food is outstanding. In addition, I ordered an extra stuffing, extra mushroom gravy, and a seafood trio. Total cost was around $200. Well worth it for an outstanding meal without the days of kitchen labor. Now that Thanksgivings over, I cook. I debone the turkey to make a bone broth. This year, I'm going to make turkey rice soup (okayu/jook) with the broth and rice, Then, I'll use the turkey and broth to make mole. I'm going to make turkey salad and turkey pot pies. We will have food for well over a week. Pickup was fast. I gave them my name and they pulled my order. Service was great and friendly - even though they were clearly slammed with orders. I'll never cook for Thanksgiving again. Ha!

Richard F.

Yelp
I ordered a Thanksgiving meal for 12 from Amazon. 5 days before pickup I tried to add a spiral ham to my order. The software didn't allow me to add. Only to edit the original items. Soo, I went to Whole Foods to add the ham. The woman said she wasn't able to add the ham either. So I had to make another order, but the last ham was gone now!! So instead I ordered a small turkey. When I saw the email about payment, the link was already dead and the turkey was gone. After waiting 45 minutes in line to pick up my order, I was told there were no more turkeys either. You guys need a better system because this one is horrible.

Vicky T.

Yelp
Quick pit stop for items we didn't bring on our trip (toiletries, generic Tylenol and some folks were craving specific snacks). Staff very helpful and little foot traffic in the store.

Yelp
I'm on my 14th Day Vegan No Meat Cleanse and I shop at Whole Foods on a consistent weekly basis! I can say Whole Foods is my go to top grocery store due to the hot foods section always being readily convenient for me! I love the hot veggies they have ready for us! The price is decent and the self checkout makes the process seamless! Last but not least always free safe clean parking and a clean environment along with good customer service and the best thing items are organic! Good ambiance always! Especially this location with the upstairs seating area!

Yelp
Ambiance: It is a large, two-story store that offers a great selection of what you would expect for a grocery chain. The stock is always replenished, unless it's an approximate 1- hour before closing time. It's usually kept clean and there's even an Amazon counter for picking up/dropping off packages. Note: Plenty of underground parking that never seems to run out (at least 3 levels with accessible parking. Due to underground parking, there's both elevators and a stairway. Service: Overall, generous and kind staff members. Again, expected of a worker at a grocery store. They are really consistent and haven't had a run-in since. Food: Depending on what you're seeking, it can be said that the food is either meeting your standards or not. Come to this market for a wide variety of natural and organic foods for meals or to prepare for later (due to the market you may be surprised about the price to buy healthy food). Most of their hot bar and cold bar foods are just as appealing as others. I get the Strawberry Almond Smoothie because it has a nostalgic taste. It's not overly sweet and there's plenty of natural add-ons that won't affect the taste/texture of the drink.

Yelp
A typical (not in a bad way!), homely Whole Foods Market located relatively close to downtown Pasadena. Well-stocked, with fresh and tasty ready-made classics available in most Whole Foods across the US. The store itself is somewhat smaller than one's I've seen elsewhere in California but definitely still a convenient and excellent place to buy affordable groceries nearby!

Yelp
THE BEST MAC AND CHEESE IVE EVER HAD! Location + staff: 4/5 It's not super far from work, and honestly it's in a very nice area. This Whole Foods has a pretty nice parking garage, and the store itself is big. The staff is nice, and better than some other stores. The cashiers- I wouldn't say they went out of their way to be kind, but they weren't exactly rude either. Food: 5/5 Sheesh, now I know why the charge the big bucks. Their Mac and cheese could be the best I've ever had! The green beans were pretty fresh and crisp, and the fish + chimichurri chicken were absolutely fantastic. The hot bar was cafeteria style, and they definitely had so many options to choose from. Soups, nachos, salads, Indian food etc. Price: 4/5 It's $11.99 per pound, and that thing adds up and quickly! I didn't get much food, (i am a light eater anyways) and I paid $15. Plus a drink=$20.00 which isn't bad for Whole Foods, right? Haha. All around: 4/5 I'll go again. Especially for a tub of Mac & cheese!! Lol. The man who was taking the temperature of the food, was absolutely amazing. Now, he was kind and went out of his way to make sure my first trip to Whole Foods was a great experience haha. Shoutout to him! I will def be back for an overpriced but worth it lunch!

Warren C.

Yelp
Whole Foods is a solid place to get groceries. Like most quality food stores, not cheap. Park underground and enter the store that way. Sometimes the high end meat is on sale and we buy a lot at once. Pretty unreal when cooked the way my wife does it. She's a foodie.

Yelp
Yup ITS TURKEY TIME ITS NOT SAFE ITS NOT SAFE ITS NOT SAFE FOR TURKEYS THIS TIME OF YIA!!! Ya hia!!! We went all out this year w a Turkey Time for 8 person sized monstruosity of an Avian Teradactil .... THIS ONE CAME PRE GROWN HUNTED KILLED FEATHERED COOKED FOR AT LEAST 3 hours AND SMOKED AND BRINED in Apple Wine Brine...at 11 pounds and 3 ounces... Did I mentioned it was SMOKED!!! we paid a bit more for the smoked option but oh was it so worth the smokiness filminess.... Reminds me of Lumberg's OH !!!FACE! OH ! Oh! oh ! Said LUMBERG!!! That's not a picture in your mind that I want to leave you with this Thanksgiving... But these are the THANKSGIVING WARS.... We're not playin ... "OH ! OH ! Oh " said LUMBERG when he put his Turkey in his oven... Thank God it happened to his oven and not mine... But hey... Life goes on this Thanksgiving and we've got lots to be thankful for... After an epic 2023 year... We decided to throw in some Whole Foods charcuteries ... cheeses; olives; prosciuttos; olives; jamón cerranos; fig spread; Genoa salame ; OH! OH ! OH !!! Lumbergs back and there's no OFFICE SPACE in the world that would lay out a spread like this... So we're doing it in private ... in our humble abodes... OH!!! Buttermilk rolls; Gravy and Mash... OHhh!!! Don't forget to add butter; chicken broth and almond milk for added levels of flavors... OH!!! The Green beans provided some much needed crunch and boy we needed that fiber... My wife is curling a Turkey leg and half of her face is missing in the selfie so I can't share as much as I would like to... It's obscene... La Crema 2021 Chardonnay and some Italian Fruit Sodas to wash it all down .... Grogu is on the Tely and he's a monster sized blow up balloon on the Thanksgiving Macys Parade and I'm sure I set my DVR ... for repeat viewing of the allmighty MANDALORIAN ... The tigers lose... to the Packers... Okay so you can't have EVERYTHING go your way... But I'm sweating from my digestive system going into antisileptic shock...(that's not a real disease btw so don't look it up) What have I done!!! What have I become...!!! An AMERICAN that's what!!! Proud to be an American partaking in what is probably the BEST HOLIDAY THIS YEAR HAS TO OFFER.... And who do I have to thank for this...!? Whole Foods... They got the MEATS....NOT ARBY's ... The likes of which only took one HOUR and 15 min to cook at 350 degrees in my humble gas powered oven... NOW there's MY O FACE!!! Floating around the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade!!! I'm sure.... I'm a balloon now.

Yelp
This is my first time going to this Whole Foods ! It is located on a busy street in Pasadena but the parking situation is fairly easy -- you park in a parking garage ! There's two stories to this Whole Foods which was pretty different than what I am used to ! Overall very clean & it was pretty quiet when I went (prob bc I went on a Sunday at like 8am LOL)

Yelp
This is a review specific to the 2nd Floor Deli Counter, and not to the overall experience at Whole Foods. My wife was given a recipe for a salad that includes burrata and prosciutto. My kitchen and food shopping skills are limited, but I do help out with simple dishes. So the first time when I ordered a half pound of prosciutto, the fellow preparing my order took the prosciutto out of the case and proceeded to slice it and pile the slices on the waxed paper, weighed it and folded the pile and wrapped and labeled it. It was my intention to slice off the margin of fat anyway so I didn't give it a second thought. But as I was preparing the salad my wife said she wanted hers with the fat. I didn't realize the margin of fat had remnants of the casing (plastic) until my wife spit them out. The second time, I was served by a young woman (I later found out her name, Delilah) and rather than complain about the casing from last time, I wanted to see how she worked. As soon as she put the meat on the back counter, she proceeded to slice off by hand the margins, excess fat and presumably remnants of casing (hooray!) before using threShe then started slicing and placed one layer of meat on wax paper and used a sheet of wax paper to separate each subsequent layer, each slice thus separated from the other (hooray, again!). As she handed over the package she thanked me for my patience. Actually, I was glad to wait for such care and attention to my order. Further, when I opened the package to start the salad, I discovered that she sliced the meat paper thin, so delicate. More joy! So, on to another round of salad making and today, Delilah was again on duty at the deli. I told he she did an excellent job last time, and of course she exhibited the same care and professionalism as last time. So, if you are buying prosciutto at Whole Foods on Arroyo Parkway, hopefully you will be lucky and be served by Delilah. She truly deserves the 5-star rating; the prosciutto and burrata (pictured) are quite good, too. Why go anywhere else?

Yelp
The downward spiral continues. Now you have to come upstairs for hot food, go down to pay for it, then come up to eat it, then shop, & go back downstairs to do final ring up. The prepared foods counter & bakery were once run like clockwork, now they put out things semi randomly. Regular shopping days discouraged here, WF does not give a fig if you have to visit three times a week (where once, one trip sufficed). Lovely staff but managed like an Amazon warehouse. Who cares just throw it in a box and collect the $.

Kat C.

Yelp
It smell like poop here. I feel sick. Too stinky. Maybe people are pooping in parking garage? Smell so bad. Afraid to catch something yucky. Please help here!

KJ S.

Yelp
huge, two story whole foods in pasadena! has an underground parking structure where you can take the elevator or stairs to the market. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and this was helpful as it was my first time at this location. the food selection was also plentiful since this market was so large. very clean and organized as well.

Kiki C.

Yelp
Order the mini tarts platter for an engagement party, it's fresh and delicious. Highly recommend

Yelp
This review is based solely on the cashier "Jim" I was depressed today. Could barely leave the house, but I somehow made it to Whole Foods. Jim and I struck up conversation about George Carlin. Honestly, it made my whole day. Jim was so cool and kind. I don't think he even knows how much me helped me today. Hire more people like Jim.

Alique B.

Yelp
Ready for the review of the century? . . . . It's Whole Foods. . . . Excellent quality. Never disappoints.

Elaine S.

Yelp
I'd like to thank Emily M. for being so helpful without hesitation and with a smile. I was on the 2nd floor and looked for 20 minutes for someone to help reach the top shelf, in the back for 10 bottles of energy drinks. With no help I went downstairs and Emily went back upstairs and came to register carrying a heavy basket!!! She was also as short as I. Also had a great attitude and apology She went over and beyond. Thank you. Emily M.

Juno C.

Yelp
Worst smoothie I've ever had. Also, the woman at the register wasn't friendly. I love Whole Foods, but I might not go back in the future.

E D.

Yelp
Strike 3. Y'all's out. Specifically the coffee bar. Every visit, and I've had many, the coffee station is painfully slow. They either need more help. Or better training.

P G.

Yelp
Cashiers at the register are rude and the afro american girl at register gives middle finger to customers with support of the manger.

Linda P.

Yelp
Maybe this is a decent Whole Foods normally but let me tell you, picking up an Amazon grocery order for a few pies today was beyond ridiculous. I went upstairs to the Holiday Pre-packaged dinner area and the lady mentioned that my order was with Amazon prime groceries. Fine. She got on the walkie-talkie and asked them to pull the order for me downstairs - that was nice of her, but unnecessary as I had already done the "I'm on my way- in check- in store - pickup." I ask her "where downstairs do I go for pickup" - she just said "look for the Amazon grocery sign." At the bottom of the escalator, there's an Amazon sign (but this was for non grocery Amazon items)- I go to ask a Whole Foods employee (this was my first mistake because apparently employees here have no idea how their store functions) and she said flat out "go to cashier 11." I'm looking around and around and no where is Cashier 11 to be found. I ask another employee (who apparently also has no idea what's going on) and at least this one points me to a sign that says "grocery pickup." - see the photo I posted. P.S. this sign is right by the entrance and there's a pathetic little counter that I guess they store the food on for pick up? I stand by this counter and I've already done the "check in- in store , not curbside" on the app. I'm waiting, I'm waiting. Nothing. I go back upstairs (because I wanted to get some hot food anyway) and the first lady who I thought was helpful quite rudely remarks "your order is there. It's been sitting there" - she, out of smugness or ego, only offers to walk me down there so she can make a very clear "I told you so" expression. Here's the thing. The bag wasn't ANYWHERE near the "grocery pickup" sign. Or the invisible cash register 11. LOL. Sorry lady but HOW on earth is a random, unmarked bag (there was no receipt stapled to the front of it) that's sitting at a random cash register with no employee present (again NOT cash register 11) supposed to be understood as the Amazon grocery pickup. It's not. All in all, what started as a possibly genuine attempt to help turned into quite an unprofessional, smug, rude gesture. Especially when she lingers around to point and stare at you to the other clueless employees ‍

Maria R.

Yelp
First of all a compliment: to all the cashiers on the first floor. Each and every time I have shopped there, for many years now, they have all been incredibly professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I use self-checkout most of the time. Where the rude clerks are sent. Over the years I've gone to this location I've met two, maybe three employees at self-checkout who were friendly and really good at their job. Thank you to those people. Sorry for this post but your co-workers ruin the good vibes you try to create. Lousy, lazy customer service at self-checkout My post today has to do with the meat section. Yesterday was the third time I've gone there and have had really inhospitable and gruff service. Or let's just call it what it is: rude. I am a person who is very friendly and grateful. I say hi to everyone, including security guards, who usually get ignored. I say please and I say thank you. So no, the problem is not me. The guy behind the counter just stared at me when I gave my order choice. He didn't smile or say hi. He just stood there. Okay fine. Maybe he was more of a goodbye person. Nope. When he was done, he didn't ask if I needed anything else. He just stood there as if in a trance. Didn't say bye or thank you. Just glared with a sour face. Not a positive experience, but I'm not surprised. Like I said it's happened before. the Hastings Ranch location is not much better lately. Pretty much unfriendly too, but at least they speak. Not just play mute or glare. This company, at least in my area, has some of the most miserable hires. It's like everyone hates their lives and thus could not care less about anyone. It's says a lot of about management. Who they hire and how they lead. Somehow Trader Joe's is able to motivate their employees to be helpful and friendly. Whole Foods clearly doesn't give a you-know-what. So I just find other places to spend the majority of my cash.

Donna S.

Yelp
This review is for the dining area upstairs. I came on a Friday with children who were craving cheese pizza. To my pleasant surprise, there was a special deal for Prime members for $10 whole cheese pizza on Fridays. We picked up a bottle of Italian soda to share and waited patiently as our cheese pizza gets freshly baked. According to the kids, it was the "best tasting pizza I've ever had". They're right, it was pretty good. I was surprised... no offense Whole Foods! The dining area is pretty big and is filled with many long tables. It's a great place if you need a place to study (and eat), have a meal unbothered, or if you prefer the casual, cafeteria-style dining experience.

Lynda B.

Yelp
This Whole Foods is amazing ! I got to catch some really good exclusive MLB content there ! I spied it in the background! And.. every employee I spoke to was friendly they knew what they were talking about and were hard working people! I was on a wild mission to get some seeded natural "Mestemacher" bread this is healthy and doesn't have that cardboard taste..! It is extremely difficult to find I internet searched and looked high and low ..! But they had a few packages left! The store was exquisitely decorated and upstairs there's a lovely display with open space where you can have a quick lunch do some work and chit chat with friend or family . They also offer a tasty 12 dollar hand made artisan quality pizza special ! You really can't beat that price wise ! Lovely skin care selection and great quality!

Gal S.

Yelp
I've been a Whole Foods customer for many years but I've never encountered anything like this. This moldy cheese was hanging in the fridge ready to be purchased... OMG! On my same visit , I encountered a small beetle in the oranges bag and open bagged items. I'm starting to doubt shopping there again .. (this was on s arroyo)

Jeanne W.

Yelp
I haven't shopped here in nearly five years after moving from the area. It feels just like coming home. I love the produce section with its selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Dekopons and Oroblanco grapefruits are in season now so I purchased them. The best part about this particular Whole Foods Market is it is a larger store with two levels. The second level has their prepared food area and bakery. I like that I can go from station to station to get whatever prepared foods that are available. You pay by the pound so fill the box up with whatever you like within reason. Their famous olive bar is here on this level. Also by the pound so mix and match the different olive types to try them all. I really like their sandwich station. My favorite sandwich there is the vegan TTLA which consists of tempeh bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado on a ciabatta. I like to add pickles and have the bread toasted. Next time I will try their Muffuletta. There is a barbecue meat station here, too, next to the meat section. Whenever it is available, I like to get a bag of the smoked chicken wings or thighs. Sometimes these don't make it home since I will dig into the bag as soon as I get back to the car. One of the few places that carry "Have'A Corn Chips." These are very addictive soy sauce flavored corn chips that can only be found in certain stores. I always grab a few bags here, selecting the bags with chips with the darkest seasoning on it.

Dave K.

Yelp
This is a review of the nice African American lady who was working the first register closest to the door yesterday. She let me borrow a pen to let me write my number down on my receipt so I could shoot my shot on this guy wearing a baseball cap and had a yellow legal pad for his grocery list. I ended up chickening out and never gave him my number. If by stroke of luck he reads this and is . Hit me up. As for the cash register lady, you are too kind!

Trudy L.

Yelp
Carlos at Seafoods department was really nice and patient! Sowed fish was thin unlike other stores but looked fresh, as one Snow crab I picked. Good for my beer. Juvy at check stand was nice so I was able to check out my curry almond and tomatoes there with soup and sushi. Hope I may bump into them again next time I visit that store. The scary part was parking since other WholeFoods parking lots were much easier.

Francine J.

Yelp
30 minutes ago I stood there by your orzo spinach salad just behind the glass standing there a long time then a gentleman on the left comes and then the lady comes to the other side of me and then your workers come out and they serve them so I said you know I've been standing here a long time your workers did not even notice me standing there just looked at the first person they saw and took care of them that's not the way I would train my employees so we ended up walking out and we drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga.

Allie A.

Yelp
I absolutely love this Whole Foods. It's always clean and has an enormous selection of items. I would rather drive an extra few miles to come to this one than the one closer to home. Nico went above and beyond to help me and I'm so grateful. Thank you for the STELLAR customer service yesterday NICO!!!

Robyn G.

Yelp
The store is beautiful and clean. Probably one of the nicest Whole Foods I've been to. However, the employees in the meat department specifically had horrible customer service. A woman with blond hair that worked the counter completely ignored my husband when he attempted to as her a question. Another customer said "Yikes" rude. She didn't greet any of the other customers she was helping at the counter, while another employee answered our question.

Andy C.

Yelp
Sad. That's how I explain my feelings about this store. I used to enjoy coming to WFM pre-Amazon. Great selection, quality food, clean, and plenty of staff to provide excellent customer service. Price was high but I felt that there was value to the cost. Today I visited and waited 20 minutes at the bakery to order a custom cake. Nobody came despite the 3 deli and 2 sandwich workers seeing me stand there. Rang the bell, nothing. Had to call the store by phone and tell them someone over. While I waited for someone, I looked at the deli. There were flies, circling in a random open space. The way you see them over outside on a warm day. Not in the food, just circling each other. Never had I seen flies in this store pre-Amazon. The sushi was $20 for 4oz sashimi, which looked old and soggy. The utensils to eat at the store needed a refill. Sparkling water cases decorate the store on the first floor and part of the second. The emptiness was lonely.

Jasmine S.

Yelp
This is easily the best Whole Foods I've ever been in! It is so spacious and has so many great options. Here, I had some of the BEST grocery store sushi ever. It was nice and cold, the fish was super fresh, and delicious! It seemed like they had a lot of other great options for hot/prepared food as well! If I'm ever in Pasadena again, I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Friendly and helpful employees at this location. I'll say that there seems to be a large part of the second floor which seems to be sort of desolate. The bread is located at one far end, deli meats in a case at the other end...it's a strange use of the space.

Yelp
Produce quality isn't always good. I just bought a batch of asparagus for dinner today and most of the tips are mushy and have disintegrated. So disgusting... I had to throw them all away.

Yelp
I can't believe I continue to shop at this WF every week. Service at this locations fish stall and butcher shop are horrendous. They have a fish monger who has never tasted sea bass or halibut? And he can't provide tips on cooking it? Can't provide tips on how long to cook? Well I guess that's better than the butcher who recommended the bourbon chicken for my kids, it was super spicy I should have seen the peppercorns myself, but he assured me my kids would not find it spicy. Come on management spend some time and money on educating your staff on the items you carry. Probably The only reason why I still come here is their incredible bakery. The ladies there are always refilling the items and cutting baguettes with a smile!

Yelp
One of my favorite Whole Foods. I like starting upstairs by ordering a cold brew in their cafe, sitting at one of their tables, while I scan their app for any worthwhile deals before making my rounds around the store. atmosphere is nice and always clean, staff is helpful, and the fact I can return Amazon items easy peasy is a plus.

Yelp
Efren in "Specialty" is always so helpful with my whiskey selections. Fortunately, I work in Glendale so I can swing by for a good bottle of bourbon. I have had some difficult to find requests and even if Efren does not have them- his humor and personality make it worth the stop. I just purchased the Stellum "Total Wine" barrel pick and was not disappointed.

Yelp
My friends call Whole Foods 'Whole Paycheck.' The prices here are higher than most grocery stores, which is why I only come here for something specific. This location is two stories. Produce, ready to eat meals, & sundries are on the lower level. On the top level you'll find frozen items, a fresh bakery, deli, hot foods, canned goods, beer, wine, alcohol, a food court, and a dining area. This is one of the nicest Whole Foods that I have been in. It is immaculate! Everything is well organized. Self-check-out is available (Apple Pay is accepted) and there is plenty of parking in the underground parking lot. Plus, it also has an Amazon drop off.

Yelp
Came for bagels, muffin and bread. Bagels moldy. Muffin moldy and expired and bread expired. ‍ not sure what else to say.

Yelp
I tried Whole Food's hot foods and it was good and looked really healthy. There were many options but I opted for some rice with lemon, chicken in red sauce, and brussel sprouts. The rice was fluffy filled with flavors that filled my pallet. The chicken was juicy, but could do a little more salt or savory flavors. Lastly, the brussel sprouts were not my favorite as I tasted a thick layer of fat coated around the vegetable with every bite. The service was okay. Everyone just did their own thing. I felt comfortable walking around the aisles.

Yelp
The Pasadena Environmental Health Services Division came and did an investigation. They also found roaches in the prepared food area. The store is asked to clean up thoroughly.

Yelp
Nightmare, horror story, drama, not real, broadway play. I'm cool cause I shop at Whole Foods Market. Fake, plastic people, show off, everyone look at me type of atmosphere.

Yelp
I comes to Whole Foods to get specific things or if I need a quick lunch that doesn't involve me waiting for preparation or doing the whole dine in experience. I enjoy the lunch option where you pick an entree and two sides. I just wish for the sides they would rotate them out more. I love the roasted mushroom, but never order them because they are parsley and I believe it's Cilantro heavy. Let's not do that. Store is pretty organized. Multi level is nice, but can be a pain when the cart elevator stops working and your basket gets stuck. And they are lacking on hand baskets too. The times I've come and needed them there wasn't a hand basket to be found. Another Upside is there are 3 levels of parking in the garage for the FREE FREE (2 hours). This is so nice and convenient as a lot of Whole Foods have smaller lots and street parking is scarce. I'm talking about you Westside WFM's.

Yelp
This store has the most unfriendly employees. Every single one of them behaves like you're bothering them when you need help. I never even saw one employee smile. Very bad energy. Never again.

Yelp
Pretty bad partial foods - so big get everything taste off here - tiday I got a pizza - over sauced undercooked and tasted like they dropped the sauce on the ground. I had to return it but after I wasted an hour for a $11 pizza I think I won't return. The chocolate chip cookies as well good on foothill terrible here
