The venue manager went through several changes which was not well communicated with us. This lead to us having the same conversation multiple times. It was difficult to get an invoice as well (catering, bar, venue). However, the day-of experience made up for all of that. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I heard 1 bartender was rude but I didn't experience that (but I was the one in white lol). Despite thr challenges, they delivered the best day-of experience I could have imagined. After all that's what really matters. I am so grateful to the staff for making our wedding great!
