"Whole Foods announced the partnership with Locol at their San Jose store earlier this month. The market already operates a juice bar and a brewery taproom on premises, and the new Locol location occupies a corner of its building and a portion of its kitchen space." - Caleb Pershan

Great store! I love the fact that they carry micro sprouts. They are so healthy and delicious! There is a high speed Tesla supercharger on the same parking lot. It makes it very convenient to charge and shop at the same time

Getting rotten vegetables these days very frequently from Blossoms Hills Whole Foods. Last visit it was all rotten eggplants and apples. After cut open inside it was all rotten.

I went to Whole Foods to buy some flowers for my wife for our one year anniversary. They had a good variety of flowers and bouquets to choose from. I asked the florist Jodi if she was able to make an arrangement for me and she happily agreed to help me. I chose roses that I liked and she had the arrangement ready for me the next day early in the morning. I wanted to thank Jodi for the amazing customer service and beautiful bouquet she put together.

This is my regular WF location- I used to use the Cupertino location so do enjoy it being larger sized. While there are a few changes that I don’t care for after Amazon became the owner (samples in health & beauty disappeared), overall it’s been a value add to the the already valuable experience Whole Foods provides. I’m always here to return packages to Amazon. And it’s good if you practice plant based lifestyle to be able to easily access and see what kind of new products there are for that. Everyone knows or at least should know if you buy health or beauty products ask an associate when the sales are because they have pretty good sales events throughout the year on a regular basis; things are pricey it’s to be expected considering you have access to local curated products, including large multi-national corporation products and staff decent wages. Thankfully they have the unusual practice of making daily donations of food that would typically get thrown away by many other grocery stores. Not this location but another location I’ve had experience with them helping to support one of the local food pantries I work with; can’t tell you how many freaking boxes of strawberries get thrown out just because one strawberry is moldy. so this particular location is doing the types of food waste prevention that other locations are. And now they are on the Too Good to Go app. I’ve also had Whole Foods support school activities with Donations so that’s appreciated. Staff are into their jobs in a good way. Hacks: 1. get the Ibotta app to access coupons on Whole Foods stocked National brands. Occasionally there are freebies, BOGOs, and 1/2 price offers. Referral code: ewchcdc. gets you $5 to start 2. I don’t like to return items unless necessary (cause it goes straight to landfill) but they are great about returns - just have a receipt (or be Prime member) 3. Amazon prime membership + Amazon prime Visa card with palm scan is definitely the most cost effective and easy way to shop. 4. A few items on hot bar are too expensive BUT, a few items are no-brainer cheaper than buying fresh. Just take a look.

Place is clean ! Lots of hot foods to pick from if you’re hungry & looking for a hot lunch ! Not a bad location! Parking kinda sucks ! But they have a nice little sitting area inside and outside! Customer service is pretty good ! They also have an Amazon drop off & pick up desk & area, which is pretty cool & convenient!

Google
The fruits and vegetables are so fresh that it's unbelievable. It seems like they get the first pick of the strawberries. I see the same strawberries at Sprouts, but the ones at Whole Foods are shiny, and they last longer. The only negative is that their prices are higher than sprouts for the same items. For example, the Mountain Valley Spring water is $3.49 at Whole Foods and only $2.99 at Sprouts. That's a big difference when you're buying it by the case.

There water machine is as unreliable as MacDonald's Ice Cream machines. You have to call them before you go there to make sure the machine is working. It happens to me twice in a month. It takes them two three days to fix. They have no back up machine I believe.

It’s one of the largest Whole Foods Market I’ve seen in Bay Area. It does provide healthy food options to everyone, each section is meticulously organized with the exact stuff needed for our daily meals whether it be fresh, organic, cooked, raw or baked food. You name it you got it. I love to always look for organic food and items which improve our health. No better place than here to look for good food options. They have a whole section of an isle for spices alone (which I like the most). They have an entire space dedicated for cooked meals which you can just buy and eat. They have pizza too and a wide range of dairy products. I’d definitely recommend a visit tot his place. It’s worth checking out.

Yelp
Grocery shopping time. Love getting my groceries and flowers from Wholefoods. Love their fresh organic products and getting my items for charcuterie boards. Store is very clean and employees are very helpful.

Kelli K.

Yelp
Tiramisu was good and B&W Cheesecake was decent. The tea cakes were overpriced and were so light it felt like I was eating nothing but the outer shell of chocolate. Found these in the bakery / refrigerator area. There was a variety of treats and goodies. Might try something else next time.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - We are regular customers at our local WF in Reno. See other Yelps. The main thing this location is missing is the pub/tap room! Atmosphere - Consistent, see pictures. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good. Price - Above average, but that is why you have to pay for quality and service. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1980. I have watched you evolve since 1989 when you first came to Palo Alto, CA to what you are today!! Keep up all the good work. 2017 - Amazon acquired. Please keep working on lowering all your prices. :)

Lloyd C.

Yelp
I like Whole Foods. This was the first time returning an Amazon purchase at Whole Foods. It was easy breezy. Just have your return code and your return item, and you are in and out quickly! But, I wasn't because I can't go to WF without looking at the produce or meat/seafood counter! LOL.

Andrea G.

Yelp
Great day for shopping at Whole Foods. The hot self serve eatery had delicious hot selections today! The service was organized and fast in the butcher area and the grass fed beef cuts were plentiful. Luckily for us the store was not too crowded and easy to navigate the aisles.

Pauline N.

Yelp
Everything here is so pricey and you can definitely find similar products at your local asian store. The one thing WFM has that many stores don't are Bubbies Pickles. Best pickles ever, in the refrigerated section. The staff were very helpful and nice. They assisted in finding everything I needed on my grocery list.

Salim K.

Yelp
Visiting this WFM is always very refreshing and i look forward to it every weekend for our grocery needs. This review is a special shoutout to Sylvia who prepared one of the best bouquets ever that i have ever given to wife on our anniversary. She definitely helped me choose the right combination of flowers and did an absolutely amazing and a fantastic job bringing her art to life in the form of that bouquet that was put together by her. Thanks Sylvia one more time!!!

Yelp
Whole Foods used to have quality food at their food isle. Now that's all in the past. Their sandwiches aren't good because of their bread. Their pizzas used mediocre ingredients and it's only because of their price that people buy them. Their hot food, has gone downhill. The chicken curry is way too salty, their samosas are dry, and their lemon rice is usually old. They just spread it around every few hours but it's hard as a rock unless it's freshly made that minute. Their produce is still good, and they have unique organic things for people who have special diets which is great but that's the whole point of Whole Foods. When you walk outside you're constantly harassed by some scam donation company, it's worse than the homeless crackheads around Safeway. Why doesn't Whole Foods ask them not to harass their customers? If Erewhon expanded their business from LA to nor cal they would remind everyone what Whole Foods really used to be which was quality groceries, quality food and great customer service.

Constance L.

Yelp
Staff are helpful and friendly, and pretty knowledgeable about each of their departments. Docking a star for parking -- it's always a nightmare here because the rows are too narrow. They also allow folks to stand outside the door and literally yell at you as you're walking to your car to solicit you for miscellaneous marketing purposes.

Jacqueline K.

Yelp
I shop here almost every week and spend way too much money (insert overused joke about Whole Paycheck), but I love how high quality the fruits/veggies are, how there's so many dairy-free options, and how the fresh and frozen seafood are much better than other grocery stores. The employees here are also very helpful as well and go out of their way to help. On a few occasions I was talking to my husband and making a random comment/question to him like "where's the ____" or "do they have ____" and an employee who overheard me would answer my question and direct me to the right place. I think it's nice that they go out of their way to help even when I'm not approaching them with the question. When I do go up to employees and ask for help, they're always very friendly and approachable as well. I definitely appreciate them!

Anne

Yelp
The Rotisserie Chicken is not well cooked, I still remember when wholefoods was not Amazon's and chicken was good. But now is not even well cooked, it has red parts, and not flavor.

Vivian V.

Yelp
Every time I go to this Whole Foods on Blossom Hill never can get any help and when you and they never available I have gave them so many opportunities I gave up not going there anymore.

Juan V.

Yelp
Whole Foods sells Mexican products at Exploitative prices. This is racist! Tomatillos: 3.29 / lb OUCH!. Serrano Peppers 4.49 / lb. Down the street at a MEXICAN store Tomatillos are 1.59 /lb. and Serranos ar probably comparably priced at a low cost. RACIST!

Fred W.

Yelp
PRO-TIP for this location: don't order sandwiches here! You'll have to waste 10 minutes while they look for someone (who doesn't know how to slap together a Turkey Sando??). And then after you pay your $12 bucks and take a bite, you'll discover that the packaged Turkey they use smells and tastes like tuna fish!!! (I threw it away) Better stick to the salad bar or the hot bar at this location.

Alexandra L.

Yelp
Whole Foods has a wide variety of products. This ranges from chips to veggies. I would say that everything is neatly organized and it is pretty clean. The food bar can get messy though. Whole Foods does not have all the products I need to make recipes, so I have to go to another grocery store. I would highly recommend Justin's PB cups and also their chips as well as their salsa. I would say some food is overpriced such as their sushi which is 14 dollars and some of their dairy products. Some of these products can be found at different stores at a lower price. Also, their coffee bar is pretty much always broken and I have to go to Peet's. The service is pretty fast, but depending on the cashier's line it can be very slow sometimes if people have a lot of items. Also if you have prime you get 10 percent off!

Wayne G.

Yelp
It's a mixed bag of fresh and less than fresh produce, and the same with the hot bar. There's no great grocery stores anymore. I was able to get a 29' RV in and out of the lot.

David R.

Yelp
This place has been great all along, but if you get Reverse Osmosis (RO) water from them, watch out for the quality. We went there yesterday, and the water came out cloudier, with lots of bubbles. The store rep said it was fine and it was already inspected earlier. We went home, and the newly purchased water had a different taste. That prompted us to use water testing strips and test the difference in hardness between our newly purchased RO water vs. what we got the week prior (from the same store). There was a significant difference between the hardness level of the two supposedly same RO water, from the same store. This is especially dangerous for people who are buying RO water for health reasons. Be careful!

Monica C.

Yelp
I got a chocolate cake and the flavor was like a cheap cake, too sweet, the bad flavor of the icing, the cream inside too bad, like a Wallmart cake or worst since at least there the cakes are not expensive. The service is getting worst, there are people serving food that don't even say hello or your welcome. The only good thing is an Asian girl preparing sandwiches, is adorable and kind. And also an African American guy who is kind too. But others prepare the poorest bowls I have had. The pizzas are just bread with almost no cheese or food, they used to be good but now are miserable. I have 13 years going to Wholefoods and in general since is Amazon is getting worst. Service in general is so poor. To order a coffee you have to wait for about 20 minutes. And again the cakes are so bad.

Rosey Y.

Yelp
I am a Whole Foods girl, hands down! I shop at Whole Foods every week. I love their coffee bar and salad bar. Their products are more on the pricy side but they are of good quality and you can find a lot of products being organic and clean. Highly recommend!

B R.

Yelp
I stopped in this location over the weekend and I was kind of in a hurry. I found parking quickly, everything was clean and organized inside, and I got out quickly. It looked crowded, but I was impressed with how quickly the line went. And the checker was very friendly which is important to me.

L L.

Yelp
I want to give zero star if I could. I ordered Berry Chantilly 1/4 Sheet Cake online through Amazon on May 09 for picking up on Mother's Day at Whole Foods Market Blossom Hill location. The store cancelled my order 30 minutes before the pick-up time. I reordered the same cake on June 14 for pick-up 6pm June 15. The store cancelled my order the second time at 5:27pm, half hour before the pick-up time again. I have no word to say about Whole Foods business. Completely has no respect to the consumer. Bad, bad, bad...

Jacky R.

Yelp
Don't order curbside if you want your products expired or moldy. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and i guess we won't have a cake. We live an hour away so I couldn't just drive back to the store to exchange it. All of the "fresh" bakery items i ordered were packed several days ago and were either stale or moldy. I honestly expected edible food. Next time i'll just order from a local bakery so I know our baked goods are edible.

Larry And Keiko B.

Yelp
I asked the cashier to break a $20 bill for me. She said she's not allowed. I asked, "Says who?" She said, "My supervisor." I asked to talk to her supervisor. She said that he's not available.

Ruby A.

Yelp
The grocery store is cool. But every time I go to get juice its closed (even during times of operation) or they're out of something . Also I love the sandwiches and burritos here but the girls behind the counter are very unwelcoming . It sucks cause I want to go in but I really don't want to deal with their energy. I just want a sandwich and friendly service .

Christine R.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible pizza - worst I've ever had. Very thin, lukewarm though just reheated, tasteless. Totally amazed that this was a Whole Foods product. Totally hesitate to try another food product there.

Diane C.

Yelp
I am very disappointed that they no longer have Beyond beef at their burrito station and haven't for many months. then, I go yesterday to get a veggie burrito and they completely shut down the burrito bar. When I asked why or how long would it be, they had no answer. Bring back the burrito bar and Beyond Beef, PLEASE.

Cheryl H.

Yelp
This review is solely based on calling the store phone number. This has nothing to do with visiting in the store. I called the store to inquire if they have Ahi tuna steaks in the seafood department. The first person put me on hold, and said he would go check. Then after being on hold for about a minute, a second person picked up the phone and inquired if they could help me. I explained to her that someone said they were checking, but never came back. I told her that I was looking for Ahi tuna steaks. She asked me acne? I said no, Ahi tuna steaks. She said, let me go check. She came back to the phone, said hello? I said hello. And she hung up on me! NOT great customer service...

Miriam F.

Yelp
We go to this Whole Foods each week. Saturday mornings is the time when all the groceries are stocked and definitely the time to go. I love this whole foods compared to the other ones in the area, just because there is a bit more space in the aisles, so you're not bumping into people and experiencing shopping cart traffic jams...so during a pandemic, there's definitely a bit more ease. They have more items than the Whole Foods in Los Gatos for sure (for example, we come here for the Siggi's yogurt pouches for kids). Parking can be a bit tough during busy times, since this Whole Foods parking lot is shared with Peets, Chipotle, etc. etc. Some friendly cashiers --- Nadine and Phyllis come to mind. During peak times, you'll also find a couple houseless individuals seeking money, etc., just as an FYI. If you are a parent of a young one, a great incentive for your kiddo to not have a temper tantrum is the yellow tractor outside. I think the tractor moves if you insert some coins, but for our 2.5 year old, just sitting in the tractor when it's still, does magic (can we stay in this phase forever??!) This whole foods also opens at 8 AM, so if you have a little one and have no idea what to do with your kid at that time on the weekend, I'll be seeing you there!

Tony B.

Yelp
Water station is often out of service, no EV charging stations or EV parking, the mobile pickup parking is often taken by vehicles who are not picking things up but just shopping. More limited selection of fruit and veggies than other WF branches. Would not recommend.

Sally S.

Yelp
I really like this store. It's not as big as a lot of the other Whole Foods but it has more of a homey feeling to it. The people are nice and their selection is a little smaller than the other stores but I still like it a lot.

A F.

Yelp
This store has the Worse customer service I have seen in any grocery store. As an example, last time I went to order a sandwich the guy ignored me for some time, I was the only person there and he just pretended I was not there, so I said excuse me and he told me "I am very busy now!" lol! Doing what?? and his tone, Wow!! This place is a joke. Please train your workers. It's bad in all departments. Obviously you are not getting the message with all these bad reviews because it's getting worse and worse.

Ashcon A.

Yelp
I went with my family to get what I expected to be a simple pizza when I encountered an employee named Joey, who was covered in obscene tattoos, working behind the counter oblivious to my very presence. He appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of some substance while on the job, which scared my daughter and frustrated me to no end that whole foods has deteriorated to the point where they hire addicts to make the food. When I attempted to grab his attention, he seemed very distracted and slow when talking to me. this is unacceptable!!! I do not spend hundreds of dollars a week to be served by someone who barely knows where they are. I have been coming here for 10 years and I would hate to stop coming over this incident. I hope that Whole Foods can clean up it act before it loses more customers.

Emily L.

Yelp
this is one of my favorite Whole Foods because it's so big and it has so many items! I love the variety and the freshness. The service is always really quick and check out and people are always willing to help you if you have a question. I've also never had an issue finding parking or getting a cart. Everything is super clean and organized and the lay out of the store is easy for me to find everything I need. 10/10!!!!

Josh G.

Yelp
As a ex employee I'm stunned at the rudeness and deplorable condition of prepared foods, the salad bar was a mess, empty soups, the front deli service was rude and horrible. The soups were empty and I bought a store bought soup. I was told by someone in deli to ask the counter I bought the soup for no reason as he said "we can't do that here." Why in the first place tell a customer we can help you a customer and then take it back. I just asked for it to be microwaved and he stated "that's nice." During lunch and dinner rush we would have our products stocked. This is not Whole Foods standard.

Monique C.

Yelp
Beautiful Store! They have so many healthy choices~ I love their vegan donuts! Also the breakfast bar is everywhere! You have to try their breakfast pizza sooooo good!

George M.

Yelp
my wife was at whole foods around 11:30 to 12.52 on 11/23/23 and slipped on the wet floor which had smashed green beans and could not get up, a customer came by and asked if she needed help, my wife said yes, she knew she could not get up. the customer went to get a employee, he came and took a picture of my wife's drivers license and got her phone number and then the store team leader caesar came and asked my wife if she was ok, she said he had pain in her wrist, arm, and knee which she showed him her injuries. caesar gave my wife his contact card. and someone brought her ice. this is why one star ! after my wife paid for the grocceries an upon exiting the store, she seen the manager caesar and the employee who helped her at the beginning of all this. talking right before the exit of the store. my wife thought immediatley that they would come and approach her and help her with her grocieries, since they already knew she had a accident and was in pain. which she indicated to them where she was in pain so they were well aware of her injuries, but they did not help her. she could not understand why they did not offer help once the groceries were in the car she took the ice they gave her from her right hand to my right knee because of a large bump and pain. she waited 10 minutes before she left for home and felt really low in spirits, im hurting all over, i just had to load my car myself and and now im in the dumps, not very happy with caesar escobar

Steph C.

Yelp
Come on. Bring back the bar and dining area!! F Amazon for taking over an area for humans to actually sit, connect, eat and drink. If it's because of Covid, it's time to move on and let people sit in the area designed to...sit and eat!! Also, the cookie bar. Fully open without a cabinet or any kind of cover. Gross. I loved the cookies, but that's not sanitary or fresh. This location is so depressing. Again, F Amazon.

Loree E.

Yelp
I live within walking distance so I shop there quite often. They'd get another star if their potato salad wasn't so awful. Maybe tell whoever is making it that they could actually cook the potatoes all the way. Nothing worse than hard chunks of potato. Yuck.

Cynthia A.

Yelp
This is the largest Whole Foods in my area, so I like to pop in here when I am running errands in the Almaden area and don't feel like dealing with the crowds at the Campbell or Los Gatos Location. The only real complaint I have is about the service in the meat department. A particular gentleman (a tall, young black guy) is always in the worst mood, rude, and unpleasant every time that I go to buy meat there. Doesn't make eye contact, doesn't say hello, thank you, have a nice day or anything. Just "what do you want" and once he's done packing it up, puts it on the counter and walks away. I tried asking him how his day was going once and you would have thought I asked him for his social security number the way that he reacted. I get it, working in the meat department at Whole Foods might not have been your dream growing up - but that's no excuse to treat customers that way. I'm not expecting a red carpet roll out or a celebration when I go to buy chicken thighs, but eye contact, or even a "hello" would be nice - literally basic manners. I'm a black woman myself, so I hate to put the guy on blast - but maybe he will see or hear about this and change his ways. I won't be going back to this location for a while, at least not to buy any meat. I really don't feel like letting Eeoyore ruin my shopping experience.

Court N.

Yelp
This place has gotten too crowded, but with the wrong people. The level of rudeness by so many of the self-entitled shoppers here has driven me away. I'll do a delivery order in a pinch but that's about it. The most recent trip, a guy cut in front of me, calls me the a-hole, tells me to walk away as if he's about to fight me. Staff just stared into space. As a handicapped person, I really don't need this kind of attitude when I'm just buying groceries. I don't run into people like this at Sprouts, Target, Safeway, anywhere else. And the staff at these stores are actually helpful. And since WF doesn't carry near the level of interesting food that it used to, and definitely lost its friendliness, I'll shop elsewhere.

Anthony R.

Yelp
Whole Foods Market is not just your average grocery. It's a cinematic grocery adventure. I always find myself visiting here serval days of the week for groceries, pre-made meals/salads or just spending some down time at the tap room (Craft Beers & Wine). Today I'm trying something new. For the first time ever, I'm ordering groceries through "Prime Now" app. It includes free delivery (within two hours of placing your order or for a later time/day) and you get $10 off your order (after $35). If I'm being honest, it's a really convenient feature to have if you wanna save time but it's not the same as shopping yourself. The only bummer thing I've encountered so far is that some of the items you purchased through the app can be out of stock, so you need to reply right away to either exchange it for a similar item or to decline it altogether. This location Is the closest to where I live, but arguably one of the best Whole Foods Markets in the South Bay (Downtown San Jose has a pretty cool one too with a nice taproom just down the street from The SAP Center). And lastly, The only reason why I didn't give this five stars is because Whole Foods can be a little pricey, but its expected.

Michael W.

Yelp
I am not sure what happened to Whole Foods since the pandemic, but it sure is disappointing. It has gone from Whole Paycheck to No Foods and it's definitely a bummer that it hasn't improved. My wife and I used to love going to the hot foods bar for dinner and we have been giving this WF multiple chances and every time it disappoints us. There is never a variety of food and often times the food looks like it's been sitting out since lunch. We spoke with a few of the cashiers and they've mentioned that WF can't hire enough staff to replenish the food. Is that really the reason?!? You can't find someone who is working there to wheel out some fresh macaroni and cheese? Are they too busy standing behind the deli NOT serving me pizza because they don't have any. This is probably the last time I gave Whole Foods a shot.

John H.

Yelp
I have a huge concern about the food safety there, I had to return food multiple times because it was bad, and one time I returned four bags of peas and I saw an associate putting back my bags of peas to the freezer!! That's a perishable food! How come it goes from some customer house straight to the freezer !! If I return food, it needs to go straight to the garbage, or lost my trust in the quality of food and service in that store ! I also talked to the supervisor about this problem and he said they don't throw the returned food right away ! They put it the back first and inspect it , but when I asked how would they know it's good, he said they don't.. The more I discuss this problem with employees there the more I see how messed up the leadership there ...

Vineesha D.

Yelp
I know produce is little over priced but with amazon prime we get some good deals. Before shopping check the whole foods app for weekly deals. I buy whole chicken whenever there is a sale for prime members. I like the chicken here, they cut it into small pieces which we don't see more often. They also give a small sachet along with meat that contains chicken liver. I like the to go meals here, having various options like salads, sushi, pizza and other cuisine foods.

Elizabeth I.

Yelp
This is a very nice looking store.Exterior and interior both.I came here and looked around. All departments are nicely put together and the aisles are nice and wide. The employees here are helpful to.Come check this whole foods out.

Carter Q.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever experienced at a Whole Foods. I placed an order for a standing rib roast for my annual family Christmas dinner. Initially I spoke to Tyreek, he took my order and was very polite and helpful. The following day I called back to make a change to the order. Jose picked up and I told him that I wanted to change my rib roast from a 5 bone to a 7 bone roast. He said "ok" and hung up. Didn't ask for my name or anything. I was like how would he know which order to change. So I called back and Jose picked up again. I mentioned that I called previously and was disconnected. He said you called about changing the order for Carter right? I said yes. And he says I got the order and hung up again. Should have known this wasn't going to go well at this point. 2 days later I show up to pick up my order. Spoke to someone that sounded like the same person I spoke to on the phone. Asked about my order and he seems irritated that I was interrupting him during his work hours. He goes to the back to get my order. Comes back and tells me that they don't have the order. I asked him so what's the point of accepting an order they can't fulfill. He tells me sometimes it comes in sometimes it doesn't. It is what it is. I'm standing there in shock someone would say that to a customer. I let him know that it's a horrible policy to accept an order knowing there's a chance that it can't be fulfilled and not notifying the customer ahead of time. He shrugs and repeats what he told me earlier. It is what it is. So I'm left the day before my family's dinner without the main course. After all this I called around to other Whole Foods around the area and every single person I spoke to was super helpful and pleasant. Maybe this guy should go get trained at these other locations on how to deal with customers. Or just stay in the back so no one disturbs him at his job.

Yelp
Stay clear away from Whole Foods! Not only are their prices outrageous, but I recently learned how they treat their employee since Amazon bought them out... They don't get their break, no break room, treated like slaves, no respect, illegal conduct via mgr's., etc. I had a product that I was trying to return that had not even been opened or used and it was over $30, but because my receipt was missing some of the barcode they wouldn't even issue me a store credit. So I told her to dispose of it and that this will be the last time I ever step a foot in their doors. I have been a longtime loyal customer but apparently they just don't care. I also work in the retail industry and we always put our customers first. Our "policy" is customer service! They will never be out of pocket for anything if we believe they made the purchase with our corporation. Goodbye Whole Foods. I'll take my $$ to Trader Joe's. They guarantee customer satisfaction; no receipt necessary. Simply bring the product back, no time limit, and you'll simply get your money back. Go Trader Joe's!! lol

Yelp
I shop at all grocery stores just depends on what I am looking for, local, small, all! Conventional? Organic, as long as I am not allergic to the food and tastes good, I am alright. Yeah. No basura! I like the dairy and beverage section definitely better than some whole foods in the bay area, lots of amazing variety to pick from here at the prep foods, bakery and nice staff too. Very helpful, thank you. The line here is really long and really slow, heard from locals that people are turned away because the wait to shop is long. Fage, Chobani, yogurt, Greek yogurt is a good selection and good clean quality no stringy after taste or curds. Good nut selection, pine nuts, pecans, cashew, almonds. Also good selection of almond choco variety, I go easy as I absolutely love sweets and that's alright. Have a juice coffee stall? Seems closed latetly. As for the meat seafood and cheeses specialty section, that's the spinach maker right there. It's very easy to spend 50$ on salmon, shrimp, bison, octo, gouda, fig paste because those seem to be premium priced. We can definitely do more damage buying a new car or wedding ring for a fiance, so to me I splurge on food and my health 3,650 days a decade. Better healthy than sorry. - 1 star for the guy outside protesting masks or some non sense. Hey free country! Enso forever +- Whole pie, half pie, pie by the slice. Naan. Variety of tortillas. Hustle gt sparkling matcha drink. _No one can tell me that I dont compete, while I'm putting my life on the line to complete, missions of manifestations and peace, while I'm fighting to learn and I'm fighting to teach, teacher, the student, the doctor, the priest, as I sharpen my blade to the heart of the beast, riding my pegasus over the beach, and can it identify when I increase the size of my weight, and the size of my genes, DNA damage and yet I can heal, I got vibrations going I will not decease, seasonal sickness, I block it, I breathe, blocking your stare and then mocking your greed, then letting it go so then I can proceed, harbor resentments I will not believe in, cuz gardening hatred for self, is defeat. Nothing but love living under my sleeve, check out the vinyl produced for the beans, stacked we make them to live out our dreams, reaching to brothers that live over seas, building a beautiful boat for the team, collaborating and breaking the bread, stirring the ladle for energy heads, stirring.. Yelp
This used to be one of my favorite Whole Foods...pre- Amazon takeover I always enjoyed coming here. Grab some groceries, buy myself a meal, and even enjoy a beer in the taproom area afterwards! Store is always busy and crowded; it always seems hectic even though the self check out is very fast. They recently added back the self serve hot food areas; so that's been nice. Parking situation here has gotten really ridiculous. The extra traffic from Chick-a-Fila and from Amazon shoppers coming in and out makes parking really difficult. Also the workers are always in a hurry so they drive like madmen (or women) in the parking lot. During the peak of COVID last year, people just needed to be more mindful of spacing and keeping their masks on in general. The Amazon workers will literally reach over and around you to grab their items so they could be on their way. I don't know. This used to be a "fun" neighborhood spot but it just feels like I'm shopping in a warehouse now. Maybe I'm being picky, but I enjoyed the vibes from the past in the pre-Amazon days!
