I’ve eaten here 3-5 times. Most of the time, the food is pretty good. Sandwiches are tasty, fries/sides are good and seasoned. This pervious time, however, might be the point that I stop coming. We come in like before, me and my two friends, seat ourselves as usual. The atmosphere is how it always is like in other reviews, not bad. Then we order our drinks, and an appetizer. Wouldn’t have been too bad if we weren’t asked literally the second we sat down so we could look at the menu for more than a split second, but fine. We get a few minutes, order our food, she takes the menus. Our waitress doesn’t write anything down, but that also is fine—some people have good memories. She comes back after a bit to ask us if she got our orders right, naming them off. She got two of three correct, my friend corrects her, she repeats it back. We wait a good while, at least half an hour. That wouldn’t be too bad if it wasn’t for the fact there was ONE other customer in the building. When we get our food, the same friend as before’s order is wrong. She gets up to get it corrected. My other friend’s food has almost completely BLACK onion rings (a similar problem on my other’s friend’s wrong order). Her sandwich tasted a bit dull as well, unlike the other times she’s come. My food (chose a buffalo chicken quesadilla) is extremely dry, does not come with the condiment it is supposed to, and the fries are unseasoned. I don’t bother to make a huge fuss because I’m over it at this point, and they’re already correcting my friend’s order. We were intending to split the bill, but we not asked, barely attended to besides someone other than our waitress bringing my friends drink refills. The same man comes with the bill all together. Whatever, we just want to leave at this point. I really wish I took pictures of the food. Mostly so you guys could see just how horribly they cooked the onion rings and STILL sent it out. Completely ruined my trust with this establishment.
