They’re quick to remove your benefits and it could be their fault. I had two appointments set up this month. I called before both and asked when are my appointments. They said I only had one and it was the one later in the month. After a couple days passed I saw they removed my benefits and it turns out my appointment was that same day I called (they never called me). I called back and said that I spoke to someone who said my appointment was later in the month, no response. I’m constantly waiting on them to call me. My appointment could be at 10am and they won’t call until 1pm or they don’t call at all. They don’t give you a heads up so you’re just waiting by your phone all day. If they’re going to be the reason you miss your appointment then I think it’s unfair to take the benefits away.

Very limited selection of food that's allowed and also very specific. About 50% of the time for no reason you'll be charged for the item instead of it being covered by WIC (like it should be). You can also get almost 200 Oz. of juice a month...which makes 0 sense since juice is not great for kids or babies to have. The office never picks up their phones and going into the office for appointments is the biggest joke out there; they dont honor appointment times and will make you wait 20-50 mins. after your scheduled appointment to see you. Once they see you, then they quiz you to make sure you're doing everything their way. The people that work there are either very nice or full of attitude and clearly hate their job. This program needs so much improvement.

Today I had an appointment at 3:30, I had a very busy day, when the time got closer I was ready for their call. I ended up waiting for the call for over an hour. When I got a call back I let them know and the lady told me (with attitude) “yeah when you miss our calls sometimes we call earlier.” She called me at 2:53. In what world does that make sense??? You really thought calling me at a time I’m completely unaware of was better than calling me at the time I was promised? And if that’s the case it’s YOUR JOB to let me know that because of previous experiences you would like for me to be prepared 30 minutes ahead of the PROMISED time. As a single working mother who has a lot of her plate that hour was crucial and you made it even more difficult/exhausting. The last thing I needed was for your attitude and guilt trip. All that anticipation for a 3 minutes call.

Great program,if give them respect you’ll get it right back, a lot of people think that just because this program is free for us they can go there and give the employees an attitude and let their kids mess up the place and the restrooms, be respectful people
