What a very creative and catchy logo and name… Great Job! Love the location and great traffic that you get coming into the store! Destiny was very helpful and displayed exemplary customer service! I would hire Destiny in my store (don’t lose her)! As an Ice Cream Expert that travels looking for the greatest ice cream I had the pleasure to visit this store. They have created a great vibe and fun atmosphere! I tried both the hard ice cream and the soft serve/custards. I love that you make your own ice cream! Unfortunately, the flavors (I tried most of them) fell short 😞 Unless you got a flavor with mix ins/inclusions (example: southern praline, banana pudding, etc…) there was not much flavor. The texture was off… too icy and gritty. I still believe they deserve 4 stars because it is a great atmosphere and the customer service is amazing! I love your logo! Keep serving smiles with America’s favorite!

So yummy! Customer service is so friendly it feels as if they know you! Such a cute store, too. This is the perfect spot for families and friends. This is easily my fav spot for a sweet treat & I love how welcoming the staff and owners are to each customer!

Wow! down in the area visiting friends from Ohio I just had to review this awesome ice cream shop! The ice cream is Awesome!! The location was very clean and the two young ladies working had five star personality’s Don’t pass this one up for a great ice cream experience.

What a fun ice cream shop! The name is fun and all the artwork inside is fun to look at. Our ice creams and coffees were delicious and the service was great. Katie was there by herself at the end of the day and just in the 20 minutes we were there she probably helped about just as many groups of people. She gave everyone kind and accurate service and greeted every person that walked through the door. We were so impressed with how she handled having such a big crowd by herself!

We had wonderful experience at Wholly Cow today thanks to the fantastic Maddy! She greeted us with a genuine smile and provided excellent, attentive service throughout the visit. The shop was incredibly clean and inviting, which was greatly appreciated. It's clear that Maddy genuinely cares about ensuring customers have a great time. We'll definitely return!

We ordered a cup of ice cream that was priced at about $5 and a standard cup of soft serve with toppings that after weighing, came in at $25! So 2 items for $30! Found it excessive. Not the server’s fault, she was polite and provided good service and even she said, it seams like a lot and weighted the soft serve twice, but the price came in at $25, no mistake. We ordered the same items a few days before and paid $14 for the soft serve. Would like the owner/manager to verify the price per lb. accuracy, as I cannot believe the soft serve should be priced this high. I would be hard pressed to return to this store when you can buy 4 large tubs of ice cream for the same money from the next door Publix.

James was absolutely amazing!! So accommodating and polite really helped me find what I needed for my morning pickup and all with a smile! Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a tasty treat, warm cup of coffee, or great service!

Wholly Cow Ice Cream and Coffee is a great find in Charleston. The ice cream is locally made and seriously good—rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The coffee is roasted nearby and just as impressive. It’s the kind of place that feels thoughtful without being over-the-top. Whether you’re stopping in with family or grabbing something on your own, it’s a solid spot to relax and enjoy quality treats. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome customer service. The lady was so helpful and kind. They serve multiple ice cream flavors, as well as various soft serve flavors with a toppings bar for them. Also serve coffees/lattes with a great selection of coffee syrups to add. Iced latte with dark chocolate and brown sugar cinnamon, oh so delicious! Will try their ice cream next time.

Yummy! Your choice of ice cream, sorbet, or soft serve custard. There is also espresso drinks.

We were pleasantly greeted upon entering this establishment. The employees couldn't be friendlier. They shared their personal favorite flavors, schooled us about the homemade ice cream and waffle cones, which they said we must try in lieu of the frozen yogurt. We opted for the Charleston turtle and Smores. I would recommend the Smores! It was delicious! The homemade waffle cones were a bonus. Love the bright and welcoming environment. We will definitely be back.
