Great quality of cakes and beyond kind customer service. I can thank them enough for the beautiful gender reveal cake they delivered. I contacted them on instagram looking for a Keto cake for a Gender reveal, and they went beyon the extra mile to help me make it happen. I'm super pleased with the cake, the taste, the timing and of course the customer service (I would have give them more than 5 starts if I could). Super recommended!

Sandwich and low-carb pastries are good. Did not see any machines to make real coffee like cappuccino or Espresso. I don't drink American drip coffee.

I tried to take a picture before it was all gone but between me and my daughter this tiramisu cheesecake had no standing chance! Lovely 2 sisters + family that own and operate this bakery! Even when they are overworked and exhausted they still provide great service and food and bakery Items! I make it my mission to stop by there every time I’m in the area to support and try the new great flavors! Nothing from them ever tasted too sweet or sugary. I’ve tried the traditional items and keto and everything tastes so good every single time! ❤️

The pumpkin cream cupcake from Wicked Batter Cafe is a delightful treat, especially for fall enthusiasts. The cupcake itself has a moist, spiced pumpkin base that carries a warm, earthy flavor, perfectly complementing the season. Topped with a generous swirl of creamy frosting—likely a cream cheese or whipped variety—it adds a smooth, rich contrast to the cake. The sprinkle of what appears to be cinnamon or brown sugar crumbles on top enhances the texture and adds a subtle sweetness that ties the whole dessert together.

Literally *just* left the cafe — it was my first time visiting and I’m already a fan. The staff were so kind and walked me through their selection. I got the cinnamon roll, blueberry scone, raspberry bread pudding, and tiramisu cheesecake (see pictures for latter two). I tried a little of each except the cinnamon roll, all of which were perfectly balanced in flavor. I don’t have a huge sweet tooth so it was great to find dessert options that weren’t cloyingly sweet. The blueberry scone had the perfect amount of salt and butteriness to balance out the blueberry. The raspberry pudding had a great chew (not too soft or too dry) and was tangy. The tiramisu cheesecake was incredibly balanced between the the coffee, cheesecake, and chocolate — it all worked together. I hope to come back soon!

Just tried them for the first time and they are phenomenal! Everything was delicious and the service was great! And the prices were amazing! 4 items for less than $20. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely amazing keto desserts! I’ve been eating a low carb diet for a year+ and have gone without any desserts except for prepackaged snacks that just don’t hit the spot. Wicked Batter Cafe nails it and their keto menu is unbelievable, their keto cupcakes and cheese cakes are incredible. Now I’m sitting here with my sweet tooth satisfied after crushing 2 large slices of key lime cheesecake…so doggone good! Thank you Wicked Batter for making my birthday special.

Wow!!. Just stopped in after finding this place on Google my wife and I wanted a sweet treat. Where have you been?!?! We got carrot cake and german chocolate cake.... was so amazing. Can't wait to come back. So delicious and its hard to find good bakeries here in Jax. Take this as a huge compliment coming from 2 people who grew up eating at the best bakeries in NYC and Boston. The coffee is good but I wish there were more options. I have not yet tried the food. I also wish there were more places to sit, like some patio seating.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time last week. I'm fairly health-conscious, so I really appreciated that they list the caloric info alongside their menu items and have a huge selection of sugar-free and/or keto options. They let us sample some of the keto mousse, and it was amazing! It was delicious and lacked any hint of aftertaste that a lot of artificial sweeteners have--it was even better than some of the full-sugar mousses I've tried! I didn't think I was very hungry when I walked in, but once I got my Italian salad, I absolutely demolished it. It was so fresh and beautiful with a wonderfully tangy dressing. I came in intending to just grab a cup of coffee, but after staring at the dessert case while I ate my meal, I caved and decided to take home a piece of their layer cake. When I started in on the cake later that night, I intended just to eat a couple bites, but again surprised myself by eating the whole thing in one sitting. My husband got an Italian sandwich and an Oreo cheesecake brownie, loving his choices as much as I did. Everything was so delicious, we'll definitely be going back!

We stopped in while our teenagers were at Plato's closet and in so glad we did. Everything was AMAZING. I got the turkey ranch wrap, my husband got the club on French bread. Sooooo good. And we couldn't resist dessert. I had the mocha torte cake, best ever! The customer service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

The food is always amazing. The breakfast bowl with grits on the weekends is our favorite by far. We were skeptical at first about the keto sweets but everything we've tried has been delicious. The best keto thing we have found is the cheddar biscuits. The pumpkin roll is also one of our favorite non keto deserts. Would highly recommend for breakfast or for desert!

Cannot beat a place that is cute, friendly, and locally owned!! They just re-opened and I drive across town for their keto desserts. Please take the time to visit this bakery, you will not be disappointed!!

Great food and very courteous staff. Breakfast was amazing and their homemade French bread subs are bomb. Come check out a nice friendly local business.

Keto plus. Breakfast bowl with grits and southern gravy was great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Eat in or take out. Try it, you will like it. Get there early for their quiche it goes quickly.

Best potato soup I've ever had! BLT was wonderful with perfect bacon. Daughters got the sausage and gravy biscuit and said it was better than her daddy's. She never thought she'd ever say that! Service superb!

Everything is phenomenal!!! I got the boys the cookie to give you a comparison- you have to eat 10 or 11 KK donuts to equal the one cookie and ya'll it was so good! Now let's talk about keto white chocolate pecan mousse! All of the bread is made in house - now she is she is talking my love language! Trust me, these days, it is hard to impress my hubby and at the end he gave his compliments to the chef!

We visit Jacksonville a few times a year but this was the first time at this cafe. We saw their amazing reviews and decided to give it a try. This a family owned small business and were amazed by the quality of the breakfast we ordered. My husband had the egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit and I had the breakfast platter. Everything tasted fresh baked and delicious. I loved their everything bagel especially since they don't make it with gluten ingredients. The young gentleman that took our order was helpful with our menu selection and was patient. We're going to stop by again before we leave and try a bunch of their baked goods. This business is deserving of their 5 star rating. This is our new go to place for breakfast when we visit the area.

Great customer service and affordable pricing. Many keto options for desserts and the sandwich tasted great !! They even separated the sandwich so we could enjoy it tomorrow. I appreciate all they did for us so we didn't have to do the painful meal prepping for work tomorrow.

Discovered this place while looking for a new spot to eat breakfast. When we walked in we were greeted and treated with great customer service. The people there were extremely kind and welcoming. My wife and I ordered simple items like the bagel and biscuits and gravy. Easily one of the best bagels I've ever had and my wife said this will be her new spot for biscuits and gravy. I would recommend this to anyone any time.

Fluffy eggs I will never forget you! Super yummy breakfast set in a cute cozy cafe! Very kind and lovely staff! Highly recommend for your breakfast needs, they also had pastries that I did not get the luxury to try but they loved scrumptious!
