"One of the Valley’s newer fast casual options is down for the count, as Wild & Free has quietly closed in Sherman Oaks after just one year. The simple corner rotisserie chicken shop is now locked up tight, with tipsters over the weekend reporting the sudden shutter." - Farley Elliott

Enjoyed the food! Had the broccoli and cheese soup and the spicy crispy panko chicken sandwich (on different bread) and loved it all. Definitely didn’t need the sandwich because the soup was satisfying on its own . Came at lunch and had no issues with service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. This may be my new fave fast casual restaurant and will definitely come back. They also have WiFi!

Fourth time here. The menu has changed a little, but I think it is for the better. Was sad to see the spicy rotisserie chicken wasn't on the menu anymore, but apparently they still make it. This time I got the spicy Peruvian chicken sandwich and my friend got the fried chicken sandwich. Mine had too much bread but otherwise I liked it. The fried chicken sandwich was great. Smokey fries were great. Next time I am going to try the Sinaloa bowl, since apparently it has that old, wild spicy chicken.

I had honey chicken sandwich - it’s tastes good, though it’s plain bun, chicken and pickles combination for $10. All other sides are extras of course 🤔

Read about this place in LA Weekly and checked it out. We ordered The Original Sandwich, Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a quarter of the savory rotisserie chicken. Everything tasted great and the service was good EXCEPT the hair we found in the carrot side. We told the lady at the register and she apologized, nothing else. I told her that she should make the cooks aware of this so it wouldn’t happen again. Her attitude was nonchalant I may think twice about returning

Peruvian sandwich was great, spiciness was turned up and gave my mouth a nice ticklish burn. Skinny fries are the best around

There are good options for a quick and healthy dinner. The bowls have been very good. My first visit I orded rotisserie chicken and felt like it was not worth what I paid. However, I can back and have really enjoyed the quality and quantity the bowls offer. I haven't eaten here, only order food for pick-up. Staff is friendly enough. Clean restaurant. Doesn't deserve as harsh of ratings as I've seen.

Love the food here! Menu is fresh, healthy and SO delicious! Nice to have a place my boyfriend and I can finally agree on :) The sauces are amazing, must get the smoky fries! Staff also super attentive! Lisa was awesome in helping us pick out a tasty combo.

I have to give this place credit for a few things, the establishment has a nice setting and environment and good selection of beverages (fountain and bottled). I tried to order a few items and they were no longer available, which was really disappointing. The chicken sandwich I did have was really good and so we're the fries. The chicken was full of flavor and the different bell peppers and herbs plus the ciabbata bread put the sandwich together nicely. The mashed potatoes were bland and needed flavor. For my first time I'd say it was a sub-par experience. I would not venture out this way for this location as I did this time, BUT if I was in this area I wouldn't mind giving it another shot.
