I will admit that I didn't expect anything from this place, but it made me very happy. We were staying the connected hotel for a concert, and had dinner plans elsewhere before the concert, so I though we would have no reason to come to Wild Bill's. However, after the concert, we were starving again, and most of the restaurants near our hotel were closed by that time, so we decided to give this saloon a try. After all, they were open, serving food and literally calling us in from the sidewalk! We ordered burgers, which came very quickly and they really hit the spot! Wild Bill's understood the crowd, too--they kept the post-concert vibe gong by playing songs and concert clips by the same artist as well as similar artists. The energy was great, and allowed us to wind down from a good time with some good food.
The next morning, we returned to Wild Bill's for breakfast before heading back home. The breakfast options were simple and few, but we each had a delicious egg and hash browns breakfast, and I actually enjoyed the break from decision fatigue. Again, the servers were cheerful and quick, and the food came out swiftly.
