Whole Foods Market

I visited the Whole Foods Market in San Francisco. It was a bit smaller than what I am used to, but that is pretty normal for the city. I was happy to find what I was looking for, Three Trees almond milk, which is the only almond milk I trust because it has no unnatural ingredients. Whole Foods is the only place I know that carries it. The store was clean and well organized. They have self-checkout stations, a small café area, and convenient underground parking.

I usually shop at wholefood at California St and I loved it. it’s my first time to shop at this location. The vegetables quality is much lower in this store. A lot of tomatoes grow mold already but the shop owner still put them on the shelf. It’s concerning that such food is purchased by customers. I hope the shop owner could pay serious attention to the quality of food without damaging whole food’s branding and reputation.

I like this Whole Foods security system, 2-3 guys at the front to deterred trouble people from entering and making a scene. This store is well stocked and clean, came here for some cheese, they have such a large selections. I also like their prepared food sections too. But at time some of the vegetables seems too old and dry. I guess come only during peak times so everything is fresh. The only negative is this is own by Amazon and I generally don’t like their business model.

Arguably the best Whole Foods in downtown SF. The Market Street location feels like a mini city inside; massive selection, super fresh produce, and somehow it’s always spotless (a rare feat in DT). Staff are friendly, fast, and seem to actually enjoy being there... bonus points for that. Whether you’re grabbing lunch, stocking up on snacks, or just hiding from the chaos outside with a green juice, this place delivers.

Visited on a Monday/ mid-day. Free underground parking. Over the counter prepared food bar. Rotisserie chicken. Self-checkout. Security roaming/ felt safe. Smooth. Didn’t see a akaline water refill station. I’ll check for it next time and update review

I don't know what's going on with this Whole Foods. Recently their garage has been under work/construction many times. I drove my car into their garage on Mon 1/26/2026 lunch time while a garage work was ongoing. Tuesday evening I found this screw on my tire. To be fair I did drive to work on Tuesday so I cannot say with 100% certainty that the screw is from the garage.

You know it's gone downhill when I had to go to the ratchet Safeway next door. No reasonable hot food in the morning, and the self checkout wouldn't even work to let me pay for the bananas. No idea if I paid for them or not, just left them there and gave up.

I would've give them a 5 star,but some of the employees were very rude.They don't have time to talk to people and help them out. But the managers were very nice to me.They actually gave me a gift card because they messed up on my food andgot over charged for it. They have Free Wi-Fi for to use because most cell phones companies don't have any service here,so you won't be able to use your phone.They only have one way in and one way out, and a very small parking lot. I think this place is a lot more expensive than trader Joe's. So if you have a high-end job and you can afford the money, then come here. The fruit and vegetables are on point I bought some their chicken, their meats are really good. They have really good homemade fresh Pizza every day, and they actually have real chefs in the back, cooking the fresh food. For you to buy at lunch and at dinner time. Bad enough that the cashier's cop attitude at customers they are checking out, and that their stock has huge holes... visited the seafood counter today. There were some decent sized shrimp in the case but it didn't take a second look to notice the freezer burn on the surface of mist if the shrimp. On to the Chilean Sea Bass, a delicacy. At $30/lb, you'd think I could choose how much of the Chilean Sea Bass I will purchase. But, *N-O*, the guy behind the counter says. He can't cut fish to order.. allegedly because the remaining piece is "too hard to sell." So I have to buy the whole "cut" as it is in the case. (Waaaaay) Too bad !! Because every other fush counter in the city allows you to choose how much/what you buy. And the rest of the "cut" in the case was an unattractive piece of fish that I would only throw away were someone to gift it to me. What kind of absurdity is this? Of course, I only thought of the appropriate responses after I walked out of the store: "If You can't sell it, why do you think I want to buy it?" Or, better, yet, what I should have immediately done, is to ask to speak to the seafood and/or store managers directly about this alleged "policy."* * Footnote: I did actually buy a smaller cut from the case three weeks prior - from this very store and counter, but not this sane guy. That's how I knew the fish is so good when well cooked. The lesson learned? Stay away from this Whole Foods store.

This became my go to grocery store when I moved to Duboce Triangle. Around dinner time the lines can get long, but if you time your shopping a little offset the checkout is quick. The dessert section is great if you want a little snack or if you're looking for a whole cake to feed a group. The hot bar is always rotating offerings, so you can keep dinner fresh if you stop in. The store feels clean and I've never had any issues.

Hot bar is a joke. Barely anything, and unhealthy! Dry chicken nuggets, pasta salads!? Seriously? This is the second time I've come to get a meal after the gym. Never coming back

this store continues to be poorly run and poorly stocked. today's examples: (1) no fresh spinach. the past few weeks in the afternoon there has been no fresh bunches of spinach. "came in yesterday" produce employee told me this afternoon. that doesn't help me. what about today? mgr ryan said previously that the supplier doesn't have it. other stores have it, ryan, who's not ordering properly? big whole foods cannot get fresh bunches of spinach? (2) today's fresh loose string green beans should be in the garbage. (3) clover milk, various sizes, various milkfat% empty. often like this. (4) yogurt always poorly stocked, always some empty shelves. sale yogurt is usually poorly stocked, or very little selection or sold out. in the afternoon! the afternoon, not at the end of the day. these and other examples of a poorly run store in yelp reviews is par for the course at this store.

Management here is a joke, they fired employees who take food that needs to be thrown away, it's all about favoritism, they'll fire anyone who they do not like. They make guards work over time and if they're late by 5 minutes bc of SF traffic they make their lives a living hell to make them quit

Uncomfortable shopping experience. Employees within store (including the offputting security who stare you down in the creepiest way possible) are wildly unfriendly and rude for no reason. Individual working the sandwich counter also seems upset just to be there and by asking questions. I used to frequent this place out of convenience even though they are constantly sold out of everything and selling things that are expired, but after today's experience I will no longer be going.

This is one of the worst locations in the city. The employee's are trash, and are seemingly incompetent at their jobs. They do not want to help anyone. When I walked to the self-checkout, there was a tall, lanky African American male with long braids who made a loud outburst to another employee - highly unprofessional. When I worked for this company, that would've never been tolerated. I guess since Whole Foods has changed hands, the company is going downhill. Sigh.

Huge kudos to Al at the Whole Foods on Market for going above and beyond in helping me with my large number of Amazon returns. I arrived late to the Amazon return time and even though it was past time with station closed, Al graciously helped me with all my items - and thank goodness since it was the last day for my returns. He did all of this, while also being very friendly and professional. It's been a hectic time and this surprising kind gesture/interaction was very much appreciated. Just wanted to say, thank you Al! This, along with other improvements to the customer service and food selection, have really changed my impression of this WF.

This Whole Foods is so close to me but I'm ready to stop going altogether. Whoever is stocking their items seems to hate their gluten free customers. They no longer have so many gf items that they used to have or that other Whole Foods have.

I can't understand the bad reviews here. It's a big, urban grocery store so expect lines during, say, the day before the Fourth of July. Staff was super great!

I usually don't write reviews for large chains, but this Whole Foods has become my "corner store." It is really hard to consistently find deli meats that don't have nitrates and so far Whole Foods is the only one AND will thinly slice it the way my family loves it. This along with fresh organic produce makes it part of my weekly rotation. What makes it my "corner store" is the people - specifically Jimmy. My children wanted a pizza for dinner and what they wanted was no longer on the menu. Jimmy was so patient and nice to them and he said he could make the pizza for them. The pizza turned out amazing! We've had pizzas at other Whole Foods and his are by far the best! The crust is super chewy, the cheese just right and it is oh so good! My children now ask about him and are eager to see him. He is always super polite, friendly and it is never too much trouble to help us. We might just need to wait a bit for the other people who want his pizzas or who he is helping at the deli. Thank you Jimmy for being the best part of our Whole Foods experience! And for being so kind and patient with my children!

This particular Whole Foods has some mixed reviews on Yelp. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago, when I meant to go to Whole Foods' 4th Street location downtown - but by accident inputted it wrong into the Uber app and came here instead. Though it was later on in the evening - this store was quite busy. The layout is more condensed than some other Whole Foods markets in the area, but I was able to find everything that I needed and it was nice to check out a new location. That being said - I do think that you might get a bigger selection of items at some of their larger locations in the city. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, since I wasn't in there long, but they checked me out quickly enough at the register. I liked the location of this Whole Foods Market - but I think I'll stick to the one in the Haight - since I always enjoy talking to the cashier staff there and/or their 4th Street Location where I find the aisles to be easier to navigate. Trust.

Whole Foods is my go-to grocery store, and I can't get enough of their Prime Member Deal: 12 Oysters for $12 every Friday. The selection is fantastic, and the oysters are consistently fresh, delicate, plump, and briny.

The staff is always polite, but my receipt was wrong AGAIN. What can you do, right? Came here craving organic eggs, and they were OUT?! How does Whole Foods run out of organic eggs??

Well, it's safer than the Safeway across the street, & so far hasn't had to resort to locking up everything to prevent thefts, like Safeway. There doesn't seem to be much reason to have scary security guards, but occasionally I have seen an armed one inside & in the parking lot. Mostly, they're unarmed. The store has most of the products I'm looking for on the shelves, probably because 1/2 the aisles are perpetually blocked by stocker's carts. There's a counter by the entrance you can stop & eat your pizza by the slice from the deli. A nice touch is the large outdoor tables & seating under a tree. Another plus is the coffee bar located conveniently by the entrance. Off the parking lot downstairs is Amazon Lockers. Sadly, they took away the seating & larger recycling bins. Current ones are overflowing, a failed attempt at discouraging folks from offloading Amazon's excessive packaging. It would be nice to put aside an area where people can donate their excess packaging for reuse. I'm glad the consumer counter now takes in larger packages & returns without packaging. So, all in all, this store fulfills its mission for providing full service. Some WF are bigger, some, like the Potrero Hill location is always out of stock, or doesn't even carry what the other stores do. So, good job WF on Market. In a perfect world you would provide pumps of sanitizer at the ends of checkout counters.

Are they serious? Row after row of empty shelves, even basic item like bread, butter, beans, etc. I now have to go to another market to get everything I need. Other WF in the city do not seem to have supply issues. WTH is going on at this location. Most inconvenient to say the lease.

My favorite nearby market. The staff is very polite, the selection is ideal and Jimmy, who works weekends, makes a killer, extra-large pizza to order in just 20 minutes from scratch & best of all, they start at $12.99.

The produce section at this location is so poorly stocked that I routinely walk the extra mile to go to Trader Joe's or Costco instead. Imagine, Costco has more reliable organic produce than this Whole Foods. The manager in charge of this WF should get a performance review.

Produce department is poorly managed. I often find produce past its prime on the shelves. Last time I was there I pointed out that all of the organic Persian cucumbers on the fully stocked shelf were too soft to be good anymore. The friendly worker apologized and said he told the manager who told him to put them out anyway. That says everything to me! They care more about profit than quality. Another issue I've found with this particular store is that they can't or won't keep the shelves stocked. If I have to shop in the afternoon rather than the morning, they are guaranteed to be out of several of the items I need. And forget Monday mornings as well. Often out of things from the weekend. So if you need to shop after 2 pm I recommend going to a different store. Too bad since I like the other stores but this one is near me.

Still an unpleasant store to go to. Nothing's changed since my last review, people who work there still push you out of the way and walk in front of you. Customer service desk is surly and curt. The store isn't that well stocked. Most of the check out people are pretty nice but that hardly makes up for the consistently bad attitude from everyone else. Even though it's literally up the street I rather go to any other Whole Foods than this one.

This review is for Jimmy at the prepared foods department of the Whole Foods on Market - his pizzas are INCREDIBLE! We actually have about 4 Whole Foods locations closer to our house but come across the city to order from Jimmy. You can tell he really cares about the quality and these pizzas are better than many restaurants charging way more. Highly recommend getting whole pizzas from Jimmy (he works Fridays-Mondays)! My personal favorite is the white pie (roasted garlic & ricotta).

Solid store High volume and can be "cleaned out" if you go before restock time. (I don't know when that is..) The reason it's high volume is due to the assortment and freshness of high quality food and good service Fish , meat , local eggs, bread, fruit, veggies.. All really good quality. Recommend. (Much better quality and service than the box box store across the street) (Ps I have been here many many times with no issues on security, freshness or rude people - maybe 1 or 2, but not common)

Sweet spot hours are lunch or right after lunch, otherwise 4/5/6PM is packed chaos. I miss the super big Whole Foods with more specialized kitchens like the ones they have in the South Bay, but this one has the staples and sometimes has cheese samples so s'all good.

Love shopping here, they have everything. And the people who work here are very helpful. Too bad Yelp took away my Elite badge with a fake claim. But I'll still write reviews as they help, even if Yelp screwed me

A Whole Foods Market across from the Safeway is rare. Two big chain grocery stores across from each other and it attracts lots of people to go shopping. Side note: This is the only Whole Foods Market that I have seen that still serves Allegro! I have check out this location before that had Amazon Prime Now shopping. It is a busy location before and during the pandemic. With Amazon Prime Now shopping it does get busy. This location is much smaller compare to the Ocean location. There is a parking garage. What I like about this Whole Foods Market is the self check out. It is the only check out that doesn't have a long line compare to going to a check out with a cashier. I had my donut outside of Whole Foods Market and I was not harass by anybody especially the birds! You can watch trains pass by and still enjoy having a donut! Shop at Whole Foods Market but also have an Amazon Prime account. You will save money if you have an Amazon Prime account.

AVOID this Whole Foods at all costs!! Especially if you are a person of color or have a cultural background that is different from the employees who work there . Especially the Karens that work in the beauty and supplement aisle. I frequent this whole food due to it location and vicinity however due to the experience I had last weekend I will never step foot into this store, even if all other Whole Foods shut down. Whenever I'm in the Beauty or supplement aisle, I'm usually ignored or not greeted by the employees, which I do not mind. The Karen working that day felt compelled with no actual evidence of me stealing to call the inept security guard to walk by me in an aggressively close manner which startled me. I saw him watching me from the end of the aisle, as I continued to browse. When I got to the juices near the hot bar, another inept security guard walked by speaking on his head set. I realized that for some reason, I was being followed and watched which made me profoundly uncomfortable and unsafe. I went to self check out, PURCHASED my items and saw the second security guard standing there and watching me. I felt criminalized and targeted with what could only point to the employee's inability to check her racism and profiling of people based on their appearance at the door BEFORE going to work. Management does not care and will look the other way to employees acting on their implicit bias and chalk it up to there being "a lot of theft in that area". Just because there is theft its not an excuse to avoid using logic and critically thinking, and ensure you have ACTUAL evidence that someone is stealing. I encouraged the store manager to watch the video to confirm what I already knew and he admitted in our follow up conversation that he did not watch the video. Rather he went based off the inaccurate recalls of the Karen in the beauty/supplement aisle, and the two inept security guards. He also attempted to gaslight me by saying that I had done something to "trigger" this Karen's suspicions when indeed she did not actually see me put anything in my purse. My jaw dropped when i read the other yelp reviews and realized that my experience was not an isolated situation. This store does not create an inclusive space for all and sadly I echo what others have shared about their experience at this Whole Foods.

I've gotten my t-day fixings here for years. This year the "fresh turkey" had a 6inch long ice block in the cavity--clearly this bird had been frozen. The Brussels sprouts all had yellowed outer leaves--I lost about half the veg. The parsnips all were limp. Really! Next year, I'm going somewhere else.

If you want to experience poor customer service and bad attitude, look for Ethan at the customer service area. Every time I had to do an amazon return, Ethan never fails to be in a bad mood. He will reluctantly scan your item, dunk it in the box aggressively, and walk away without saying a word. Almost as if you are disrupting him while he fraternizes with his female coworkers. I saw this happens to other customers too while I was in line. If a simple task of scanning a barcode bothers him that much, good luck asking for a return or an exchange. Whole Foods upper management should keep their eyes on his practices. Beside that, I have positive experiences with all other staff at this store.

Every time I come in here my blood pressure rises. The obvious exploitation, the monopoly power of their "365" brand lowering quality while driving other brands off the shelves. The crass way they minimize labor costs while shoving as many as possible into the self-checkout line. The empty shelves devoid of what I want - but oh yeah lots of THEIR brand available. Yes sometimes it's a convenient place to shop. Yes I get the points. My wife likes their trail mix (though they were out of THAT particular kind. Of course). The people are nice, though it seems like the older, knowledgeable but better paid workers are disappearing. When I can I always try to go somewhere else, even if it costs more money. The tags seem to be making it about the people. It's not. It's the ambience and the food. Ah - that worked.

Compared to the Safeway across the street, this Whole Foods is a nicer shopping experience... iykyk. Unfortunately, many items tend to go out of stock often, especially on Sunday evenings where there will be many empty shelves of produce and any sale items. Rolls of produce bags also sometimes run out. The lines can also get pretty long during peak hours. There is self checkout available. Aisles can be somewhat narrow for shopping carts because there are boxes stacked in the middle. The sandwich and/or burrito bar is sometimes out of service, it's been unpredictable.

Went to the hot bar to get food, checked out, sat down inside the Whole Foods to eat the food I had just purchased and a security guard came up to me to ask me if I had purchased the food I was eating. Why would I sit down and eat there if I hadn't purchased the food? It was embarrassing and people were staring at me. it felt racially charged. I left after answering his question because I was humiliated and offended. Lost my appetite and couldn't even finish my meal. Boooooo Whole Foods do better

There are three things I've learned shopping at most Wholefoods: 1. They hire a large diverse group (which is fantastic) 2. It is the upscale version of Trader Joe's (minus the private labels) 3. They have Fast Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations. It's always refreshing to visit Wholefoods because they really do, hire an eclectic group in all ages from college to retirement. Like the very nice gentleman for example, who helped me with my purchase of a birthday cake for my best friend. There was no one working the bakery during my visit and because I had requested to have a "Happy Birthday" written, mind you this was not his department, but he still went out if his way, and found a chocolate words "Happy Birthday." Now, that is great service! Next, have you ever noticed how great Wholefoods merchandise their products? It's like you've walked in a Bloomies or Neiman Marcus. You just want to buy everything especially their buffet area. Their food there are so good. I also love their sampler team where you get to taste cool new products. Have you ever driven an electric car? Need to buy your grocery? Maybe plug your car while you shop, and half hour later your car is 80% charged? I drove an electric vehicle for awhile and used Wholefoods Fast Charging while I did my grocery. I've since upgraded to a plugin Hybrid. However, it was convenient especially since most fast chargers at Wholefoods are also located near the front entrance. Lastly, this location in the city did not disappoint. The staff were fantastic, plus there were parking below the building and while limited, we found a few open spots. There was even an elevator to take your cart down the parking. All in all, I would come back to shop here again if I am ever in the city. PS - it's great that Wholefoods provides you with plenty of option to pay - including mobile wallet! Sweet! Cheers!

Do you like feeling invisible to shoppers and constantly in the way of those working here? Well then, this is the place for you! I'm not sure why all the shelves are half stocked, since there are more people working here than shopping here. Nobody in the aisles pay any attention to anyone. A woman working here literally walked up right in front of me while I was deciding which peanut butter to buy and blocked my view. I said excuse me several times to which she responded each time before moving back in front of me The shoppers are all so busy listening to their music or staring at their phones that they end up blocking the narrow aisles...Only way around them is to tap them on the shoulder and ask them to move. Really annoying. Be present, or go home.

This is a good place to shop. It's clean and has lots space and lots products. There is a variety of different types of food and drinks. They also have pizza and sushi.

I'm use to buying an organic roast chicken which will get me through a few meals in a week. The one I bought today was undercooked. I had to reheat and make sure it was cooked through. Noticed this the last couple of times purchasing the item also. Very frustrating as it ruins my quick fix to dinner and risks giving me food poisoning.

Got an email the other day from Whole Food for an 18" cheese pizza for $10 but you need to order it on their apps. Was totally frustrated that when using their app and trying to order it, it just takes me to Whole Food website. Couldn't do it oddly, so I stopped off at their 2001 location to get this special offering before it expired and wonder why it did not work on their app. When I approach customer service and ask the person, he kept getting evasive with how I can order it. He told me that they were out of the product. I told him that when I went to the deli section I can see the person making a lot of pizza pies and it sure didn't look like they were out of the product. I ask since they advertise and sent me an email for the special price can I get a rain check? He said no. I asked him for this ad for the special when they ran out? He tried to give me another phony answer. When I pressed him further, he told me that they will NOT honor this for this special. Here is a screen shot from my email. If you did honor your ad, I would have come in pick up maybe some beer or other things. When your manager seems to smirk and didn't care it takes it to a different level of do I really want to further patronize your store. Really do not waste customers time by pulling this prank. Is this just a teaser to cum into the store to do shopping? If this ad was a mistake you should just resend out an email to say it is a mistake. RESPOND IF YOU CARE. ANGRY LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT MAY THINK ABOUT SHOPPING ELSEWHERE WHERE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IS HIGH ON THEIR LIST OF CUSTOMER RETENTION.

I ordered a Pizza and it was hands down the BEST pizza in San Francisco - so good, in fact, that I went back for another one the next week. Jimmy is the guy who made it and he explained to me the "secret sauce" that makes it so yummy! I should also mention the price is reasonable - as it's better than the $47 pizza I got at Hole in the Wall on Irving st. but at a fraction of the cost!

My office loves doughnuts. Imagine our excitement when we were gifted some. They arrived on Wednesday, July 25th around 10:45am. We got some chocolate sprinkles, a pink sprinkle, a maple glazed, and I think some kind of crumble. They were big and looked fluffy, but they were actually pretty dense and bready. I prefer lighter donuts, so this just wasn't my type of doughnut. Still, they were enjoyed by most in the office. Random Whole Foods treats are fun once in a while. Thanks to the lovely person who brought them in. Not the biggest fan of their donuts, but if the craving hits, these may satisfy them.

After my repeated incidents with the security guard mentioned in the previous reviews, both store management and the security company assured me that this person would never be at the store again. I took their word for it and have visited the store a few times since the last incident almost a year ago. However this morning, when I entered the store, he was there. I was filled with panic and immediately left. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was targeted and harassed by this person. It was bad enough that they refused to fire him even though they had security footage of him stalking me. I would use extreme caution shopping at this store. The security guard who they refuse to fire is a menace and has been reported by others multiple times. Spend your money elsewhere.

What the heck has happened to this place in the last months? To name a few, there are now incredibly rude, and quite frankly, stupid security guards; many empty trays on the salad bars on top of an already very limited selection; and a filthy, garbage strewn outside eating area. I once worked at the Whole Foods in Chelsea, NYC, where such obvious disrespect and unconcern for their customers would never have been allowed. Clean up your act at this location, Whole Foods, or you'll end up like the recently shutdown one on 8th & Market.

A person walking to, shopping in and walking home from their neighborhood store location might deserve/expect/want actual service and access to products vs priority paid to Amazon fulfillment shoppers for lazy neighbors by crowding the aisles, blocking the cold cases & staring at their phones. Also, please check the cutting wire and knives at the cheese monger's counter - a $20- wedge of Neal's Yard tasting of soap isn't what I wanted.

I bought some prosciutto here the other day with what appears to be some kind of insect in each slice. I spoke to the manager and emailed her these pictures and then never heard back. You would think they would have some kind of health standards but obviously they don't. Stay away from this deli and probably the store since it has a horrible management process.

i just experienced (once again) one of the rudest employees at this Whole Foods. I went to the counter to buy some sliced deli food. The woman behind the counter today (who was more interested in completing her other tasks than waiting on me), looked at me and said "What?' -- as if I was bothering her by asking for service. I then (politely) asked her if something I was thinking of buying had an ingredient I'm allergenic to. She dismissively replied: "I don't know," not offering to find out the answer to my question. I told her she was being rude and hastened my departure from the store. This is the last time I go to that store, which has obviously failed to train some of its employees on how to be responsive to friendly customer inquiries.

It's not the cheapest place in town, but the quality makes it well worth it. This Whole Foods is pretty big (considering it's location) and has all of the staples you'd expect in a grocery store .. plus more. The isles are narrow and shopping at this store when it's crowded is really a pain, so I recommend avoiding peak hours when possible.

I love whole food but definitely not this one. Don't get berries or yogurt here. I got blueberries, blackberries and strawberries and all of them were growing mold and smushed on the bottom. Also their forager yogurt had a milk consistency. Even their employees were rude and unfriendly. Avoid this whole food at all cost.

Don't go here unless you want to be harassed by security. My wife used the restroom only to be harassed by a security guard TWICE who banged on the door yelling,"TIMES UP"! When she came out he yelled at her again saying it was a 5 minute time limit. Really??? She is very ill, has ptsd and this will stay with her for a long time. In addition to that, 2 different security guards were endlessly following us like they though we were going to steal something. (Spent over $200 btw) I have already contacted Whole Foods and got the typical blanket response back. "We will investigate" etc... I am also alerting the media. Wanted to let you Yelpers know though in case you were considering this store.

Horrible customer service and a very unfriendly manager on duty Feb 28th at 3pm. He wouldn't honor the price of my item that showed on sale. He said the sale had expired and was very rude about it.
