This burger place is amazing. I am wishing I would've gotten a burger besides their basic Classic Burger because I can't imagine how good one of the specialty burgers would've been. I feel like you can just tell how good the burger is by looking at the pic but maybe I'm just reminiscing on the flavor. They have really great prices on their burgers & combos. The burger is well worth the price theyre asking and it's a huge, great quality burger. The Pretzel Sticks were great and well worth the price too. They came with 3 pretzels, cheese, and mustard for only $6. Honestly, they could've been a meal on their own. I'm very pleased with the portions and pricing here.

Cons: paid nearly $100 for 3 tables of six on patio to be reserved from 7-9pm. Our third table that clearly said “reserved” was given away. $30 was not refunded which caused our kids to stand and eat. That can be verified by whoever they were ordering during those times. We asked them to move and said something to waitstaff but nothing was done. Pros: Environment: when I exited highway I thought oh crap this isn’t good. Not the best location / streets to be on day or night. However, they are off the beaten path, great gated area, never once felt unsafe. Ordering from table was convenient and was not a long wait. However, it’s a bar. It’s super busy.. give them time. Good food. It’s a bit pricy, but given the environment and kids having blast it was worth it.

Google
Such a fantastic family-friendly hangout spot! It's packed with fun activities, a great selection of beers, but a somewhat limited food menu. As a vegetarian, I felt a bit left out when it came to food options-I really wish they would add a pizzeria. That said, the place offers a jumping globe (trampoline), spacious play areas for kids, and even a manual go-kart, all completely free. It's the perfect place to relax with family while the adults enjoy some drinks. The best part? Their food and drink prices are surprisingly reasonable, which is rare given today's inflation

Google
“Hidden gem 💎” great spot to be out doors with the kiddos employees, nice and friendly have free activities to do without paying an entry fee they have a playground/pedal kart with track/air-filled trampoline/corn hole. They have plenty tables indoors and out side. Have to scan barcode on table to order your food or drinks, and they come and deliver at your table multiple food choices and drinks/Cider alcohol drinks it was my first time coming, and it’s not the last

Google
A family friendly beer garden with a spacious facility, great food, and amenities that kept the children in our party happily playing for hours. With a wide beer selection, there was something for everyone, and non-alcoholic drinks for those were not interested in beer/cider. Ordering options were convenient, and the service was quick. I cannot say enough about the activities available for kids - I have never encountered a beer garden that made it so easy for families to stay for an extended amount of time. We were there for hours, and the kids almost had to be dragged away.. well done!

Google
This place is as good a place for families and beer as a lot of others have said. The beer somewhat depends on when you come and what's on tap. I suggest checking Beer Advocate or Untappd to get a better understanding of their selection. The grounds itself are amazing. There's a track for kids to race on provided quad bikes. It's a great place, the food was good as well, and ordering is easy enough through the QR code.

Google
Great place to bring your kids. Great place to be a kid. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. I would recommend you eat before you come. I paid $20 for a cold burger. Because of the layout for the place, I now understand why. The staff apologized, offered to remake it, offered a coupon, they made every attempt to make it right. I chose to thank them for the offers and decided to pass. The one bite I had of my Cowboy burger was not good. Please know you are going to pay $5 a cup for non-alcoholic beverages with free refills. Enjoy! Have fun! Be a kid!

Wild Acre Brewery in Fort Worth is a great spot for both adults and kids to enjoy. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with live music, food trucks, and lots of outdoor space. Their craft beer selection is excellent, and the staff is always welcoming. It’s a perfect place for families to hang out and have a good time together.

Emily D.

Yelp
We took extended family in town for the holidays and had 14 kids (4-10) between us! Food & drinks were great but there was room for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves on the playground, jumping pillow, or pedal go-carts! Adults were able to have conversation and enjoy time together knowing the kids were having fun. We will for sure be back!

Yelp
Having been to Wild Acre several times in the past few months after quite a several years long gap in visit, I can say that there are few breweries that can match the the experience they have here at Wild Acre. Of course there is the great beer - but what sets Wild Acre apart from other breweries in Fort Worth is all the work they've put into their Beer Garden area. What used to be just a few picnic tables, is now quite the compound - with multiple outdoor areas to both dine in and for the kids to enjoy - there's a green space, a jungle gym, a large air/blob thing that the kids love, and literally a (manual) go kart track. A great way for parents to get to enjoy some local brew and the kiddos can burn calories here, for hours. One reason we haven't visited in quite some time is that, well, breweries are a bit hard to visit when you have kids. Well, Wild Acre has solved that. Regardless if you have family, a large group, or lots of kids in tow, Wild Acre does have something for everyone and when the weather is nice, you can be here all day and everyone wins. It's odd that a review for a brewery has the food and the beer as a bit of a footnote - but yes, the food and beer are (still) great as well. I think their chicken sandwich (Southwest Chicky) is one of the best to be had in Fort Worth and of course two of my favorite local beers, Billy Jenkins Bock and Tarantula Hawk still flow abundantly on tap. So, if you're like us and you haven't been to Wild Acre in a long time, bring the family and stop in for a great afternoon.

Yelp
We came here on a random nice day in the winter. No one warned me for how chaotic this place gets! Kids were absolutely everywhere. I realize I sound a bit like a curmudgeon, but it was sensory overload. Many people were busy chatting with their friends/family, so they were not watching their own kids and I had to stop several kids from being rude to my own child. If I were to return, it would be earlier in the day and not in the evening when it was so packed. I did really like their food ordering system because the food got to your table very quickly. Sit at a table, scan the qr code, click your items, and pay all in the link. In less than a trip to the bathroom, our food was at the table! We had the outlaw burger which was pretty good. The fries were nice and hot. Beer options are plentiful so you will definitely find something you'll like.

Nicole M.

Yelp
The staff here is amazing! They let us host our mother's cancer free party. They let us bring in decor and sweets. We ordered food and drinks from the menu. They have an excellent selection of beer! Best part is the playground for the kiddos!!!

Jennifer J.

Yelp
Came here thinking it's a bigger Truck Yard, since we enjoy going there, but it's just too far from home. And well, it wasn't a great experience. If you're planning to come for a nice time with some friends and actually hear what they're saying during conversation, it's probably not the best place since there were sooooo many children running around, crying, screaming.... It's definitely a place for families I guess or parents that want a drink and have their kids run wild. On top of that, our drinks arrived to the table on time, so that was good, but the food took an hour??! All we ordered were the two burgers and fries and it took that long to get to us. When we asked about it, we were told they were backed up. Mind you there weren't that many people inside and I'm sure this isn't the first busy rodeo for the place, so I don't know what could've been the reason for such a delay. We tried to make the most of the night and play some cornhole, but kids kept running through our game, so that wasn't fun having to stop in between each time. Not really a place I'll recommend to hang with friends if you don't have kids of your own or can tolerate all the noise. I guess the only somewhat good thing was that the food was pretty good. We had the bison burger and the fries were yummy, but to wait an hour for it, yah, not worth it.

Karina C.

Yelp
We went on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, so it was crowded and kids were running around everywhere. However, there was plenty of seating throughout the garden as well as inside, which was much quieter. We chose an outside table far from the bar where our kids could play and placed our order through the QR code at the tables. There was a playground, a bouncy jump thing, and my kids favorite, the pedal bikes. even with the busyness of the place, we got our food in about 20 minutes, which wasn't bad since our kids were entertained and distracted anyway. The food was delicious and I'm thankful the drinks were self serve cause my kids needed all the refills after playing for hours. My family and I really enjoyed this place and we look forward to coming back!

Matthew C.

Yelp
Amazing service, amazing amenities for children, a lot of places to sit both inside and out The variety of beverages are amazing. Nothing but greatness from me. I definitely recommend stopping by with the fam or just to hang with the fellas/gals.

Jessica A.

Yelp
This is a wonderful brewery and a huge win if you are a parent looking for something to entertain your kids. Their service is great but it's an added bonus that they have playground equipment, a jump pad, and even a bike racing track. This is a fun, family friendly environment. Although they are a brewery, the burgers are surprisingly delicious!

Laura G.

Yelp
We had a great afternoon here with friends and family. We traveled out from CA and surprised our friends who moved here a few years ago. Wild Acre is great for families and large parties. Kids and adults were never bored. Plenty of good food and drinks to keep us happy for hours. Wish we had a place like this near us. Thanks for the fun day!

Jim R.

Yelp
Visited on a Sunday afternoon and here is what we liked: * Super cool facility - lots going on for kids and families. * Dog friendly - incredibly important as we had a puppy with us. * counter staff was AMAZING no complaints. Here's what could of been better: * Ordered a couple apps. Waited 35 Minutes and checked and was told Coming up soon. Had other places to be and the manager was stand offish so said screw it and gave our order to someone else . * Loved the place but will NEVER return based on the manager. * if it's going to be 45 minutes plus- just let customers know. Being in the service industry I get it. At the end of the day- cool place and friendly staff. Unfortunately due to the manager- I would never return and it's only a few miles from our normal check in.

Renae C.

Yelp
Love the outdoor area, beer selections, food options, and general ambiance of this space. Great for an outdoor afternoon casual hangout with friends. Never a long wait for a drink, and the service is good.

Rachel R.

Yelp
Great beer and even better outdoor ambiance. This is a great spot for kids and adults alike! Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. We came with a large group on a Friday night. The service was very friendly but VERY slow. It took over 30 minutes, maybe even closer to 45/50 minutes for our food to arrive. Come for the beer and cider and ambiance!

Al V.

Yelp
Had a great burger (Cheesy Fun-Guy) and wonderful beer (Bock-Bock) with friends and family. The outdoor space is fun and friendly. We didn't sit in the swing chairs at the tables of 4 ... but they looked like fun! Nice open space and dogs are welcome, though we didn't bring ours. Bartenders were friendly and helpful.

Candi A.

Yelp
We went on a Saturday afternoon and you could barely walk in the huge area. There were children everywhere. It was mildly hot and the play area had black rubber that was too hot to walk in, the rubber jump area was the same. Barely found a place to sit. Able to order from a QR code on your table and they bring it so that is nice, wait for food was almost hour and a half (burgers/fries). If you are looking for somewhere to sit and drink and ignore your kids- this is the place. I prefer to keep my kids safe with me and this is not the place.

Kelley K.

Yelp
5 stars on activities for kids with pedal carts, bouncing bladder, playground and astroturf it's great but, the scale is also something to consider as your kids move from activities you may need to move as well to keep an eye on them. 2 stars on food and customer service. We went inside to order and the staff was not courteous, customer service, friendly. I asked about the size of the fries that come with the burger and was told it's "so many fries" and I wouldn't need an extra order for my kiddo. Well, as you can see in the picture there were 15 sliced potato's ( yes I counted) that they call fries- not many at all and not really fries either. With a hungry kid I returned to order and try the "chips" that I was assuming were fresh potatoes since I was given a buzzer, 5 minutes later when the buzzer went off I picked up the BAG of chips, seriously, the employee couldn't hand this to me when I ordered? Despite only max 20 people at Wild Acre when we arrived it took 25 minutes to receive our food so I wouldn't have high expectations of timeliness during busy hours. The location of Wild Acre is surrounded by homeless and a run down part of Ft Worth. I didn't see anyone wandering into the beer garden but I was glad to be there during daylight. Overall, great place for a beer and kids play. Food is a skip and I recommend when customers order prepared foods like the bag of chips, they are given immediately, and that transaction is closed. Also, recommend, putting/ trying hotdogs on the menu as there's no expectation for the 15 soggy fries to accompany a hotdog, they are fast to prepare and Maybe more satisfying than the current burger/chicken sandwich option.

Kelly K.

Yelp
Fun beers, sandwiches and burgers were good. Fries and pickle fries are not good. Great atmosphere but the food could be better. Will be back for the atmosphere. Play structure, huge jump pad, corn hole, jumbo blocks, etc.

Michelle C.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We need one in Orlando. It is a brewery/burger joint and has a playground, bounce area and karts for the kids. It's definitely a family friendly spot where everyone can enjoy some good brews, burgers/sandwich and watch the kids enjoy themselves. Since I don't eat red meat, I had their chicken sandwich which even though it was a bit on the salty side, it was still flavorful. I'm not even mad about the salty sandwich because the establishment is so awesome that it was worth every penny. Oh, that's another thing... food is fairly priced! Will visit again when in Texas. Wish I could find a place like this in Orlando.

Chris H.

Yelp
We absolutely love this place. We started coming here when they didn't have much to do and not a lot of people knew about it. Now, this place is always packed on the weekend. There's a lot to do for the kids while the adults drink beer. WIN! WIN! The food is good, and their local brews are good. There are plenty of seats and good times. Bring the family, bring a date, doesn't matter... you'll have a good time.

Laurie F.

Yelp
This place was awesome. We came on a Saturday in January, it was a chilly day but still pretty busy both inside and outside. To eat I had a standard cheeseburger, it was delicious I enjoyed the seasoned fries too. I tried the watermelon beer, perfect for me a little tart/fruity. My husband had the chicken sandwich and he enjoyed it, a little spicy but good. He did a beer tasting flight he enjoyed 3 out of the 4 beers but he is not an IPA guy and one of them was that. It was clean and a great range in the beer menu and some tasty sounding burgers. I couldn't believe the outside size. The playground, the go kart area and a stage, it's huge! Perfect if you have kids for a couple hours of entertainment and they even had a baby shower the day we were there. I'd recommend trying it out if you like a good brewery.

Tara G.

Yelp
Fun place to hang and have a birthday party. I'm not a beer drinker so breweries are not my thing but hanging with friends is! Wish there was at least a wine option of some kind. The pretzel was good and so was the classic hamburger. Loved the fries which were like chip shaped. It was a cold day but lots of searing option outside on a pretty day.

Kc S.

Yelp
If you want a place where the kids can play, and you can get a drink with friends, this is it. Everything is ordered via your phone and they bring it to your table. QR codes on the tables to order. Kids loved this and we will definitely be back many times!

Beau C.

Yelp
Had the Sunrise Wheat, good wheat beer that is very orange citrus forward. Nice location, good beers, friendly team. Great stop for a cold pint and a little Q.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Great beer! Bison, jalapeño burger was amazing and the kids enjoyed playing outside! Wish they had TV screens outside to watch sports on.

Matt H.

Yelp
Do not come here on the weekends. They are ill-equipped to handle the volume of patrons that come here. I'm talking 1.5+ hours to get your food order. And it came out completely cold. Very disorganized and staff that is clearly overwhelmed/annoyed. Such a bummer of an experience given how cool the venue is. Hopefully they can turn it around.

Shane V.

Yelp
I've visited this brewery a few times and it's always a treat. The vibe is fantastic and the beers are delicious. They also have a food truck that makes great burgers. It's a fun place to visit anytime.

Dan D.

Yelp
Not great beer. Flavors are thin, more akin to home brew. If my buddy made it I would support him. But this is not a professional product.

Philip Y.

Yelp
We picked a beautiful afternoon to enjoy the brewery. Food and drinks were delicious for the food was about an hour, but otherwise we enjoyed our time. the cheese may have been the only issue.

Craig F.

Yelp
Lots and lots of people both indoors and outdoors!! The "Outlaw Burger" is not too spicy!!

Nancy R.

Yelp
Super fun atmosphere for the family. Enjoyed the nice outdoor areas and the food was good. It's busy but very worth it overall.

Kelsey K.

Yelp
Came in last weekend for our anniversary brewery tour we made up. We were so excited to arrive from Dallas after a long drive in traffic. We arrived to find all three of the sours on tap were out which was a huge bummer. Luckily they did have ciders in the cooler from other locations. My bf ordered a flight that was given to him in plastic cups with no holder. They said the only holder they had someone else was using. I thought it was incredibly odd a brewery had only one flight holder. We ordered some food cause we were starving and it took about 20 minutes to come out. You can order at the counter or at the table for the food and you can go pick it up at the counter. When we got the food it was not hot. The inside of the containers had a lot of condensation on them like they'd been sitting for a while before our pager rang. I got the southwest chicky and my bf the outlaw. They were good but very messy. Also challenging to eat since you are given them in a cardboard takeout container. The fries were tasty just a little soggy from being a bit cold and the condensation in the container. Overall if I'm in the area I'd stop by to try some of their sours or because of the unique atmosphere but I would not go for the food

Tori B.

Yelp
Great place for families and children. Food was good. But the amazing part was all the areas for children to actually play. There is a track with pedal race cars, big area with 12" square building blocks, great area with soft cushioning with slide, swings, climbing walls, etc. People all were very polite. As you follow directions to Wild Acre you might think you are in the wrong place-but keep going. Lots of warehouses. But my 3 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter thought it was the best place to play.

Ezzie M.

Yelp
Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. A hidden gem to watch sports. Employees were helpful with your beer selection. Plenty of outdoor food for the family. Good parking & clean bathrooms.

Kristen W.

Yelp
This place can take all of my money, absolutely all of it. If your a family with kids who still enjoy being out and having adult time go here! They have an amazing selection of beers and some really good food, but the best part is they have a full playground. They have swings and a play house, a giant bouncing blob, a grass area with games and lawn chairs, and tables with swing seats. My kids love going here just as much as I do. My husband and I get to have a drink and the kids exhaust themselves.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
This was a perfect spot to bring my granddaughter. So many things for little ones to do. The food was excellent. Beers were also great. Would highly recommend this spot! .

Matthew D.

Yelp
Bought a glass to fill up, and the small man with the big feelings yelled at me "you're not allowed to use this glass, you must use plastic waste". He def needs a snickers. I understand saying no, but to use the volume and tone to a customer--wow! Otherwise, it's decent beer. Not in the best area, and a lot of trash strewn about on the ground.

Cookie A.

Yelp
Great spot for the beautiful spring weather! Kids love it! Food takes longer than we would like, but worth it!

Alicia M.

Yelp
Awesome place to hang out, enjoy great beer and food, and wow they have so much stuff for kids! It was amazing. We will be back for sure!

Kelly F.

Yelp
You order by QR code. It took 40 minutes to get our food and we had to go up and get our own drinks. They also don't give you any napkins. Yet they ask you to give an automatic 20% tip, even though you see no waitstaff. I wouldn't recommend.

Laura T.

Yelp
Amazing place especially if have kids with you. The beer on tap was so-so but the atmosphere made up for it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Daniel M.

Yelp
There's kid friendly, and then there's Wild Acre ... which on weekends when we visited, is basically a childcare center that serves beer. We were totally unaware this place was one big kindergarten with screaming kids running around and causing mayhem, but alas here we are. Forgettable beer, nice place and ankle biters everywhere you turn. Choose wisely if you have other options.

Debby H.

Yelp
Really neat place. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. The Outlaw burger was pretty good, but too messy. I think a bun would be better than toast. I would add onions for more flavor. The homemade chips were a hit, as well as the IPA drinks. The kids were very thirsty (101°!) and since they were ages 2.5 and 3.5, kids drinks would have been very helpful. All in all, it is a really fun place and we look forward to returning when it cools off a little more.

Ramiro R.

Yelp
Came here for the cider, but stayed for the hotdogs! It was very clean inside and the outside patio was so nice, we got good view of the aircraft flying around the base and the staff was very friendly and attentive! They have lots of choices for beer and cider! Definitely recommend!

Adrian G.

Yelp
It was a fun place to celebrate a birthday or a special occasion would come back but need better service

JC P.

Yelp
Great concept needs a little more attention to detail great play area for the kids except for the tons of loose gravel the kids throw onto the bouncy inflatable maybe have someone to watch that area food was ordered and will say good but not cooked to desired ordered level interesting selection of drinks definitely recommend the drink, menus, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.

Erin ..

Yelp
The activity areas were so much fun and very kid friendly. We especially enjoyed the pedal bikes. I drank the pineapple cider which was refreshing.

Rusty M.

Yelp
Had the Pub Crawler Beer with a Classic burger with grilled onions, hatch chiles, bacon, it was awesome! Their chips and fried churros are great. The staff was great, turned on the heaters for us and blew up the bounce pad for the kids. I would recommend this place especially if you have little ones.

Terry C.

Yelp
Stopped in to this full of fun brewery and restaurant and was not disappointed. Beer was varied with all kinds of tastes. Some of the beers were a little too fruit forward for me but wife loved them. They offer flights for $15 and they were 7oz pours so you can get a taste. Great staff and very knowledgeable on their beers. Food Menu was a little sparse on total number of items but the burger and fries that we split was really good. The outdoor area was crazy. Lots of play areas for kids, awning with chairs and tables were spread out. Highly recommend family time here.

Ellen N.

Yelp
Visited this place for the welcome party hosted by my cousin and his bride to be. The place is very neat. The food was very yummy, and the staff was friendly. There is a very nice outdoor seating area. I don't drink, so I have no idea if the beer/liquor is good. The people around me seem to enjoy them, so I assume the beer is good. Definitely a different experience for me.

Teresa B.

Yelp
Lists as pet friendly. Not sure I agree. Stone, rubber and astroturf. Tables are way too close and fans did nothing. Tilt them and make them oscillate when it's this warm.
