This one supermarket become my favourite, why? Because they sell fresh food too!! Like fresh daily hot food and fresh daily cold food. They got soo much prepacked cold food too! This July they got promotion until 15 July, for snacks and ice cream!! Actually this promotion start from 25 June until 15 July 2025. Specially if you are prime members, so you got more discount! For ice cream with prime members got 50% off, and 44% off without prime While for Snacks : kettle, Late July, Cape Cod, snack factory and synders of hanover got 33% off, and 25% off without prime. So you got to visit this supermarket before 15 july to get the promo! Its almost summer, stock all the ice creams!!

I returned the empty glass milk bottles and bought some groceries. When I was paying, I also returned a white radish. After paying, I was about to drive home when I checked the receipt and realized that the two refunds I should have received were missing. So, what was the cashier doing in front of me? I immediately went back with the receipt. She glanced at it indifferently and slowly told me to go to the service desk to resolve the issue... With her attitude, I suspect this was a deliberate mistake on her part. Last month, when I bought groceries here, the cashier made a mistake with the prices, and they eventually refunded the overcharged amount. I have to ask, why is the supermarket management so terrible? They frequently harm customers' interests, seriously affecting people's trust in this organic supermarket... I'm exposing their behavior now to warn everyone to be careful when shopping here...

Super clean market with fresh and wide variety of foods and snacks for shopping throughout the week. I love taking my father here and the layout is perfect for him to walk through and browse with me as he is a bit hard of walking. The staff is always helpful and greets us at the enterance. I am super happy here and will continue to return as I live in the neighborhood. Good work Whole Foods.

First time being in ANY Whole Foods market. It's on another level. If you can imagine a larger Traders Joe or maybe Bristol Farms, then you'd understand. The hot food/ bakery section really impressed me. Wished I work closer to this market, because I'd be ordering lunch there everyday. The palm reader payment is something I've never seen before. See image. I'll need to read up more on it. Just very a different payment method, so that makes it interesting. The only con is that it is more expensive than a normal supermarket (Ralphs, Vons, etc) because their focus is on organic food offerings.

Definitely go when people are at work if you can. Other than that Whole Foods doesn't miss. Produce was second only to farmers markets. And the Healthy choices as far as grocery products can't be beat by Vons, Ralphs nor Sprouts. To my surprise , the pricing was extremely competitive and in some cases better than the surrounding grocery stores for superior choices! I wish I lived closer as I would sole source this place for groceries.

Whole Foods Market is my go-to place for fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables. Everything always looks great and high quality. I also love the dine-in area — it’s clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax and enjoy food.

Concern Regarding Manager Behavior Toward Young Black Employee at Whole Foods Pasadena Dear Whole Foods Customer Service, I’m writing to express my concern about an incident I witnessed at your Pasadena location on Rosemead Blvd and Foothill Blvd. On [10/8/2025] around 11 a.m, I visited the store to return an Amazon package using the self-service kiosk. After dropping off my package, I realized I had forgotten to attach the return label. I approached a young employee named Nikki, who appeared to be new but was incredibly kind and professional. She immediately tried to assist me and asked her manager, Sonny, for help in accessing the return box. Unfortunately, Sonny responded in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner. He raised his voice at Nikki, refused to make eye contact, and gestured rudely instead of speaking to her directly. His tone and body language were unnecessarily harsh, especially considering Nikki was simply trying to help a customer. I was shocked by how he treated her and asked what was going on. Nikki, trying to stay calm and professional, said she would take care of it herself. She then went out of her way to help me, even attempting to access the box on her own. Throughout the interaction, Sonny continued to act hostile and refused to answer my questions, instead gesturing toward Nikki without speaking. I was deeply disturbed by the way Sonny treated Nikki. She is a young Black woman who was doing her best to assist a customer, and the manager’s behavior felt belittling and overpowering. Whether intentional or not, it came across as discriminatory and demeaning. I want to commend Nikki for her grace and professionalism under pressure. She deserves support and respect, not hostility. I hope Whole Foods takes this complaint seriously and ensures that all employees — especially those who are new or from underrepresented backgrounds — are treated with dignity and respect. I moved to California last year and quickly became a loyal customer of this store. I shop here almost every week, mainly because it provides the best fresh chicken liver, whole milk, and eggs for my young child. However, I just had another extremely unpleasant experience at the meat counter. A thin young man, wearing a small cap and black-rimmed glasses, mocked me with a customer because of my poor English. He may not have realized that I could understand part of what he said. The last time, he joked with a coworker, but this time he kept chatting with a female customer during my visit—and she even looked at me twice while they were talking. What made me even more upset is that I later saw a review from another customer describing the same employee as rude and dismissive, even though the customer had spoken clearly and correctly. That’s when I realized—I really need to write a review about my own experience. I am a depression survivor of 20 years, still living with many aftereffects. Every day I push myself to live strongly, for my child’s sake. But this time, I drove home with tears in my eyes that I couldn’t hold back, and even now, I cannot calm down. Our experience here was great! We came to pick up our holiday preorder food. And got to shop for bread , cookies and more. This place was stocked up during this holiday season Place was clean and products were so organized on the shelves. Employees were happy and nice. For our holiday meal set. I got bourbon maple ham, green bean casserole , creamed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes , macaroni & cheese. Those food was enough for 7-8 people with good price. Everything was so yummy and easy to heat up before serving. Parking is a huge lot shared with many other shops.

I always come here for their coffee bar even though it's about a 25 minute drive. Their lattes are usually very good and consistent. I've tried the iced pumpkin spice latte, caramel latte, brown butter latte, honey vanilla latte, and matcha latte (though I realized that one isn't sweetened). I love that a large latte is about $5. It's such a great deal for the quality you get, and honestly, it's what keeps me coming back. I also really appreciate that they don't charge extra for milk substitutes or extra ice. I usually get my lattes with oat milk. Out of everything I've tried, my go-to is the classic iced caramel latte. It tops all the others for me every time. I've come here often enough to recognize the regular baristas. Most of them are super kind and provide great customer service. There is one person who seems a bit less approachable which can make the experience feel a little less warm sometimes. But overall, the team does a great job!

Prepared Foods for a quick meal saves the day. I was definitely a little hangry and decided to pop in Whole Foods to get my usual: 1. Broccoli Crunch 2. Chicken Salad 3. Huli Huli Chicken It's definitely not the most amazing delicious food you have ever tasted but it does the job. Quick and easy.

Slice of pizza cold for the third time and also had a lot of hair on the slice . I will NOT purchase anymore pizza from this location.

I honestly forgot that Whole Foods existed since I don't live by one. They had a variety of plant based/vegan options. I must've went on a good day because most of the plant based/vegan options items were on sale if you have prime. They had many plant based/vegan options for dressing, food, sauces, deli meats, eggs, pastries, desserts, and soups. I bought two soups, hopefully they're not too salty. I got the Malaysian laksa that's not vegan or plant based but hoping my family would enjoy this. The people who work there are not always friendly but I was happy with my discounts. It's located in a large shopping plaza. Plenty of parking. I'm not sure if it gets crowded in here since I came here randomly on a Sunday at 7pm.

This is the closest location from my home, and it was worth the travel! The workers were so generous and helpful-- I appreciate their help to help me navigate around the store. I enjoy the environment, and some of the items they have aren't found at other places. I went to the store to pick up two cakes for the upcoming birthdays. They have probably the best cakes, and they're unique! The ones I got were berry cake, and cookie butter cake we had 28 attendees that day, and they all loved it! thank you, we will come back for more when there's a special occasion!

I had a really uncomfortable experience at the Whole Foods in Pasadena. While shopping, I witnessed an employee named Jacqueline yelling at staff in front of customers. Other shoppers around me clearly noticed it too. In my opinion, this is not appropriate behavior from someone in a leadership or customer-facing role. Regardless of what was going on behind the scenes, publicly speaking to coworkers that way is unprofessional and creates a hostile environment for both employees and customers. If this is how situations are handled on the floor, it reflects poorly on management. Whole Foods prides itself on values and respect..this experience didn't reflect that at all. I hope the store addresses this and does better moving forward.

This is for reviewing the selection of hot foods and salad bar: There is just a lot to choose from! I was returning something in Amazon, and I needed to grab some food to eat on my way through errands and the deli counters caught my eye. I would've gotten a large cheese pizza for 12$, or a meal deal sandwich, or other staff made to order meals. But looking at the self serve options and how many people were also curious and grabbing various items, I wanted to try them as well! I got a bunch of small bites to taste such as: Hot foods were in a large box: -Chimichurri chicken, very flavorful with herbs infused dark meat chicken. I got some chicken skin which made the taste even better. -Beef Pot Roast, the beef was very tender and juicy, even though i only got a large piece, it was more than two bites and pretty heavy! -Orange Chicken, I didn't expect it to still be crispy! Very sweet and sour. -Samosas: wow, it was still crispy and inside was full of potato and peas, super delicious with a nice kick of spice. -Egg roll: filled with veggies, I tasted a hint of finer but luckily it wasn't overwhelming. It also slightly crispy still but not as crispy as I thought it would. Salad Bar in small box: -kale salad with ranch, wow the kale tastes super earthy, which it usually is, but the ranch isn't overpowering and helps make the salad more refreshing. The salad also had other things bu ti ate it together so couldn't identify what they were. Overall, I paid $12.60, which would've been the price of a whole cheese pizza as well, but worth it since we got a variety to try and most of it was protein!

I am deleting my TGTG app and do not plan to return to your store either. You have just sent a generic pass the buck reply. You have failed to address that your store is disorganized and your staff did not bother checking if they would have a TGTG bag until 5 am. Upper management of WF should evaluate if your organization is in fact a good fit for TGTG. Does this make your store look good? I don't think so. I would suggest that you look into your chain of commands and retrain some of your employees.

- My family and I LOVE the Fresh Fruit Tart ($25.99) so much, we don't even need an occasion to get one. The shell and pastry cream pairs so perfectly with the variety of fruit, plus it isn't too sweet. On big holidays, they usually run out, so definitely get there in the morning if you want to snag one. There were a few times we could tell the tart was from a previous day (the shell wasn't as crisp as usual), but typically they're very fresh. - Although it went viral, the Berry Chantilly Cake (6 inch, $30) isn't my favorite cake from Whole Foods. I enjoyed it, but it was a tad on the dense side for my preference. The almond extract flavor is heavy, so make sure you are a fan of it before buying it. - It needs to be talked about more because the Strawberry Shortcake (6 inch, $26) is so good! The cake and cream are very airy, and it's just delicious, everyone needs to give it a try.

This store is clean, big enough aisles compared to some other nearby stores, and has a lot of specialty items. However, the customers are extremely rude, narcissistic, and stuck up both in the store and especially in the parking lot. There are reasonably clean toilets. The people who work here are generally much nicer than the customers. If u need regular groceries, then go elsewhere, but if looking for something special, then suffer the customers here to get what u need.

This matcha was so good. I had very low expectations from a grocery store cafe, but I asked for the honey almond matcha latte with extra matcha powder and it was perfectly strong and sweet. It came out to $5.25 which isn't that terrible. The baristas were so nice and patient too. I will probably get the berry chantilly matcha next time I'm in the area!

~ CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ~ When shopping be careful, sometimes they put out the expired food and don't take it off the shelves!! The workers are helpful and nice. They provide free flower wrapping at this location!

I'm very disappointed with Whole Foods lately. I've reduced my visits by at least 80%, and now shop more frequently at Sprouts, smaller local markets, and the farmers market instead. The experience has declined in too many areas: * The coffee grinder is constantly out of order, which has become a frustrating pattern. * The butcher department is the most consistent in terms of service, but even there, it's a gamble. I can go to a small local butcher and receive high-quality cuts, attention to detail, and service delivered with pride--without feeling rushed or like I'm asking for too much. * The bakery is often understaffed, and the shelves are regularly understocked or missing basic items. I've stopped going to the deli counter altogether after repeated issues. On one occasion, they tried to use wilted, brown lettuce on my sandwich. When I asked for a fresh piece, the employee gave me visible attitude. Another time I saw an employee on the floor, and when I asked a simple question, she said she wasn't from that department. I politely asked if she could radio someone(because thats what they usually do with no issue), and she just turned around and ignored me. I was SHOCKED. * Customer service overall has really declined. Too often, you're met with eye rolls, dismissive answers, or no help at all. To be fair, there are still a handful of long-time employees who continue to deliver excellent service, and I appreciate their dedication. But on the whole, both customer service and food quality have dropped significantly. I've found moldy fruit on multiple occasions, and it no longer feels like the well-run, premium grocery store it once was. I absolutely despise how I buy certain fruits and vegetables there, just to have them rot and have mold develop a couple days later. Whole Foods feels like it's gotten too big for its britches, now struggling with ordering issues, staffing challenges, and slipping standards. I want to give a shoutout to the Health and Wellness section -- every time I needed help finding a specific vitamin, someone was always there to assist. Everyone I've encountered in that area has been genuinely friendly and helpful. You can tell by their response back to my review and others that the quality and care is just not where it needs to be.

Good Ready-to-Eat and Deli Food, (Just be consistent in your offering) Breakfast Items in the HOT trays are not consistent, they make what ever they feel like it... but still good. Deli sandwiches are always delicious and made to order. The staff at the bakery and deli are friendly and always helpful. I am making my way through the sandwich menu... :)

This was my first time at the Whole Foods Market in Pasadena, and I was surprised at how big it was! I originally came to make an Amazon return, but stayed when I saw the food they had upstairs. I ended up getting the Ham and Fig sandwich, and it was delicious. All of the workers here were extremely nice and super helpful when I asked questions about the hot food stations! There are plenty of places to sit, even a small restaurant style seating area off to the left of where all the food is. Overall, great experience. It was definitely pricey, but I'd come back every once in a while!

I just LOVE Friday nights at Whole Foods!! It's a great family vibe especially if your looking for a great pizza , that doesn't break the bank ‼ I especially liked the Tall guy Max's pizza, it was cooked to perfection ‼

Great day of shopping for the holidays at Whole Foods in Pasadena, CA. Wonderful experience, huge selection of goods, and a friendly atmosphere!

Why does returning an item have to be so unpleasant and difficult? They track every single item I buy on my Amazon account, so they can easily look it up on line. And they still can't find it. Unbelievable! So I have to go home, pull up my account, easily find the item, note the date and drive back to tell them how to find it. Ridiculous! People like Christina shouldn't be working in customer service. Why can't they be more like Trader Joes and adopt a return policy that is customer friendly?

Lovely grocery store with a wide selection of great products. I love the fresh food that's premade. I eat there all the time it is wholesome and delicious.

I love coming to Whole Foods and find their Amazon system saur convenient and innovative. A hidden gem at Whole Foods is their famous Chantilly Berry Cake. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. The cake's perfect balance of sweetness and its creamy texture make it one of the best cakes I've had :D I always eat this cake at family parties. 10/10, saur yummy :-) Recently, I also discovered that Whole Foods sells caviar. As a caviar connoisseur, my friend and I had to try & decided to have a caviar night. I'm giving this review 4 stars only because when we opened our caviar, some had leaked out of the packaging. For a product that's quite expensive, I expect better packaging. Despite this, the caviar was still delicious, but the leakage was disappointing... especially paying about $80 for this. You can see the yellowish part in the photos where the caviar leaked out. Overall, that doesn't stop me from loving Whole Foods! I just hope this doesn't happen to any other customer.

I found that the workers were very rude and offensive, especially the older lady at the cheese counter. It seems like she believes she's doing everyone a favor by asking, "What do you need?" It's almost comical to see customer after customer taken aback by her attitude. Additionally, the butchers display a lack of skill and are sarcastically rude to customers. When people ask simple questions, one of them rolls his eyes as if he is a master in the art of butchery. I feel sorry for customers who walk in unprepared to deal with these negative attitudes, especially when they're expected to pay top prices.

Lots of problems here Yesterday, I saw a new produce lady with long black hair wearing a red shirt putting loose, withered grapes into the bags to sell instead of throwing them away in the cardboard boxes. This is unacceptable and should be trained to discard ones that are rotting. Also, please stop using Produce Max on your vegetables! This is toxic to spray on them. And, the shopping bags need to be available at each self check out stand. What a hassle to grab them from other places. Dear Corporate, we need more self checkout stands. Please install.

I ordered their delicious fruit tart for my Dad's birthday. They were very helpful over the phone and I was able to schedule a pick up easily. The fruit tart at this location has been the most consistent with taste and aesthetics. A go to for me for dinner parties, birthdays, and getting a personal treat.

I never really shopped at Whole Foods before except to order their berry Chantilly cake for birthdays but I also finally tried their cold sandwiches and fresh pizza and it was soooo good. The sandwiches took a bit long to make but all the ingredients were fresh and the person at the counter make great recommendations and had a passsion for sandwiches. I would totally buy a box of pepperoni pizza from them.

Amazing service!!!! All the people that are working over there are actually really nice and very friendly to the customers!!! I definitely will come back over there again in Pasadena, California when I get the chance to!!!! Five stars is exactly my total rating!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!! The hot bar here is my mother's favorite and the bread slicer is cool and just like ones seen in European countries... it's fun to use and the people in the bakery helped reassured me I wouldn't accidentally slice my fingers! Also I have to thank GiGi in the supplement section David , Charles and Christine but all the staff in general for all being patient kind and helpful I was having a day on my visit and they made life a lot easier by helping with every request my mother had . Right now in the store there's a multitude of last chance sales and you're not gonna believe it but I got a dozen brown eggs for 4.99 weren't many left but for slightly more were available as well as pasta on sale for under 2 dollars I can't complain. Friendly and clean small town corner market ambiance with so many helpful hardworking ultra kind and considerate people hard at work.

There are lots of foods, fruits, and other stuff there. The staff is usually nice, too. There are different areas, like bread cake, and others, which are good. But later in the day, the cake area usually has a lot of stuff out of stock. Probably should go earlier to get a cake. You can't use cash or buy alcoholic beverages. Just a heads up. The store is honestly a hit or miss but is usually good.

PLEASE PUT SELF CHECK OUT BAGS BACK AT STATIONS!!!! Wtf is the point of keeping them hidden when NO worker is ever accessible to hand them to us ???? I live next door and come here weekly. It's so packed during the holidays anytime a customer using self check out has to leave the scanner & walk around, to grab a bag.. the next person thinks you are done and takes your spot . Every. Dang. Time. your employees are not doing their job!!! So just put the bags back so we don't have to ask and search for them

2 things wrong about this place: 1) self checkout needs to place bags at EACH register!!! Every single whole foods location in Southern California has them readily available. I don't want to have to search, walk around or beg for bags. What a waste of time. Also, the woman who usually is there is very self righteous, telling ppl how to do things. Leave us alone! 2) The shaved/bald guy with big glasses at the daily/eggs department needs to stop talking. He's always pretending to load stuff slowly and is in the way of customers trying to get in. We cannot grab out items because his empty cart is blocking us while chatting with other employees nonstop.

Whole Foods have change soo much since Jeff Bezos bought it , but no for the best.. now is like going to any regular store with his own 365 brand . The BAKES goods are terrible and expensive , not even organic. Their almond crossaints are terrible with 2 slices of almonds on top and inside is nothing . A Donut shop sells better crossaints. . Their pastries are from a big factory . Whole Foods lost it's soul.

We picked Whole foods for a quick lunch on our way in town. Our son is autistic and pepperoni pizza is a safe food. We were extremely disappointed with everything about this store. The employees weren't helpful, we were told it would be 15 minutes for an order of two pizzas, 15 minutes later they still hadn't made them. The salad bar lacked basic items like croutons, had empty napkin dispensers, and had multiple empty trays. Even the girl who eventually helped me check out was rude. We love our Whole Foods back home. This one missed the mark. It felt like no body really cared about the store.

The deli service is terrible. The sandwich station hours are varied each day. They're constantly "short staffed" not really sure when you're charging Whole Foods prices. Honestly, no excuse for a premium grocery store.

If you want a legit sandwich, go see Ruben at the deli counter. Not only for an incredibly well crafted meal, but for his kindness as well. Not usually leaving reviews for grocery stores but since he went the extra mile, I suppose I should too.

I had bought flowers at this location and I had went to produce so I could get them arranged. I've done it plenty of times before and it has always been the same girl, who was super sweet and patient with me. I wish I knew her name so I could put it down in this review. But this afternoon, I had a woman named Elsie, who was quite rude and blunt with me while taking not so well care of the flowers as she tossed them on the table to turn them around and rearrange. I tried talking a bit as well, but she was very short. I understand we have our days as well, because I also work in service. I was quiet, but she visibly looked mad or annoyed. I felt like she was rushing the whole process as well as she tossed everything around.

i ordered the berry chantilly matcha and it was pretty yummy!! there's a hint of almond and berry flavor, but the matcha wasn't strong enough. they were way understaffed today so i waited a little longer than usual but it was fine! i studied at the little bar inside the market and it was a pretty chill place to be. there's also a bunch of outdoor seating too!

I love Whole Foods and I love going to the coffee/juice bar before shopping. I like getting the iced caramel latte and picking up flowers before my grocery trip. The meats/seafood area is always so fresh and clean with excellent service.

One of the guys who works a the meat department here is such a jerk that I'm considering just never returning to Whole Foods. I've dealt with him on several occasions now, and it's always the same story: He acts impatient, rolls his eyes, makes transactions difficult for no reason... but tonight he was in rare form: I had a dear friend over for dinner; I was planning on dropping around $100 on steaks, which for me is a lot of money, so I wanted to pick the ones I wanted When "the guy" came over, in my mind I was as like "Oh no, why did I have to be this guy tonight?" And, per usual, he made the transaction, unnecessarily difficult by rolling his eyes, and pretending that he did not understand what it was that I was saying, even though I was clear to me (and to my friend) that he was just busting me for some reason, despite politely playing the'"this one? No, I'm sorry, that one" game for a couple of minutes The icing on the cake came when, after trying to explain myself several different times, he looked at me and said "Look man, why can't you just make up your mind and stop wasting my time?" I was so shocked I didn't know what to say, so I said "ok, then you pick" and I just took that he gave me, which weren't the ones that I wanted, and we're the least desirable of the lot. $105 for steaks I didn't want. On the way out the door, my friend mentioned "man that guy at the meat department was a real jerk" to which I responded "I know, I've dealt with him on several occasions... last time I was here, he tried to sell me dead clams!" My friend mentioned to me "wow, you put up with that on more than one occasion? I probably just wouldn't ever come back." To which I replied "you're right. I probably won't"

This is the worst Whole Foods I've ever shopped at and unfortunately I shop at this location the most because it's closest to my home. This WF is always dirty, shelves are often not re-stocked, the bathrooms are dirty and gross, and several workers are indifferent to customers. This WF is also overrun with the online grocery fulfillment shoppers who are usually aggressively running around with the carts. The parking lot is nuts, too. The best thing about this WF are the Amazon returns customer service people. They are always nice. The other WF store in Pasadena on Arroyo Parkway is 1000 times cleaner and much much better stocked.

Be careful placing online orders, The meat department here is giving out inedible meat. It's not the first time this has happened either. It's really frustrating for families who go through the work of shopping for food and cooking food, only to realize that they received 2.5 lbs of pure fat, (a giant lump of fat actually), that I couldn't even get a fork to pierce through. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I had cooked the food, so now I have wasted my baby's nap time, my day & energy, have a mess to clean up, and still have to drag my exhausted self out to get /pay for take out for a family of 5. In times where inflation is at an all time high and people are struggling to feed their families it's absolutely awful that grocery stores are charging people for inedible food. The meat department knows better and knows exactly what cuts they're selling to people. I thought the point of spending the extra dollar to go to Whole Foods, was for higher quality? Surely I was wrong. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened here. We have a baby, and I can now say that going through the work of shopping at Whole Foods, for nothing, has become to exhausting to attempt to do again. No more Whole Foods for us.

I have to give Kudos to Whole Foods on Foothill Pasadena when it came to my return item to Amazon. Whole foods took like 10 seconds to process my return and while I was there I bought some lunch for myself! They were pleasant and processed my return very quickly!! I followed the instructions which Amazon gave me to have whole foods process my return item including printing out the QR code for Whole foods to scan in.

This whole foods used to be amazing. now people aren't showing up for work and a lot of the stations are closed multiple times per week like the pizza and sandwich bar. Whoever is managing this place needs to fix things before it's too late.

The Cashier a man wearing large earrings, had an extremely poor attitude! Our baby was crying and we were trying to calm down -- we just flustered. His attitude was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. After we paid, he demanded that we say "please"? He even deliberately moved the paper bag away to stop us from taking our items. So rude！！！We've been shopping at this Whole Foods for five years, and have never experienced something so disgusting! How can someone like this be allowed to work in a customer-facing position at Whole Foods?

It's become Gross Foods nowadays, deli and prepared foods section is poorly managed and understaffed, resulting in low quality and disgusting food service. Ordering a farmhouse ham sandwich, staffer didn't know the ingredients nor remembers whether it's toasted or not; there was not a line behind me. It was so grosss! I asked for pickles and he just clawed a finger full, dripping in brine and drenched the sandwich. Forgetting to toast it, nor cutting down in half. I threw out most of the lunch and decided to avoid Whole Foods in the future.

Do not make your Amazon returns here!!! Some are not recorded properly and show as not returned on you Amazon account and you are charged for items you have returned!!!

Whole Foods is one of my go-to-market for fresh produce, seafood, meats, and healthy options. ::Experience:: The majority of the time I shop online via Amazon and opt-in for the free curbside pick up. The only downfall is not having the ability to talk to the shopper and you can't add more items. ::Food:: I like to get the marinated Carne Asada, Bone In Rib Eye Steak, Bone In Pork Chop, Dungeness Crab, Shrimp, and Salmon. The Meat Department has high-quality standards like grass-fed beef, air-chilled chicken, no antibiotics, cage-free, etc. If you don't feel like cooking, they have prepared hot foods; buffet style but not all you can eat. You can also get pizza, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, cakes, and salad. There is also a juice bar that serves smoothies and freshly squeezed juice. ::Dessert:: Do you like warm chocolate chip cookies? Try the Eat Pastry Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!! Most of the time it's out of stock because it's so popular. The cookie dough is Vegan and NON-GMO. Recently moved back to the area and frequent this Whole Foods. Went to check out the other day after saying hello to the checker the guy continues to clean his nail with a paper clip until my basket is almost full than he starts scanning items and pushing them to the end . The one girl who was bagging walks away and the other front end kid starts doing go backs. I'm not a Karen so I start bagging my own groceries but the general lack of accountability and eagerness to do your job is ridiculous. Zero awareness from the staff on how to do your job. I remember working here years ago and there use to be such strict protocol. Seems like all these libtards rhetoric finally caught up with them as no one has any pride in their work. Safe to say I won't be coming here. Had better customers service at food4less

Store was very clean and there was quality produce in abundance. Our cashier was cordial. Unfortunately, this cordiality was not to be found in the produce area on Sunday at around 11:00 am. I had to move from the path of one employee working in the produce aisle. She had shoulder length to long black hair. She had a solid frown and never said "excuse me" or "pardon me." Another employee was checking something and he never bothered to acknowledge me or anyone while he moved about in an aloof manner. I have noted this kind of behaviour in this Whole Foods and other WH stores. Whole Foods needs to make a concerted effort toward personal warmth and friendliness in their interactions with customers. Whole Foods offers quality produce and food products throughout the store. The deli foods are stellar, but Whole Foods just can't seem to get it together when it comes to the interpersonal aspects of meeting their customers.
