Wichita Marriott

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. I had an unexpected trip to Wichita due to the health condition of a family member. We needed to extend our reservation two different times and they were extremely accommodating and caring to our situation. From the minute you walk in the door, you will meet a smiling face new friend, such as Neema (front desk). From the front desk staff, the M lounge staff, all of housekeeping, and even the maintenance crew employees we met…. All wonderful and very nice people!! I even had the privilege of meeting the general manager. She was a hoot and Wonderful to talk to. My husband is a lifetime titanium elite member in addition to Ambassador status. But none of that mattered. I saw everyone getting treated the same. This hotel also offers washer and dryers, which is very unique. Anything we’ve ordered off the menu has been fantastic. It has very easy access to the highway. No complaints!!

My husband were in town for a concert at the INtrust Bank Arena. The location of this hotel was perfect! Quick and easy access. Front desk agents were pleasant and helpful. Our room was nice, comfortable and CLEAN! Typical Marriott breakfast was eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and pancakes with various breads and fruit options. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

We had a great experience at the Wichita Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was impressively efficient in getting us into our room—fast, friendly, and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also a major plus—right off the freeway, which made getting in and out of town incredibly convenient. Even with a late arrival and an early departure, the on-site restaurant delivered solid food and service. It was nice to have a good meal without needing to go back out after a long day. The staff was attentive, and the food hit the spot. Overall, the Wichita Marriott made our quick stay comfortable and stress-free. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is very good. I like that it is across from Costco & a little bit away from downtown. If you are a higher status in the rewards program this is the hotel to stay at. The VIP lounge is wonderful.

Great hotel, plenty of parking, super clean, close to everything. Beds were comfortable, rooms did seem a bit small, but they had everything you needed. The outdoor pool area is wonderful, we were able to spend most of an extremely hot day there. It is a swim in, swim out pool so water temp could be a little cool in the winter. I had seen photos of a hot tub in some reviews, however, it is no longer there. Will not stay anywhere else when headed back to Wichita.

An excellent day at the Wichita Marriott. Staff at this hotel is five stars plus. From the minute you walk in through the housekeeping staff. They get it right with friendliness and efficiency. Rooms are nice and comfortable, good shower and water pressure. Good workout facility.|They have an excellent in lounge with snacks and cold drinks. This is my go to hotel in Wichita.

I called tonight to make a reservation, the front desk girl told me in order to use the employee rate I would have to book online, which is absolutely not true… As a manager at a different Marriott location in Colorado, I know exactly how easy it would have been for this girl to mae my reservation over the phone as powering on my laptop while driving isn’t safe. The staff at this location clearly need more training.

Our kids rented a room at the Wichita Marriott for our 50th anniversary. It was so much fun. The event room was spacious and beautiful. The food was prepared beautifully and it was delicious! We had some of our friends spend the night and they said the rooms were spacious and beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or for a special event!
